Hi..I would like to give some important advice.

1. Give people more than they expect and do it cheerfully.

2. Marry a man/woman you love to talk to. As you get older, their conversational skills will be as important as any other.

3. Don't believe all you hear, spend all you have or sleep all you want.

4. When you say, 'I'm sorry,' look the person in the eye.

5. Believe in love at first sight.

6. Never laugh at anyone's dreams. People who don't have dreams don't have much.

7. Love deeply and passionately. You might get hurt but it's the only way to live life completely.

8.In disagreements, fight fairly. No name calling.

9. Talk slowly but think quickly.

10 . When someone asks you a question you don't want to answer, smile and ask, 'Why do you want to know?'

11. Say 'bless you' when you hear someone sneeze.

12. When you lose, don't lose the lesson.

13. Remember the three R's: Respect for self; Respect for others; and Responsibility for all your actions.

14. Don't let a little dispute injure a great friendship.

15. When you realize you've made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.

16. Smile when picking up the phone. The caller will hear it in your voice.

17. Spend some time alone.

So do learn this tips...

Breast awareness. Here's why monitoring breast health should be part of every woman's routine. Breasts can be big or small, any shape, and nipples can stick outwards or sometimes be inverted (turned inwards). Hormonal changes can occasionally cause lumpiness and tenderness from month to month and this is all perfectly normal.
7,000 pre-menopausal women are diagnosed with breast cancer each year. Though the risk is relatively small, on average one in every 15,000 women under 25 will develop breast cancer. The likelihood of developing the disease rises sharply in those between the ages of 25-30 (one case in every 1,900 women). But don't panic; breast cancer remains rare in women under 40. For women, age is the biggest factor involved in developing breast cancer. Over 80% of reported breast cancer cases in the UK are in women over the age of 50.Many factors slightly increase the risk of a woman having breast cancer. These include: being on the contraceptive pill for a prolonged period; being very overweight; pregnancy (temporarily); and genetic factors (history of breast cancer in the family).Research is being carried out into how diet affects breast health, but few real conclusions have been drawn so far. It is thought that avoiding fatty dairy products and eating low fat cheese, yogurt and semi-skimmed milk are beneficial, along with maintaining a balanced diet. Research does show, however, that regular exercise can help to lower your risk by around a third.

Why are lemons often associated with cleansing agents? This is because lemon contains citric acid, a colourless and translucent crystalline substance which is the key ingredient that gives a lemon its cleaning power.

Citric acid is a “chelating agent” such as can hold on to ions of iron, calcium or magnesium. Rust is iron oxide which is normally insoluble in water. When citric acid grabs on to the iron ion causing it to become water soluble and therefore the rust can be washed away.

Besides that, citric acid can also bind to the calcium and magnesium in soap scum to help remove it from surfaces. Moreover, lemon’s fresh scent has helped to sell it as a cleaner.

Hello.. From previous comments, I wrote about self-confident. But we really know what the characteristic for people who have this? Here are some of the characteristic which show that people have it. And may be have it but not realize?Let see:

•Doing what you believe to be right, even if others mock or criticize you for it.
•Being willing to take risks and go the extra mile to achieve better things.
•Admitting your mistakes and vowing to learn from them.
•Waiting for others to congratulate you on your accomplishments.
•Accepting compliments graciously. “Thanks, I really worked hard on that prospectus. I’m pleased you recognize my efforts.”

Hopefully, this will be useful to us to know about ourselves confident.

Hi,
If in Reading Entry 3 I wrote about characteristic to who have strong self-confident, now I will write about characteristic to who less self-confident.To who have this point in their mind, change it to your good seek.

•Governing your behavior based on what other people think.
•Staying in your comfort zone, fearing failure and so avoid taking risks.
•Working hard to cover up mistakes and praying that you can fix the problem before anyone is the wiser.
•Extolling your own virtues as often as possible to as many people as possible.
•Dismissing compliments offhandedly. “Oh that prospectus was nothing really, anyone could have done it.”

