Assalammualaikum
Today I want to talk about my favourite food.

I love Shrimp scampi over a bed of linguine, homemade of course. I start with 3 cups of chardonnay in a good sized saute pan, then I add a stick of unsalted butter. When it just starts to bubble I add three cloves of garlic crushed, some fresh basil and parsley and then 4 tablespoons of fresh grated romano cheese. Just when the cheese starts to melt I add the shrimp and cook until they are that perfect lovely orange. I pour the whole mixtue over a bed of linguine and serve with more fresh grated romano cheese. That is my favorite!

Thank You.

Assalamualaikum.

Facial tissue refers to a class of soft, absorbent, disposable paper that is suitable for use on the face. It is designed to facilitate the expulsion of nasal mucus from the nose although it may refer to other types of facial tissues including napkins and wipes. In most parts of the world, handkerchiefs have fallen out of use, except for fashion, and their function has been replaced entirely by facial tissue.
Facial tissue is most often referred to as a "tissue", or by the trademark "Kleenex" which popularized the invention and its use. However, the term 'Kleenex' is not widely heard outside of America, but heard more in and around Europe. The term "paper handkerchief" is also used.
Sometimes toilet paper is used as a substitute, as it is quite similar. However, because toilet paper is designed to deteriorate in water, it is much less sturdy, increasing the potential of mucus reaching the hands. Furthermore, some brands of toilet paper are relatively rough and may irritate the nose, although not as rough as many paper towels. To avoid this irritation, some tissue brands have made tissues with aloe and other lotions in them, to soothe the nose and help nasal lacerations heal.

That is all and thank you.

Assalamualaikum and hello to everyone.A lot has been written about love and family relationships but very rarely about friendship. But i think friends also play a vital role in our life.I would say no if anybody said that friendship have a weaker capability to enrich and support our happiness espcially for those who are true singles. Many qualities of friends can become our family of sorts.Sometimes,if i got any problems or else,my bestfriends will be the best ones to go for advice and encouragement. In friendship there are several rules for us need to know.
-Remain equally loyal in good & bad times.
-respect!
-Always do what u say will do.
-Never talk bad about our friend to others.
-Keep their secrets a secret.Important!
-honest.
-Always values and appreciate our friends.
-Be grateful for your friends.
-Be who we are.
-Accept them as they are.
-Talk to them how to treat you graciously but firmly.
-Sharing fun,challenging and so on.

Assalamualaikum and good afternoon.
Do you know that heavy school bags are hazardous?

Student do not need to bring all the textbooks. Student should have flexible timetables and lockers.Sometimes, student even has to carry a file in the other hand.

This can lead to long term muscle strain, distortion of the natural S curve of the spine and rounding of the shoulders.

Children should not be carrying more than 10 per cent of their own body weight because there's evidence that really heavy packs can change the postural shape of the spine.

Children under 11 years old should carry no more than five per cent of their weight, and those over 11 no more than 10 per cent.

Thank you.

BAJU KURUNG....

The beauty of baju kurung is that the accessories are not only the 'kerosang' or brooch but also non material accessories like the way the wearer walks, behaves, talks, smiles etc. or in other word 'sopan santun'.
A woman who wants to try baju kurung i think need to learn the art so that she will be seen wearing a complete set of baju kurung.Certain kebaya/baju kurung materials are of expensive silk, organza etc and I need to be careful when i wear them so i will not ruin them. Care should be taken on the way i sit, where i will be sitting. sometimes it is good especially for the girls ad teenagers. they seem very polite when wearing it even the people who wear it like a 'tomboy'.baju kurung have their own meaning in our people especially malay.
all the malaysian even indian, chinese or other also wear baju kurung because they think that it is comfortable when wearing baju kurung. so, it is not our fault to make sure our tradition stil in our heart.

Assalamualaikum and good afternoon..Today i want to tell you one of my favourite badminton racquet's brand which is yonex..The company of yonex was founded in 1946 by Minoru Yoneyama as a producer of wooden floats for fishing nets. The company was later forced out of this market because of the invention of plastic floats. This led to a commitment by Yoneyama to never again be left behind by technological advancements. In 1957, Yoneyama began to make badminton racquets for other brands. By 1961, the first Yoneyama branded racquet was introduced, and within another two years an export company was created for the worldwide distribution. After the company began to make aluminum badminton racquets in 1969, it found that the same technology could be applied to the tennis racquet which the company introduced in 1971. The company began to experiment with graphite shafts for both types of racquets and found that these would also be useful for golf clubs. Finding a growing market, the Yonex Corporation (a wholly owned subsidiary) was established in Torrance, California in July 1983. In 1992 Yonex introduced the widebody racquet the "Isometric 500", a racquet that was much less "tear drop" shaped than previous racquets. The more "square" head of the racquet gave it a much larger striking surface, which provides a larger "sweet spot" to hit the shuttle. It led other manufacturers to follow suit in "square-head" or isometric designs. The parent company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 1994.That's all..

