High Cholesterol Symptoms

The symptoms we cant see immediately, neither I cant see.It happen inside our body slowly, little by little. It buils up in your arteries, it can block blood flow to your heart or brain and cause a heart attack or stroke. Here the types of cholestrol
Low-density lipoproteins (LDL) are the “bad” cholesterol. LDL is mostly fat with only a small amount of protein. It can clog your arteries.
High-density lipoproteins (HDL) are the “good” cholesterol. HDL is more protein than fat. It helps clear the bad cholesterol from your blood so it does not clog your arteries. A high level of HDL can protect you from a heart attack.
Triglycerides are another type of fat in the blood that can affect your health. If you have high triglycerides and high LDL, your chances of having a heart attack are higher.
To prevent it for non muslim you should stop take alcohol.Next reduces taking egg yolk,Red meat, especially organ meats,Shellfish.Take more fruits,Barley, Oats this meal proven to reduce total cholesterol and LDL.

BLOOD THAT CAN TELL TIME

Do you know blood evidence can provide crucial information to a forensic scientist? A spatter pattern can indicate whether a victim was shot, stabbed or clubbed. DNA test can tell who shed the blood. But there is no way of knowing how old a blood sample is. Therefore a technique has been created using a modeled on the carbon-14 system used to estimate the age of fossil. In the case of blood, longer strands of RNA tend to degrade more quickly than the shorter ones. By calculating the ratio of a long strands to shorter ones, the age of a given blood sample can be estimated.
In my opinion, this method is very useful for a forensic investigation to indicate when crimes happen.

Who wants to make the skateborder as his/her profession?.I have something to share with you all about this.Skateboarding can be an expensive sport, especially if you are aiming to go pro. A proper skateboard set costs about RM300. Add to the equation, the helmet as well as knee and elbow guards, this figure could easily rise to about RM1,000.

If you are just starting out, however, there are cheaper options.
The skateboarding zone in Shah Alam Extreme Park was crowded the day I visited. At the ramp, children can be seen riding and doing stunts at the ramp. The older ones zoom about faster and show off tricks on the stairs, ledges and rails. However, there are difficult to get the sponsorship for doing skaterbording as a profession because of nobody care and realiseabout this extreme sport."Some of our skateboarders are unable to secure sponsors to compete internationally. We have a lot of pro skateboarders but they are not recognised,” says Adlan, adding that some of our local talents have been featured in skateboarding videos in other countries. The way extreme games are shaping up around the world, that is good news for the country.

Luther Burbank (Pioneer of agricultural science) (7 March 1849 - 11 April 1926)

I had read an article about Luther Burbank. He was an American botanist, horticulturist
and a pioneer in agricultural science. Throughout 55 years of his career, he has developed more
than 800 strains and varieties of plants. Burbank's varied creations included fruits, flowers, grains, grasses and vegetables. He developed a spineless cactus (useful for cattle-feed) and the plumcot. He came to his peak of career, when he managed to come out with the most successful strains and varieties including the Shasta daisy, the Fire poppy, the July Elberta peach, the Santa Rosa plum, the Flaming Gold
nectarine, the Wickson plum, the Freestone peach and the Burbank potato that is large, brown-skinned, whitefleshed potato and has become the world's predominant
processing potato.

The voice of Allah, speaking through the heart, mind, and lips of Prophet Muhammad, clarifies the various levels of revelation. The cosmic Koran is the creation itself, full of the highest teachings of wisdom.

Every creature that flows as Water of Life from the Source of Life is a parable, spoken by the Cosmic Koran that teaches humanity to gaze with eyes of wisdom upon all My creations. (24:41-45)

The transcendent Koran, by contrast, is the very Awareness of Allah.

There is not even a single grain of sand in the obscure depths of the earth, nor any plant, blooming or withering, that is not recorded in the Transcendent Koran, which is the perfectly clear Awareness of Allah. My cherished human beings, this encompassing Divine Awareness receives you into sleep every night and knows intimately what you experience each day. (6:59-62)

All has been recorded from eternity in the boundless Book of Reality, the encompassing Awareness of Allah Most High. (22:67-70)

Every action ever performed by human beings until the end of time, including each thought, significant or fleeting, is already inscribed in the Transcendent Koran, the encompassing Awareness of Allah. (54:41-55)

The Arabic Koran, which is the historical book we can reverently hold in our hands, is a perfect reflection in temporal human experience of the transcendent Koran. Similarly, the Koran of the creation itself is a perfect reflection, on the cosmic scale, of the Koran of Allah's own all-encompassing Awareness. The historical Arabic Koran participates fully in the splendor and power of both the cosmic Koran and the transcendent Koran.

The Arabic Koran is not essentially a work of human production, but a door opened by Allah between the dimensions of His one Reality so that humanity may enter the treasure house of His beautiful Divine Names.

