I guess most of student right now have their own hand phone. With technology today, people still can connect each other. As a user we just now how to use it. Have you think who the first person develop this technology. History of mobile phones chronicles the development of hand held radio telephone technology from two-way radios in vehicles to hand held cellular phones. The first fully automatic mobile phone system, called MTA (Mobile Telephone system A), was developed by Ericsson and commercially released in Sweden in 1956. The early phone come in a bog size. Must be you still cant remember how big it is. So,this era is no more big phone. But it become smaller with high technology. High technology i mean by the Bluetooth, 3G, WEB and the latest is MAPS, which is you can find way to go the place you want even you don't know the location. The most famous brand hand phone is Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola and many more. Each of this hand phone compete each other with come in a new software.

THE ETYMOLOGY OF CHOCOLATE
The word "chocolate" comes from the Aztecs of Mexico, and is derived from the Nahuatl word xocolatl which is a combination of the words, xocolli, meaning "bitter", and atl, which is "water". The Aztecs associated chocolate with Xochiquetzal, the goddess of fertility. Chocolate is also associated with the Maya god of fertility. Mexican philologist Ignacio Davila Garibi proposed that "Spaniards had coined the word by taking the Maya word chocol and then replacing the Mayan term for water, haa, with the Aztec term, atl." However, it is more likely that the Aztecs themselves coined the term, having long adopted into Nahuatl the Mayan word for the "cacao" bean; the Spanish had little contact with the Maya before Cortés' early reports to the Spanish King of the beverage known as xocolatl. William Bright noted that the word xocoatl does not occur in early Spanish or Nahuatl colonial sources.
Chocolate has become one of the most popular flavors in the world. It is a common ingredient in many snacks and deserts, including but not limited to cookies, cake, ice cream, pudding, pie and candy. Gifts of chocolate molded into different shapes have become traditional on certain holidays: chocolate bunnies and eggs are popular on Easter, chocolate coins on Hanukkah, Santa Claus and other holiday symbols on Christmas, and hearts on Valentine's Day. Chocolate is also used in cold and hot beverages, including chocolate milk and hot chocolate.

Virus??

Viruses make our computer system become slow. A computer virus is a computer program that can copy itself and infect a computer without the permission or knowledge of the user. The term "virus" is also commonly but erroneously used to refer to other types of malware, adware and spyware programs that do not have the reproductive ability. A true virus can only spread from one computer to another when its host (some form of executable code) is taken to the target computer, for instance because a user sent it over a network or the Internet, or carried it on a removable medium such as a floppy disk, CD, or USB drive. Viruses can increase their chances of spreading to other computers by infecting files on a network file system or a file system that is accessed by another computer.
Viruses are sometimes confused with computer worms and Trojan horses, which are technically different. A worm can spread itself to other computers without needing to be transferred as part of a host, and a Trojan horse is a program that appears harmless but has a hidden agenda. Worms and Trojans, like viruses, may cause harm to a computer system's hosted data, functional performance, or networking throughput, when they are executed. Some viruses and other malware have symptoms noticeable to the computer user, but most are surreptitious. This makes it hard for the average user to notice, find and disable and is why specialist anti-virus programs are now commonplace.
In order to replicate itself, a virus must be permitted to execute code and write to memory. For this reason, many viruses attach themselves to executable files that may be part of legitimate programs. If a user tries to start an infected program, the virus' code may be executed first. Viruses can be divided into two types, on the basis of their behavior when they are executed. Nonresident viruses immediately search for other hosts that can be infected, infect these targets, and finally transfer control to the application program they infected. Resident viruses do not search for hosts when they are started. Instead, a resident virus loads itself into memory on execution and transfers control to the host program. The virus stays active in the background and infects new hosts when those files are accessed by other programs or the operating system itself.

I just want to share about one of the article that i have read. The article is all about the beautiful flower which is roses.The beautiful rose has always been attributed deeper meanings and used to deliver messages between lovers and friends. This habit literary bloomed during the strict Victorian era when passionate messages could be exchanged between lovers in the form of innocent looking bouquets.The meaning of roses turn into advanced language and even the most intricate messages could be shape into a floral arrangement.The rose colour meaning could be exchanced or modified by other factors than the meaning of rose colour such as the number of roses or how fully blooming roses were combined with rose buds.
white rose - perceived as pure and bright, and by giving away a white rose a suitor says “You are heavenly” and “I respect and look up to you” to the object of his affection and also as a symbol of unity.
pink rose - generally view as a symbol of refinement ang elegant.The meaning of roses with a deep pink or cerise tone was gratitude and appreciation while the meaning of a rose with a very light pink shade was sympathy.
red rose - symbols of love
yellow rose - try to take care and also as a friend
orange rose - something has gone well, a deal has been reached
blue rose - someone is mysterious

After this,anyone can buy the right roses that will give the special meaning to the recievers.

