How to choose a suitable lipstick colour?

There are basic points to keep in mind in choosing a lip colour. Most important, you must know your skin tone. Skin with a pink undertone will do with lip colours that carry a decided bluish tint. Skin that skews yellow should consider warmer lip colours with an orange tint. Most women can find their proper shade in at least one berry and one red shade, which is ideal since neither of them seems to ever go out of style. Pale pink shades really do not work well for olive skin tones or women with deeper skin colours because of their natural yellow skin undertones. Instead, women in that category should look for darker pink shades.

If you want nude lips, here are a few tips. Fair women should look for a taupe with a slight kiss of rose colour. As for olive toned women, they should look for those that are more of a taupe coral shade.

Hi...for this last entry in February...I would like to share about Hypoglycaemia. Hypoglycaemia also known as low blood glucose, it occurs when your blood glucose level drops too low to provide energy for your body, and will usually go away 10 to 15 minutes after consuming sugar. For children older than 10 years or adults, hypoglycaemia is uncommon except as a side effect of diabetes treatment. It can also result from other medications, tumors, disease, hormones or enzymes deficiencies. The symptoms are...hunger, nervousness, perspiration, difficulty in speaking, sleepiness, confusion, dizziness and feeling anxious or weak. For the next month entry which is in March, I will continue about Hyperglycaemia and the symptoms. Wait for it!

I will continue with some interesting recycle fact..
Did you know that:
*Up to 60% of the rubbish that ends up in the dustbin could be recycled.
* The unreleased energy contained in the average dustbin each year could power a television for 5,000 hours.
* The largest lake in the Britain could be filled with rubbish from the UK in 8 months.
* On average, 16% of the money you spend on a product pays for the packaging, which ultimately ends up as rubbish.
* As much as 50% of waste in the average dustbin could be composted.
* Up to 80% of a vehicle can be recycled.
* 9 out of 10 people would recycle more if it were made easier.
so,use this 2R,Recycle and Reuse to prevent our world from natural disaster..

Concerned that your adolescent is watching too much TV?
Parents should concern about this. Researchers reported that teenagers nowadays have greater exposure to especially among males. The adolescents reported an average of 5.68 hours of media exposure each day, including 2.3 hours of TV viewing per day. Seven years later (at an average age of 21.8), the study subjects were screened and 308 (7.4 percent) had developed symptoms of depression. According to the report, for each hour of TV viewed per day, the teens had a statistically significant greater likelihood of developing depression in young adulthood. In the opposite, young women were less likely to develop symptoms of depression than were young men. There are several possible ways by which media exposure could increase the risk of depression. The time spent watching TV or using other electronic media may replace time spent socializing, participating in sports or engaging in intellectual activities. Besides that, watching TV at night may disrupt sleep. Sleep is very important for normal brain and emotional development. As a conclusion, parents should concern about your adolescent not to watch too much TV. This is not good for them especially their health.

Women please be aware
DO NOT wear the same pad for more than 3 hours of a maximum!!! After this duration, the genital area is prone to bacterial action and may result in cervical cancer or other complications!
Tampons contain two things that are potentially harmful: Rayon (for absorbency), and dioxin (a chemical used in bleaching the products). The tampon industry is convinced that we, as women, need bleached white products in order to view the product as pure and clean. The problem here is that the dioxin, which is produced in this bleaching process, can lead to very harmful problems for a woman. Dioxin is potentially carcinogenic cancer-associated) and is toxic to the immune and reproductive systems.
No wonder so many women in the world suffer from cervical cancer and womb tumors.
REMEMBER! NEVER WEAR THE SAME PAD FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS!

assalamualaikum and hye to all...now,lets me continue about what i've told before, which is about KOMODO DRAGON...

Its forked tongue can detect chemical trails given off by animals...It will wait in ambush, then strike its prey with its giant tail, knocking the animal to the ground...next, the dragon delivers a nasty bite...the bacteria in its saliva slowly poisons the animal over the course of several days...The dragon follows its victim at a leisurely pace, then begins to feed when the animal can no longer defend itself...It can eat up to 80 percent of its body weight in a single meal...

besides, the Komodo dragon's teeth are almost completely covered by its gums...when it feeds, the gums bleed, creating an ideal culture for virulent bacteria...The bacteria that live in the Komodo dragon's saliva causes septicemia, or blood poisoning, in its victims...a dragon will bite its prey, then follow it until the animal is too weak to carry on...

amazing right??..yeahh..it's such a good information for us..keep reading for my another entry..take care!!!

