Music was the unique sound with melody and rhythm that combine to make the good sound. Music will story the history, comment, give advice and throw out about your feeling such as love anger and sad. With music we can relax, fun and too bad to say that it will make a noise too such rock, metal and underground. A soft music will give the person relaxing but the rock and metal music such as bothersome sometime especially with the highest tone. Everyone have a difference taste about music. Someone like to hear the soft music and think the rock music was totally noise and bothersome and some people like rock and think soft music was girly and not up to date.
That was about many kind of music such as jazz, classic, pop and other. For me, I've like to hear the classical and jazz& pop song such Japan-pop song.

Broken home
For the fifth article, the title is broken home. The article said, families are the bedrock of society. When families fall apart, society falls into social and cultural decline. Broken homes are not only the reason for so many social problems. They are also the reason for the incumbent economic difficulties we face as a culture. One of the most significant factors contributing to the breakdown of the family has been the steady rise of unwed births. If we fail to come to terms with the relationship between family structure and declining child well-being, then it will be increasing difficult to improve children’s life prospects. Broken home also because of stress from the society or both the husband and wife are too busy with their work in these modern days. In order to have a happy family, surely you need to spend more time with your family. Most of us today, living in city areas, the demand for material is high, therefore, we all need to be working hard, and especially those are not from rich family. So, to overcome this problem, we should spend more time with our family and sharing and solve all the problem together …’family first’

OUR FRAGILE EARTH

For the forth article, I would like to talk about Earth. So, in an article that I have read, Earth is a tremendous planet with waters, ideal temperature, landscape shaped by severely erosion, rainfall and water – streams and now its environment is severely threaten with the rises of temperature, of course it causes catastrophes to the earth. The rises of temperature are mainly caused by the increasing of the percentage of carbon dioxide in the air and consequently causes the ice-melting of the poles that can speed up the rises of the sea level, lowering the sea temperature that maximize the heat – absorbance and causes the longer colder winter and higher temperature of summer.
In my opinion, these are need to be stop and the best ways can be carry out are by lowering the greenhouse gas, carbon dioxide by 70% at today’s rate or our next generation will pay the higher price for the way we live today. And also we need to start planting more plant from now on to increase the oxygen.

Food Allergy Causes
I got this article also from the internet. This article is about the food allergy causes. I choose this topic because it is related to some people. Firstly, the article talk about an allergic reaction occurs when the body's immune system overreacts to an alle rgen, in this case a food protein. The white blood cells produce an antibody to this allergen; we called immunoglobulin E or IgE. Then, when this antibody comes in contact with the particular food protein, it promotes production and release of certain chemicals called "mediators." Histamine is an example of a mediator. These mediators act on various parts of the body, mainly the skin, throat, airways, intestines, and heart. The effects of the mediators on organs and other cells cause the symptoms of the allergic reaction. So, any food has the potential to trigger an allergic reaction, but a few foods account for most food allergies. In fact, about 90% of food allergies are triggered by one of these 8 foods: Eggs Milk Wheat Soy Peanuts Tree nuts Fish Shellfish Generally, people who have allergies react to only a few foods. Occasionally a person who is allergic to one food also may be allergic to other related foods. This is called cross-reaction. Then, the common examples such as allergy to peanuts - Cross-allergies to soybeans, green beans, and peas allergy to wheat - Cross-allergy to rye Allergy to cow's milk - Cross-allergy to goat's milk Allergy to pollen - Cross-allergies to foods such as hazelnuts, green apples, peaches, and almonds People who have a history of other allergies, such as eczema or asthma, are particularly prone to having a reaction to a food. They are also more likely to have a more severe reaction.
In my opinion, allergy might be happen to the some people that not have strong body’s immune system. Besides, we should choose the food carefully to avoid any health problem. So, that’s all about the allergy that I could found. I hope that this article can be as new information to us.

