Hi..There is a Warning from the Bank Negara!!

Bank ATM ' s Converted to Steal IDs of Bank Customers. A team of organized criminals are installing equipment on legitimate bank ATM ' s in at least 2 regions to steal both the ATM card number and the PIN . The team sits nearby in a car receiving the information transmitted wirelessly over weekends and evenings from equipment they install on the front of the ATM (see photos). If you see an attachment like this, do not use the ATM and report it immediately to the bank using the phone on the front of the ATM .
The equipment used to capture your ATM card number and PIN are cleverly disguised to look like normal ATM equipment . A
' skimmer ' is mounted to the front of the normal ATM card slot that reads the ATM card number and transm its it to the criminals sitting in a nearby car. At the same time, a wireless camera is disguised to look like a leaflet holder and is mounted in a position to view ATM PIN entries.
The thieves copy the cards and use the PIN numbers to withdraw thousands from many accounts in a very short time directly from the bank ATM .

So be careful when drawing money!!

Recently,I've read about how this food packaging is such a waste. The global food packaging industry is now worth $100bn-a-year, growing 10-15% each year year. Anything between 10% and 50% of the price of food today can be down to its packaging. As the amount of rubbish we produce increases, financial and environmental costs to our world also increase.

Packaging provides a physical barrier between a product and the external environment thereby ensuring hygiene and reducing the risk of product wastage due to contamination. Some forms of packaging prolong the life of food. Some packaging is also needed for safe and efficient transportation.Packaging is also used to provide customers with information and instructions, for which there are some legal requirements. The decrease in the size of households over the decades has resulted in more people buying smaller portions of food, and thus more packaging.
Higher living standards in the western world have led to more consumer goods and to the transportation of exotic foods over long distances requiring a large amount of packaging to maintain freshness.

Do you like coffee? Here are a few tips to produce a best cup of coffee.

First, know your grind. Use the grind recommended in your coffeemaker’s booklet. This is because if you choose a grind that is too coarse it will produce a coffee that is too weak or if you choose too fine you will ended up having a cup of strong and bitter coffee.

Second, store your coffee beans smart. Store your coffee beans in an airtight container and place it in a cool place as soon as you open the package to retain its freshness. Do not put it in the freezer after opening. This is because it may damage the beans and change the taste.

Third, measure one and a half to two tablespoons of ground coffee per serving. If you like your coffee to be stronger, you can adjust the measurements accordingly.

Lastly, drink your coffee as soon as possible after making it. It will start to burn if you leave it at the warmer more than 20 minutes.

Song
A song is a musical composition which contains vocal parts that are performed, 'sung,' and feature words (lyrics), commonly accompanied by musical instruments (exceptions would be a cappella songs). The words of songs are typically of a poetic, rhyming nature, although they may be religious verses or free prose. The words are the lyrics.

Songs are typically for a solo singer, though there may also be a duet, trio, or more voices (works with more than one voice to a part, however, are considered choral). Songs can be broadly divided into many different forms, depending on the criteria used. One division is between "art songs", "popular music songs", and "folk songs". Other common methods of classification are by purpose (sacred vs secular), by style (dance, ballad, Lieder, etc), or by time of origin (Renaissance, Contemporary, performed in a home or salon setting although today the works enjoy popularity as concert pieces. The emergence of poetry during this era was much of what inspired the creation of these pieces by Brahms, Schumann, Schubert and other period composers. These composers set poems in their native language. Many works were inspired by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe and Heinrich Heine. Another method would be to write new music for each stanza to create a unique form, this was through-composed form known in German as durchkomponiert. A combination of both of these techniques in a single setting was called a modified strophic form. Often romantic art songs sharing similar elements were grouped as a song cycle.

Modern popular songs are typically distributed as recordings, and are played on the radio, though all other mass media that have audio capabilities are involved. Their relative popularity is inferred from commercially significant sales of recordings, ratings of stations and networks that play them, and ticket sales for concerts by the recording artists. A popular song can become a modern folk song when members of the public who learn to sing it from the recorded version teach their version to others. Popular songs may be called pop songs for short, although pop songs or pop music may instead be considered a more commercially popular genre of popular music as a whole.

Ice cream is a frozen dessert usually made from dairy products, such as milk and cream, combined with fruits or other ingredients. Most varieties contain sugar, although some are made with other sweeteners. In some cases, artificial flavourings and colourings are used in addition or in replacement to the natural ingredients. This mixture is stirred slowly while cooling to prevent large ice crystals from forming; the result is a smoothly textured ice cream.
The meaning of the term ice cream varies from one country to another. Terms like frozen custard, frozen yogurt, and others are used to distinguish different varieties and styles. In some countries, like the USA, the term ice cream applies only to a specific variety, and their governments regulate the commercial use of all these terms based on quantities of ingredients. In others, like Italy and Argentina, one word is used for all the variants. Alternatives made from soy milk, rice milk, and goat milk is available to those who are unable to enjoy traditional ice cream due to lactose intolerance or allergy to dairy protein.
In Malaysia, we have many brand of ice cream like wall’s, Baskin-Robbins, Magnolia, and Magnum. But, the most popular ice cream is ice cream Malaysia.

