“SLEEP”

Every creature needs to rest and feel relax. Human, little babies, kid, grandparents, moms, dads, and animals in the jungle, they all sleep. Just like eating and drinking, sleep is necessary for survival. Sleep gives your body a rest and allows it to prepare for the next day. It's like giving your body a mini-vacation. Sleep also gives your brain a chance to sort things out. The amount of sleep a person needs depends a lot on his or her age. Babies sleep a lot about 14 to 15 hours a day. But many older people only need about 7 or 8 hours of sleep each night. Most kids between the ages of 5 and 12 years old somewhere in between 10 to 11 hours of sleep. Skipping one night's sleep makes a person cranky and clumsy. After missing two nights of sleep, a person will have problems thinking and doing things; his or her brain and body can't do their normal tasks nearly as well. After five nights without sleep, a person will hallucinate (this means seeing things that aren't actually there). Eventually, it becomes impossible for the brain to give its directions to the rest of the body without sleep the brain needs to spend time in bed, sofa, flat surface and comfort then catch its ZZZs!. Hahaha..

TITLE : BABYFACE
AUTHOR : FIONA GIBSON
In London reporter Nina met Jonathan through a lonely-hearts advertisement. They seemed to get on quite nicely together, but neither expected Nina to become pregnant. Still the pair goes ahead with having the child they name Ben.

However, Nina finds motherhood boring with no awards though she is proud of her baby's accomplishments. She wants to go back to reporting or just an occasional escape from her little Ben sentence that she is serving. Her opportunity arises when her fashion editor asks to use Ben as a model for a photo shoot. As Ben's career explodes and he becomes a baby star, Nina realizes she should clue Jonathan in with what she has done, but there never seems to be the right time to do so.

BABYFACE is a fine look at motherhood starring an individual who loves and wants the best for her infant, but also misses the action and glamour of her journalistic work as she only remembers the good times at the job. Nina hides Ben's profession too long because there is a basic trust issue here plus they don't tell stretches too long. Yet fans will forgive her indiscretion because she represents many new mothers who want their cake and eat it too. Fiona Gibson furbishes a chick lit motherhood tale.

Meditation is a method to let our minds relax. You can decide which of the many different styles of meditation you're interested in learning. It is always best to choose a discipline that reflects your personal values and religious or spiritual beliefs. To learn it ,you can sign up for a workshop, class or individual instruction from an experienced and qualified practitioner of the style of meditation you've chosen. Be mindful of scams, and always ask your teacher for referrals from former students. In order to gain the amount of experience you'll need to feel confident teaching meditation to others, you will have to spend many hours meditating, studying and refining your technique. Join a local organization or society dedicated to furthering awareness of your meditation discipline. This will help you meet people who share your interest, some of whom may become prospective students.

Assalamualaikum

Before this, my mum asks me to recite Al – Waqiah every night but I refuse to do that because my mum did not mention why I need to recite it. After a few weeks, I think I need to find the advantages of Al – Waqiah. So I surf internet and got a lot of interesting information about Al – Waqiah.

Al – Waqiah is an Arabic name that means Inevitable, Event or Revolution. It is the 56th Surah of the Qur'an, it was revealed in Mecca. The total number of verses in this surah is 96.

Surah Al – Waqiah (56) Prophet Muhammad said, "Whoever recites Surah Al – Waqiah at night would never encounter poverty."

Prophet Muhammad said, "Surah Al – Waqiah is the Surah of Wealth, so recite it and teach it to your children.

For those that want to practice Al – Waqiah must have a good intention. For me, we must read Al – Quran every day just like our beloved Prophet ask us to do it. You should not read Al – Quran only when you are in trouble or when you want something.

A very thank you to my mum.

Proud to born as a Muslim.

Hi....we meet again....
Well i would like to share with all of you about 'FRIENDSHIP'

'Friendship' is a term used to denote co-operative and supportive behavior between two or more beings. In this sense, the term connotes a relationship which involves mutual knowledge, esteem, and affection and respect along with a degree of rendering service to friends in times of need or crisis.
Friends will welcome each other's company and exhibit loyalty towards each other, often to the point of altruism. Their tastes will usually be similar and may converge, and they will share enjoyable activities. They will also engage in mutually helping behavior, such as exchange of advice and the sharing of hardship. A friend is someone who may often demonstrate reciprocating and reflective behaviors. Yet for many, friendship is nothing more than the trust that someone or something will not harm them. Value that is found in friendships is often the result of a friend demonstrating the following on a consistent basis:

-the tendency to desire what is best for the other,
-sympathy and empathy,
honesty, perhaps in situations where it may be difficult for others to speak the truth, especially in terms of pointing out the perceived faults of one's counterpart
-mutual understanding.

