Today I want to share the information about new marine life discovered off Tasmania. This case occurs at Sydney, Australia and United State of America. A team of researchers has uncovered new marine life including fiery red coral and purple-spotted sea anemones, in deep waters off Tasmania. Based on four week expedition, the scientist also found that most reef-forming coral deeper than 1,300 meters in the area were newly dead.
Researchers will study samples of the coral to try and determinate whether the creatures are dying because of ocean warming, disease, a rise in ocean acidity or some other reason. Ron Thresher one of the expedition’s chief scientist said that the mathematical models predict that we could be seeing impacts of ocean acidification on that region.
Furthermore, the effect of rising ocean acidity on coral was troubling, said Michael Kingsford, head of marine biology at James Cook University in Queensland State. Any warning signs that deep calcium carbonate-based on the animals like corals are getting weaker.

This article is about wireless router options aplenty. With a variety of wireless routers in the market, both the older generation 802.11g and the newer 802.11n-compliment ones from familiar brands, prices have never been more affordable. The 802.11g routers basically increase the power transmission using a combination of triple antennas, known as Multiple Input, Multiple Output. While the 802.11n-compliment options use two antennas.
The 802.11n routers might to consider the Linksys WRT-300N which the price at RM410. It seems too performed well within the Linksys 802.11n family and about average for the 802.11 b/g protocol. The 802.11b being the first-generation protocol. On the other hand, the 802.11g routers can still be first choices. The entire three routers provide 54 megabits per second of output and four wired Ethernet ports.
The pocket routers run “hotter” and have a shorter lifespan than their regular sized cousins used for travelling. It make from Linksys, which sells at RM 170. Lastly, whichever brand that was choose, as long as the setup procedures are followed, most routers should give the users' years of trouble-free usage.

How to make your free time count???
I have the answers. Please read this article. Three things to try, if you haven't already.
1) Spring clean your home and recycle everything that you don't need. You can donate items which you don't want that are still in good condition to organisations that need them.
2) Go for tourism trips that support the environment and enjoy a holiday in a whole new way.
3) Be a volunteer. Volunteer, join activities or be a facilitator to organisations like Yayasan Anak Warisan Alam to educate the public on the importance of being environmentally friendly.
Don’t waste your time because time is gold.

Easy way to stop smoking.
The term ‘smoker’ is a sales and marketing ploy. A person is only smoking the cigarette. It is an action. There are still themselves. How did they acquire their nickname ‘smoker’? When people who smoke start to take charge and become aware that they are actually separate from the cigarette, then in their mind it becomes a first step to rid them of the habit. Why do smokers find it difficult to make that journey to be non-smoker? It simply because the subconscious knows that internally, the term ‘smoker’ it just a descriptive word.
Focusing on a new healthy mission and lifestyle has more intensity and clearer objectives. The words ‘Don’t Smoke’ actually stimulate a craving to smoke. So telling yourself ‘don’t smoke’ actually fires more desire to light up. Whether you say don’t, won’t, can’t, try to reduce smoking, it is still talking about the problem. So focus on high health standard.

Will every smoker quit someday?

Daily use is most beneficial. Tablets are convenient anytime, between, before, or with meals. Many enjoy mixing Spirulina powder in a green fruit juice smoothie as an instant breakfast, or a vegetable juice smoothie in the afternoon. We always read about benefits stop smoke by the long term. Here I will give some info about benefits over time after stop smoking.
20 minutes after quitting. Your heart rate and blood pressure drops.12 hours after quitting. The carbon monoxide level in your blood drops to normal.2 weeks to 3 months after quitting. Your circulation improves and your lung function increases. 1 to 9 months after quitting Coughing and shortness of breath decrease; cilia (tiny hair-like structures that move mucus out of the lungs) regain normal function in the lungs, increasing the ability to handle mucus, clean the lungs, and reduce the risk of infection.1 year after quitting. The excess risk of coronary heart disease is half that of a smoker's.5 years after quitting. Your stroke risk is reduced to that of a non-smoker 5 to 15 years after quitting.10 years after quitting. The lung cancer death rate is about half that of a continuing smoker's. The risk of cancer of the mouth, throat, esophagus, bladder, cervix, and pancreas decrease, too.15 years after quitting. The risk of coronary heart disease is the same as a non-smoker's.
A happy ending for smoker that determine to stop exhale the smoke. As I can see,my classmate like NAZURA,BED,IZAN,HAFIZ,BASIT,NASRAN and others are non smoker.I'm glad have a classmate that do not take CIGARETTES.