Thank you

Today i would like share some information about my favourite football club.Liverpool Football Club is a professional association football club based in Liverpool, England. The club plays in the Premier League, and it is the most successful club in the history of English football. Liverpool Football Club has won a record eighteen First Division titles, and seven League Cups. The club has won five European Cups, which is an English record and the FA Cup seven times.

The club was founded in 1892, and quickly became a strong force in English football, winning five league championships between 1900 and 1947. However, Liverpool spent several years in the Second Division during the late 1950s, and did not win promotion again until the appointment of Bill Shankly as manager in 1959.

Under Shankly's management, Liverpool won three League Championship titles, two FA Cups and a UEFA Cup; the club's first European trophy. In the past 30 years, they have been one of the most successful clubs in English and European football they won four European Cups between 1977 and 1984. The club experienced a lean period during the 1990s, but saw a revival when they won the treble in 2001 and the club's fifth European Cup in 2005.

Liverpool F.C. has played at Anfield since its formation, but plans to move to a new stadium in Stanley Park, which is due to be completed by 2011. Liverpool has a large and diverse fan base, which holds long-standing rivalries with several clubs. The most notable of these is their rivalry with Manchester United, and Everton, with whom they regularly contest the Merseyside derby.

Assalamualaikum to everybody...
For this session,I want to share with all of you about a history of 'sepak takraw'which is one of my fovourite sports.

The sport had already become popular in Malaysia and Thailand by the early 1400s. Back then it was called takraw in Thai or sepak raga in Malay and played mainly by men and boys standing in a circle, kicking the ball back and forth between them.

Other historical accounts mention the game earlier during the reign of King Naresuan of Ayutthaya. The game remained in its circle form for hundreds of years, and the modern version of sepak takraw began taking shape in Thailand sometime during early 1740s. In 1866 the Siam Sports Association drafted the first rules for takraw competition. Four years later, the association introduced the volleyball-style net and held the first public contest. Within just a few years, takraw was introduced to the curriculum in Siamese schools.

The game became such a cherished local custom that another exhibition of volleyball-style takraw was staged to celebrate the kingdom’s first constitution in 1933, the year after Thailand abolished absolute monarchy. Later in 1935, the game was first played differently in the state of Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia during the Silver Jubilee celebration of SMK King George V.

I think, that's all for this session.Thank you for reading.

I would like to talk about time management because as a student, right time management can reducing stress .Personal time management skills are necessary skills to be effective people. People who use these techniques routinely are the highest achievers in all walks of life, from business to sport to public service. If we use these skills well, then we will be able to function exceptionally well, even under intense pressure. When we master these skills ,we will find that we can control of our workload and and not anxious to the often intense stress of work overload. The main thing for time management is an important shift in focus. We must concentrate on results and not on being busy. Many people spent their days in a extreme activity but achieve very little, because they’re not concentrating the things that matter the most. By applying the time management skills we can optimize our effort to ensure that we concentrate as much of your time and energy as possible on the high pay off tasks. This ensures that you achieve the greatest benefit possible with the limited amount of time available .

I would like to share another part about time management that is prioritizing. Prioritizing is what needs to be done is especially important. Without it, we may work very hard, but we won’t be achieving the results we desire because what we are working on is not of strategic importance. Most people have a “to-do” list of some sort. The problem with many of these lists is they are just a collection of things that need to get done. There is no rhym and reason to the list and, because of this, the work they do is just as unstructured. So we must do our work on to do list tasks top down, bottom up, easiest to hardest. To work efficiently we need to work on the most important, highest value tasks. This way we won’t get caught scrambling to get something critical done as the deadline approaches.

I would like to share another part in time management that is managing interruption Having a plan and knowing how to prioritize it is one thing this part I was post before. The next part is knowing what to do to minimize the interruptions we face during our day. It is widely recognized that managers get very little uninterrupted time to work on their priority tasks. There are phone calls, information requests, questions from employees, and a whole host of events that crop up unexpectedly. Some do need to be dealt with immediately, but others need to be managed. However, some jobs need we to be available for people when they need help – interruption is a natural and necessary part of life. Here, do what we sensibly can to minimize it, but make sure we don't scare people away from interrupting when they should.

