Hello everyone.
I want to share with you on how can we make pimples disappear.

Firstly,drink at least 3bottles of water a day and don't touch face
don't pick at acne or squeeze them -trust me it will cause you more damage than having that zit for a few days!It is because the bacteria will spread causing more breakouts.

Secondly,try not to wear an oil based makeup make sure to take off makeup when you are just around the house doing nothing and before you sleep.You also have to
make sure to clean your sheets at least 1time a week because pillow also can hold bacteria.

The instant you get a pimple or you feel like you are getting one then put that spot treatment on about 5times a day and it will be gone in a day or two.

A good routine will set you right.I know how you feel but i now love the skin.

Tips to build happy,loving,long-lasting relationships.

1.Understand that at times we come across as too needy and this is usually due to the fact that we don't want to be single. But sometimes spending time with ourselves is the best gift we can give ourselves. Being alone needn't mean being lonely.

2.Remember that the best relationships are based on living, loving and sharing. Sharing creates harmony in a relationship. Harmony and balance are a part of a good relationship structure.

3.Face difficulties and problems when they come up. Talk openly to each other without confessing ALL your sins. Avoid giving them your whole life story. Take time to get to know each other.

4.Be willing to take full responsibility for your own words and actions if you want your relationships to work.

5.Realise that relationships never really end - they just change. You are still in a relationship with each other it's just a different type of relationship. If you can accept the fact that you are now just friends - that too could be a very special kind of relationship.

6.Try to be more honest with them. Being more honest with them means that they will be more honest to you.

7.Spend more time with them. If they live far away, make a date with them at a place close to where they live.

8.When they are not feeling too good, offer to stay home with them to help them out.

9.Learn to be a good listener. When people can tell that you are truly listening to what they say (instead of pretending to pay attention until getting a turn to speak), they feel that you truly care and enjoy their company. Many of the most well-liked and cherished people are good listeners.

Time is similar to money in how we use it,when we spend time, we save time,we invest time. The time is gone without a return. The goal is to look for ways a person can save and invest time.

Many authors offered a categorization scheme for the hundreds of time management approaches that they reviewed:

1)First generation: reminders,for example with clock, can be used to alert of the time when a task is to be done.

2)Second generation: planning and preparation based on calendar and appointment books.

3)Third generation: planning, controlling activities on a daily basis.

4)Fourth generation: being efficient and proactive.

Estrogen Reduced Risk of Alzheimer’s in Women.

“Keep that estrogen level up, my lady” seemed like a great motto for American Academy of Neurology’s 59th Annual Meeting.
A study announced earlier this month at AAN’s 59th annual meeting shows that women who use hormone therapy before the age of 65 can cut their risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. The study found that women who used any form of estrogen hormone therapy before the age of 65 were nearly 50 percent less likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease or dementia than women who did not use hormone therapy before age 65.
The research was conducted by Stanford University professor and AAN fellow Dr. Victor W. Henderson as a part of the Women’s Health Initiative Memory Study, which is a sub-study of the Women’s Health Initiative (WHI). The WHI is one of the largest U.S. prevention studies of post-menopausal women. The study looked at prior hormone uses in 7,153 healthy women, who aged between 65-79 years, before they were enrolled in the WHI Memory Study.
Researchers followed the women’s cognitive health over an average of five years, during which only 106 of the total developed Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.
Dr. Henderson announced, “We found that it didn’t matter how old the woman was when she started hormone therapy, how long or recently she took it or what kind of prior therapy she used.” The reduced risk of dementia was seen only with prior hormone therapy, used before one’s enrollment in the study. Women who began estrogen-only therapy after the age of 65 or during the WHI Memory Study had roughly a 50-percent increased risk of developing dementia. The risk jumped to nearly double for women who used estrogen-plus-progestin hormone therapy.
Dr. Henderson also said that further studies are needed to support their findings and learn more about how hormone therapy can affect the long-term cognitive health of women who begin the use before age of 65.