huh...finally,this is the last entry for this month.I feel so tired reading and conclude, reading and conclude and reading again. My brain feel wants to come out from the head but i force to keep it in to complete this entry.Hahaha(sarcatics laugh). For the last entry, i want to share my thought about OVER EXPOSED.Do you watch Gossip Girl?if you did,you had known tahat teenagers now do more than just study for their exams.
There was an article recently on teenage girls admitting to have lost their virginity at a young age (some at 10) and that they are sexually active. It sounds that our sociality in our teenagers getting worse.Parents and religious teachers tell their young charges that it is wrong to engage in sex outside of marriage. Nowadays, however, our teenagers (and children) are exposed to much more permissive attitudes towards sex in the media and entertainment channels they consume voraciously.
Surrounded by so much sexual images and vibes, it is no wonder that teenagers are starting to have sex at a younger age. Some even lose their virginity to impress their friends.Everything is accessible through the Internet nowadays, and kids learn from what they see.Teens today don’t understand what sex really is. I mean that, the responsibility and repercussion (teen pregnancy) that comes with the deed. To them, it’s the glamorised version they see on television – pretty girl kissing pretty boy, and it’s the coolest thing ever. I mean even that stuff they see on TV, it’s not much, which means that they learned the physical act of sex from watching pornography. We don’t need lessons on how to have sex. We need lessons on how to cope when the fun goes wrong.
Before this phenomena getting worse and worst,we have to find some ways to educate children and teenagers about their taughts about having sex under ages.Having it in the wrong ways does not make any benefits and will come so many troubles at their ages which they should having fun and more explorations to know someting better than that.

I had been read about the benefits of EPA/DHA in internet because I want to get more info about it as my friend said it very good for brain. Therefore, I want to share with all of U.As I understand, EPA and DHA are vital nutrients and may be taken to maintain healthy function of the following: Brain and Retina- DHA is a building block of tissue in the brain and retina of the eye. It helps with forming neural transmitters, such as phosphatidylserine, which is important for brain function. DHA is found in the retina of the eye and taking DHA may be necessary for maintaining healthy levels of DHA for normal eye function. Otherwise, the more important benefits of EPA/DHA thats can help human body is cardiovascular system - EPA and DHA are converted into hormone like substances called prostaglandins, and they regulate cell activity and healthy cardiovascular function. EPA/DHA also gives human growth and intellectual development - DHA plays a very important role during fetal development, early infancy, and old age. There are other benefits to taking EPA and DHA because it also plays as a source of energy, it insulates the body against heat loss, prevents skin from drying and flaking, and cushions tissues and organs. If You all have another info about EPA/DHA can share with me. Thats all. =)

Friendship
Friendship is considered one of the central human experiences, and has been sanctified by all major religions. As such, friendship is undoubtedly central to our lives, in part because the special concern we have for our friends must have a place within a broader set of concerns, including moral concerns, and in part because our friends can help shape who we are as persons. Given this centrality, important questions arise concerning the justification of friendship and, in this context, whether it is permissible to “trade up” when someone new comes along, as well as concerning the possibility of reconciling the demands of friendship with the demands of morality in cases in which the two seem to conflict.
. Value and Justification of Friendship is clearly plays an important role in our lives; to a large extent, the various accounts of friendship aim at identifying and clarifying that role. In this context, it is important to understand not only why friendship can be valuable, but also what justifies particular friendships. Thank you so much to SYAFIQ,IZAN,BED,AZA,BELLA,YEO, PEJA and all my classmate to be my best friend.

