Good day,
I had just read an article about laughter. Have you all wonder why people laughs?? Here is some of the information that i received.

Laughter is an audible expression, or appearance of merriment or happiness, or an inward feeling of joy and pleasure (laughing on the inside). It may ensue (as a physiological reaction) from jokes, tickling, and other stimuli. Inhaling nitrous oxide can also induce laughter; other drugs, such as cannabis, can also induce episodes of strong laughter. Strong laughter can sometimes bring an onset of tears or even moderate muscular pain.

Laughter is a part of human behavior regulated by the brain. It helps humans clarify their intentions in social interaction and provides an emotional context to conversations. Laughter is used as a signal for being part of a group — it signals acceptance and positive interactions with others. Laughter is sometimes seemingly contagious, and the laughter of one person can itself provoke laughter from others as a positive feedback. This may account in part for the popularity of laugh tracks in situation comedy television shows.

People says that laughter is the best medicine. I do agree on that because when u laugh u can really cheer yourself up. All the worries will suddenly disappear. So, do not be shy to laugh. Just laugh out laud. (^_^)

Today I had read about brain tumor at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brain_tumor. this article remind me about my friend who lost someone precious in very young age because of brain tumor. He not loose his parent or his siblings, but he loose someone that he really love. He loose his girlfriend when he in primary school. He said that loosing someone that we really love is same like having her pain too. For the first time, he cannot face the reality of human life.
Then, he realized that everything happen has their own good. He tell me that he do not want to loose someone that he love anymore. At that time suddenly I realize that I am crying. His story same as the movie that I always watch. But my tears are more worst for his story. Although I never had loose someone that I love forever but I can feel his pain.

Assalamualaikum and good afternoon..Today i want to share about Bruce Jun Fan Lee also known as Bruce Lee.He was born on 27 November 1940 and he was passed way on 20 July 1973.He was a Chinese martial artist, philosopher, instructor, martial arts actor and the founder of the Jeet Kune Do combat form. He was widely regarded as the most influential martial artist of the twentieth century and a cultural icon.He was also the father of actor Brandon Lee and of actress Shannon Lee.

Lee was born in San Francisco, California, and raised in Hong Kong until his late teens. His Hong Kong and Hollywood-produced films elevated the traditional Hong Kong martial arts film to a new level of popularity and acclaim, and sparked the first major surge of interest in Chinese martial arts in the West. The direction and tone of his films changed and influenced martial arts and martial arts films in Hong Kong and the rest of the world as well.

Lee became an iconic figure particularly to the Chinese, as he portrayed Chinese national pride and Chinese nationalism in his movies. He primarily practiced Chinese martial arts (Kung fu), particularly Wing Chun.

Good morning everyone...

Since the 19th century, manufacture of Louis Vuitton goods has not changed: Luggage is still made by hand.Contemporary Fashion (edited by Richard Martin) gives a preview of the creation of the LV trunks: "the craftsmen line up the leather and canvas, tapping in the tiny nails one by one and securing the five-letter solid pick-proof brass locks with an individual handmade key, designed to allow the traveller to have only one key for all of his or her luggage. The woven frames of each trunk are made of 30-year-old poplar that has been allowed to dry for at least four years. Each trunk has a serial number and can take up to 60 hours to make, and a suitcase as many as 15 hours."

The company manufactures and markets luxury leather goods, fashion accessories, porter, and jewelry. Many of the company's products utilize the signature brown Damier and Monogram Canvas materials, both of which were first used in the late 19th century. All of the company's products exhibit the eponymous LV initials. The company markets its product through its own stores throughout the world, which allows it to control product quality and pricing. It also allows LV to prevent counterfeit products entering its distribution channels. Louis Vuitton has no discount sales nor any duty-free stores. In addition, the company distributes its products through a single online retailer.

Assalammualaikum.

Recently,we heard many people especially parents was objected to teach their students in English.

For me,that have pro and contrast.
These are my opinion:

PROS:

English is widely used and accepted in many parts of the world, especially in the business world.

Better the student's skills of learning English.

Increase marketability for the student in the international.

CONS:

Students may have difficulty in understanding due to the language barrier versus their actual ability to learn a subject on its own merit.

Students may be reluctant to take a course that is not in their native tongue.