Tips to cut the Fat

Most of us are looking for easy ways to lose weight . Cutting down your fat intake will help you do just that. It won't be as hard as you might think. Through out the day, we get thirsty. All living creatures do. What do you turn for most often? Sodas, we all do it.Because they are easy to get and they taste good.

Well, you shouldn't be doing that. There is two reasons why. One is because it is wasted calories. You don't get anything back from the soda. You might get a burst of energy from the caffeine, but that is about it. You might get a slight sugar rush, but it won't be anything that last. The second reason is, because we are slightly hungry. We aren't hungry enough to go get something to eat, but a drink will satisfy us enough to our next meal.

Instead of drinking sodas all day long, drink juice.I know what you are thinking. There is more of a purpose to this than moving your bowels. We all have had a bit of a problem in the bathroom department and have ran for the juice with the pulp in it. Juice with the pulp in it will fill you up. Unlike sodas, there is something actually there to curb your hunger. You will drink less because you will get full. Try it, you will be surprised.
Always stick to wheat bread. Don't eat the white stuff. Whole wheat products are known to stabilize blood sugar levels. This mean you won't get hungry as fast. This is an easy way to curb your hunger.

assalamualaikum...and good morning to everyone..i've sent many posts talking about health..so,today i want to story about animals that not all of us are know about their life...

i want to talk about hippo which is one of the most aggressive and dangerous animals in all of Africa. Considering that hippos cause more deaths than any other animal on the continent, it's a reasonable question to know about it..

they have sweats but this isn't just any run-of-the-mill sweat i'am talking about...This mucuslike secretion , which initially led people to believe that the animal sweat blood because of its deep red color , not only helps to control the body temperature of these 5,000- to 8,000-pound (2,300- to 3,600-kilogram) animals, it also acts as a potent sunscreen and antibiotic...it turns out that fair-skinned humans aren't the only ones who need to worry about SPF when they venture outside. The two species of hippo which are the common hippopotamus found in central and southern Africa, and the rare pygmy hippopotamus, a smaller species found in West Africa, weighing around 440 to 605 pounds (200 to 247 kilograms),structure their days around the harsh glare of the African sun..

The semiaquatic land mammals spend up to 16 hours a day submerged in rivers or lakes to stay cool, venturing out to graze only after nightfall... They nibble on their main food of short grasses until dawn, when they return to their refreshing sanctuaries...while the water prevents the lumbering beasts from getting overheated, it doesn't offer much in the way of skin protection, which is where the blood-red sweat comes in and hippo sunscreen is created...though it's not technically sweat since it's produced by glands underneath the skin rather than in it, the gelatinous, oily secretions act much the same way but with a few extra perks thrown in...

interesting right??hehe..so, in the next entry, i'll tell you another interesting thing about animals which are living in this world..stay tuned..

Feel difficult to stay focus?
Here is some ways that can help you stay focus
1.Have Powerful Reasons. With a strong enough reason you can and will find the how and the wherewithal to achieve your reward. Reasons plus belief keep you motivated.
2.Write Your Objectives Down. When you write your goals down, they appear not only on paper, but they become indelibly written upon your consciousness.
3.Affirm Your Success. Speak your goal into existence. An affirmation is a present-tense, positive statement of your intended outcome.
4.Make a Plan of Action.Your strategies will likely change as you go along, so set your goals in concrete and your plans in sand. Keep your eye on the goal, but remain flexible in your path to it.
Start using this way to focus on your objective.

Do you know the type of friendship? I will give a details about type of friendship. There are many types:

Best friend or close friend: a person with whom someone shares extremely strong interpersonal ties with a friend.

Acquaintance: similar to a friend, but sharing of emotional ties isn't present. An example would be a coworker with whom you enjoy eating lunch, but would not look to for emotional support.

Romantic friendship: the very close but non-sexual friendship shared between two friends, often involving physical contact such as hugging, holding hands, and even cuddling.

Soulmate: the name given to someone who is considered the ultimate, true, and eternal half of the other's soul, in which the two are now and forever meant to be together.

Pen pal: a person who shares a "postal" relationship with another and regularly writes via "snail mail". They may or may not have met each other in person and may share either love, friendship, or simply an acquaintance between each other.

Internet friendship: a widely debated and form of friendship or romance which takes place over the Internet.
so, what type of friendship you have? think yourselves...