This space,i want to share with you about the meter.At least, we get improve our information and apply this knowledgement in our test if let say this question were asked.Actually,a meter is any device built to accurately detect and display an electrical quantity in a form readable by a human being.Most modern meters are "digital" in design, meaning that their readable display is in the form of numerical digits.Older designs of meters are mechanical in nature, using some kind of pointer device to show quantity of measurement.

Most mechanical movements are based on the principle of electromagnetism: that electric current through a conductor produces a magnetic field perpendicular to the axis of electron flow.The greater the electric current, the stronger the magnetic field produced.That's all..Thank you..

Good day to everyone.
I would like to share some tips on digital camera to everyone, the tip that i'm goin to share is how to capture underwater sceneary using digital camera. Firstly, you must look for a good housing for the camera. Your camera must get adequate protection from water. So you will have to purchase housing with seals to eliminate the water. It must match the dimensions of your digital camera. In fact, most companies will sell the housing for the cameras you have. 35mm cameras are entry level, offering nothing more than point and shoot. These cameras will not filter out the particles you find floating along in the water on a poor visible day. These cameras offer poor visibility, 100 feet at the most. 35 mm camera is nor recommended, particularly if you are planning to go down below 80 feet.
The more professional cameras are larger with a huge lens to let light in as well as have filters to help bring clarity to any photograph. Digital cameras are the best way to take underwater photographs because you can make sure you have the desired affects before leaving the seen. If you are passionate about underwater photography, you should better take good guidance, better still a regular course. Sometimes the flash will help you with the photographs, but other times it will wash the subject out and ruin the print. You can also use underwater cameras when you are snorkeling.
When storing your underwater camera and flash you usually want to store them without the batteries as the batteries can die quickly. Underwater photography requires a few more skills than regular photography due to the lighting conditions.

Personality, beauty, appearance are the most important aspects women care for. Well beauty and personality comes hand in hand. To improve these aspects cosmetics play their role. However cosmetics are not all the time advantageous. Women tend to forget that cosmetics can cause side effects in the long run. Cosmetics are not a valid line of acne control, but they can camouflage an acute acne outbreak. One must remember, however, that any kind of topically applied oil-based compound will aggravate acne. Cosmetics are not good for the proper function of the human body. Make up is essential to bring up the women’s personality and confidence. To withhold these aspect women can go for natural make up or cosmetics which is an excellent way to avoid poisoning themselves and the planet. Natural cosmetics include mineral makeup, vegetable-based cosmetic and beauty products. If these kinds of cosmetics are too expensive we can turn to traditional method of persevering beauty. We can do our own mask using white yolk and coconut milk. Besides that even turmeric powder, Aloe Vera, and many more natural sources which play a role as cosmetics. I would like to wrap up my blog by saying “Go for Natural” which will be always safe and natural beauty is always admired.

What is an internet friendship? How close can we go with an opposite sex having internet friendship? What is the difference of dating in real person and internet dating? Why do we feel close with internet friends more than anything else and feel like meeting him / her again and again in person?I think people move in relationships faster online because there is no fear of not being able to say what you actually feel, and you are able to openly express yourself.

Also so many people change themselves online to have a personality that you would like, and those people find out little things about you and incorporate it into who they "are" to make you like them more.

And the fact that you can either lie about your personality is scary, because what if you do meet the person? And then you may never know who you can trust and may not meet real friendly people.

My advise is that less people should indulge on online RELATIONSHIPS and stick with FRIENDSHIP.Because there are less things getting in the way of communication. Preconceptions about looks, the way you dress, your voice. If you're shy.

It's a communication between minds, which is generally much more truthful. As far as lying goes, it happens the same face to face or on the internet.

As I know,a pneumatic is the use of pressurized gas to affect mechanical motion.Pneumatic power is used in industry, where factory machines are commonly plumbed for compressed air; other compressed inert gases can also be used.

Besides,pneumatic systems in fixed installations such as factories use compressed air because a sustainable supply can be made by compressing atmospheric air. The air usually has moisture removed and a small quantity of oil added at the compressor, to avoid corrosion of mechanical components and to lubricate them.