Psychology is an academic and applied discipline involving the scientific study of mental functions and behavior. Psychologists study such phenomena as perception, cognition, emotion, personality, behavior, and interpersonal relationships. Psychology also refers to the application of such knowledge to various spheres of human activity, including issues related to everyday life (e.g. family, education, and employment) and the treatment of mental health problems. I want to focus on personality psychology because everybody have their own personality.
Personality psychology studies enduring patterns of behavior, thought, and emotion in individuals, commonly referred to as personality. Theories of personality vary across different psychological schools and orientations. They carry different assumptions about such issues as the role of the unconscious and the importance of childhood experience. According to Freud, personality is based on the dynamic interactions of the ego, superego, and id. Trait theorists, in contrast, attempt to analyze personality in terms of a discrete number of key traits by the statistical method of factor analysis. The number of proposed traits has varied widely. An early model proposed by Hans Eysenck suggested that there are three traits that comprise human personality: extraversion-introversion, neuroticism, and psychoticsm. Raymond Cattell proposed a theory of 16 personality factors . The "Big Five" or Five Factor Model, proposed by Lewis Goldberg currently has strong support among trait theorists.

THE Consumers Association of Penang (CAP) wishes to call the attention of the Selangor and Penang state governments, and especially the Natural Resources and Environment Ministry, to the widespread use of polystyrene food and drink containers during a recent festival.

CAP conducted a study comprising random data collection at both locations where large concentrations of devotees and tourists gathered during Thaipusam. This study was to gather information on the number of polystyrene food and drink containers used at a festival.

The study revealed that 630,000 polystyrene food and drink containers were used in Selangor, whereas in Penang, 347,000 containers were used. This data was acquired over two days of the festival and from numerous stalls.
Polystyrene is not biodegradable. It not only floats on water but is also borne by the wind, thereby polluting shores and waterways.
According to the California Coastal Commission, it is a principal component of marine debris. The international environment group, Californians Against Waste, classifies polystyrene as a potential threat to sustainable development. According to a study by the Institute for Energy and Environmental Research, poly-styrene, which is manufactured using HCFC-(chlorodifluoromethane, a potential ozone-depleting agent and potent greenhouse gas) is potentially three to five times more likely to pose a threat to the environment than other waste material.

Today I want to tell everyone about women's real friend:BRA.
But I want to share about Sports Bra.
-Sports bra is a bra that provides firm support for the breasts. It is intended for wear during vigorous exercise that might cause the breasts to move uncomfortably, preventing discomfort and embarrassment during exercise. Sports bras are sturdier than regular bras and offer greater support for the chest, thus increasing comfort and reducing the chance of damage to the ligaments of the chest during high-impact exercises, such as jogging.

A sports bra is basically a tank top with the bottom half cut off.A number of women, particularly those with large breasts, find sports bras helpful for easing pain and discomfort or if embarrassment prevents them from participating. Some sports bras are meant to be worn as outerwear, such as for jogging.
Sports bras are specifically designed to offer the appropriate amount of support during moderate to intense physical activity:

i)Light Control: Yoga, Walking and Gardening
ii)Medium Control: Bicycling, Power Walking and Hiking
iii)Firm Control: Tennis, Soccer and Jogging.
iv)Maximum Control: Running, Intense Workouts, Boxing and Horseback Riding.

HAND

The hands are the two complicated, prehensile, multi-fingered body parts normally located at the end of each arm of a human or other primate. They are the chief organs for physically manipulating the environment, using anywhere from the roughest motor skills (wielding a club) to the finest (threading a needle), and since the fingertips contain some of the densest areas of nerve endings on the human body, they are also the richest source of tactile feedback so that sense of touch is intimately associated with human hands. Like other paired organs like eyes, ears, and legs, each hand is dominantly controlled by the opposing brain hemisphere, and thus handedness, or preferred hand choice for single-handed activities such as writing with a pen, reflects a significant individual trait.

For this entry, I will share with you all about relationship quotations. I love to read a quotation. Sometimes when I read the quotation, it can motivate me. That’s why I like and love to read quotation. There are so many quotes about relationship.