Did you believe that a Roti Canai cost RM31 each?? I don't believe it myself but this is the real thing that had happened to a roti canai seller with his humble stall in Desa Murni, Kerdau, Temerloh, Pahang. The roti canai seller, Romainor Wahab had been selling roti canai overseas. It would also surprise many that Romainor's roti canai was sold at 800 yen or RM31 per piece in Japan. The Japanese and Koreans loved his roti canai so much that some of them came there to enjot the 'unique beard'. However, here in Malaysia, he still sells the roti canai at 60 cent each, although more than 300 foreigners came to his stall in a year. Romainor said he learnt how to make roti canai from a friend while he was in the army in 2001.Romainor also said his dream now was to open a roti canai stall or restaurant overseas particularly in Japan. He is willing to stay there if there is an interested party willing to invest in this venture, he said. Now did you believe me that a roti canai can cost RM31 each? In God willing everything can happened and one more thing is our determine to do and achieve it.

Last Friday the whole world was shocked about the 13 years old father. Baby-faced Alfie, who is 13 but looks more like eight, became a father when his girlfriend Chantelle Steadman gave birth to 7lb 3oz Maisie Roxanne. The shy lad, whose voice has not yet broken, said: “I thought it would be good to have a baby.
“I didn’t think about how we would afford it. I don’t really get pocket money. My dad sometimes gives me £10.”
Alfie was having sex since he was 12. How come a kid at twelve that should playing foot ball and computer games was involved in sex and became dad. The youngest dad ever said that he and his girl want to against abortion and decide to have the baby and will become a nice parent.
With that age that should think about teen life, school, and how come they want to think about parenthood?? The world hope that they will be a good parent forever.

Hyperhidrosis???
Do you know what is Hyperhidrosis?
Hyperhidrosis or Excessive Sweating means that you sweat much more than normal. Even when you are not hot, anxious, or exercising, you make a lot of sweat.Excessive sweating is classified as either focal or generalized. It is important to know which type you have as the causes and treatments are very different.
i)Focal excessive sweating (focal hyperhidrosis)- This means that excessive sweating occurs in one or more of the following 'focal' places: palms of the hands; soles of the feet;face/scalp.
You sweat normally on the rest of the body. It tends to be both palms, both feet, that are affected. The exact cause is not known and it is not associated with any other conditions. It just seems that the sweat glands in these areas are 'overactive' or more sensitive than normal. In some people, it may be some genetic factor involved in causing it. It usually first develops under the age of 25, but it can develop at any age. Men and women are equally affected. It affects about 3 in 100 people.

ii)Generalized excessive sweating (generalized hyperhidrosis)- This means that you sweat more than normal 'all over'. This is less common than focal excessive sweating. However, it is usually caused by an underlying medical condition. A whole range of conditions can cause increased sweating. For example: anxiety disorders, various heart problems, damage to nerves in the spinal cord, side-effect to certain drugs, various hormone problems including an overactive thyroid gland, infections, certain cancers. If you have generalized excessive sweating your doctor is likely to examine you and do some tests to find out the cause. Treatment depends on the cause.

Hi all...For this entry I want to describe about love. What you know about love?? The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure to intense interpersonal attraction. Love is not a single feeling but an emotion built from two or more feelings. Love often involves caring for or identifying with a person or thing, including oneself. Even this limited conception of love, however, encompasses a wealth of different feelings, from the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love.

Hello everyone. Do you know why do superficial papers cuts tend to hurt more than deeper cuts? I also don’t know why. But, after I read about it, then I know. Paper cuts hurt more because they are so emotionally maddening. The sensory nerve endings are located close to the skin surface, and the hands, where most paper cuts occur, contain more nerve endings than almost any other area of the body. Dr John Cook, the Georgia Dermatology and Skin Cancer Clinic said that “It irritates these nerve endings but doesn’t damage them very much”. Damaged nerve endings can lead to more serious complications, but sometimes to less pain than paper cuts. Dr Cook and Dr Elliot, the American Dermatological Association mentioned that most patients tend not to treat paper cuts as they would deeper cuts. After any kind of cut, the skin starts drying and pulling apart, exposing nerve endings. Cuts also exposed to foreign substances, such as soap, liquids, perspiration and dirt. Putting a bandage over a paper cut will not make it heal faster, necessarily, but if the cut stays moist, it won’t hurt much.

Let me share with u about Anemophilous flowers. Anemophilous flowers use the wind to move pollen from one flower to the next, examples include the grasses, Birch trees, Ragweed and Maples. They have no need to attract pollinators and therefore tend not to be "showy" flowers. Male and female reproductive organs are generally found in separate flowers, the male flowers having a number of long filaments terminating in exposed stamens, and the female flowers having long, feather-like stigmas. Whereas the pollen of entomophilous flowers tends to be large-grained, sticky, and rich in protein (another "reward" for pollinators), anemophilous flower pollen is usually small-grained, very light, and of little nutritional value to insects.