HOW TO BE A GOOD STUDENT

1.Use your reliable transportation to come to class on time. Students who walk in late are not only disrupting the teacher, they may be missing valuable information or the best seat in the classroom. Arriving a few minutes early is a lot different than arriving a few minutes late.

2.Sit in the front row. Not only will you be able to see and hear the teacher better, you will also be far away from mooching students who tend to sit in the back.

3.Be sure that you get a syllabus and then study it carefully. If your teacher goes through it during class, be sure to write down any additional information he or she may provide. Put your syllabus in a safe place and DO NOT LOSE IT. Refer to it throughout the semester whenever you have a question about due dates or class policies. This will save your teacher a lot of time and trouble.

4.Write down all pertinent class information such as: meeting day and time, room number, professor's name, and class section number and code (such as PHI 10, 28779) This will prevent you from getting lost on campus the first few days and will come in great handy if you need to add/drop the class.

5.Learn your professor/ teacher's name and what he or she likes to be called. "Mr." "Ms." "Instructor" or "Dr." may be appropriate. Unless your teacher requests otherwise, use his or her last name to convey the proper respect.

6.Come to class ready to learn. TURN OFF YOUR CELPHONE, PAGER, OR OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICE. Do not leave your cell phone on vibrate; it is still a disruption to the class. Be sure that you have gone to the bathroom, gotten something to eat, and have all your necessary books, pens, and paper. You should not be getting up and leaving in the middle of class on a regular basis, even just to make a phone call. Save those types of behaviors for an emergency.

7.Be prepared by taking good notes. What if you never taken notes before and you're not sure how? The only answer is to practice. Some guidance classes will teach you how to write notes if you need help, but mostly, learning how to listen for and write down important information comes from the experience of actually doing it. You should be taking notes every time your teacher lectures and then storing them in a safe place. Refer to your notes just after leaving class; this way your mind will still be fresh.

8.Get the phone numbers of at least two other class members. That way, if you miss a class, you can call to find out what you missed. Remember, it is your responsibility to know the information that your teacher presents and that is covered in the book. Don't expect a teacher to regive a lecture that they already gave in class. If you haven't spoken to anyone in the class, simply approach them and ask, "Would you like to exchange phone numbers? I always like to have someone's number in case I miss anything." Most students are happy to have a buddy they can rely on. Its a win-win situation.

9.Start working on an assignment as soon as possible. Time goes by faster than you expect it to, and we can't always foresee incidents that will get in the way of our homework. Also, if you plan to get an A on your assignment, you will probably need to spend hours working on it. A lot of people aren't willing to do the work required to get an A. Others are. If you have any questions about how to do the assignment or when to turn it in, consult your syllabus and then your teacher.

10.Turn in all assignments! (extra credit is only optional if you are earning a good grade.) This would seem like a no-brainer, but many students fail to do this. Also, be very familiar with assignment make-up policies. If you have a special situation, talk to your teacher.

11.If you are assigned to do group work, whether its discussion or turning in a presentation, be a good group member. That means that in a group, you are working just as hard as if you were on your own. Bring your ideas and your feedback to the table. Be serious about the assignment. Taking the attitude of, "I'm so bad at this stuff; you guys can handle it. Your ideas are way better than mine," is not being modest; it's being lazy. In the case of discussion, you are depriving your classmates of the feedback they should have received from you. And in the case of an assignment, you are making your group members do all the work! Don't cop out. In contrast, dominating a group and not allowing everyone to contribute ideas is just as bad. Even if you don't like someone else's ideas, you may need to compromise and go along with it, because group work is supposed to be a group effort.

12.Learn from your mistakes. That means if your teacher writes, "Use better grammar" than you should study grammar. If your teacher says, "Excellent! But I feel your conclusion is a little weak" than study how to write a conclusion. If you completely bomb a test, that should be a wake-up call to you. If you procrastinate so long that you are not ready with your project, and it turns into a humiliating experience, you need to ask yourself, "What went wrong? Why did I fail, and how could I do it better next time?" Go to your teacher and ask for feedback if you need more clarification.