Another part of time management is avoid from procrastinate. “I’ll get to it later” has led to the downfall of many a good employee. After too many “laters” the work piles up so high that any task seems insurmountable. Procrastination is as tempting as it is deadly. The best way to beat it is to recognize that we do indeed procrastinate. Then we need to figure out why. Perhaps we are afraid of failing? And some people are actually afraid of success!Once we know why we procrastinate then we can plan to get out of the habit. Reward yourself for getting jobs done, and remind yourself regularly of the horrible consequences of not doing those boring tasks. To have a good chance of conquering procrastination, we need to spot straight away that we're doing it. Then, we need to identify why we're procrastinating and taken appropriate steps to overcome the block.

The last i want tell about time management is scheduling.Much of time management comes down to effective scheduling of our time. When we know what our goals and priorities are, we then need to know how to go about creating a schedule that keeps we on track, and protects from stress. This means understanding the factors that affect the time have available for work. We not only have to schedule priority tasks, we have to leave room for interruptions, and contingency time for those unexpected events that otherwise wreak chaos with our schedule. By creating a robust schedule that reflects our priorities and well as supports our personal goals, we have a winning combination One that will allow you to control your time and keep your life in balance. For the conclusion, time management is an essential skill that helps you keep your work under control, at the same time that it helps you keep stress to a minimum. We would all love to have an extra couple of hours in every day. Seeing as that is impossible, we need to work smarter on things that have the highest priority, and then creating a schedule that reflects our work and personal priorities. With this in place, we can work in a focused and effective way, and really start achieving those goals, dreams and ambitions we care so much about.

For the next summary I would like to share about leadership. Before thathat ,It would like to share a story about a success men.“At the age of seven, a young boy and his family were forced out of their home. The boy had to work to support his family. I would like to share about team development . Team building is a process that requires due attention and care. If you try to skip over important development stages, you risk not forming the solid foundation needed when trouble or setbacks occur. To build, lead, or participate in a team requires an understanding of the stages of team development. Two factors that significantly increase a team's chances of being effective are having a well thought out team orientation process, and developing a clear team charter. Both of these help establish clear guidelines and set clear expectations. When the individuals on a team all know what they are supposed to be doing and how they are to go about doing it, you give the team a good start on maximizing performance.

Articulating the team's vision is fundamental to developing a high performing team. It's the vision that motivates and directs a team to reach its goal. The best teams invest a great deal of time and energy into exploring and understanding the overall purpose and vision of the team. From this vision, a set of goals and objectives emerges that helps the team stay focused and on track. The key to using vision successfully is making the process of discovering it a participative one. You can tell a team what the vision is and team members may or may not agree that the cause is worth working hard for. If, however, you allow the team to explore the vision, to see how their specific roles fit into the big picture, and provide meaningful opportunities for team members to assist in the team's success, then you have the basis for a high performing team.

RASHIDAHTUL NOR RAIDAH BT RASHID

Another part about leadership is managing conflict .Conflict can be an inevitable consequence of working with other people. Opinions, values, styles, and a whole host of other differences provide more than enough grounds for disagreement. This disagreement is actually part of the reason why teams can be so effective the more perspectives that go into a process, the better the end result. Usually allowing the differences to get out of hand, though, causes unnecessary disruption and leads to breakdowns in working relationships. Team members and leaders should take it upon themselves to understand the basics of conflict management and also learn more about different styles and ways of thinking and working.

Another part about leadership I would like to share is understanding and collaboration. and your team are able to collaborate and understand the key issues facing the team. Again, this goes back to the idea of cohesion. Members of successful teams all head in the same direction, and work for the same purpose. When priorities and goals diverge, tensions appear within the team, and the whole is often no longer greater than the sum of its parts. This is a fundamental issue for high performing teams. Consensus, consistency and agreement are vital for effective teamwork.

STRETCHING YOUR BODY BEFORE AND AFTER EACH SESSION

It is advisable to stretch out both before and after each jogging session, and not only the muscles in your feet, but your whole body 2 minutes before and 3-4 minutes after the session. When stretching out do the following movements:

* Bend forward and touch your toes.

* Kneel down on one of your feet, and stretch the other out backwards.

* Bend your body to both sides.