As such, the Koran is to be regarded with intense awe and reverence, even in its handwritten or printed form, which is merely a symbol for the living Koran that consists of the resonance and meaning of these 6,666 verses, held in the memory and chanted with moving power by generation after generation.

The very shapes and sounds of the Arabic letters of the Koran are considered to be a mode of access to the spiritual realm of the living Koran, to its radiance and resonance and to its union of heart-awakening sound with eternal meaning.

"The Ever Present Source thus reveals Eternal Meaning through the medium of time as the resonant chanting of the Arabic Koran so that humanity can awaken and truly understand." (12:1-6)

The Prophet Muhammad inwardly heard the Arabic verses of the Koran. He did not simply encounter the Divine Meaning and compose his own words to express it. Therefore, no translation of the Arabic Koran into any language can be the Holy Koran, but is simply a human interpretation, which may be inspired but does not exist on the sublime level of revelation.

Nor is the Koran, strictly speaking, composed in an ancient form of Arabic. The particular configuration of Arabic which is the Koran is a revelation which participates in the infinite meaningfulness and mercy of Allah, and which can be truly understood and assimilated only with the Divine Permission.

Therefore, a scholar is not what gives one spiritual access to the Holy Koran. One is attuned to the Koran by receiving it with purity of heart, in the same manner that the prophets received revelation.

Nor is the Holy Koran regarded as a particular revelation alone, but as the reservoir of and safeguard for all the revelations sent to the previous prophets of Allah.

The Holy Koran indicates the existence of two main levels of interpretation. Both these levels, or spheres of meaning, are equally true and complement each other. The full communication of the Divine Meaning is made possible only by Divine Words which, though clothed in historical Arabic, retain their infinitely powerful nature and transform human language into a stream of power and truth.

"Words of Truth that have the power to express the Truth are like flourishing trees whose roots, or direct meanings, are established deep in the earth of the heart, and whose branches, or subtle meanings, reach high into the sky of mystical knowledge." (14:24-27)

Both direct meanings and subtle meanings, and their unique modes of sensitive interpretation, must be employed by those who have been lifted into intimate spiritual friendship with the Holy Koran.

Koranic interpretation is not simply a method of scholarship which can be taught in a neutral academic manner. True understanding of the Koran is a gift from Allah, received through a life of prayer, through the prayerful study of the writings of the mature sages of Islamic tradition, and through direct contact with living persons who embody the beauty and wisdom of the Koranic vision.

What results from a subjective or narrow reading of the Koran is often a serious imbalance of understanding: such as the merciless fanaticism of some persons within the Islamic community or the rejection of the Koran by some persons outside this ancient community of faith.

The Benefits of Berries
I love anything which is blueberry based so much probably because it is blue (my favourite colour of course). To my amaze, a large body of research suggests that berries may be among the most potent cancer-fighting fruits. Eating a diet rich in blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, cranberries and strawberries may help to reduce your risk of several types of cancers. The pigments that give berries their beautiful blue and red hues are also good for your health. Moreover, berries contain phytochemicals and flavonoids that may help to prevent some diseases. Cranberries and blueberries contain a substance that may prevent bladder infections. Blueberries and raspberries also contain lutein, which is important for healthy vision. Not only that, berries also contain a number of healthful compounds including vitamins A, C, E and folic acid; selenium; calcium; polyphenols; and compounds called anthocyanins, which give berries their color. We can either eat fresh or frozen berries, but the frozen ones are a good option, because they won’t spoil, can be eaten year round and often are cheaper than fresh berries. To eat fresh berries, make sure that you look for ripe, colorful and firm berries with no sign of mold or mushy spots. So, we should try berries as our snack now because of the vitamins in them and yet, most berries are naturally sweet and require little effort to prepare.

I want to share what about I have done read an article about Sugar 101 from Reader’s Digest edition January 2008. The natural sweetener extracted from two main sources: the root of the sugar beet or the stem of the sugar cane plant. Brown and white sugars come from both.

Raw vs Refined: Determined by the extent of processing after extraction. Sugar crystallizes white naturally. The brown colures are produced by retained molasses.
Granulated: A refined table-top sugar used for baking, drinks and so on.
Soft brown: soft and moist fine-grained sugar ideal for fruit cakes and gingerbread.
Demerara: A light brown sugar with large crystals, often used in hot drinks.
Muscovada: A raw cane sugar containing between six and 13% molasses and a coarse, sticky grain. Adds a crunchy texture to food.
Golden Caster: A raw, free-flowing cane sugar that dissolves quickly and has a light presence of molasses. Use it to add flavor to fruit or sweet sauces.
Gula Melaka: Dark, dense and sticky palm sugar usually used in Asian desert.