13.Have a good attitude. People who show up to a class and complain all the time, talking on their cell phone and behind the teacher's back, are really only displaying their immaturity. Leave your personal problems at home, show up with a smile, and try to imagine why you might need to know this information, if it doesn't seem obvious.

TIME

A time to write,
A time to listen,
time starts with a new born first breath,
time ends with someones death,
time makes you win or loose,
time makes you choose..
time...
time, the thief of life,
time, an unwinnable fight,
time, brings the work of death..

Do you really appreciate your precious time??Time passed without we realized. It moves slowly and continuously. It never stop.
I know, most of people said don't get enough time, but just asking yourself. Do you really appreciate your time??
I hope you guys can appreciate your time.Fill it with the precious moment.Never let it go by doing nothing.Because the important thing is we never know when we will left this PLACE.
Remember that guys.

Are UFOs Real?

This the interesting article that I had read and I wants to share with everyone. The truths, nobody
knows for sure, but it's very unlikely that UFOs are real. Why?
Because the distance
between the Earth and the nearest possible source of intelligent
life is very, very
large. It would take millions and millions of years for a spaceship
to travel this distance. BUT there may be intelligent aliens life
out there, far away-you can learn more about the search for
"extraterrestrial" (meaning "outside of the Earth") life at this great site, Life Beyond Earth.

SHOPPING ONLINE TIP LIST

Here's a list of tips that I want to shared with you, that how you should consult when shopping online. I suggest you , print this page and keep it in a handy place so it will be easy to review before you order.

1.
If you don't feel comfortable buying or bidding on an item over the web, or if you feel pressured to place your order immediately, maybe you shouldn't.
2.
Take special care to familiarize yourself not only with he rules and policy of the auction site itself but with legal terms ( warranties, refund, policy, etc.) of the seller 's items that you wish to bid on.
3.
Be suspicious of prices that are too good to be true. Also consider carefully whether you may be paying too much of an item, particularly if you're bidding through an auction site. You may want to compare shop before you buy. Make sure there is no extra shipping or handling costs.
4.
Read the privacy policy first carefully to find out what information the seller is gathering from you, how the information will be used, and how you can stop the process. If a site doesn't have a privacy policy posted, you may not want to do business with it. If it does not have a privacy policy , there will probably be a link to it from the seller's home page, or it could be included with the Legal Terms.
5.
Before you give your payment information, check for the indicators that security software is in place.
6.
You should print out and date a copy terms, conditions, warranties, item description, company information, even confirming e-mails, and save them with your records of your purchase.
7.
Look at your purchase carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact the seller as soon as possible if you discover a problem with it. Tell the seller in writing about any problems you have, ask for a repair or refund, and keep a copy of your correspondence.

-ThE WrEaTh-
Today, I post different type story that have in my blog before.
This is title of story critique “The Wreath” written by Christine Manara.
I hope, if you read this post you can give your comment by answer that I give below.
And thanks of your kindness, give the comment of this story.

Story begins….

Ms. Tika’s mind was still fixed on the unpleasant incidents that had happened that day: breaking up with Harun after he had accused her of being unfaithful, finding out that her boss was involved in money laundering and deciding to quit her job immediately.

She walked aimlessly hoping for a good rest to clear her mind. But when she arrived home, another surprised disturbed her peace of mind. She found a strange wreath leaning against her front door. Pine leaves were tied together neatly with a black ribbon. Some rare black orchids that decorated the wreath made it seem even more bizarre. She suddenly felt scared. She hesitated to pick up the wreath. Who was it from? What did it mean? She looked around her to see whether anyone was watching her, but there was no one in sight. Her heart was pounding like a her hammer in her chest and her hands were sweating. She finally picked the wreath up nervously, hoping that it was address to someone else. However, there was no card with a name on it and no message. She took out her keys from her bag and opened he door. Then suddenly she stopped.

