YouTube. A high rating website that is viewed but thousands people a day. This website allowed users to upload their videos and share them with the world.
User can share their talents such as playing the instruments, drawing and also marshal arts.
YouTube has been blocked for several countries including Tunisia, Thailand Turkey and Pakistan. United Arab Emirates banned few pages in YouTube. The main critic that this website has to face is the law of copyright. Users love to upload the videos that have been copied from the TV shows, drama and movies, so, they want to be a top up-loader as lots of people will rate their videos and also they want to be a 'wanted up loader' and be famous in YouTube website.
There is no doubt that this website manage to bring someone to the front to show and polish their talents and show them to the world. Yes. But, this website also will be viewed by all people including the teenagers and children. Of course not only the `mere' videos will be uploaded by the up loaders. They also intended to upload the videos that contain pornography, nudity, defamation, harassment and material encouraging criminal conduct. The uploaded of these kinds of videos are prohibited but how they want to manage millions of video in one time? For you information, YouTube had 83.4 million video and 3.75 million users in April 2008 and I think that it is impossible to the people that conduct YouTube to banned some videos that have been uploaded.
Back to the uploaded drama. Users can view the drama online and download them via the software that can be downloaded from the internet. Some people said that why they have to buy the VCD as they can watch their desired movie or drama by free? This phenomenon can disrupt the movie or drama industry and can be the virus in the society.
Actually, this website can give us the information about news, story and be a medium to share something with the world. But in the same time, this website also gives us the negative impacts if we use it in a wrong way. Think about it and surf it wisely.

Assalamualaikum and good morning to all my friends.
Physiology (from Greek physis, "nature, origin"; and the study of the mechanical, physical, and biochemical functions of living organisms. Physiology has traditionally been divided between plant physiology and animal physiology but the principles of physiology are universal, no matter what particular organism is being studied. For example, what is learned about the physiology of yeast cells may also apply to human cells.

The field of animal physiology extends the tools and methods of human physiology to non-human animal species. Plant physiology also borrows techniques from both fields. Its scope of subjects is at least as diverse as the tree of life itself. Due to this diversity of subjects, research in animal physiology tends to concentrate on understanding how physiological traits changed throughout the evolutionary history of animals. Other major branches of scientific study that have grown out of physiology research include biochemistry, biophysics, psychobiology, hydromechanics's, and pharmacology.

Assalamualaikum and gud morning.
Today's post is about World War 2.It began in 1939 as a European conflict between Germany and an Anglo-French coalition, but eventually included most of the nations of the world. It ended in 1945 as the most destructive war in human history, leaving a new world order dominated by the U.S. and the USSR.This war was happened when France, Great Britain, and the U.S. had attained their wartime objectives. They had reduced Germany to a military cipher and had reorganized Europe and the world as they saw fit. The French and the British frequently disagreed on policy in the postwar period, however, and were unsure of their ability to defend the peace settlement. The U.S., disillusioned by the Europeans' failure to repay their war debts, retreated into isolationism..I think that's all for this time..Thank you..

Once in a blue moon, there will always be an article in the newspaper asking this question.
Most of the time, it'll be attached with a survey form from volunteers that we don't know whether true or not.MALAYSIAN ARE LAZY!!!

On my self-judgment, I have seen at television, many Japanese even in trains, just to past the time.
The young to teens will have their mangas.
The business, working class will be reading newspapers.
The females and old people will be reading novels.
Looking back at Malaysians, very *rare* do I see a whole bunch of them reading just to past the time.
Whether at a coffee shop, restaurants, trains, at the park, friend's house, etc.
most of Malaysian perhaps like to do something like watching movie because it just take a little bit money than buy a book. i think that most of Malaysian did not like to read because our mentality is we don't want other people talk about us. such as, when you read something at restaurant, other people will say that you are a nerd person.
so, i think that Malaysian are too egoto change.

TODAY,I want to give some tips about how to receive criticm.Avoid criticm but learn how to take it.Being critised to your face can be devasting. If you are critised, here some points to remember.
1- listen and make sure that you have clearly understood exactly what the other person is saying against you.
2- ask other people, apart from the person making the criticism,if they think what has been said against you is valid.
3- be scrupulously polite.Thank the person criticising you for what he or she has said, especially if it was constructive.People have to care about you to criticise you in this way.
4- remember that you are free to reject the comments. If,however, you accept the criticsm,be sure to do something about it!

don't ever let people look down of yourself..good luck!!

Hallo everyone!!

This time i want share with you guys a story about how to select a plastic surgeon-which i don't dare to do such things.

