Recently,I have read a news about Malaysia Airports to build budget terminal. The Malaysia Airports Holdings (MAHB.KL)plans to build a low-cost terminal a day after reports that budget airline AirAsia's (AIRA.KL) proposal to build an airport was scrapped.AirAsia had planned to build and run its own airport in the central state of Negri Sembilan because in its view the budget carrier terminal at Kuala Lumpur's airport would not be able to handle future passenger growth. But the 1.6 billion ringgit project, which would be the fourth airport in the Malaysian capital, attracted criticism from various quarters, including state investment arm Khazanah and former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad.Anyway, just wait and see about the result.A decision will be announced in two to three weeks.

In last entry, i'd write about how Luna protect Mineko. In Quaternion edition, After Luna died, Mineko has decided to come to magic world. She wants to find the way to use element of land and how to control it. She also wants to send Luna belongings to his place. In her journey to magic world, she was lost in illusion forest. There, she meets Mika, daughter of Spade, her friends, and Melly, spade’s wife. It brings Mineko to animal world. At the same time, with the helps from keeper, Eddy, Helios flees from Soileh castle. Eddy uses his spell to duplicate Helios body so that Soileh won’t notice about their plan. Helios also tries to put some of his power to his duplicate body to make it like a real Helios. After they run from the castle, they go to fire valley to get some help from Esmerelda, king of fire valley. Helios also asks him to free Spade and Club.
Meanwhile, at human world, Soileh sent his follower, Arisu, Toroya and Sangatsu to find Mineko. Each one of them has the power of nature element that they steal from Helios 14 years ago. Syn, the past guardian, and Diamond his follower, from magic world can feel the destructions at the human world. Arisu, Toroya and Sangatsu destroy the building and kill many people. Evilina, Gothman and Louis fight with them but their power cannot win the power of nature element. Evilina tell them that Mineko wasn’t at human world. So, they go back to magic world to find Mineko. Evilina and Gothman follow Toroya and Sangatsu, while Louis stays at human world to fight with Arisu. Unfortunately, Louis couldn’t stand the attacks as the power of water element from Arisu has made his body become heavy. He eats a medicine given by Evilina to get back his power. But, the medicine is actually a poison that can kill the eater and will show the respond after a few minutes.
It look like I have introduce many character in this entry. In the next entry, i will explain about them in details.

Today, I would like to write about the issue of boycotting Israeli products. I understand they're merciless when it comes to killing and we have to boycott their products because with their profit, they could purchase lethal weapons to pursue more killing. Even Tun Mahathir proposed to boycott their products such as Starbucks. However, how far can we do this action? For how long?

Internet, computers, microprocessors, printers, cell phones, foods, drinks, are all mostly US products. We can't avoid all. Even books belonged to them. Why we Malaysian are boycotting, when the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kuwait and Qatar for example, are not doing so? This is because they depended a lot of their share in economics with the US.

In my opinion, the Islamic country could do an OIC meeting and discuss things at hand and rich countries such as the UAE have to give a big hand in helping the Palestinians. Boycotting would not have effects that obvious since not all people are doing this actions fully.

What causes bags under the eyes????
Today I will show you the ways that cause a bags under the eyes..

1. Heredity- it wasn’t that night on the town that makes you like a raccoon in the morning. It’s your entire parents’ and grandparents’ fault. Some people are born with excess fatty tissues and liquid around the eyes.

2. Fluid retention- The eyelids are the thinnest and softest skin in the entire body, four times as thin as average skin. Fluid tends to pool in thin portions of the skin. What causes the fluid retention? Among the culprits are drugs, kidney or liver problems, salt intake and very commonly, allergies. Cosmetics drum up more business for dermatologists and allergists than just about anything else. Allergic reactions to mascara and eyeliner are the usual culprits.

3. Ageing- The skin of the face, particularly around the eyes, loosens with age. Age is more likely to cause bags than mere sleepiness or fatigue.

4. Too many smiles and frowns- They not only can build crow’s feet but bags. A less fascinating explanation for many sightings of bags under the eyes was noted by Dr Tom Meek of the American Academy of Dermatology in The New York Times: “The circles are probably caused by shadows cast from overhead lighting.”

Hi…lets we continue about hair blow!!! Blow drying is the most convenient method, because most people live fast-paced lives and blow drying is faster. But blow drying can be dangerous for your hair, especially if overdone, as excessive heat will cause your hair to be brittle. However, fear not as there are correct and proper ways to blow dry your hair without damaging it. Use a diffuser to blow dry your hair as it allows air flow to spread. This also prevents tangling. Set the blow dryer on a cooler setting. When using a blow dryer, keep the blow dryer at least six inches away. You can protect your hair strands from being over-dried by bending over and blow drying with your hair hanging.