Alloo...meet you all again! What I'm want to share for you all today? Last week, shira was give me a new song to me. I like like like very very very much this song. After I hear this song, it give me some strong to me to face my life with many challenge. I allow all of you to hear this song. Eventhough this song very nostalgic but it very meaningful. This is one of the favourite song for Doctor Mahathir ,our old prime minister. If our old prime minister also love this song thats means this song can give many advantanges for we as a student. The title of the song thats I mean is "MY WAY" from "FRANK SINATRA". I give your all the lyrics and you can search the song in you tube or can get it from me.

MY WAY

And now, the end is near;
And so I face the final curtain.
My friend, Ill say it clear,
Ill state my case, of which Im certain.

Ive lived a life thats full.
Ive traveled each and evry highway;
And more, much more than this,
I did it my way.

Regrets, Ive had a few;
But then again, too few to mention.
I did what I had to do
And saw it through without exemption.

I planned each charted course;
Each careful step along the byway,
But more, much more than this,
I did it my way.

Yes, there were times, Im sure you knew
When I bit off more than I could chew.
But through it all, when there was doubt,
I ate it up and spit it out.
I faced it all and I stood tall;
And did it my way.

Ive loved, Ive laughed and cried.
Ive had my fill; my share of losing.
And now, as tears subside,
I find it all so amusing.
To think I did all that;
And may I say - not in a shy way,
No, oh no not me,
I did it my way.
For what is a man, what has he got?
If not himself, then he has naught.
To say the things he truly feels;
And not the words of one who kneels.
The record shows I took the blows -
And did it my way!

Have Fun=)

Just now, I have done read an article about Pin-hole surgery for fast recovery (How the procedure is carried out) by Kasmiah Mustapha. I read from
http://www.nst.com.my/Current_News/NST/Tuesday/Features/20090216181513/Article/indexpull_html
Pin-hole surgery, or transcathether closure of atrial septal defect, involves implantation of the amplatzer an umbrella-like device into the hole.

The amplatzer will be screwed onto a catheter, which will then be inserted into the veins and arteries in the groin.

These veins are directly attached to the heart, and this is the standard access technique used in all patients.

Once the catheter reaches the hole, the amplatzer will open up like an umbrella. It will be pulled back against the septum wall, securing its position on to the wall.

With most of the devices used at present, half of the device is connected to one side of the atrial septum, and the second half attached to the other portion, closing the hole between the two atria.

Within six to eight weeks, the device acts as a “skeleton” or a “framework”, normal tissue to grow in and over the defect.

The entire procedure is performed under general anaesthesia, and the actual implantation of the device is performed using transoesophageal echocardiographic guidance (ultrasound pictures using a probe introduced into the oesophagus for improved imaging of the heart structures). PROM NIGHT

I have an experience go to prom night when I am seventeen year old. At prom time of year, we may feel anxious to dance with someone or just enjoy the evening. It's really important to take steps to prepare for a spectacular night, because it only happens when we are in the last year of high school. So, I want to give some tips to get ready for prom night. But some tips I get from articles.directorym.co.uk.

There are the tips,

Firstly, one week before you go to prom night, pick out the dress or outfit to wear by choosing the perfect color that suits. We don't need to spend lots of money. We can check out local thrift stores for great bargains often that's where last year's dresses end up and alter them with stitches, brooches, ribbon, velvet, bows, or lace. Choose shoes several weeks earlier and wear them in at home. There's nothing worse than blisters on the night from new shoes scraping your feet to shreds! It dampens the fun and the energy.

Match makeup and accessories with dress. Decide on these a few days before the prom night, in case we need to purchase new or different things. Get friends over to help with makeup and dressing on the evening (honestly, it's a lot of fun and many hands make light work). You can turn up together and have strength in numbers for a "wow" of an entrance!

The important thing is get parents or friends to drive to the prom (parents usually understand to keep their distance!). Make sure we have arrangements to get home safely.

And lastly, enter the prom with a positive, happy attitude, ready to enjoy the night and be with your friends and classmates.