There are some steps and tips how to deal with teachers that hate your guts. I think there are only a few teachers that will hate our guts but if we do some of these steps, we will turn the situation around and also encourage our teacher to like us. Even the teachers still not give a good respond, we should not be rude with them. We should give respect to teachers same like we respect our parents even how bad they treat us. Remember, your teacher's views usually have nothing to do with us as a person. These are the steps that have be given:-
 Let the teacher notice you in as many good ways as you can possibly do.
 Always be on time. Teachers love that!
 Keep quiet. Teachers have a hard time with a loud class.
 Help the teacher with whatever she needs such as carrying materials to her class.
 Have all the supplies you need with you for every class period.
 Never forget your homework. Teachers hate students that always make a excuse and never bring their homework. So make sure that it's in you bag after you finish it the night before.
 Address the teacher respectfully as sir or ma'am ("Yes, sir.")
 Pay close attention to the teacher while ignoring other students who might distract you. To show your attention, participate a lot and always raise your hand whenever the teacher has a question.
 If ALL else fails then sit near the back of the class. At least this will put some distance between you both.
 Ask the teacher for a list of her/his favorite books she/he read at your age.
 Make them a homemade card and just leave it on their desk. Tell them you appreciate that they are your teacher.
 Most "mean" teachers are unhappy people. Sometimes it has nothing to do with you. They might feel that none of the students care about them so try to be nice.

LIVERPOOL suffer..

Hi every one. This morning when i woke up, i have read sport news about English Premier League matches that are played last night. The most shocking news that i have read is Liverpool lost against one of struggling club in the league Middlesbrough. Liverpool slipped to third in the table after a disastrous Xabi Alonso scored own goal and Tuncay second half goal sent the Reds crashing to a 2-0 defeat against Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium. Despite largely controlling the game, the Merseysiders (Liverpool) could not find a way through a resolute Middlesbrough back line. This defeat has leave severe blow to the hope of the Anfield club that willing to catching Manchester United at the top of the table. In my opinion, it is going to be difficult to Liverpool chasing and compete against Manchester United to win the League trophy this season unless the Red Devil losing to their opponent to night.

Since this week is examination week . You should read this.
Firstly you all must do is REVISING. Starting from now try to find somewhere to work where you can leave your work out and go back to it whenever you have a few minutes; finding pages takes up time and often leads to distraction.

Secondly is PLANNING:

1.Get your notes into shape. (Mean summaries note in some form or maybe try mind mapping or diagrammatic form of notes to remember)
2. Think about a timetable. (Sometimes useful to some people)
3. be realistic. (Don’t overload work give you time to having fun)
4. Reward yourself. (Just a simple reward)
5. Practise, practice, practice!

Lastly is STRATEGY:

1.Revise more than one subject. (Make sure you spend equal amounts of time on each subject)
2. Know your attention span/take regular breaks. (Try studies in effective way)
3. Best time to study. (Morning is the best time to study)

So I want to wish you all good luck for this examination. Chayo!!

Assalamualaikum,
Today, i would like to share about how to be wealth. Sometimes, we will ask ourself, why some people are rich and why, well, most of us are not? Here, i get this article from the reader's digest magazine.

First, we must to know the wealthy possess traits like optimism, resilience, grit, and curiosity, as well as habits like reading every day and expressing gratitude. "The good news is, everyone can learn to do these things."

Second, we must to take control of spending. Track our spending, every cent for a month. Then review our notes to see where we can make cuts.

Another way is to locate a mentor, someone who can offer advice and honest feedback. The simple act of taking this initiative is a motivating force.

So, we can learn how the bilionaire be success in the world and take few of tips from them. But we should remenber that we suppose to be medium in our living.

Your Money: Preparing for the baby

This title a little bit weird for us. But I just take it as knowledge before I get marry soon.
Well, all of us wish to marry. But, once you get married you will find a lot of responsibilities of your life. First, when you marry you and your husband have to manage the money. How to manage the money? you should save your money and spend it for the things that you should pay, for example, like utility bills, quit rent, property assessment, home insurance and occasional maintenance and repairs. After you success to control of that things, may be you should think to have your own house. Then if you wish to have a child, you should think deeply that are you ready to have a child, because having children do not only involve financial adjustments but also emotional. In fact, your whole life will change and once you decide to take this journey, there's no turning back. What are your Childcare Plans? If you are planning to return to work, it is a good idea to make plans for your child well before he or she is born. Other than that, your utility bills will likely to increase as you'll be home more often and have more laundry to wash. Medical expenses, including visits to the pediatrician, can really add up, especially over the baby's first few years.
The key is to know how your money is being spent now and to plan for how things will change once the baby arrives. the most crucial thing to remember is financially, any expenses or future expenses can be managed with a budget that has been predetermined and the commitment to make necessary adjustments to your lifestyle when the need arises. Finally, you and your husband should make plan objectively to make necessary adjustments to your lives to welcome their new family member.