Hi everybody..recently i have read an article that explain about the important to be an EASYGOING person.Do you take everything around you TOO serious?,they're only "problems" if you choose to see them that way.I mean that we have to look at the positive aspect.I learned it's all about putting things into perspective. Before you react too quickly to something, stop and ask yourself if it's ultimately worth your time and energy to focus on. Life-threatening situations don't apply. By doing this, you'll essentially retrain your brain to better handle problems. There are two ways to look at something, for example a glass of orange juice is half full, you can say the glass is half full (which this is the positive way on looking at it) if you can say the glass is half empty (this is the negative way on looking at it) like this the entire worlds creation you can look at both ways.
think about it, that's the step 1 of becoming an easy going person.
see everything positive!

enjoy its worthwhile seeing the world that prospective. Its a different world!

all the best!

Today I would like to share about one of my favourite TV show.Wonder Pets! is an exciting new Nick Jr. show for preschoolers. Each episode follows the adventures of three classroom pets--Linny the Guinea Pig, Ming-Ming Duckling, and Turtle Tuck--who travel around the globe helping to rescue animals who need their help.

Like real preschoolers, these three unlikely heroes don't have any actual super powers, but by working together they can conquer any obstacle: "What's gonna work? Teamwork!"

The show features photo-puppetry animation--an animation style created specifically for this series--which allows the animators to manipulate photos of real animals. The result is striking, memorable, and truly unique. Each episode is like a mini-opera with dialog often sung to an original score by some of Broadway's top composers. And each episode encourages teamwork, empathy, problem-solving skills, and an appreciation of music and humor. I suggest that you should watch this show because it can release our tension...

Assalamualaikum and good afternoon.
My first comment for February reading is about 'teenagers, beware the pitfalls'.

Teenagers today must be ever vigilant to the many distractions and dangers that surround them. Knowing what these pitfalls are will help teenagers avoid trouble.

First on the list are those distraction that take them away from their studies.Studies must come first with complete that piece of home work or revise those chapter for the examination. Before you decide to hang out with your friends.

Next is about parents. They always have the best interests of their children from getting hurt. Actually teenagers must appreciative of their parents and try to put themselves in the shoes of their parents, they will know how their parents thinks and feel of their fears and dream for their children.

Lastly, choose your friends wisely. There are friends who may turn out to be bed influences and can lead you astray. Then there are friends who can inspire you and propel you to achieve great heights.

Being a teenagers is not an easy thing. This is the time when there are many temptations. Therefore, sticking to this points mentioned above would make life easier for you.

Hello everybody..
Let me tell you about Mydin.Who that does not know Mydin supermarket? The things were sold with cheap and reasonable price but we don't know is it original or not.Actually,in the 1940's, Mr. Mydin Mohamed started a business in Penang as a general merchant hawker by selling general merchandise. In 1945, he opened his first shop in Jalan Tok Hakim, Kota Bharu, Kelantan by selling toys and also general merchandise. The location of Kota Bharu was chosen because of the heavy inflow of goods to and from Thailand, enabling his business to expand. With the help of his immediate sons, the business spreads its operation to Kuala Terengganu which became its second outlet, and Kuala Lumpur.

Mydin's business began to prosper after Dato' Haji Ameer Ali joined the family business in 1986 where he opened his wholesale shop at Jalan Masjid India, Kuala Lumpur. Before joining the business, Dato' Haji Ameer Ali was in the forefronts of the banking sector for ten years.

When Mydin Mohamed & Sons Sdn Bhd stores had been based in Kuala Lumpur, their stores have been acknowledged as the "Headquarters for all its branches in the West Side of Peninsular Malaysia. Before Mydin was based in Kuala Lumpur, their stores in Kota Bharu had become the contributions center for some of the items, especially for Muslims traders.

In July 1991, due to rapid growth in size and turnovers, the business was converted from sole-proprietor to a private limited company. Mydin Mohamed Holdings Sdn Bhd was led by Mr Mydin Mohamed as its Chairman and all four of his sons were named as the Board of Directors. In February 2000, the company has changed its name to MYDIN Mohamed Holdings Berhad. That's all about the history of Mydin.
Thank you.