I just want to share the steps with you all.First of all, whether considering permenant enhancements or a quick fix, look for a qualified plastic surgeon who has gone training at length.she must be a doctor holding an MBBS or MD degree, and have a basic postgraduate surgical degree(FRCS,Master in SURGERY).

Following that, the person should undergone at leasy three years of training in plastic surgery. So,look out for these credentials on their name cards or their clinics.Check if the doctor
has a certificate issued by the Ministry Of Health of Malaysia that states that a she is a Specialists Register.Without this certificate, that person is not considered a specialist in plastis surgery.

So,watch out you guys...:)
Have a Nice day..
Thanks.

Assalamualaikum for everybody.I hope all of you are in the best of health. For this session,I want to talk about a motorcycle fuel economy.

As we already know, motorcycle fuel economy benefits from the relatively small mass of the vehicle. This, of course, relates to how the motorcycle is used. One person on a small motorcycle travelling a short distance is generally very economical. However a large motorcycle generally has bad aerodynamics compared with a typical car, poor aerodynamics of exposed passengers and engines designed for goals other than fuel economy can work to reduce these benefits.Riding style has a large effect on fuel economy.

Fuel economy varies greatly with engine displacement and riding style.Due to lower engine displacements (100 cc–200 cc), motorcycles in developing countries offer good fuel economy. In the Indian market, the second most selling company, Bajaj, offers two models with superior fuel economy: XCD 125 and Platina. Both are 125 cc motorbikes with a company-claimed fuel economy of 109 km/l and 111 km/l, respectively.

I think, that`s all for this session.Thank you for reading.

This siblings start to be singer since 1992 until now. There is no boyband in this world can last for this period. Many achievement they have achieve. they are the first Malaysian artist to be nominated in Asia MTV because of their clip video,"Fanatik".Now, they have their own studio like Universal Studio in Hollywood. There is no more Malaysian who have their owned studio. in my opinion, compare to Tan Sri P. Ramlee, KRU is better.

A pleasant day to all,
Know the true purpose of education!
Dear friends, many tend to think excelling in education is solemnly scoring good grades and pass with flying colours. Some may think that education is only absorbing facts from the book and pouring out perfectly. In my view of point, education’s primary purpose is to enhance knowledge and enable an individual to think analytically. Some may be excellent achievers but they are not able to make right decisions during unstable situations. I seriously think education must be applied through mental clarity and maturity.Besides,it may cause forward thinking which is impotant for self improvement.I would also like to highlight on parents turning their kids to be nerds.Scoring A’s wil be their priority but these kids are not able to think out of the box.Education is continuous and never stop after tertiary education or even after Phd. Overally education is to cause civilization. I hope all will make use of education in every aspect of life.Boarden our mind and avoid narrow thinking. We are born to think!
Regards.

Today,I want to share with you about what is about cancer that causes weight loss. The weight loss many people with advanced cancer experience may be caused by increased metabolism due to their disease.

Cancer patients can have issues with weight loss for multiple reasons. One of which is lack of appetite due to
various treatments like Chemo. Another possible cause is depression associated with cancer. A third possibility is a higher necessary caloric intake because of infection or enlarged tumors. There finally is a cancer associated issue called Cachexia. It is a wasting syndrome that causes loss of muscle and fat. Aproximately half of all cancer patients suffer from it.

Thank you.

good day people..
i want to share some cunning little words with you that might trick you sometimes..

YOU can easily acquire an American, Australian, British or Canadian accent with speech training or from living several years abroad and come across as someone fluent in English. But you give yourself away if you use words wrongly, especially in e-mails, faxes and reports.

In the online world of blogging or chatting, such errors are easily forgiven but they are unacceptable in the business or educational environments.

Homophones, words that sound alike but convey different meanings, form many of these confusing pairs. Used wrongly in writing, they reflect someone with a poor grasp of grammar or a confused writer.

Be mindful of these cunning couples and be confused no more!

Accept (v.) — to agree to take something.

Except (prep.) — not including.

“Boss, I accept all your free books except ‘1,000 Ways to Manage Houseflies’,” said Pee Nang to Kay El.

Advice (n.) — one’s opinion about what somebody else should do or how they should behave.

Advise (v.) — to give advice to somebody or to recommend something to somebody.

“Are you sure, Pee Nang? I’d strongly advise you to reconsider the manual. You may regret not taking my advice if you’re suddenly faced with flies,” Kay El said.

Affect (v., pronounced uh-fekt) — to have influence on something or somebody.