“What if someone is waiting for me inside?”

She pushed the door wide open so that it hit the wall. When she heard, the door slam against the wall, she was relieved. There was no one behind the door. She found the light switch to the living room and turned it on. She peeped into her living room, scanning every corner. She didn’t close the front door immediately. Instead, she went to check behind the sofa and other places where someone might be hiding. When she was sure that the house was safe, she closed the front door.

She sat on the sofa and examined the strange wreath that she had put on the table.

“What is this scary looking wreath? Who is teasing me?

After an hour of puzzlement, she got tired of her own guessing game and turned off the light and went into her bedroom. She woke to the sound of her bedroom door being locked. She realized that she was not alone. As she turned to get out of bed, two enormous hands closed around her neck.

“NO!!!” she screamed …and woke up, opened her eyes and found she was on her own, safe in her own bed.

“Ooof!” Thank goodness, it was just a dream,” she said to herself: the wreath, the bedroom door, those terrible hands…all of part of her dream.

She looked at the alarm clock on the table next to her bed and saw it was 6.30 a.m.. Time to get up. She got up and walked slowly to the kitchen. As she crossed her living room, she saw the wreath lying on the table in the exact position where she had left in her dream. Before she could make a sound, the hand were already closing tightly around her throat….

Question

How do you feel about the story? Try write about Miss Tika (character) and why she is dealing with the wreath? How do you think the story ends?

Hahahaa....Hohohoho...Hahahaha!!! [GROUP GIGGLING
This article that I had read in "Reader's Digest" book, it told me about the group giggling. They say that, "LAUGHTER IS GOOD MEDICINE," and now many people are getting a regular dose without any humuor. Members of laughter clubs have discovered that simulated laughter can quickly turn into giggles, then side-splitting guf- faws-benefiting mind, body and spirit. In group laughter, it's not the content that matters. You can laugh over nothing, even simulate laughter, and still reap the benefits. The body knows no difference. "Fake it till you make it" is the motto. Incorporating yoga strecthes, rhythmic breathing, meditation and a lot of playfulness, a typical laughter club sessions begins with rhythmic hand clapping along with energetic chants of "hoho, ha-ha-ha." This unique idea was developed by Dr. Madan Kataria in 1995. His interest in the health benefits of laughter- its positive impact on healing and how it reduces stress - has led to the clubs worldwide, gather to practise laughs such as the "milk-shake" and the "lion." Numerous studies support the health benefits of laughter in cardiac rehabilitation and alleviating depression. Now, research at Loma Linda University in California suggest simply anticipating humuor can contribute to stress reduction and optimise the immune system. Researcher Lee S. Berk says, "if group laughter sounds like a fun activity, you've probably already gained some health benefits."To find a laughter club in your country, visit laughteryoga.org.

So, I can say that after finished reading this article I'm also the one of this members . Because I can see it, when I entered to secondary school until I'm study at university now I'm always laught. But my parent always told me not to laugh too much because it can make me become fat. Now, their position to me are change because I had showed this article to them that laugh can make me more health. Today, I'm as the laughter as I'm before.

To Be ThE BeSt GuEsTs-
This article about how to be the best of guests. I think if you practice this, you will be the best guest…..Actually, I had tried its after read this article, and it give good effect to me.

Planning to stay with friends or relatives? These tips can make the experience more enjoyable for everyone. And you might even get invited back.

CALL FIRST. See to it that your hosts know in advance your arrival and departure dates, and make sure your schedule fits the plans. For instance, they might have other guests visiting at the time.

DOUBLE CHECK WHO’S REALLY INVITED. Don’t bring pets or children unless they are specifically invited. Your dog chewing up the family’s shoes or your kids destroying the furniture can be a host’s worst nightmare. If your children are welcome, make sure they are on their best behaviour.

DON’T COME EMPTY-HANDED. Bring a gift, such as their favourite drink or a decoration for the house, to show your appreciation.

LEND A HAND. Help out with the chores whenever possible. Straighten up your bed in the morning, hang your towel properly in the bathroom. If the hosts have house help, a small tip for the extra work is often appreciated.