Hi!
This time, I would like to share about the sunburn. This is because it is very close to our daily life. I got this article from the internet..
The article said that, Sunburn results from too much sun or sun-equivalent exposure. Almost everyone has been sunburned or will become sunburned at some time. Anyone who visits beach, goes fishing, works in the yard, or simply is out in the sun can get sunburn. Improper tanning bed use is also a source of sunburn. Although seldom fatal (sun poisoning), sunburn can be disabling and cause quite a bit of discomfort. Sunburn is literally a burn on your skin. It is a burn from ultraviolet (UV) radiation. The consequence of this burn is inflammation of the skin. Injury can start within 30 minutes of exposure. These are the causes of sunburn which is UVA and UVB refer to different wavelengths in the light spectrum. UVB is more damaging to the skin especially for cancer. So, Both UVA and UVB are responsible for photo aging (premature aging of the skin and wrinkles) and sunburn. Tanning beds produce both UVA and UVB rays. Travel to the southern United States, regions close to the equator, and places at high altitudes all offer the unwary visitor an opportunity to be injured by sunburn. Certain light-skinned and fair-haired people are at greater risk of sunburn injury. Prior recent sun exposure and prior skin injury are risks for sunburn, even in limited exposure to the sun. However, normal limited exposure to UV radiation produces beneficial vitamin D in the skin.
In my opinion, we should prevent our skin from the sunburn to avoid any health problem and also we should take care of our skin.

hi!
I got one story. The title is sand and stone. This story tells about two friends were talking through the desert. During some point of the journey, they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face. The other one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand: "TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE." They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decide to take a bath. The one who had been slapped, got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him. After the friend recovered from from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone:"TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE." The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, “After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now, you wrote on a stone, why??"

The other friend replied:"When someone hurts us, we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it."

LEARN TO WRITE OUR HURTS IN THE SAND AND TO CARVE OUR BENEFITS IN STONE...................

I had already read an articles about friends. The article written by David Leonhardt. In the article tell us a few common reasons why people become friends. He also said we should choose our friends very carefully. In the article also list the characteristics of true friends. True friends should encourage us to live our dream, support us toward our goals, sympathize for our losses and help us find a silver lining and also build your self-esteem. Besides that, it also give tips to make friendships never last. To make it, we should give commitment to the relationship. Try to be a good friend. Be a good listener and always support each others. A good friendship is an ongoing dance of give and take. In the article also said in a healthy friendship there’s a lot of laughter. Let it loose. It means there trust and mutual recognition of the strange and wonderful surprises that life tosses in.

…friendship learned we the meaning of life…don’t judge a person by first impression…but try to know them first…

I want to share about tripod. This tripod is very important in surveying and very important especially to who take surveying courses. Tripod means a three-legged object, generally used as a platform of automatic level and comes Greek Tripous or equipment with three legs use to put automatic level. Tripod used to stabilize the automatic level. It connects with the ground, base plate and foot screw. The automatic level is usually mounted on a tripod and will have some adjustment mechanism that allows the automatic level to be set up to true horizontal. The most system for checking is the bubble. Tripod has three legs and the length is about one meter. It can be adjusted to make it longer and stabilize. That’s all about tripod. In my opinion, tripod is very important in surveying. Plus, we should know how to use tripod.

“BLU RAY DISC”

Saving data after using a computer and record video or audio are important to ensure the data can be use again later. We also know that data can be erased easily even it is deliberate or unintentional by someone or something. So, the thing that we have to be had is“data storage”. One suggestion to storage or saving data is Blu-ray Disc. Blu-ray disc or BD is an optical data storage medium. Its main uses are high-definition video and data storage. The disc has the same physical dimensions as standard DVDs and CDs. Blu-ray name is derived from the blue laser to read or write the data into this type of disc. Blu-ray disc can stored data more than standard disc, for two layers Blu-ray Disc can store 50 gigabytes, almost six times the capacity of a two-layer DVD, or ten and a half times that of a single-layer DVD. Blue-ray uses blue or violet laser operating at a wavelength of 405 nm to read and write data. Blue-ray Disc also has data layer that closer to the surface of the disc compared to the standard disc. BD was at first more vulnerable to scratches contrast to standard disc was usually be scratches.