'PRESENTATION'

Presentation is the process of showing and explaining the content of a topic to an audience. A presentation program, such as OpenOffice.org Impress, Apple Keynote or Microsoft PowerPoint, is often used to generate the presentation content. Actually some peofle find it was too hard to doing presentation. When they need to be presenter, they going nervous, clumsy and a lot shy. Actualy for my opinion, it was easy to going through with presentation if we going to be get ready, fully preparation and have a lot of point and resource. Other that, it was really easy with me with a malay language but using other language make me nervous nad lost most the important point when in fornt of audience. Some time anoter language make my brain 2 time work to translate and to think a main point to use....
This just my opinion and i think other people have difference opinion and difference situation...

Dinosaurs (Greek δεινόσαυρος, deinosauros) were the dominant vertebrate animals of terrestrial ecosystems for over 160 million years, from the late Triassic period (about 230 million years ago) to the end of the Cretaceous period (65 million years ago), when most of them became extinct in the Cretaceous–Tertiary extinction event. The 10,000 living species of birds have been classified as dinosaurs.

The term "dinosaur" was first coined in 1842 by Sir Richard Owen and derives from Greek δεινός (deinos) "terrible, powerful, wondrous" + σαῦρος (sauros) "lizard". It is sometimes used informally to describe other prehistoric reptiles, such as the pelycosaur Dimetrodon, the winged pterosaurs, and the aquatic ichthyosaurs, plesiosaurs and mosasaurs, although none of these were dinosaurs.

COMMENT :
I'm always interested in Dinosaurs. Everytime when discovery channel have programmes on dinosaurs i sure wont miss it. The most enjoyable part when i'm watching this kind of programme is the animation. How they show the habitat and movement of these Dinosaurs really motivated me wanting to know more about this creature. When i'm still a child i thought dinosaurs are just myths but now i know that Dinosaurs really do exist long long time ago.

External hard disk? many of UMP student choose external rather than use internal hard disk. This is because there are a lot of advantage of using external hard disk.First, it is mobile. It can be easily moved from one location to another. This reduces the amount of work that it takes to move one computer from location to another or the trouble it takes to download files from one system to another.Second,External hard drives are typically small and light weight.Beside that, this method of storage assists in protecting sensitive files from computer intrusion, computer crashes, and this is an effective means of backing up and storing all that data that you do not want or cannot afford to lose should something occur with your computer system.

OBESITTY
Assalmulaikum everyone..especially to miss sarah

So what is obesity actually?

Overweight and obesity are defined as abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that presents a risk to health. A crude population measure of obesity is the body mass index (BMI), a person’s weight (in kilograms) divided by the square of his or her height (in metres). A person with a BMI of 30 or more is generally considered obese. A person with a BMI equal to or more than 25 is considered overweight.

Overweight and obesity are major risk factors for a number of chronic diseases, including diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and cancer. Once considered a problem only in high income countries, overweight and obesity are now dramatically on the rise in low- and middle-income countries, particularly in urban settings.

I believe that this is a growing problem that needs a serious attention. In my opinion, I would like to point to everyone who is reading this blog to pay a little more attention to your health and diet because you can be in serious danger.

Assalamualaikum and morning
Hope you all enjoy to reading this article. Actually, I got this article from the HealthToday magazine. I would prefer to share about the online, safety tips for children. Nowadays, there is no questioning the amazing power of the internet, knowledge of any topic at the click of the button, and people living miles away suddenly were close because of internet. Unfortunately, it also has its drawbacks as it connects you to people you would rather than know. One of the worst hit groups are children, who can unknowingly be talking to pedophiles.
So, this is a parent’s responsibility to tell their children that never and ever give out personal information to anyone like name, address, telephone number or passwords. Parents also need to say to their children don’t give out their photographs to anyone and never, ever meet in person someone they have only spoken to online. Don’t ever to believe person in online.
For parents, keep the computer in a common area at home and you can monitor what type of sites that your children are viewing. Speak to your children whom they have been talking to online and ask your children if they have ever come across people who made suggestive comments or ask to meet up.

Today I had read an article at yahoo news about a new moon has been found at Saturn. The scientists said that the mood is hiding in one of Saturn’s outer rings. The discovery of the new moon had been announced on Tuesday by the International Astronomical Union. Saturn had known as the planet that has mysterious arcs. They said that the Saturn’s G rings are formed from icy debris that scattered when meteorites crash into the newfound moon. Now the new moon had been confirmed exist last summer after the analyzing the image from Cassini. Cassini is an international spacecraft that spotted the new moon which measures about a third of a mile wide. Today, the officially number of Saturn’s moon is over five dozen. In my opinion, it shows that the power of our mighty god can make anything that we never think it could be. There are many things out of space that we could not imagine that exist. It is not impossible that one day we will found something else in space that we never imagine it existed. Nothing is impossible.