* Stretch out an arm, grab something, and turn your body round so that your arm is bent backwards.

* Shoot your abdomen foreword, so that your spinal column is stretched into a bow.

* Place your hands behind your neck and stretch your arms backwards. Then twist your body to left and right, also bend to each side.

After the jogging it is sometimes best to wait for some minutes before you stretch out, so that the worst tiredness has gone away first.

HELLO,
Things are now beginning to change and you needn't pay such a high price for fashion. We live in a world that often seems to be dominated by style and fashion trends. Do you purchase fashionable items on online auctions ever? Even if you don't, you've probably got a fair idea of the latest trends.Such information is gathered from a variety of information and looking at the clothes that others are wearing is just one source of knowledge for many of us.It's widely known that celebrities tend to wear the latest items. They often lead the latest trends, or are seen to be following them. Picking up a magazine, or watching the television, it's almost impossible to ignore the trends that are being set by high profile figures. We are surrounded by stylish images.Unfortunately, some fashion items always seem to be beyond our means. Exclusive designs tend to have high price tags and online auction things have started to change, with more designers being willing to work with high street stores and online clothing retailers. These changes have led to a lowering of prices and an increase in accessibility. Now, many of us can own the clothes that we see celebrities wearing. If you choose to shop for clothing online then you can take advantage of further price cuts, thanks to the fact that many retailers provide discount codes that can be used to reduce the prices that you pay at the checkout. Take advantage of these codes to save money
at some of the UK's biggest clothing stores. Why pay more than you have to? Online clothing costs have been falling for a while now. Make sure that you're in a position to take advantage of this situation.

I want to share about acupunture..
What is acupunture??

Acupuncture is a technique of inserting and manipulating fine filiform needles into specific points on the body to relieve pain or for therapeutic purposes. The word acupuncture comes from the Latin.

According to traditional Chinese medical theory, acupuncture points are situated on meridians along which the vital energy, flows. Modern acupuncture texts present them as ideas that are useful in clinical practice.According to the NIH consensus statement on acupuncture, these traditional Chinese medical concepts are difficult to reconcile with contemporary biomedical information but continue to play an important role in health.

Different types of acupuncture (Classical Chinese, Japanese, Tibetan, Vietnamese and Korean acupuncture) are practiced and taught throughout the world.

There is no scientific or medical evidence that acupuncture has any efficacy beyond a placebo effect.

Every people want to get attention by other people . They want to look perfect and good . So weird but that life . We can't explain about our feeling but we can control and take care of it .

Have we always wanted to be the cool guy, who always seems to do the right thing? Or are we dying to be the cool girl, who flows through life with ease and grace?

If we think about all the people who we think of as cool, we'll find that they have several characteristics in common: they're all confident, unique, and on friendly terms with everyone. There's no reason we can't be like that ourself.

Act like we do not care what others think of us. We will always, on some level, be concerned with others' opinions of ourselves, but realize that ultimately, we will never be able to please everyone, so why bother trying? People have millions of ways to get under our skin. Learn to spot them and become immune. Be happy and have fun.

Find real friends. For example, if people don't hang out with us because we don't wear designer clothes, they are not real friends. Instead, find friends that see we for who we are. If the people standing in front of us can't see we for we, then how can they be our friend?

Don't be afraid to be different, whether that means standing up for ourself, defending someone else, or taking interest in something that no one else does, like playing an instrument or dancing when no one else will. The coolest people are the ones who occasionally break against the tide and make people question the status quo.

Learn how to laugh at ourself. Being cool doesn't mean being perfect, and being able to find humor in our moments of clumsiness and discomfort is the defining hallmark of being cool. People will not only respect us for it, but they'll like us for being human, just like them.

Lastly , like always i reminds you be happy don't worry . ;)

hye,,i want to talk about 'How to stay healthy'?.It is always better to be healthy. Some people just don’t have time. Some don’t even bother and some don’t know how to do it. Everybody is different and everyone’s body works differently.
There are few steps that you can do to stay healthy. First, try a sport of your choice you would not mind doing daily. Second, throw away the occasional treats ad goodies, such as ; potato chips, ice-cream and many more in your fridge. Get an annual check up at doctor. Then, study and observe your daily do’s and how it may effect you and your health.

Good day..

Relationships are hard. It's like a full-time job, and we should treat it like one. If your boyfriend or girlfriend wants to leave you, they should give you two weeks' notice.
There should be severance pay, and before they leave you, they should have to find you a temp.