PHONE HOME WITH CARE. Your hosts may refuse to accept money for long-distance calls, and then regret their graciousness when the bill arrives. To avoid problems, use a calling card.

GO WITH THE FLOW. Adapt your lifestyle to the way your hosts run their house. Don’t expect them to stay up to the small hours with you if they usually go to bed at 10 p.m.

HAVE FUN. Make your visit a joyful one. Your hosts aren’t running a hotel-they invited you because they like your company. Don’t hide in the guest room, and invite them along when you make plans to go out.

BUY DINNER. Take your hosts out to their favourite restaurant. This gives both the cook and their budget a break.

SAY THANKS. A card or phone call to say thanks will be appreciated. Even better, send a small gift.

SO TRY IT!!!!!..........

-READING--
Hi … today I would like to share something about reading. You, know reading is a very important skill. Everybody who has mastered the English language to some degree can read, the difference being the level of understanding and interpretation. However, there is always room for improvement and reading strategies can always help. Here below, have five tips that to help you read better, TRY IT…

Tip #1: Try to read at right level. Read something you can (more or less) understand.
If you need to stop every three words to look in a dictionary, it will be very
difficult and discouraging for you and you will soon get tired.

Tip #2: Try to pick up new vocabulary. If there are four or five words which are new to
you on a page, write them in your vocabulary book. However, you don’t have to
write them while you read. Instead, try to guess their meanings as you read and
mark them with a pen or pencil. After that, return to the marked words when you
have finished reading. Then, check their meanings in a dictionary and add them
to your vocabulary book.

Tip #3: Try to read regularly. For example, read for a short time every day. Fifteen minutes
per day is easier to manage than two hours every Sunday. Fix a time to read and
keep to it. For example, you could read for fifteen minutes before you go to sleep,
or when you get up in the morning , or during lunch time.

Tip #4: Be organized. Have everything ready-something to read, a marker to highlight
difficult or new words, a dictionary, your vocabulary book and a pen to write
down the new words.

Tip #5: Read something those interest you. Chose a magazine or book about a subject that
you like. This will make reading fun and something you look forward to.

Wonder Pets! is an exciting new Nick Jr. show for preschoolers. Each episode follows the adventures of three classroom pets--Linny the Guinea Pig, Ming-Ming Duckling, and Turtle Tuck--who travel around the globe helping to rescue animals who need their help.

Like real preschoolers, these three unlikely heroes don't have any actual super powers, but by working together they can conquer any obstacle: "What's gonna work? Teamwork!"

The show features photo-puppetry animation--an animation style created specifically for this series--which allows the animators to manipulate photos of real animals. The result is striking, memorable, and truly unique. Each episode is like a mini-opera with dialog often sung to an original score by some of Broadway's top composers. And each episode encourages teamwork, empathy, problem-solving skills, and an appreciation of music and humor.

The truth is, when a student has a bad teacher it is a very emotional time for him. Student grow up believing all teachers are good and have only good intentions. When the truth that teachers are merely human becomes known, it is time to step in and help out to deal with this fact.

Even if you are still unsure your child has a bad teacher there is evidently a problem. Visit the teacher and discuss your concerns. Most likely you’ll be able to tell if it is merely a conflict of character or if the teacher is truly lacking in the skill of teaching and dealing with kids.

The best way to do this is to have talk to the teacher if it is still confused or concerned about something.

Explain the problem and your concerns then give it some time to see if there is improvement.

f the problem doesn’t improve request a conference, explain how the problem is still there and that something needs to be done to change it.

f you see no hope, make an appointment with the superintendent and even the school board, if necessary. Take it as far as you have to in order to make changes not only for student, but for student who will have this teacher in the future.

I do have a bad teacher!! She pretend like a best teacher but totured me like hell. Maybe other student like her, but i dont!! What wrong have the sleepy face? My only hope is you die tragidically!!