Based on "Don't Be Sad"

"don't be sad" is actually a motivation book.it contains a lot of good stuff in it.for the first chapter, it told us that life's shouldn't be take for granted.
take a moment and think wisely and deeply how God gives us His bless.for example, our healthy, our family, peacefulness, our body and every senses that we have now.we should be thankful and always realise it that we are lucky enough compared to others who are disability than us.dont let material's thing put us in a very down condition.just because we dont get what we want,we easily give our life up and ignore people and things whose/which are more important than the material's need.imagine how's life with gold, lots of money,diamonds,etc...but we lost our senses,no foot,no hands,to make it short_DISABLE TO DO OUR OWN THING a.k.a O.K.U(orang kurang upaya)...dare??me...no way...so,be thankful for who you are now,and for what you have...dont be too proud with your wealth, because it can loss just like that with God's willing.

'0ng' ke x 'ong'???

huh]
So long time i must wait before i can post my comment.Well, when i was young, (pretend like I'm an old man) i always see many animal in the calendar. Seems like interesting. So, when time changes, i now know that all that animal in the calendar is what in the Chinese ancient calendar. For this year is cow year,(tahun lembu) where it was second year in Chinese calendar. Mine is in Horse year(tahun kuda). 'Cow year' have many relation to what Chinese people's said 'ong'(hope so),where cow shows how practical, obey and stability. While pig year(tahun babi) always relate to difficulties in financial. Actually, what is this? Horse, cow, pig, bla...bla...blaa...? This is called zodiac, same like at west, they called Taurus, Leo and others. This element is actually what we called as star. Star always orbit at their own axis, like earth orbit the sun, and moon orbit the earth, and so on.In a billion stars there must be either one that we call 'ong'. So, just wait it cross at our sky (i guess). Don't understand? Actually, just search it at internet. haha. When we talk about 'ong' or lucky, its such very complicated. In your life, how many time you have lucky, and how many time you are unlucky (tell yourself). Well, because of the curiosity about lucky and unlucky, so people started to survey about this. That's why how 'feng shui' exist in Chinese believer. In 'Feng Shui',people believe that when they wear this colour ,something bad will happen to them. At the certain time, what underwear colour that they will wear is relate to lucky and unlucky. That's how they believe. But, its just believer. For thos that always caring about this, don't be so obsess with this because this only can make us sick!!. huh] well, that's all i can say. For all Chinese in Malaysia ,Happy Chinese New Year.

START OUR DAY WITH OAT

1. Insoluble fiber's cancer-fighting properties are due to the fact that it attacks certain bile acids, reducing their toxicity.

2. Soluble fiber may reduce LDL cholesterol without lowering HDL cholesterol. LDL is bad; HDL is good.

3. Soluble fiber slows down the digestion of starch. This may be beneficial to diabetics because, when you slow down the digestion of starch, you avoid the sharp rises in your blood sugar level that usually occur following a meal.

4. It has been found that those who eat more oats are less likely to develop heart disease.

5. The phytochemicals in oat may also have cancer-fighting properties.

6. Oats are a good source of many nutrients including vitamin E, zinc, selenium, copper, iron, manganese and magnesium. Oats are also a good source of protein.

Tennis: Nadal plots for more slams after epic triumph

MELBOURNE: Newly crowned Australian Open champion Rafael Nadal said the fear of a sudden end to his grand slam spree is inspiring him to take his tennis to another level after his titanic victory over Roger Federer.