Assalamualaikum.
Haloo. Today I want to write about one of my favorite song. This song is called "You Are Not Alone" by Michel Jackson.
I like this song very much because it make me feel happy and make me feel that someone out there was thinking of me. In this song, it show how awful is a life without someone we love. We will fell so lonely and sad. But in this song also, it say that " you are not alone, for i am here with you". So, more or less, we will feel better. Here, I write You Are Not Alone lyric.

Another day has gone, I'm still all alone
How could this be, You're not here with me
You never said goodbye, Someone tell me why
Did you have to go, And leave my world so cold
Everyday I sit and ask myself
How did love slip away
Something whispers in my ear and says
That you are not alone
For I am here with you
Though you're far away
I am here to stay
But you are not alone
For I am here with you
Though we're far apart
You're always in my heart
But you are not alone
Just the other night
I thought I heard you cry
Asking me to come, And hold you in my arms
I can hear your prayers
Your burdens I will bear
But first I need your hand
Then forever can begin.
Whisper three words and I'll come runnin'
And girl you know that I'll be there, I'll be there...
For you are not alone...

In this entry,I would like to talk about the human teeth.

Human teeth are crucial when it comes to chewing food. Teeth are made of bone and begin to appear in humans around 6 months of age. Babies are born with no teeth and when they first start to appear they tear through the gums and the process can be quite painful.

Humans first grow what's called primary teeth, and there are 20 of them, 10 on the top (maxilla) and 10 on the bottom (mandible). These teeth will fall out, one by one, as they are pushed and replaced by permanent teeth. There will be a total of 32 permanent teeth, 16 on the maxilla and 16 on the mandible.

To name the (permanent) teeth we can divide the mouth into 4 parts: top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right. We can do this because these 4 parts are identical. On each part, starting from the back, we have, 1 wisdom, 3molars, 2 premolars, 1 canine, and 2 incisors. Total of 32 teeth. In some people wisdom teeth will also show up making the total 36.

Incisors are sharp and are used for cutting when you first bite down on food. Canines are also sharp, are pointy and are used for tearing food. Molars are very strong, they are wide, they have ridges, and are used for grinding food before it is swallowed.

The outer most layer of the tooth is the enamel. It is the hardest part of the body. This is the part that must be cleaned regularly to prevent cavities. The second layer is the dentine and provides support to the enamel. The third layer is the cementum which covers the root. The fourth layer is the pulp, which makes up the centre and is living tissue. The pulp is where blood vessel and nerve endings are found.

Hi there! Lets we continue another one of six tips to lift energy and well-being reserves. Energy booster 2! To up your energy nutrients. Cars burn petrol to get the energy they need to move. Your body burns food to produce energy in the same way. Many nutrients play a vital role in making energy inside your cells. Deficiencies of these nutrients can cause fatigue, low blood sugar levels, sugar craving, muscle twitches, insomnia and even hair loss. Some of the main nutrients are: B vitamins, essential for conversion of sugar into energy. Chromium, works with insulin in moving sugar into your cells, where it can be burned to produce energy. Iron, is an essential part of hemoglobin, the protein in red blood cells. It carries oxygen from yhe lungs to the tissues. Zinc, important for growth, vision, smell, taste, the immune system, skin and energy production. Selenium, is an anti-oxidant that protects cells from effects of free radical damage. Magnesium, essential for energy production in cells. Deficiencies can cause muscle twitches, cramps, fatigue, insomnia and stress. Finally iodine, used to make thyroid hormone which is required for maintaining overall metabolic rate. Wait for the next incoming another four tips in my next entry!

Assalamualaikum~
Oh god, I've got a nightmare! When I woke up this morning, I was crying. I started to cry in my dreams if not mistaken. I dreamt of somebody scolding me and weird things happened. I was the one almost dying in the nightmare.

That was so scary. When I woke up, I cant really remembered what had happened. But I know, my baby pillow was all wet. Soaked up my tears. I was relieved that it was just a nightmare. Phew~

Good day good day. Haha. Till then.

assalamualaikum...and hye..now, i would like to continue about dry skin like i'd promised before..

here are some tips to avoid it..you can change your bathing habits for example keep baths or showers short...use warm (not hot) water...use as little soap as possible, limit its use to face, armpits, and genitals if you can...try mild cleansers like Aveeno or Cetaphil or mild soaps like Neutrogena or Dove...dry your skin thoroughly but gently, don't rub..take baths or showers less often...

besides, you also can increase skin and body moisture like use bath oils and moisturizers at least daily...thick, greasy moisturizers work best...avoid products with alcohol...apply just after a bath or shower, when your skin is still damp...use a humidifier if the air is dry and drink plenty of water throughout the day...