Here I would like to share a funny story for a change...=9.
The story begins when God created the cow on the first day. God said, "You must go to the field with the farmer all day long and suffer under the sun, have calves and give milk to support the farmer I will give you a life span of sixty years". The cow said, "That's a kind of a tough life you want me to live for sixty years. Let me have twenty years and I'll give back the other forty." And God agreed. On the second day, God created the dog. God said, "Sit all day by the door of your house and bark at anyone who comes in or walks past. I will give you a life span of twenty years." The dog said, "That's too long to be barking. Give me ten years and I'll give back the other ten." So God agreed. On the third day God created the monkey. God said, "Entertain people, do monkey tricks, make them laugh. I'll give you a twenty year life span."
The monkey said, "How boring, monkey tricks for twenty years? I don't think so. Dog gave you back ten, so that's what I'll do too, okay?" And God agreed again. On the fourth day God created man. God said, "Eat, sleep, play. Do nothing, just enjoy, enjoy. I'll give you twenty years." Man said, "What? Only twenty years? No way! Tell you what, I'll take my twenty, and the forty cow gave back, and the ten dog gave back and the ten monkey gave back. That makes eighty, okay?". "Okay," said God. "You've got a deal". So this is why for the first twenty years we eat, sleep, play, enjoy, and do nothing; for the next forty years we slave in the sun to support our family; for the next ten years we do monkey tricks to entertain our grandchildren;
and for the last ten years we sit in front of the house and bark at everybody.
Enjoy...because laughs is the best medicine...=D

Now, the last entry for this month. I just read an article about the rainbow. I’m sure that all of us have seen the rainbows in our life. But do you know how this phenomenon happen? Rainbow is an optical meteorology phenomenon causes a spectrum of light to appear in the sky when the sunshine onto droplets of moisture in the earth atmosphere. It take a variety of color such as red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet and purple. Rainbows can be observed when there are water drops. The most spectacular rainbow displays happen when half of the sky is still dark with draining clouds and the observer is at a spot with clear sky in the direction of the Sun. The result is a luminous rainbow that contrasts with the darkened background. Besides rainbow are commonly seen near the waterfalls or fountains. The affect are created by dispersing water droplet into the air during the sunny day.

REASONS TO USE YOGHURT
I would rather choose to take yoghurt drink than fresh milk especially fruit based yoghurt drink. Yoghurt also has its own benefit to our health. Yoghurt is rich in potassium, calcium, protein and B vitamins, including B-12. Research shows yoghurt strengthens and stabilizes the immune system. The existing of lactobacillus in yoghurt help the absorption on nutrients in our intestines which would ensures the digestive system stays healthy, and stabilizes the immune system. Besides, it has the ability to stimulate the immune system and kill bad "bugs" or bacteria in the human gut. The secret to good yoghurt is that it contains live cultures, there are four major strains of bacteria to look for: L. acidophilus, L. bulgaricus, S. thermophilus, and bifidobacteria. There are good brands of yoghurt available check the label to make sure it specifies active cultures. It is always better to buy the yoghurt plain and add in the fruit or jam just before eating it. Frozen yoghurt is not the same product and will not yield the same health benefits; even if they specify live cultures they will have only a fraction of the beneficial bacteria of fresh yoghurt and they will not enhance lactose tolerance. Surprisingly, research shows women who eat 4 cups of yoghurt/week have less vaginal and bladder infections. A study at Long Island Jewish Medical Center showed that women prone to vaginal yeast infections experienced a threefold decrease in infections when they ate a cup of Lactobacillus acidophilus yoghurt daily for six months. I was so pleased with the improvement that makes me doesn’t want to stop eating the yoghurt!

From my previous reading, Strengthen Your Immune System, that the title is “What Inside The Bottle?”. I want to share it to everyone. Water bottles are not obliged to provide information on the label about the mineral content of water, but they must follow labeling definition standards established by the Australia New Zealand Food Authority. Current labels means:

1. Mineral or spring water must come from an underground water source and contain ‘soluble matter’ (minerals). That does not mean the water is untreated or ‘pure’. It may undergo filtering and chlorination treatment before bottling. ‘Spring Water’ is usually still, whereas ‘mineral water’ normally has bubbles, which are, in most case, added artificially as processing tends to remove any naturally occurring carbon dioxide.