Effect (n., pronounced ee-fekt) — a change produced by an action or a cause.

“Yes, I’m positive, Kay El,” Pee Nang answered. “If my mother’s way of handling house flies has affected them greatly by reducing them to zero, I don’t think I need to know the effect that 999 other ways have on them.”

All ready — completely prepared.

Already (adv.) — previously or by this time.

“Ahh ... looks like your house is all ready for living,” Kay El praised. “To tell you the truth, although I’ve already read the manual twice, I’m still having problems at my home!”

Beside (prep.) — at the side of somebody or something.

Besides (prep.) — in addition.

Pee Nang laughed. “I’ll be happy to tell my mother about your housefly problem. Since she lives beside my house, she could drop by your place later. Besides, she will be excited to have you try the apple pie she baked today.”

Complement (v.) — to add new or contrasting features which show the best qualities of something or which improve it.

Compliment (v.) — express praise, admiration or approval.

“That will be wonderful!” Kay El said. “I always forget to compliment your mother on her apple pie. It will be the perfect complement to the vanilla ice cream I’m having for dessert tonight.”

Dessert (n., pronounced dee-zert) — any sweet food eaten at the end of a meal.

Desert1 (n., pronounced deh-zert) — a large area of land that has very little water and very few plants growing on it, e.g. the Sahara Desert.

Desert2 (v., pronounced dee-zert) — to go away from a place without intending ever to return.

“Ice cream for dessert?” Pee Nang exclaimed. “Your place doesn’t exactly sound like the depressing desert1 you always portray it to be. You make it seem as if the whole world has deserted2 you!”

Maybe (adv.) — perhaps.

May be — to express possibility.

“Maybe I could have exaggerated my situation a bit. But seriously, I may be having a rather serious house fly problem,” Kay El explained in a doleful tone.

Breath (n., pronounced breh-th) — the air you take into and let out of your lungs.

Breathe (v., pronounced bree-th) — the act of taking air into and letting out of your lungs.

“Okay, take a deep breath,” Pee Nang assured Kay El with a smile. “I may have been too hard on you. Once my mother works her magic at your place, I’m sure you’ll breathe easier after that.”

Coincident (adj.) — happening in the same place or at the same time.

Coincidence (n.) — similar event happening at the same time by chance.

“Talking about breathing, isn’t it a coincidence that the houseflies started appearing the day after you came over with those pungent prawn crackers?” Kay El remarked. “I remember reading that the presence of house flies is coincident with the presence of dried seafood.”

Loose (adj.) — not tight.

Lose (v.) — present tense for “lost”.

“Now, now, Kay El, let’s not lose track of the discussion here,” Pee Nang said hurriedly. “We were talking about fixing your house fly problem.”

In an undertone, he muttered, “And not about a loose pack of prawn crackers disappearing in your home ...”

Later (adv.) — afterwards.

Latter (adj.) — the second of two things or people already mentioned.

“You were going to confirm the time my mother could drop by later. Now you’re going back to a visit I made in the past,” Pee Nang reminded Kay El. “Let’s not confuse the former with the latter, shall we?”

Personal (adj., pronounced as per-suh-nuhl) — private.

Personnel (n., pronounced as per-suh-nell) — staff members

“Anyway, let’s not take things personally,” Pee Nang said cheerily. “By the way, the Personnel Department is questioning me about being away from the office for three hours yesterday.”

Principal (n.) — administrator.

Principle (n.) — guiding rule for personal behaviour.

“I’m sure you were on company business. I know you to be a man of principle,” Kay El said. “The head of the Personnel Department is always acting like a school principal.”

Quiet (adj., pronounced kwai-yuht) — silent.

Quite (adv. Pronounced kwait) — very or actually.

“You are quite right I am!” Pee Nang replied emphatically. “Now that we are all settled, I’ll just slip away quietly.”

Than (conj.) — used after a comparative like “faster”, “cleaner”, “healthier”, etc.

Then (adv.) — referring to a time in the past or future.

Waving goodbye, Pee Nang called out, “I’ll see you later then!”

As Kay El waved in return, he wondered if managing his house fly problem would be easier than managing his young employee.

happy reading..

What wrong for be weird ?? It's wrong if i weird ?? Why People Believe Weird Things ?? Weird right ??

The number one reason why people believe weird things is because they're smart – they have a high IQ or they have an exceptionally creative intellect. That will make me proud for being weird . Because weird person can rationalize away evidence, an intelligent person is better able to defend weird ideas to himself.

So don't worry and be weird !!