Hi..I would like talk about nature pharmacy.
A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye.Science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.
A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart has four chambers and is red. All of the research shows tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are indeed pure heart and blood food.
Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries
Oranges, Grapefruits, and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.
Kidney beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.
Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.

It is so amazing!!!!

Often have trouble with insomnia? Either can't fall asleep or awake prematurely and unable to get back to sleep?
Here are a few tips to get a better sleep:

• Only use your bed for sleeping not for reading, doing paperwork, watching TV, snacking, or making phone calls.

• If you've been lying in bed but are beginning to fear you're not going to drop off then try counting sheep or count backwards from 100 to stop yourself from thinking about the problems of yesterday or tomorrow. Besides that, you can also breathe deeply for a while or visualize some peaceful place.

• If you can't get to sleep after lying in bed for 30 minutes or more, get up for awhile and try to read something that is incredibly boring.

• Develop a bedtime routine.

• Keep regular bedtime hours.

• Avoid tobacco and caffeinated beverages before your bedtime.

• Avoid alcohol right before bedtime.

• Avoid naps.

• Try getting up at the same time every day rather than sleeping in on weekends.

• Exercise every day but not before bedtime since exercise gets the adrenaline going.

• Try some of these: a warm bath, warm milk, light bedtime snack, massage or quiet music.

• Use earplugs for extreme quiet.

• If you have a painful joint or a headache, take a pain pill before bedtime.

• Avoid stimulating reading or television shows late at night.

This entry I will share about benefits eating kiwifruit. The small, fuzzy kiwifruit may pack a big punch when it comes to heart health. Eating kiwifruit every day may help lower triglyceride levels, according to a recent study. Reducing triglyceride levels and other blood fats helps to guard against the buildup of dangerous arterial plaques. The vitamin C, vitamin E, and polyphenol content of kiwifruit may be the reason for its heart benefits. A diet high in fruits and vegetables provides you with an array of antioxidants that can help your body combat cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and needless aging. Now, a new study reveals that kiwifruit -- a small green fruit encased in a brown fuzzy skin -- may help protect your blood vessels by lowering triglyceride levels and reducing platelet clumping. Platelets are blood components that assist with blood clotting. However, platelets that is too sticky aid in the formation of dangerous arterial plaques, which promotes cardiovascular disease. Engaging in 30 minutes of physical activity every day, reducing stress, and limiting your intake of saturated and Tran’s fats are other great ways to balance your blood fats and help maintain your arterial health.

Hi,today I would like to talk about the advantages and disadvantages of being famous. As we know,to be famous is to be known to a lot of people. This has its advantages as well as its disadvantages.Famous person get attention wherever they go.As a result they may find that it is easier for them to get good service in restaurants or other public places. The common people often are captivated by famous people and usually go out of their way to help them. However,a famous person do not have much of a private life. His private life is publicized by the media until he has no peace.Everything he does is recorded, edited and often exaggerated to suit the media. He often has to hide or hire bodyguards to protect himself from others.Sometimes famous persons also will become the target of men who hold something against them. For me,I would rather be an ordinary person who can go for a peaceful walk down the road instead of being surrounded by bodyguards to protect me from ordinary people.

hye...Now i want continue about cosmetics...last comment i talk about history, now i want share a special effect and ingredient.....Special effect....In addition to over-the-counter cosmetic products, recent years have seen an increasing market for prescription or surgical cosmetic procedures. These range from temporary enhancements, such as cosmetic colored contact lenses, to major cosmetic surgery. To temporary fashionable enhancement belongs application of false eyelashes or eyelash extensions, in order to enhance the natural eyelashes and make eye appearance more attractive. Many techniques, such as microdermabrasion and physical or chemical peels, remove the oldest, top layers of skin cells. The younger layers of skin left behind appear more plump, youthful, and soft. Permanent application of pigments (tatto) is also used cosmetically.
Organic and Natural Ingredients........Even though many products in cosmetics are regulated, there are many health concerns that come from harmful chemicals in these products. Some products carry carcinogenic contaminant 1,4- dioxane. Many cosmetic companies are coming out with "All natural" and "Organic" products. All natural products contain mineral and plant ingredients and organic products are made with organic agricultural products. Products who claim they are organic are not, unless they are certified "USDA Organic."So now you can know what is exactly about cosmetics....

assalamualaikum...and hi to everyone..for this entry, i would like to share about nail-biting...i think that most of us had been got into this habbit right??