How to be a good parent,
1. Accept that you are coming into already established relationships, whether good or bad, and prepare yourself for the consequences of that;
2. When you ARE feeling adversarial remember that old saying about keeping your friends close and your enemies even closer? This can apply here too, even though you may feel that you are the adversary try to keep all lines of communication open as humanly possible, as this will help not only the children thrive but establish boundaries for better relationships down the road;
3. NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER put the other parent down in front of your step-kids. This can put them in the position of feeling like they have to "PICK" who's best, and this is NEVER a good thing to do. EVER. This is their other parent, and they probably love their parent, and hatred or dislike between parents can cause IRREVOCABLE HARM. Putting kids in the middle is NEVER a good thing to do anyway, in any type of situation!;
4. Listen to your step kids and to their dreams and goals. Most likely they just want to be able to know that's it's OK to be themselves, that you are there for the long haul and that you care about them now - and that you care about their future;
5. Try, and I say try, because this is sometimes a hard thing to do, NOT to show favouritism to your own children and/or children that may come in the future. Make sure that your stepchild knows that they are a loved and valued member of the family, and that they are not "Second Best";
6. Never ever "triangulate" between your spouse and the stepchild. Triangulation is a twisted relationship where 3 are involved, usually the parents and the stepchild. All kinds of manipulative and destructive behaviour can occur when the child/ and or parents pit one against the other. Always keep in mind, that there is the relationship between you and your spouse without the child, the relationship between the real parent and the child without you, and the relationship between the stepchild and you, without the parent. Establishing these separate and distinct relationships early on can help you maintain proper boundaries and to remember that 3's a crowd when it comes to relationship differences. Yes you can have fun as a family but when it comes to differences NEVER EVER argue these out in front of the kids. Kids are smart and can pick up on indecision and loopholes, and before you know it it can and will be used against you!

Good day too all,
It’s been quite some time since I last blogged. Well this time I would like to share on something tempting and lure most minds. Chocolates! A food item that many crave for. Beautifully wrapped boxes of chocolates have always been a very romantic gift. Many would have thought chocolates are fattening and cause many other health problems. Chocolates contain neurotransmitter, serotonin that acts as an anti-depressant and makes us feel good. Moreover, chocolates increase antioxidant level in blood. The flavanoids in chocolate may help keep blood vessels elastic. The smell of chocolate may increase theta brain waves, resulting in relaxation. So if you’ll are facing bad moments just smell the chocolate which can reduce your stress level. Cocoa in chocolates is the highest natural source for magnesium. Magnesium is essential for cardiovascular system and hypertension. Choosing the healthiest chocolate will give you the health benefits. It is a fact that plain dark chocolate is the healthiest and the best way to satisfy the craving for chocolate which is free of saturated fat or HVO and less sugar. I hope via this blog of mine many would have known about the benefits of chocolates and would keep enjoying their every bite of the chocolate. Take care all.
Regards

stress????
every peopla always feel like this. and almost the time student is the people who become stress. Some people are born more suseptable to stress than others.
Others, seem to become stressed from problems they are now facing.

I would say that people in the corporate world, people in bad relationships, teens, parents of teens, and working moms with infants have a lot to stress over. Not to mention people who are prone to anxiousness to start with.

many way that we can do to release our stress. Exercise is a good stress reliever--even walking can help. Punching something like a pillow (not a person or wall) can help. In my family we yell and scream (but do not hit).

I understand that B vitamins help--but check to see which ones and how much of each to take.Besides that, there is one thing that is more important than anything else, and that is to get a good nights sleep.

A good nights sleep is the best reward your body can have, and whilst still we don't know an awful lot about being asleep, we know this is where the body recharges and re-energises itself from the stresses and strains of the previous day, ready for the next day.

When you don't get enough sleep therefore you can feel tired, irritable and unproductive the following day.

Therefore be sure to give yourself enough time to get some good quality sleep each night, and if you need to have a nice soothing bath before bed to relax you and maybe listen to some nice gentle music too before falling off asleep. So, i hope my friend can try it.

Assalamualaikum to everybody...

I hope all of you are in the best of health. For this session,I want to share with all of you about a dangerous reptiles which is a crocodile.