Portable pneumatic tools and small vehicles such as Robot Wars machines and other hobbyist applications are often powered by compressed carbon dioxide because containers designed to hold it such as soda stream canisters and fire extinguishers are readily available, and the phase change between liquid and gas makes it possible to obtain a larger volume of compressed gas from a lighter container than compressed air would allow. Carbon dioxide is both an asphyxiant and poisonous, and can also be a freezing hazard when vented.

• Don't let children walk alone.
• A great safety tool for toddlers and preschoolers is a harness. While some may feel you are keeping them on a leash, a harness offers the safety of keeping a child closer at hand, helping to direct them and also to even assist when a fall is inevitable.
• Hold hands at all intersections and when crossing any driveways or lanes.
• Teach and enforce a rule that the child must stop immediately when told to do so and follow further instructions.
• Teach children to stay away from the edge of the sidewalk.
• If children are riding a ride-on toy, keep them close by at all times.

Good day to my easy-going miss saraz and my beloved freind.This is forth comment for february reading entry.February is the most suitable time to talk about love though i send this comment on march. ;)

Why people falling in love ??

There are a loads of reasons why people fall in love. Some people fall in love for the right reasons. Others do it out of lack of confidence. They do not want to be alone, which is a really lame reason.For me , it better be alone then to have pretend be cheerful in front of people that we not alone.

People fall in love because they want to offer someone something good that they have. They want to be with someone not as to depend on him or her but to share their life with them. They have something good to offer and they want something good in return. They want to spend time with someone not because they are scared to be alone but because they enjoy the other person’s company. They are not in the relationship with closed eyes but open eyes. They can see all; the good and bad happening, and they are ignoring the bad because they are scared to be alone, or because they feel embarrassed that it’s happening to them.

In Japanese cuisine, sushi is vinegared rice, usually topped with other ingredients, including fish dishes.In Japan, sliced raw fish alone is called sashimi and is distinct from sushi, as sashimi is the raw fish component, not the rice component. The word sushi itself comes from an archaic grammatical form of a word that is no longer used in other contexts; literally, "sushi" means "it's sour".

I never taste a sushi before and i want to try it how it taste sometime.Some people does't like to eat sushi because it raw.Malaysian people esspacially malay prefer to eat cooked food.

hallo guys...since there are many problem to post a comment besides this lately weeks become more busy with test and assignment.. so, I hope what I am going to write will be some guard to someone out there who are smokers and did try many thing to quit smoking.
As I know, in this university there are many students who are smoker, especially boys. Even there are a rules that stated student can not smoke in this university. Didn’t they know what are the effect to their health in the future?? Not only to themselves but also to the people around them(family, children and friends. To those who are trying to stop smoking can try this method,,,

1) Cutting down -this means smoker need to cut down the quantity of the cigarettes that they take in a day…if today you smoke 1 packets of it, tomorrow ;try to cut it until 1 cigarette per a day.

3) Inhalers –release nicotine through the mouth to take the edges off cravings. It`s worth a try if you miss the physical routine of smoking. It`s more safe then cigarettes.

4)Gum-its like chew gum but not same as it. This gum different, its for smoker user. For sure this gum kicks cravings by giving you small doses of nicotine. But, its not for chew! It just placed between tooth and cheek so the nicotine is absorbed through the lining of the mouth.

5)Prescription medication- such as bupropion ,works by decreasing the physical craving for cigarettes by reducing nicotine withdrawal symptoms. Varenicline also use for this, it block the effect of nicotine in the body, which removes the pleasure associated with smoking and takes the edges off cravings.

6)Patches- help you adhere to your decision to quit _quite literally. Stuck to your body, they release nicotine through the skin at a slow and steady rate.

7)Lozenges-suitable to those who are going to quits smoking quickly. They come in a variety of strengths and are a discreet way of controlling cravings with minimal effort.

8)Complementary treatments- try this, acupuncture to hypnotherapy . but, its not proven yet..depends to the person,,,how long they been smokers.

9)Counseling-this method help you to understand the nature of your addiction, and provides structure for quitting and support for managing withdrawal. Coupling medication or NRTs with behavioural advice increases the benefits of this method.

The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we embrace for that day. We cannot change our past we cannot change the fact that people act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one thing we have, and that is our attitude.

I am convinced that life is 10% of what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it.