so,let me tell you...Nail-biting or(onychophagia) is a common stress-relieving habit..you may bite your nails in times of stress or excitement, or in times of boredom or inactivity...it can also be a learned behavior from family members..nail-biting is the most common of the typical "nervous habits," which include thumb-sucking, nose-picking, hair-twisting or -pulling, tooth-grinding, and picking at skin...You may bite your nails without realizing you are doing it...you might be involved in another activity, such as reading, watching television, or talking on the phone, and bite your nails without thinking about it...nail-biting includes biting the cuticle and soft tissue surrounding the nail as well as biting the nail itself...

for your information, people of all ages bite their nails..About 50% of children between the ages of 10 and 18 bite their nails at one time or another...Nail-biting occurs most often as teens are going through puberty changes...About 23% of young adults, ages 18 to 22 years, bite their nails...Only a small number of other adults bite their nails...Most people stop biting their nails on their own by age 30. About 10% of men over the age of 30 bite their nails...boys bite their nails more often than girls after age 10...

nail-biting may occur with other body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRB) such as hair-pulling or skin-picking...interesting right???in the next entry, i will tell you what the problems can develop from it...have a nice reading....

Hand phone can use INSTANT MESSENGER to chat????
Hand phone is not only can use to call, as it can bring benefits to customers, anything impossible can just happen for nowadays. For example hand phone can use instant messenger to chat like computer. I had read an article that Maxis and Digi cooperate to provide the service which hand phone can use instant messenger to chat. It is free if you download that software before 31st of December of 2007. For the fees, if you are Digi user you just have to pay RM2 then you can use the instant messenger unlimited. While if you are Maxis user, you can pay RM1 then you can send 100 messages between 5 days. However, it has the limited of word like sms. Until now, you can just use alphabet to send message and you can save message in your hand phone. Besides that, this service not only can use by two people to chat, it can only use by a group of people to chat. On top of that, this service can support at least 20 types of hand phone. I think this is very good news to all the teenagers.

When I was still a child, my mum always make carrot juice for me. Now only I realise there is so much benefits of drinking carrot juice.
Carrots contains large quantities of vitamin A, in the form of beta carotene. Carrots are excellent for the eyes.
Juicing a carrot removes the indigestible fiber. Thus, the nutrients in it are available to the body in much larger quantities than if the carrot was eaten whole. This is because many of the nutrients are trapped in the fibre, and while fibre aids digestion, some part of the fibre is indigestible.
Besides that, Carrot juice has anti-carcinogen properties that can help prevent cancer. Carrots are also good for the skin.
For those who never try carrot juice before, go and try it today. You will slowly feels its benefits.

As a students,I often heard that caffeine can help us to stay up and avoid sleepy condition. Is it true??
I have browse the internet about this topic and found some facts that we didn't know.
Caffeine is a bitter, white crystalline xanthine alkaloid that acts as a psychoactive stimulant drug and a mild diuretic.Caffeine is found in varying quantities in the beans, leaves, and fruit of some plants, where it acts as a natural pesticide that paralyzes and kills certain insects feeding on the plants. In humans, caffeine is a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant, having the effect of temporarily warding off drowsiness and restoring alertness. Beverages containing caffeine, such as coffee, tea, soft drinks and energy drinks enjoy great popularity.
In large amounts, and especially over extended periods of time, caffeine can lead to a condition known as caffeinism.Caffeinism usually combines caffeine dependency with a wide range of unpleasant physical and mental conditions including nervousness, irritability, anxiety, tremulousness, muscle twitching (hyperreflexia), insomnia, headaches, respiratory alkalosis, and heart palpitations.Furthermore, because caffeine increases the production of stomach acid, high usage over time can lead to peptic ulcers, erosive esophagitis, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
There are four caffeine-induced psychiatric disorders recognized by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition: caffeine intoxication, caffeine-induced anxiety disorder, caffeine-induced sleep disorder, and caffeine-related disorder not otherwise specified.
Also,overuse of caffeine can:
-Effects on the heart
-Effects on children
-Effects on pregnancy
Pregnant women who consume 200 milligrams or more of caffeine per day have about twice the miscarriage risk as women who consume none.

Hi…
For this entry, I would like to share you about America’s Famous Serial Killer. It’s sound scare to know a deep about them. With theirs scared faces make me more scared to look at those pictures.
But like to know how they kill the victims and what the modus operandi is. One of the killers is Edward ‘Ed’ Gein. He was a serial killer who would skin his victims, exhume corpses and decorate his home with parts of his victims’ bodies. Human skin was used to make dustbins, furniture and clothes. He even killed his own mother because of he hate his mother very much. But he did not rape all the victims.
All of this serial killer is having mentality problems. Being abused, toucher, have a broken family, bullied make them lonely and take a wrong way to happy those selves by doing killing spree. Sometimes they killed whore or prostitutes because of they hate them so much.
Sometimes they are like that because of the environment where they grew up or because of addicted to something that makes them do thing of our mind.