The Spaniard is the undisputed king of men's tennis after he surged home to prevent Federer from equalling the all-time majors record in an epic five-setter in Sunday's final in Melbourne.
The 22-year-old holds a special place in tennis, capturing his sixth major title in only his 20th grand slam tournament, second only to the strike-rate of Sweden's Bjorn Borg (18 tournaments and six months younger).
By comparison, American Pete Sampras, who holds the record number of 14 grand slam wins, won his sixth major in his 25th grand slam while Federer reached that mark in his 26th major.
Nadal also became the first Spanish man to win the Australian Open.
His gripping 7-5, 3-6, 7-6 (7-3), 3-6, 6-2 triumph in four hours and 23 minutes improved his record over Federer to 13-6 and stretched his lead over the Swiss in the world rankings to more than 3000 points.
But although the World No 1 is at the height of his tennis powers and holds three of the four grand slams, he is cautious about mapping out what he can achieve in the game
"I have six (majors) right now. I'm happy with my six and I am going to continue to try my best every day to improve my tennis and to continue to win matches and titles," Nadal said after his victory.
"But I know everything is very difficult. Every title, I know how tough it is to win every one.
"I don't know if I'm going to win more. When I won my first one I didn't know if I was going to win more.
"You never know when that (will) stop. So you have to be always with precaution and you have to be humble to continue working."
Nadal is the current holder of the French Open, Wimbledon and Australian Open titles, with the US Open the only grand slam yet to elude him.
The Spaniard will be bidding for his fifth consecutive title at Roland Garros at the season's next grand slam, starting on May 24, and weeks later will defend his Wimbledon crown after ending Federer's run of five titles at the All England club last year.
"This is very special for me -- it's a dream to win a hard court grand slam," he said.
"I've worked very hard all my life to improve my tennis outside of clay courts so I'm very happy with the (Australian) title."
Nadal played down talk he was the undisputed king of men's tennis.
"Oh, no, no. I don't know. I've just won an important title in my career," he said. "But I'm no better now than I was five hours ago. I am the same." -- AFP

Comment:
Assalammualaikum…today,I want comment about Rafael nadal beats Roger Federer at Australian Open Tennis Grandslam. While tournament occur,I am watch the game at astro channels. The game very interesting because Rafael Nadal and Roger federer is good player in the world. Both have great history, example rafail nadal, others difficult to beats him because he use left hand while plays.Roger federer also have great history,he already take title number one player in the worlds its 3 years.
In open Australian,I see rafail has advantage because he have many supporter then roger federer. This game,Rafael win with 7-5, 3-6, 7-6 (7-3), 3-6, 6-2 triumph in four hours. This article show rafail nadal have one philosophy,he effort for achieve the mission is he want won and take the title as winner. . I've just won an important title in my career," Rafail said.Rafael very happy because he success beats federer at hard court grand slam.Generally,Roger Federer is great players while plays at hard court ,but he lose to Rafael nadal.Congratulations to Rafael nadal and federer as finalist at Open Australian.Thats all.

Color? Color so important about our life. I like the red and green color...
OK.. this information about color. Color or colour is the visual perceptual property corresponding in humans to the categories called red, yellow, blue and others. Color derives from the spectrum of light (distribution of light energy versus wavelength) interacting in the eye with the spectral sensitivities of the light receptors. Color categories and physical specifications of color are also associated with objects, materials, light sources, etc., based on their physical properties such as light absorption, reflection, or emission spectra.
Typically, only features of the composition of light that are detectable by humans (wavelength spectrum from 380 nm to 740 nm, roughly) are included, thereby objectively relating the psychological phenomenon of color to its physical specification. Because perception of color stems from the varying sensitivity of different types of cone cells in the retina to different parts of the spectrum, colors may be defined and quantified by the degree to which they stimulate these cells. These physical or physiological quantifications of color, however, do not fully explain the psychophysical perception of color appearance.
The science of color is sometimes called chromatics. It includes the perception of color by the human eye and brain, the origin of color in materials, color theory in art, and the physics of electromagnetic radiation in the visible range that is, what we commonly refer to simply as light.

History of Milk

I like drink milk. So, I try to find out what is the history of milk. Milk is an opaque white liquid produced by the mammary glands of female mammals (including monotremes). It provides the primary source of nutrition for newborn mammals before they are able to digest other types of food. The early lactation milk is known as colostrums and carries the mother’s antibodies to the baby. It can reduce the risk of many diseases in the baby. The exact components of raw milk varies by species, but it contains significant amounts of saturated fat, protein and calcium as well as vitamin C. Cow’s milk has a pH ranging from 6.4 to 6.8, making it slightly acidic.