Apply cool compresses to itchy areas, and try over-the-counter cortisone creams or lotions if your skin is inflamed...if this is not enough, talk to your doctor about possible prescription lotions...did you get it??so, lets do something to make sure that our skin healthy..take care..

Easy way to handle stress
1.TALK! Don't hold all your feelings within! Discuss your stressful feelings with someone you trust.
2.DON'T OVERWHELM YOURSELF!Rid yourself of extra duties that aren't necessary or important. Learn how to delegate and how to say "no" without feeling guilty. Ask for help if you need it.
3.SOCIALIZE: Spend time with family and friends for love and support. Don't be afraid to enjoy yourself!
4.ACT!Try to change the stressful situation, or at least some part of it. Moving forward in small ways helps you feel empowered and in control.
5.LEARN HOW TO BE HAPPY! Focus on the good things about yourself, and in your life. Nobody's perfect. Learn to enjoy the "little things" that make you happy.
So use this way when you feel stress!

I will continue about cultural variation of friendship in Russia. The relationship is constructed differently in different cultures. In Russia, for example, one typically accords very few people the status of "friend". These friendships, however, make up in intensity what they lack in number. Friends are entitled to call each other by their first names alone, and to use diminutives. A norm of polite behavior is addressing "acquaintances" by full first name plus patronymic. These could include relationships which elsewhere would be qualified as real friendships, such as workplace relationships of long standing, neighbors with whom one shares an occasional meal and visit, and so on. Physical contact between friends was expected, and friends, whether or not of the same sex, would embrace, sometimes kiss and walk in public with their arms around each other, or arm-in-arm, or hand-in-hand.

Are you getting enough nutrients for your body? Do you heard about biotin???
Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin that helps you transform fat, protein and carbohydrates in your food to energy needed by the body. Biotin is found in a wide variety of natural foods especially egg yolk, liver and wheat bran. The egg yolk is the vitellus part of the egg. On top of that, as everyone know that eggs are also considered a good source of protein. Besides that, you need to know that the more processed a food, the lower its biotin content. In people consuming a healthy diet, biotin deficiency is rare. However, deficiencies have been reported in patients on tube feedings or in individuals who consume raw egg whites over a long period of time. Symptoms include loss of appetite, nausea, depression, weakness, fatigue, scaly dermatitis and loss of hair. In the opposite, no ill effects have been reported by humans eating large amounts of biotin. So, please do concern to your health.

Want to watch a movie? Why don't you try to watch Quaratine. The genre of this movie is thriller and the actors are Jennifer Carpenter, Columbus Short, Marin Hinkle, Jonathan Schaech and many more. It was directed by John Erick Dowdle and Drew Dowdle.
On March 11, 2008 the government sealed off an apartment complex in Los Angeles. The residents were never seen again. No details, no witnesses and no evidence until now. Television reporter Angela Vidal (Jennifer Carpenter) and her cameraman (Steve Harris) are assigned to spend the night shift with a Los Angeles Fire Staion. After a routine 911 call takes them to a small apartment building, they find police officers already on the scene in response to blood curdling screams coming from one of the apartment units. They soon learn that a women living in the building has been infected by something unknown and they try to escape with the news crew in tow, only to find that the CDC has quarantined the building. When the quarantined is finally lifted, the only evidence of what took place is the news crew's videotape. Got interested to watch it?

Hi,
I want to share about the very important thing for our body.. it is water..
Water (H2O, HOH) is the most abundant molecule on Earth's surface, composing of about 70% of the Earth's surface in liquid, solid, and gaseous states. Water can take many forms. The solid state of water is known as ice,the gaseous state is known as water vapor (or steam), and the common liquid phase is generally taken as simply water. Above a certain critical temperature and pressure (647 K and 22.064 MPa), water molecules assume a supercritical condition, in which liquid-like clusters float within a vapor-like phase. Water is the chemical substance with chemical formula H2O: one molecule of water has two hydrogen atoms covalently bonded to a single oxygen atom. Water is a tasteless, odorless liquid at ambient temperature and pressure, and appears colorless in small quantities, although it has its own intrinsic very light blue hue. Ice also appears colorless, and water vapor is essentially invisible as a gas.
So don’t scare to drink water after hear all the physical and chemistry characteristic ok!!
Additional= water is electric conductive. huhuhu

Why we should save?