- Friendship is the hardest thing in the world to explain. It’s not something you learn in school. But if you haven’t learned the meaning of friendship, you really haven’t learned anything. –By Muhammad Ali
- A true friend knows your weakness but shows you your strengths; feels your fears but fortifies your faith; sees your anxieties but frees your spirit; recognizes your disabilities but emphasizes your possibilities. –By William Arthur Ward

BUTTERFLY
I'm the first fan of butterfly. hahaha, i like butterfly very much. From it colour, size, design and all about butterfly. I think it is the most beautiful creatures insects in this world. As what I know, butterfly is an insect of the order Lepidoptera. Like all Lepidoptera, butterflies are known for their unusual life cycle with a larval caterpillar stage, an inactive pupal stage, and a spectacular metamorphosis into a familiar and colourful winged adult form. Most species are day-flying so they regularly attract attention. So, I also get attracted to the beauty. The diverse patterns formed by their brightly coloured wings and their erratic yet graceful flight have made one new hobby for me. That is watching a butterfly.
May be it sound crazy but i really like to watch them. Culturally, butterflies are a popular motif in the visual and literary arts. So, I think I'm not doing any crazy things. I also heard that butterflies have very short life spans. About one week. How awful is it to be beauty in only a seconds.

Peranakan and Baba-Nyonya are terms used for the descendants of the very early immigrants to the Nusantara region, including both the British Straits Settlements of Malaya and the Dutch-controlled island of Java among other places, who have partially adopted Malay customs in an effort (chronological adaptation) to be assimilated into the local communities. While the term Peranakan is most commonly used for those of Chinese descent, whose are also known as Straits Chinese , there are also other, comparatively small Peranakan communities, such as Indian Hindu Peranakans (Chitty), Indian Muslim Peranakans (Jawi Pekan) and Eurasian Peranakans (Kristang). In both Malay and Indonesian, 'Peranakan' means 'descendants'. Babas refer to the male descendants and the Nyonyas the female. The word nyonya (also commonly spelled nonya) may originate from the Portuguese word dona, which means 'lady'. The word Peranakan is also used to describe Chinese Indonesians. Most Peranakan are of Hoklo (Hokkien) ancestry, although a sizable number are of Teochew or Cantonese descent. Originally, the Peranakan were part Chinese, part Malay, and part descended from the original inhabitants of Princess Hang Li Po of Malacca. Written records from the 19th and early 20th centuries show that Peranakan men usually took brides from within the local Peranakan community. Peranakan families also frequently imported brides from China and sent their daughters to China to find husbands. The language of the Peranakans, Baba Malay (Bahasa Melayu Baba), is a dialect of the Malay language (Bahasa Melayu), which contains many Hokkien words. It is a dying language, and its contemporary use is mainly limited to members of the older generation. English has now replaced Baba as the main language spoken at home amongst the younger generation.

Hi again. I would like to post a comment about my family, since my mind is really empty, as in blank right now.

My name is mentioned above, the first child from two. My mum, who came from Korea married my dear dad and got both of us. Even though 4 family members are quite little, but we are happy about the way we are. My brother, Ahmad Bustamam looked much more Korean-like compared to me. Tennis is his favourite sports and I often get dragged by him in the evening to become his rival. He might look independant, but he is a mama's boy. He is a sweet brother and I doubt I could find a replacement such as him. Although he annoys me time-to-time, but I think that might be the way of showing his affection to his sister.

My mum, Song In Hye, is the world's best mum! She is like a best friend, because me and my brother often discuss things heart-to-heart and so lovable. She took Masters in English Linguistics and Literature, but my English is not up to par as hers. She is a very considerate, loving, and hard-working housewife who quit her job just to take care of us when we were small. I laughed when I remembered the first time I went to the government's residential college. She was dead-worried about my health condition and lots of things.

My father, namely Ahmad Hanbali Hj Mohamed was a JKR national architect before he pensioned. I do not want to brag, but I can't help being proud having a father like him. He who designed the "Mahkamah Agung" and also the Stadium Perak before amazed me. Although he might possess a serious characteristics due to his job, he likes making jokes with people around him. Many would feel light and happy whenever he is around. I noticed that he had the talent in making friends really fast, unlike myself. I had wished I could be like my dad when I was small.

That is a 'brief' introduction of my family. I'm so lucky to be born in this family.

Assalamualaikum to all.
Muslim women nowadays think wearing a Muslim headscarf, or "Tudung", is not cool and is very old-fashioned. But it is actually the opposite. Just follow these tips to look pretty wearing a Muslim headscarf.

These are the step that may be can help you.