Milking has its advent in the very evolution of placental mammals. While the exact time of its appearance is not known, the immediate ancestors of modern mammals were much like monotremes, including the platypus. Such animals today produce a milk-like substance from glands on the surface of their skin, but without the nipple, for their offspring to drink after hatching from their eggs. Likewise, marsupials, the closest cousin to placental mammals, produce a milk-like substance from a teat-like organ in their pouches. The earliest immediate ancestor of placental mammals known seems to be eomaia, a small creature superficially resembling rodents that is thought to have lived 125 million years ago, during the Cretaceous era. It almost certainly produced what would be considered milk, in the same way as modern placental mammals. Animal milk is first known to have been used as human food at the beginning of animal domestication. Cow milk was first used as human food in the Middle East. Goats and sheep were domesticated in the Middle East between 9000 and 8000 BC. Around 7000 BC, cattle were being herded in parts of Turkey. There is evidence from DNA extraction of skeletons from the Neolithic period that people in northern Europe were missing the necessary genes to process lactase. Scientists claim it is more likely that the genetic mutation allowing the digestion of milk arose at some point after dairy farming began. The use of cheese and butter spread in Europe, parts of Asia and parts of Africa. Domestic cows, which previously existed throughout much of Eurasia, were then introduced to the colonies of Europe during the Age of exploration. Milk was first delivered in bottles on January 11, 1878. The day is now remembered as Milk Day and is celebrated annually. The town of Harvard, Illinois also celebrates milk in the summer with a festival known as Milk Days. Theirs is a different tradition meant to celebrate dairy farmers in the "Milk Capital of the World."

Hi everyone. Are you woman? So please read this. Chronic pain affects more woman than men. Studies suggest hormones and differences in brain structure and function may be involved. Plus, some chronic pain conditions, including IBS and fibromyalgia, affect woman disproportionately. And though their pain tends to be more severe and longer lasting, women are less likely to receive proper treatment. In this cases when stress the pain increases so you must relax and deep breathe. Before you start exercise please warm up first or consult with your doctor. Focus on your abilities. So, be smart my dear.

For those who have problems with their bleary of eyes especially for short-sighted, people who is only can see something clearly only in short distance maybe are very similar with contact lens. Some people choose to wear contact lens more than glasses for many reasons like contact lenses are less affected by wet weather, do not steam up, and provide a wider field of vision. They are more suitable for a number of sporting activities. There are many categorizes of contact lenses such as by function, by constructional material, by wear time, by frequency of replacement, by design and implantation. Otherwise contact lenses have more benefits than glasses, but it still has complication although the percentage is very small for wearers each year. Excessive wear of contact lenses, particularly overnight wear, is associated with most of the safety concerns. Those problems will be effect the eyelid, the conjunctiva, the various layers of the cornea, and even the tear film that covers the outer surface of the eye. For my opinions, contact lenses will give us more benefits for those who are careful and very concern with the cleanness. But for those who are busy, do not have time to be more concern with the cleaners’ of lenses but still want to be more practical and active you should try daily contact lenses. You can wear a contact lens for 24 hours and after that you just throw it away without needed to clean and keep it.

Hi...I would like to share some information with you guys. It is about moammograms can cause cancer. however thus it true???

A recent study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine found that cases of breast cancer skyrocketed after the women enrolled in the trial started getting regular mammograms. According to the article I read "The researchers were surprised to find that the incidence of invasive breast cancer was 22 percent higher in the group regularly screened with mammography. In fact, screened women were more likely to have breast cancer at every age."

The researchers even ruled out the possibility that regular screenings simply caught more cases of the disease. But the cause they did cite may surprise you.

They don't necessarily think that mammograms themselves cause cancer. Instead, these researchers believe that "some breast cancer detected by repeated mammographic screening would not persist to be detectable by a single mammogram...the natural course of some screen-detected invasive breast cancers [may] be to spontaneously regress."

In other words, it may go away on its own!

Of course, it's important to keep in mind that this is just one theory. The researchers fully admit that they don't have any hard-and-fast proof that this occurs, and they warn that breast cancer is a serious disease that certainly should not be ignored. But their study does raise the question, once again, about just how reliable mammograms really are.