Crocodiles are among the more biologically complex reptiles despite their prehistoric look. Unlike other reptiles, they incorporate muscles used for aquatic locomotion into respiration, giving them the functional equivalent of a diaphragm; a cerebral cortex; and a four-chambered heart.Their external morphology on the other hand is a sign of their aquatic and predatory lifestyle.A crocodile’s physical traits allow it to be a successful predator.

Besides, they have a streamlined body that enables them to swim swiftly.Crocodiles also tuck their feet to their sides while swimming, which makes them faster by decreasing water resistance. They have webbed feet which, although not used to propel the animal through the water, allow it to make fast turns and moves in the water or initiate swimming. Webbed feet are an advantage in shallower water where the animals sometimes move around by walking.

I think, that`s all about the crocodile that I can share with all of you.I hope you can enjoy yourself reading my first comment for this month.Thank you.

Many people today pretend to be lovers but they do not know how to determine their best lovers.

HERE IS HOW:
Step1
Serious lovers should be caring to each other and ready to be together in times of hardship and joy.
Step2
They should be faithful and struggle to keep their love forever
Step3
They should take their love serious and protect it by sharing.
Step4
They should respect each other though one is poor, urgly or illeterate.
Step5
They should exchange gifts to make their love last for so long.
Step6
They should think about their future and work together for a common goal.
Step7
They should correct their personal mistakes as lovers but not in public.
Step8
They should keep their secrets as lovers and avoid revealing them.

Hi everybody.Today i want to share with yor about cheese.Cheese is a food consisting of proteins and fat from milk, usually the milk of cows, buffalo, goats, or sheep. It is produced by coagulation of the milk protein casein. Typically, the milk is acidified and addition of the enzyme rennet causes coagulation. The solids are then separated and pressed into final form. Some cheeses also contain molds, either on the outer rind or throughout.

hye everyone...now,,,i will talk about Harry Potter 6th book, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince is the most dull book of thhe series.Ther was no excitement while reading it, unlike the previous books-which I've read-they are full of the 'x' factor that keep readers glued to the chair, finishing every last sentence and word written. The story overall is about finding the identity of the half blood prince, who is he? is the prince really is 'he' or the prince is actually 'she', or the prince really exist? There was no advanture at all. This 6th book is for those who like to think, and I don't like to think. So, for the conclusion, Idont like this book.

Good day,

Researchers say that a study of chimpanzees in the Republic of the Congo in Africa, show that they specifically create and design tools to catch termites living underground. The study was performed in the Nouabale-Ndoki National Park in the Congo in an area known as the Goualougo Triangle.

Dr. Crickette Sanz, the leader of the team who filmed the chimps crafting "fishing rod" type tools, says that they have "invented" ways of "improving their termite-fishing technique" by using a stick from a plant called the Marantaceae. They pick off the leaves and then create and place a brush like object on the end. Doing so improved the number of termites they catch, by more than 10 times.

"They then pulled the herb stems through their teeth, which were partially closed, to make the brush and they also attended to the brush by sometimes pulling apart the fibres to make them better at gathering the termites," stated Sanz to the BBC.

Researchers are aware that chimps have used similar methods in the past, but it was not fully known if the tools they used were designed specifically for the task of gathering the insects. Of all the tools the chimps left behind and recovered by Sanz's team, 80% were custom made by their owners. Sanz says the new study has determined that their methods have since evolved, proving previous hypotheses.

"Our results indicate that chimpanzees have a mental template of the tool form, which is employed in crafting the tool and refining it," Sanz said.

Sanz also says that because of Africa's vastness, much of it is still unstudied leaving him to suggest other species of chimps and apes use complex tools to gather food.

"Just as we are learning about these exciting new complex tool behaviours, the chimps that are showing us these behaviours are under danger from logging, poaching and Ebola," added Sanz. The triangle is a host to a variety of endangered or threatened animals including gorillas and elephants.

Do you know that broccoli can prevent ourselves from cancer?

A Spanish study said that, broccoli is one of the cancer-preventing super food that must be eat frequently. But other researchers said that, there are several things to remember when cooking the broccoli. Do not microwaving it, but steam it. This is because microwaving the broccoli can destroy 97 percent of the vegetable's cancer-protective flavonoids. So,there are three ways to eat broccoli either steam it, eat it raw as a snack, or add it to soup or salad.

Moral of the story:
Eat lots of broccoli starting from today. "Prevention is better than cure".