2. Sparking water is water that has been carbonated to provide bubbles. The water can come from any source – such as the tap or a private reservoir. It will often have been treated to remove impurities, improve clarity and prolong shelf life. It does not have to come from ‘pure’ or ‘natural’ source.

3. Artesian water is pumped to the ground surface from an underground source. It may be filtered.

4. Other bottled water may be filtered tap water, rain water or demineralised water. Nearly all of these will have been processed in some way (usually for clarity or to prolog shelf life).

In this final comment for January entry, I just love to share my experience on this Chinese New Year holiday. I went to Pangkor Island on 27th till 29th January 2009.

I went there with my sister and her friends. This is very memorable moment.
I went for snorkeling and banana boat. Even though I cannot swim but at least I try to swim with the life jacket. Pangkor island has its own fascinating scenery.
Its beautiful island and also the place.

We went shopping-I bought lots of souvenirs and also the food such as 'fish satay'.We stayed at Pangkor Bayview Resort and we did rent a car(kancil) which the cost was RM300 for two days.

This is the second time I go there.
So,my next vision is I want to go Tioman Island on the next holiday.
I love to go to island because of their beautiful scenery, white sandy beach and the clean ocean.

Have a great vacation everyone.

Love is any of a number of emotions and experiences related to a sense of strong affection and attachment. The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure to intense interpersonal attraction. The word love is both a verb and a noun. This diversity of uses and meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, even compared to other emotional states.

As an abstract concept, love usually refers to a deep, ineffable feeling of tenderly caring for another person. Even this limited conception of love, however, encompasses a wealth of different feelings, from the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love to the nonsexual emotional closeness of familial and platonic love to the profound oneness or devotion of religious love.Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.

Today I have read an article about killer cells. Scientists at Ontario’s University Health Network (UHN) have discovered that colon cancer originates from rare, colon cancer stem cells within the tumors. Dr John Dick, the study’s principal investigator, and senior scientist at the Ontario Cancer Institute says that they found that not every tumor cell is equally capable of sustaining tumors in the colon. Only about 57000 cells in a colon cancer stem cells, but it is these rare cells that initiate the growth of the tumour, and then later differentiate into cancer cells.

Remedies to sooth a cough.

This article also about health. Many of us do not know what is remedies. And did you know do remedies to sooth a cough??
Whether due to a cold or changing weather conditions, a cough is a nagging reminder that something is out of balance in your airways. Stop a cough in its tracks with these tips:

For all kinds of coughs, boil a pot of water and turn off the stove. Add 10 drops of Tonic Oil, which consists of oils of camphor, peppermint, eucalyptus, fennel, and wintergreen. These are traditionally used for opening passageways. Inhale fumes deeply for 10 minutes with a towel draped over you, covering your head and the pot.

Nourish the lungs. Core one pear apple (Asian pear), add 1 tbsp honey to the center, and steam or bake for 10-15 minutes. Eat two to three daily to nourish lungs and sooth a cough.

For dry cough, finely chop 2 cups each of green and red cabbage, add one pear apple or Asian pear, and boil in 6 cups of water for 30 minutes. Drink this broth three times a day.

For cough with excess mucus, boil two oranges, peels and all, in 4 cups of water for 30 minutes. Drink the water and eat the oranges.

Supplements that can help treat a cough include Vitamins C, E, and B complex, bromelain, garlic, zinc, and iron.

For a cough accompanied by a cold, try our specially prepared natural cold-slaying formula, Cold&Flu.

I tell my patients that if a cough persists beyond a month without improvement, they should immediately see a lung specialist for further examination. As always, speak with your doctor before beginning any new health regime.

I hope that this article has you breathing easy! I invite you to visit often and share your own personal health and longevity tips with me.

May you live long, live strong, and live happy!