-Emergencies: unexpected things can happen at any time. Whether it's a natural disaster, an unplanned illness, the loss of a job, or a bad investment.A well established savings account can help prevent a financial crisis when these situations arise.

-Debt Prevention:The main reason that people go into debt is because they make purchases that they can't afford. A well-funded savings account can allow you to purchase the items outright and avoid the pitfalls of borrowing money.

-Plan for the Future: Everyone has something that they are striving for.Whether it's money to buy a new car, pay for an education, or fund an early retirement. An efficient and disciplined savings plan can help you achieve those goals sooner and without the drawbacks of debt.

Hi all...today I would like to describe about pimples.Hahahahhaa....You know pimples??Have you ever it??A pimple is a result of a blockage of the skin's pore. It can be a pustule or papule. Inside the pore are sebaceous glands which produce sebum. When the outer layers of skin shed (as they do continuously), the dead skin cells left behind may become 'glued' together by the sebum. This causes a blockage in the pore, especially when the skin becomes thicker at puberty. The sebaceous glands produce more sebum which builds up behind the blockage, and this sebum harbours various bacteria including the species. Pimples can often be caused by stress.

Common over-the-counter medications for pimples are benzoyl peroxide and/or salicylic acid. Both medications can be found in many creams and gels used to treat acne through topical application. Both medications help skin slough off more easily, which helps to remove bacteria faster. the bacteria eventually grew resistant to the antibiotics and the treatments became less and less effective.

hye....meet again..now i want continue about steve arwin...In 1991 Irwin took over direction of the Beerwah park from his father. During one of his “croc feeding” demonstrations at the park, he met Terri Raines, an American businesswoman and conservationist; the couple married in 1992. Terri Irwin soon became the manager of her husband’s business and conservation projects, also participating directly in the filming of The Crocodile Hunter and later documentaries and series.Meanwhile, Irwin’s popularity as a television personality helped to turn the Beerwah park, renamed the Australia Zoo in 1992, into a major tourist attraction; it expanded to 16 acres (6.5 hectares) and 550 animals by 2000 and to 80 acres (32 hectares) and more than 1,000 animals by 2007. In addition to running the zoo, the Irwins established large private wildlife refuges in Australia and founded an international organization, Wildlife Warriors Worldwide, to promote wildlife conservation, education, and research. In his television series and in numerous interviews, Irwin emphasized the importance of protecting threatened and endangered species of all kinds. Asked about the infectious excitement of his Crocodile Hunter adventures, he said,I believe that education is all about being excited about something....That’s the main aim in our entire lives is to promote education about wildlife and wilderness areas, save habitats, save endangered species, etc. So, if we can get people excited about animals, then by crikey, it makes it a heck of a lot easier to save them.....

Good stress and bad stress. It’s common to feel stress with a busy schedule, but it’s possible to enjoy life and thrive with a hectic lifestyle. There are many examples of the good stress. There are facing something with enough excitement to override any fears, having a filled-to-the-brim schedule that still contains several activities that we have look forward to and enjoy doing, having more commitments that we care about, working towards a valued goal, feeling challenged and being tired enough to get restful, deep sleep. For the bad stress, there also have many examples. There are facing something with a mixture or dread, worry and anxiety, having overloaded schedule stuffed with obligations that we don’t enjoy, feeling that what we do is unimportant, feeling out of control, wanting to stay in all the time rather than take a stab at getting through the day and having restless sleep.

Hi..sometimes I always thinking, why goverment prohibit malaysian from smoking. I think this answer will make you think twicely before you near to them especially for passive smoker.

Passive smoking is the act of breathing in secondhand smoke.

Tobacco smoke contains over 400 chemicals, and over 60 are known or suspected to be carcinogenic (cancer-causing).