It Does A Body Good...that's what the they used to say about my favorite natural drink: Milk.
It's a great source of calcium, vitamin D,and other good stuff.

But as you also may know, the fat-phobic and animal-loving medical mainstream in this country is very anti-milk, for the most part. Now, however, there's some new evidence of milk's benefits that might shake some sense into the naysayers when it comes to this natural lifesaver. It's pretty big news, too…

Apparently, a high calcium intake from milk and other sources can help prevent COLON CANCER.

According to a recent article story, researchers haveconcluded that the calcium your body ingests by drinking at least a glass of milk a day can cut the risk of developing polyps that typically turn cancerous in both men and women (but slightly more so in women) by as much as 12%. The calcium in two or more glasses a day slashed colon cancer's incidence in test subjects by 15%.

This was not small-scale research, either - it was actually a sustained analysis of 10 different nutrient studies that encompassed more than half a million people!

Vitamin D, which is often added to milk, was thought by the study's authors to play a role in this cancer-preventative effect, either by it's own nutritive action or by its ability to help the body absorb calcium. The research couldn't pinpoint the exact role of vitamin D or its rate of effectiveness by itself - but it definitely noted the greatest degree of risk reduction among subjects who consumed daily doses of both calcium and vitamin D in abundance.

so,you should drink plenty of full-fat, vitamin D-filled milk every day - and supplement your diet with both calcium and extra vitamin D. But if your milk is raw, it's not necessary to supplement it. You could practically LIVE on raw milk alone it's so nutritious. Too bad it's virtually hard to find.

Today I want to share about how to stop a panic attack which it may happen in everyone and everywhere.
Important that ,we want become knowledgeable about anxiety and panic. Just by knowing how and why your body reacts will help you cope. There are many excellent books on the subject worth reading. The more you know, the less power anxiety and panic will have over your life.
Beside that, avoid sugar and caffeine. They will simply make you more hyper than you want to be.
One of the most important things you can do for your mental health (as well as physical) is to exercise. Exercise reduces stress. Less stress means less tension in your body, therefore, less panic. It is good to do both cardio exercises which increase your heart rate (as well as give you a good sweat) along with more balance and flexibility exercises
After this ,don't beat yourself up. Many people who have this problem feel ashamed that they cannot control their own bodily reactions. You also can give yourself praise Be your own best cheerleader. Say those things to yourself, over and over.
In the hardest step , you need to face your fear. Go into the situation that makes you anxious. If you continue to avoid the situation, the anxiety will never go away ,but inversely If you face your fear. In the end, take pride in the small wins you make. Panic and anxiety are not going to disappear overnight. You must appreciate your small gains and keep moving forward.

Fever (also known as pyrexia, from the Greek pyretos meaning fire, or a febrile response, from the Latin word febris, meaning fever, and archaically known as ague) is a frequent medical sign that describes an increase in internal body temperature to levels above normal. Fever is most accurately characterized as a temporary elevation in the body's thermoregulatory set-point, usually by about 1–2 °C.

Fever is caused by an elevation in the thermoregulatory set-point, causing typical body temperature (generally and problematically considered to be 37 °C ±1 °C, see below for specifics) to rise, and effector mechanisms are enacted as a result. A feverish individual has a general feeling of cold despite an increased body temperature, and increases in heart rate, muscle tone and shivering, all of which are caused by the body's attempts to counteract the newly-perceived hypothermia and reach the new thermoregulatory set-point.

Fever differs from hyperthermia in that hyperthermia is an increase in body temperature over the body's thermoregulatory set-point, due to excessive heat production or insufficient thermoregulation, or both.

A fever is considered one of the body's immune mechanisms to attempt a neutralization of a perceived threat inside the body, be it bacterial or viral. Carl Wunderlich discovered that fever is not a disease, but the body's response to a disease.

Fever is actually a response our body torwards viruses and bacteria. I learned this when i'm in form 6. Our body rises our body temperature to kill those viruses and bacteria.