Hi..now I would like to bring you about the important of drinking water.Drinking water is so important for good health. When you were a kid in school, you learned that each molecule of water is made up of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. You may also have learned that it was great fun to fill up your squirt guns with water, at least until the principal caught you. What you may not have learned, however, was how much water you needed in order to be a healthy human being.

Why we need water? Because our body is estimated to be about 60 to 70 percent water. Blood is mostly water, and your muscles, lungs, and brain all contain a lot of water. Your body needs water to regulate body temperature and to provide the means for nutrients to travel to all your organs. Water also transports oxygen to your cells, removes waste, and protects your joints and organs.

A good estimate is to take your body weight in pounds and divide that number in half. That gives you the number of ounces of water per day that you need to drink. For example, if you weigh 160 pounds, you should drink at least 80 ounces of water per day. If you exercise you should drink another eight ounce glass of water for every 20 minutes you are active. If you drink alcohol, you should drink at least an equal amount of water. When you are traveling on an airplane, it is good to drink eight ounces of water for every hour you are on board the plane. If you live in an arid climate, you should add another two servings per day. As you can see, your daily need for water can add up to quite a lot. So, drink a lot of water because its dive you a good result in your health.

Today i would like to share about food.Food is any substance, usually composed of carbohydrates, fats, proteins and water, that can be eaten or drunk by an animal or human for nutrition or pleasure. Items considered food may be sourced from plants, animals or other categories such as fungus or fermented products like alcohol. Although many human cultures sought food items through hunting and gathering, today most cultures use farming, ranching, and fishing, with hunting, foraging and other methods of a local nature included but playing a minor role. Most traditions have a recognizable cuisine, a specific set of cooking traditions, preferences, and practices, the study of which is known as gastronomy. Many cultures have diversified their foods by means of preparation, cooking methods and manufacturing. This also includes a complex food trade which helps the cultures to economically survive by-way-of food, not just by consumption. Many cultures study the dietary analysis of food habits. While humans are omnivores, religion and social constructs such as morality often affect which foods they will consume. Food safety is also a concern with foodborne illness claiming many lives each year. In many languages, food is often used metaphorically or figuratively.

Assalamualaikum to all.For this entry i would share about beauty so here i bring to all of you the Easy Tricks for Beautiful Skin.
"You can create a natural daytime look in just five minutes."
It's important to start with a clean, well-hydrated face. Use a gentle cleanser, and then moisturize - and don't forget the sunscreen! At this point, you're ready for makeup.
1. Lightly cover the imperfections.
Using your finger, dab a little concealer under your eyes, on blemishes, on sunspots - whatever you really want to cover up. Remember, use only a little, you don't want it to look like a mask.
2. Even out your skin tone with a bit of powder or foundation.
Dust powder lightly on your skin or use a liquid foundation. Regardless of what you do, make sure it's a really sheer layer. Also, using a brush to apply powder or foundation will make it look more natural.
3. Add blush.
With blush, always pick a natural shade that looks like you pinched your cheeks, something that's closest to your natural blush. I like both cream and powder blushes.
4. Make your eyes stand out.
Wear a little bit of eyeliner and mascara. I always concentrate a lot on the lashes, because that's what is really going to open up your eyes and your face. Then fill in your eyebrows, which a lot of women don't do. The reason you should do it is to help frame your face. So if you're blond, you'd want to fill them in to make them a little bit darker to give your face its natural frame.
5. Add some glossy lip gloss or lip balm.
Personally, I don't want to be sticky all day I just want my lips to feel moist. Throw your lip gloss and some powder in your handbag for touch-ups throughout the day, and that's it! You're out the door.
"If you want to spend longer than five minutes, by all means spend it on your skin."
Add an eye cream to your regimen. The more you keep your eye area hydrated, the less it'll age. Put it on after washing and moisturizing your face.
"Every woman has something amazing about her face that she can enhance."
You can minimize the things you don't like, sure, but more importantly, you should embrace what you do have and use it to your advantage. If you have great lips, pout those lips and put on some good gloss. If you have great eyes, play them up with mascara and make them the focal point of your face. Use makeup as a tool to highlight your face... think of it as a bonus to what you already have.

I would like to post about my absent-minded problem. I have this problem about being absent-minded whenever tasks began to take my whole mind. For example, last week, I was really sure I have posted all blogs for February, but only to find that I didn't post for February post 3, 4 and 5. I'm not sure if Miss Sarah would accept my late blogs for those missing posts, but I just did. These also happens a lot when it comes to assignments. I really hope this problem will be over soon, because it will affect my performance in studies very much.