1. Wear fashionable clothing. Preferably wear something that is currently in style or is your own trendy look. Don't be afraid of bright colors. Muslims can be beautiful yet modest. Wear a long tunic over flare jeans.
2. Accessorize! Add jewelery to your look. Long pearls and bangles are very effective ways to make an outfit. Take caution with belts though. It is true that belts around the waist are in style currently but they may draw attention to the chest! If you are a strong Muslim you will not do this. However they can be worn closer to the hips in their proper place!
3. Hijab is the key! You don't have to wear the same hijab all the time. It's fine to mix it up a little. It's very easy to get comfortable in the hijab that you like best. A new style every now and then is recommended. Just make sure your ears, neck, and your hair are completely covered.]
4. Get matching Hijab colors. Get colors that match with your outfit, and try out all the different kinds of scarves available. There are kinds that you wrap around your face and hold up with a pin, and others that consist of a headpiece and a larger piece on top. Try mixing and matching colors (i.e. blue jeans, green shirt, green scarf with blue headpiece)
5. Know that your eyes are vital. Since your face is framed and there is nothing to draw attention away from them, your eyes are very important. If you're in traditional garb you might not want to wear a lot of makeup. But you can brush your eyebrows upwards by using a clear mascara so that your eyes will look more appealing. Also, a tiny amount of hairspray on your finger will hold them in place.
6. Smile a lot and show confidence. People love to see Muslims looking cheerful. This will ultimately indicate that Muslims are very open and joyful people. It also shows off your brightness!

Hello everyone, do you all know that many flowers have important symbolic meanings in Western culture. The practice of assigning meanings to flowers is known as floriography. Some of the more common examples include:

Red roses are given as a symbol of love, beauty, and passion.Poppies are a symbol of consolation in time of death. In the UK, New Zealand, Australia and Canada, red poppies are worn to commemorate soldiers who have died in times of war.

Irises/Lily are used in burials as a symbol referring to "resurrection/life". It is also associated with stars (sun) and its petals blooming/shining.
Daisies are a symbol of innocence.

As for my last entry I would like to share about the last vegetable that can be your anti cancer which is garlic.

How it combats cancer: Garlic's immune-enhancing allium compounds block carcinogens from entering cells and slow tumor development. Diallyl sulfide, a component of garlic oil, has also been shown to render carcinogens in the liver inactive. Studies have linked garlic-as well as onions, leeks, and chives - to lower risk of stomach and colon cancer.

Diet tips: Add raw garlic to salads, use it fresh in marinades and sauces; rub freshly cut garlic around the insides of salad bowls and over chicken and fish fillets. Avoid dried or powdered garlic, which is less concentrated - and less effective.

hye...meet again..now i want continue with Breast Cancer...previous comment i tell what is breast cancer..now i want tell about causes that cancer...

fristly...Aging. Breast cancer is much more common in older women than in younger women. Your breast cancer risk increases as you age.

secondly...Family history of breast cancer. You have a higher risk if a close family member, especially your mother or sister, has had breast cancer.
Female hormones. Using hormone therapy after menopause raises your risk. This includes estrogen-progestin and estrogen-testosterone.

thirdly... Using estrogen by itself may slightly raise breast cancer risk.1 And your risk is slightly higher if you started your period before age 12 or started menopause after age 55. The years when you have a menstrual cycle are your high-estrogen years. Experts think that the longer you have higher estrogen, the more risk you have for breast cancer.

fourtly..Gene changes. Women who inherit certain genes called BRCA1 and BRCA2 are more likely to have breast cancer. Some other things are known to increase your risk, such as having extra body fat, being inactive, or drinking alcohol (these lead to higher levels of estrogen in the body).

But many women who have risk factors do not get breast cancer. And many women who get breast cancer do not have any known risk factors.
so we even still young,we have to concern if we have breast cancer...so if someone have family that have breast cancer you have see doctor for review if we have a symtoms....

Pregnancy is the carrying of one or more offspring, known as a fetus or embryo, inside the uterus of a female. In a pregnancy, there can be multiple gestations, as in the case of twins or triplets. Human pregnancy is the most studied of all mammalian pregnancies. Obstetrics is the surgical field that studies and cares for high risk pregnancy. Midwifery is the non-surgical field that cares for pregnancy and pregnant Women.Childbirth usually occurs about 38 weeks after fertilization, approximately 40 weeks from the last normal menstrual period (LNMP) in humans. The date of delivery is considered normal medically if it falls within two weeks of the calculated date. The calculation of this date involves the assumption of a regular 28-day period. Thus, pregnancy lasts almost nine months.