14th February is known as Valentine's Day.As a Muslim, I do not celebrate this festival.
Here,i just want to share some history about Valentine's Day.

As we all know,every February, across the country, candy, flowers, and gifts are exchanged between loved ones, all in the name of St. Valentine. But who is this mysterious saint and why do they celebrate this festival? The history of Valentine's Day — and its patron saint — is shrouded in mystery. But we do know that February has long been a month of romance. St. Valentine's Day, as we know it today, contains vestiges of both Christian and ancient Roman tradition. So, who was Saint Valentine and how did he become associated with this ancient rite? Today, the Catholic Church recognizes at least three different saints named Valentine or Valentinus, all of whom were martyred.

One legend contends that Valentine was a priest who served during the third century in Rome. When Emperor Claudius II decided that single men made better soldiers than those with wives and families, he outlawed marriage for young men — his crop of potential soldiers. Valentine, realizing the injustice of the decree, defied Claudius and continued to perform marriages for young lovers in secret. When Valentine's actions were discovered, Claudius ordered that he be put to death.

That's a bit of Valentine's Day history.This festival is very famous in this February all over the world.As we can see there is a lot of coupled would celebrate this day.However,whether you want to celebrate it or not,it is all depends on you,but as a Muslim,we are prohibited from celebrate this festival.

I love my long training runs, but most days carving out more than an hour to work out just isn't in the cards. And when my schedule is really crammed, shoehorning a sweat session seems next to impossible.

Luckily, the fantastic fitness team at SELF let me in on a little secret: You can get an hour's worth of fitness and calorie burning in 20 short minutes. Yes, I was skeptical at first, but this fat-blasting routine is as ultraeffective as it is speedy, and the secret lies in high-intensity spurts of energy. Here's how to do it:

• Pick any cardio you like (running, swimming, the elliptical trainer). Warm up for 2 minutes at a moderate pace, then sprint for 30 seconds at the highest intensity you can muster. Slow down and do 90 seconds at a catch-your-breath recovery pace. Repeat eight times. You'll torch more calories in less time, while you burn fat faster. Follow this cardio session with a few of the following fast firmers for a total-body workout in less than 30 minutes.

• Firm up legs: Stand on left foot, hands on hips, and bring right knee to hip level in front. Trace a horizontal figure eight in front of you with knee. Then bend left knee and hop to right, landing on right foot. Repeat figure eight with left knee, then hop back to left to complete one rep. Do 10 reps, then hop back and forth 10 times to complete one set.

• Slim all over: Stand with feet hip-width apart. Keeping legs as straight as possible, bend forward and walk hands out until they're under shoulders. Do two push-ups, then walk hands back and stand. Repeat twice, doing four push-ups, then six.

As a stduent,we need to always keep remember what we learn.But sometimes it very difficult to maintain our memory.For this entry, i want to share a tip that can we use to help our memory.
Researchers in the United Kingdom found that test subjects who doodled while listening to a recorded message had a 29 percent better recall of the message's details than those who didn't doodle. The findings were published in Applied Cognitive Psychology."If someone is doing a boring task, like listening to a dull telephone conversation, they may start to daydream," study researcher Professor Jackie Andrade, of the School of Psychology at the University of Plymouth, said in a news release issued by the journal's publisher. "Daydreaming distracts them from the task, resulting in poorer performance. A simple task, like doodling, may be sufficient to stop daydreaming without affecting performance on the main task." "In psychology, tests of memory or attention will often use a second task to selectively block a particular mental process," Andrade said. "If that process is important for the main cognitive task, then performance will be impaired. My research shows that beneficial effects of secondary tasks, such as doodling, on concentration may offset the effects of selective blockade.
In everyday life, Andrade said, doodling "may be something we do because it helps to keep us on track with a boring task, rather than being an unnecessary distraction that we should try to resist doing."

-heart disease risk factors-

Cardiovascular disease can take many forms: high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, stroke, or rheumatic fever/rheumatic heart disease

Major risk factors;

High Blood Pressure (Hypertension). High blood pressure increases your risk of heart disease, heart attack, and stroke. Although other risk factors can lead to high blood pressure, you can have it without having other risk factors. If you are obese, smoke, or have high blood cholesterol levels along with high blood pressure, your risk of heart disease or stroke greatly increases.

Blood pressure can vary with activity and age, but a healthy adult who is resting should have a systolic pressure below 120 and a diastolic pressure below 80.