A controversial study published in the British Medical Journal appears to show that in non-smokers regularly exposed to smoke via their spouses were not at significant risk of cancer or heart disease.

Despite the finding, the study has been strongly criticised, with a multitude of flaws highlighted.

Experts contend that the dangers of passive smoking are well documents and cite existing evidence from more than 50 studies.

According to Cancer Research UK, passive smokers are 20 to 30 per cent more likely to develop lung cancer than people not exposed to smoke, with several hundred deaths occurring as a direct result in the UK each year.

Meaning that, passive smoker is more risk to death than active smoker.

hi,..let we talk more about the fower. Each flower has a specific design which best encourages the transfer of its pollen. Cleistogamous flowers are self pollinated, after which, they may or may not open. Many Viola and some Salvia species are known to have these types of flowers.

Entomophilous flowers attract and use insects, bats, birds or other animals to transfer pollen from one flower to the next. Flowers commonly have glands called nectaries on their various parts that attract these animals. Some flowers have patterns, called nectar guides, that show pollinators where to look for nectar. Flowers also attract pollinators by scent and color. Still other flowers use mimicry to attract pollinators. Some species of orchids, for example, produce flowers resembling female bees in color, shape, and scent. Flowers are also specialized in shape and have an arrangement of the stamens that ensures that pollen grains are transferred to the bodies of the pollinator when it lands in search of its attractant such as nectar, pollen, or a mate. In pursuing this attractant from many flowers of the same species, the pollinator transfers pollen to the stigmas arranged with equally pointed precision of all of the flowers it visits.

Hi friends...today i want to share with u all about rain.Rain is liquid precipitation. On Earth, it is the condensation of atmospheric water vapor into drops heavy enough to fall, often making it to the surface. Rain is the primary source of fresh water for most areas of the world, providing suitable conditions for diverse ecosystems, as well as water for hydroelectric power plants and crop irrigation. However, not all rain reaches the surface; some evaporates while falling through dry air. This is called virga, a phenomenon often seen in hot, dry desert regions. The METAR code for rain is RA.

Rain is also known or suspected on other worlds. On Titan, infrequent methane rain is thought to carve that moon's numerous surface channels. On Venus, sulfuric acid virga evaporates 25 km from the surface. There is likely to be rain of various compositions in the upper atmospheres of the gas giants, as well as precipitation of liquid neon and helium in the deep atmospheres.

Assalamualaikum to all.I want to write a little bit comment about situation with friends. You may not become instant friends the first time you meet someone. But the seeds of lasting friendships can be sown with a friendly wave as you're mowing the lawn or bringing in the newspaper.
Keep friendships nurturing and healthy developing and maintaining healthy friendships involves give and take. Sometimes you're the one giving support to your friends, and other times you're on the receiving end. Letting friends know you care about them and appreciate them will help ensure that their support remains strong when times are rough. It's as important for you to be a good friend as it is to surround yourself with good friends.

I would like to share a story of my best friend. This might be a childish story, but we have been best friends for 8 years. Her name is similar to my English Lecturer, Sarah binti Zulkifli. I was quite shocked to hear my lecturer's name is the same as hers, even their fathers' name too - the spelling differs, somehow.

It happened when I was transferred from SK Sultan Hishamuddin Alam Shah to SK Bukit Damansara. The transition period occured when I was in standard 5. The atmosphere in Damansara is the exact opposite from my old school because they speak purely English, not a single Malay word. Luckily my mom used to speak English with me, so, I felt fine. The first friend who became good friends with me was her, my best pal.

One thing for sure about her is, she is a sweet-tooth and loves talking. Really, her grammar improved a lot because of her expressive language. She could even differentiate a latte with cappuccino by words! I normally feel ease around her as we hung out. I only knew her background is related to Tun Dr. Mahathir when I was in Form 2. She didn't tell me those details, but her friends did. She is humble and generous person and at the same time, a girl who likes to laugh whenever I made a joke.

I think the best quality of having a friend like her is her opinions. We share same opinions about fashions, stars' gossips, life, religion, politics and even pets. So far, I have never met a person like her as my good friend. I hope she does well in Australia for Mass Communications! =)