THE IMPORTANT OF FRIENDS..
To me, my friends are one of my most important possesions, next to my family and health.I enjoy the times we spend together, just talking together and never worrying about what we say.Trust ing in one another, knowing in time of need we will always be there.I love both my female and male friends, and do differant things with all of them. How good to have someone to walk with, cook with, travel with, anddo individual things with .Never needing to be jealous because one spends more time with one person then another.Friendship is a relationship like no other. It has no legal arrangements, unlike marriage, partnerships,no ties as in family ,no dependancey like children or work. But at its best, friendship is a gift;freely given and gratefully recieved, treasured for as long as both choose to abide in it.
I LUV MY ERIENDS SO MUCH!!!

Assalamualikum and hi for everyone...
Today I would share about scholarship.Do you ever get the scholarship??A scholarship is an award of access to an institution, or a financial aid award for a student to further education. Scholarships are awarded on various criteria usually reflecting the values and purposes of the donor or founder of the award. Some scholarships have a "bond" requirement. Recipients may be required to work for a particular employer for a specified period of time or to work in rural or remote areas; otherwise they may be required to repay the value of the support they received from the scholarship. This is particularly the case with teacher training scholarships and currently with health and medical education scholarships for people from (or prepared to work in) rural and remote areas.

I found history book at MINERVA BOOKSTORE in Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman in Kuala Lumpur. In my opinion, as Malaysian we should have that book because it content about tragedy held in Tanah Melayu(at that time). The book title is '13 Mei' published by Kumpulan Utusan.
We know on 13 May 1969 ,Tanah Melayu had faced a worst tragedy which killed between races in Malaysia. That is between Chinese and Malay.I believe we not very clear about the situation and leak of knowledge about that history.Only our grandparents and our parents who were live in that era knew how difficult and fear at that time.
The book not only use sentence to dive information but also include pictures to give more understanding and go through the real situation while the tragedy held in Kuala Lumpur. The pictures is not illustration but they use the real photo.
Not for provoke intention, just want to give my opinion how important the history to build and develop our life to more good way. If not my mistaken, the price of that book around RM24-RM25.If we have Malaysian spirit,I think is very useful to give us more knowledge about Malaysia history.

Hi. Do you know about the found of tiny sea sponges fossil in Oman that tiny sea sponges were abundant 635 million years ago, long before most of the planet's other major animal groups evolved, according to a new analysis. Furthermore, his early life hardly looked like us, but some of the so-called demo sponges can be sizable today. Demo sponges still make up 90 percent of all sponges on Earth and 100 percent of Earth's largest sponges, including barrel sponges, which can be larger than an old-style phone booth. Besides, the ancient demo sponges - probably measuring across no more than the width of a fork tine were pinned down via fossilized steroids, called sterns, which are characteristic of the cell membranes of the sponges, rather than via direct fossils of the sponges themselves.

Do your bit to help the Palestinians by buying household items and food at the charity bazaar at Bangsar Shopping Center this weekend. The organizer of this charity, Puan Sri Shaesta Said, who is also one of the retailers, said the idea came about three weeks ago after she saw images and footages of the war in Gaza.
Food like samosa, spring roll, curry puff, briyani rice, cupcakes and other homemade items will be sold. There will also be furniture, paintings, cameras, Persian carpets and jewelery on auction. The organizer herself also donated some of her jewelery for this event. Innai Boutique also donated their stunning hand-drawn silk batik. Their effort in rallying their friends and family members to contribute time, money and resources is a true reflection of the caring Malaysian spirit. So we as Malaysian citizen should together support this for the Palestinian. The bazaar is at the west wing concourse and is open from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and 9am to 5pm on Sunday. Come and join this charity event.

Now, I would to share a story about a benefit about one of the yummy food. Em..do you like to eat chocolate? I sure that most of you like that things. Many people said that chocolate can make you fat. But, did you know that chocolate also can be one of your diet meal. But, it must be control and be taken in small serving. One of the benefit that I remember is it can reduce your stress. Besides that, it can make you younger because of chocolate increases antioxidant levels in the blood. Furthermore, drinking a cup of hot chocolate before meals may actually diminish appetite. And did you know, for men who eat chocolate live a year longer than those who don't.