Smoking. Most people know that cigarette and tobacco smoking increases your risk of lung cancer, but few realize that it also greatly increases the risk of heart disease and peripheral vascular disease (disease in the vessels that supply blood to the arms and legs). According to the American Heart Association, more than 400,000 Americans die each year of smoking-related illnesses. Many of these deaths are because of the effects of smoking on the heart and blood vessels.

Research has shown that smoking increases heart rate, tightens major arteries, and can create irregularities in the timing of heartbeats, all of which make your heart work harder. Smoking also raises blood pressure, which increases the risk of stroke in people who already have high blood pressure. Although nicotine is the main active agent in cigarette smoke, other chemicals and compounds like tar and carbon monoxide are also harmful to your heart in many ways. These chemicals lead to the buildup of fatty plaque in the arteries, possibly by injuring the vessel walls. And they also affect cholesterol and levels of fibrinogen, which is a blood-clotting material. This increases the risk of a blood clot that can lead to a heart attack.

Do you know someone called JACK THE RIPPER?

i have make an research an found something about him..

Jack the Ripper is an alias given to an unidentified serial killer[1] active in the largely impoverished Whitechapel area and adjacent districts of London, England, in late 1888. The name originated in a letter sent to the London Central News Agency by someone claiming to be the murderer.

The victims were women earning income as prostitutes. Two of the victims' throats were cut, after which the bodies were mutilated. Theories suggest that the victims first were strangled, in order to silence them, which may explain the reported lack of blood at the crime scenes. The removal of internal organs from three of the victims led some officials at the time of the murders to propose that the killer possessed anatomical or surgical knowledge.[2]

Newspapers, whose circulation had been growing during this era,[3] bestowed widespread and enduring notoriety on the killer because of the savagery of the attacks and the failure of the police to capture the murderer (they sometimes missed him at the crime scenes by mere minutes).[4][5]

Because the killer's identity has never been confirmed, the legends surrounding the murders have become a combination of genuine historical research, folklore, and pseudohistory. Many authors, historians, and amateur detectives have proposed theories about the identity of the killer and his victims.

Today I had read an article about advantage of sleep. Sleeps not just only bring bad effect, it also bring more good effect in our daily life. As someone got more sleep, measurements of reaction time, mood, and daytime alertness improved dramatically. I also read that getting enough sleep is very important because our skin is repaired when we sleep.

Asslamualaikum...

February is a hard month for me in this year. It is because, February is a the middle month of this semester, and most subject that i was registered will make the mid term exam in the February.

It is very hard for me to cover all the subjects besides there are many assignments that i must sent before March. For Example, the Data Communication and networking subject, i must cover until the chapter 6 to take the skill based exam. It was very hard to me because this subject was theoretical subject and forced me to remember the protocols from chapter 1 to chapter 6.
Besides that, each subjects that i registered in this semester have a group. I was the leader of each group except Data Structure and Algorithm subject. It will make my schedule full with the educational activities. sometimes, i do not have time to sleep especially at the weekend because i must complete the assignment and handle the discussion of each group.

But,I was very lucky because i have many friends and group members that always support me and give me their hands to complete the every tasks that i must finish.

So, i should rearranged my schedule to make my work more systematic and can finish without any problems.

HTTP

Hypertext Transfer Protocol over Secure Socket Layer or HTTPS is a URI scheme used to indicate a secure HTTP connection. It is syntactically identical to the http:// scheme normally used for accessing resources using HTTP. Using an https: URL indicates that HTTP is to be used, but with a different default TCP port (443) and an additional encryption/authentication layer between the HTTP and TCP. This system was designed by Netscape Communications Corporation to provide authentication and encrypted communication and is widely used on the World Wide Web for security-sensitive communication such as payment transactions and corporate information systems.

Strictly speaking, https is not a separate protocol, but refers to the combination of a normal HTTP interaction over an encrypted Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) or Transport Layer Security (TLS) connection. This ensures reasonable protection from eavesdroppers but is weak with man-in-the-middle attacks.

https only protects data in transit from eavesdropping and not man-in-the-middle attacks. Once data arrives at its destination, it is only as safe as the computer it is on. Gene Spafford states that it is like "using an armored truck to transport rolls of pennies between someone on a park bench and someone doing business from a cardboard box

Also, https is insecure when applied on publicly available static content. The entire site can be indexed using a web crawler and the URI of the encrypted resource can be inferred by knowing only the intercepted request/response size.[3] This allows an attacker to have access to the plaintext (the publicly available static content), and the encrypted text (the encrypted version of the static content).

reference:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Https