Smoking is a bad habit. Actually there is a lot of the effect of smoking. As we all know that there are too many poisons in a cigarette.
Can you imagine that if you keep on smoking, how your health will be?
Think about your health first rather than you feel like you are totally cool on doing that.

Here are some of the effects.
They will have heart failure which is can automatically eliminate a major source of damage to their heart by quitting. Each puff of nicotine from tobacco smoke temporarily increases heart rate and blood pressure, even as less oxygen-rich blood circulates through the body. Smoking also leads to clumping or stickiness in the blood vessels feeding the heart. People who quit smoking are more likely to have their heart failure symptoms improve.

So,as the campaign slogan, I will say 'NO' to cigarette.Live life to the fullest!

Erm,did you ever try bungee?Did you know what it bungee? Here is the information i got.Enjoy read it.

Bungee jumping is one of the extreme outdoor sport. Bungee jumping
is an activity that involves jumping from a tall structure while connected to a large elastic cord. The tall structure is usually a fixed object, such as a building, bridge or crane; but it is also possible to jump from a movable object, such as a hot-air-balloon or helicopter, that has the ability to hover over one spot on the ground. The thrill comes as much from the free-falling as from the rebounds.

When the person jumps, the cord stretches to transform the gravitational potential energy and kinetic energy of the fall, then the jumper flies upwards again as the cord snaps back. The jumper oscillates up and down until all the energy is transformed into heat, sound, and other forms of non-mechanical energy.

Try it if you dare but for heart-attack people don't try this at home.

This information can be read at this website

Halley's Comet or Comet Halley is the most famous of the periodic comets and can be seen every 75 until 76 years. Halley is the only short-period comet that is clearly visible to the naked eye. So that, the only naked-eye comet certain to return within a human lifetime. It has been observed by astronomers since at least 240 BC during its returns to the inner solar system, but it was not recognized as a periodic comet until the eighteenth century when its orbit was computed by Edmond Halley, after the comet is now named.

Why recycle?

We produce over 15,000 tons of rubbish every day. It is only a matter of time before we run out of space to dispose of them. Recycling reduces waste, which in turn reduces the need for landfills and dumpsites. Recycling reduces pollution and saves energy. Recycling is cheaper in the long run compared to maintaining landfills and other systems. When recycling programmed becomes more efficient, there will be less rubbish to dispose of.
Recycling creates up to 5 times more jobs than waste disposal alone. It will create jobs for engineers, machine specialists, environmental personnel, general workers and many more. Recycling improves cleanliness and quality of life. Breakdown of solid waste created by Malaysians.
27% - Paper
36.5% - Household waste
3.9% - Steel
3.7% - Glass
16.4% - Plastic
12.5% - Others
Recycle can do at home or at work. Start recycle from now.

Antioxidants benefit breathing??
Now, my article is about breathing. I think, this article is suitable to me to share with you all.
Broccoli, apples, and other antioxidant-rich vegetables and fruits can help restore and protect your lungs. One study indicated that people who ate more than five apples a week had better lung function than those who ate none. It's also been shown that the antioxidant isothiocyanates in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower substantially reduce lung cancer risk.

Other foods that nourish and protect your lungs include green leafy vegetables-particularly kale, mustard greens, green and red cabbage. Other lung-nourishing foods include green and yellow bell peppers, daikon radish, carrots, yams, pumpkin, squash, figs, sesame seeds, almonds, apricots, ginkgo nuts, tangerines and other citrus foods.

SHOPPING ONLINE TIP LIST

Here's a list of tips that I want to shared with you, that how you should consult when shopping online. I suggest you , print this page and keep it in a handy place so it will be easy to review before you order.

1.
If you don't feel comfortable buying or bidding on an item over the web, or if you feel pressured to place your order immediately, maybe you shouldn't.
2.
Take special care to familiarize yourself not only with he rules and policy of the auction site itself but with legal terms ( warranties, refund, policy, etc.) of the seller 's items that you wish to bid on.
3.
Be suspicious of prices that are too good to be true. Also consider carefully whether you may be paying too much of an item, particularly if you're bidding through an auction site. You may want to compare shop before you buy. Make sure there is no extra shipping or handling costs.
4.
Read the privacy policy first carefully to find out what information the seller is gathering from you, how the information will be used, and how you can stop the process. If a site doesn't have a privacy policy posted, you may not want to do business with it. If it does not have a privacy policy , there will probably be a link to it from the seller's home page, or it could be included with the Legal Terms.
5.
Before you give your payment information, check for the indicators that security software is in place.
6.
You should print out and date a copy terms, conditions, warranties, item description, company information, even confirming e-mails, and save them with your records of your purchase.
7.
Look at your purchase carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact the seller as soon as possible if you discover a problem with it. Tell the seller in writing about any problems you have, ask for a repair or refund, and keep a copy of your correspondence.
