Last week, I recently read an article HOW TO BE A GOOD MAN IN LOVE.According this article,good man always gives his woman as many options as possible, you could ride in your new car today, go to the zoo on a weekend, Go out for a game. She will be exited throughout such an adventure and i know that would be your happiness too. Most women are very delicate and would consider you insensitive if you do not take her out once in a while, i do not think she minds it since it does not happen every day.

Be the unimaginable good man in love, give the impression that you are crazy about her and can go to any heights just for her. Call her late at night and suggest to go see her, and since your intentions are clear, i bet she will not misinterpret your move. It will be flattering to her to just imagine you can dare take up the risk of moving to her place late at night.

I know a good man in love will always avoid arguments but it might reach an extent where this will work against him. Do not say yes to every one of her request or opinion. Let her hate you if she wants to but let your stand be known to her. It is ridiculous to accommodate everything and accept every blame just to be on the safe side. Soon you will notice she respects you no more. She takes you for granted and it is then you will appreciate that familiarity breeds contempt. Push your point until she gets it and you will be happy you chose to be a good man in love.

A girl worth her salt will evaluate his worth too before she commits her heart to him. Demonstrate that you are focused and capable of achieving great goals. If all you talk about is how old you are and how your mother has never gotten tired of supporting you, you are losing it as the good man in love! No girl wants to hear how much of mama boy you are. That shows that you are either too irresponsible or too pampered to work out a relationship.

Last but not least, do your homework well and be patient. Do not wake up tomorrow and all you want to apply everything at once. Remember you have been the good man in love who wants to change his course in order to fetch more affection. People will question your sincerity and you will not even go far in your mission. Internalize the ideas and learn to live by the rules of being a good man in love.

Assalamualaikum to everybody.I hope all of you are in the best of health.Today I want to share with all of you about a shampoo.

As we already know,shampoo cleans by stripping sebum from the hair. Sebum is an oil secreted by hair follicles that is readily absorbed by the strands of hair, and forms a protective layer. Sebum protects the protein structure of hair from damage, but this protection comes at a cost. It tends to collect dirt, styling products and scalp flakes. Surfactants strip the sebum from the hair shafts and thereby remove the dirt attached to it.

While both soaps and shampoos contain surfactants, soap bonds to oils with such affinity that it removes too much if used on hair. Shampoo uses a different class of surfactants balanced to avoid removing too much oil from the hair.

The chemical mechanisms that underlie hair cleansing are similar to that of traditional soap. Undamaged hair has a hydrophobic surface to which skin lipids such as sebum stick, but water is initially repelled. The lipids do not come off easily when the hair is rinsed with plain water.

I think,that`s all for this session that I can share with all of you.Thank you for reading.

Are you know about hippie?Hippie subculture was originally a youth movement that began in the United States during the early 1960s and spread around the world. The word hippie derives from hipster, and was initially used to describe beatniks who had moved into San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury district. These people inherited the countercultural values of the Beat Generation, created their own communities, listened to psychedelic rock, embraced the sexual revolution, and used drugs such as cannabis and LSD to explore alternative states of consciousness.

In January 1967, the Human Be-In in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco popularized hippie culture, leading to the legendary Summer of Love on the West Coast of the United States, and the 1969 Woodstock Festival on the East Coast. In Mexico, the jipitecas formed La Onda Chicana and gathered at Avándaro, while in New Zealand, nomadic housetruckers practiced alternative lifestyles and promoted sustainable energy at Nambassa. In the United Kingdom, mobile "peace convoys" of New age travellers made summer pilgrimages to free music festivals at Stonehenge.

Hippie fashions and values had a major effect on culture, influencing popular music, television, film, literature, and the arts. Since the 1960s, many aspects of hippie culture have been assimilated by mainstream society. The religious and cultural diversity espoused by the hippies has gained widespread acceptance, and Eastern philosophy and spiritual concepts have reached a wide audience.But now days the hippie culture are no more active and nearly extinct.Thats all i can share some knowledge with you.Thank you...

Assalamualaikum and good day to all of you.

Leaders vs. Followers
When leaders make a mistake, they say, "I was wrong."
When followers make mistakes, they say, "It wasn't my fault."
A leader works harder than a follower and has more time;
a follower is always "too busy" to do what is necessary.
A leader goes through a problem;
a follower goes around it and never gets past it.
A leader makes and keeps commitments;
a follower makes and forgets promises.
A leader says, "I'm good, but not as good as I ought to be;"
a follower says, "I'm not as bad as a lot of other people."
Leaders listen;
followers just wait until it's their turn to talk.
Leaders respect those who are superior to them and tries to learn something from them;
followers resent those who are superior to them and try to find chinks in their armor.
Leaders feel responsible for more than their job;
followers say, "I only work here."
A leader says, "There ought to be a better way to do this;"
followers say, "That's the way it's always been done here."

It is good to be a leader but sometimes you need to be a follower for some reasons. So please be an active follower and lend your hands to do your group’s work. Always think positive. Thank you.

Well,this is my last reading entry for the month of January.I want to share about my home town-Miri,Sarawak(A place like no other)

Miri is often called the Northern Gateway to Sarawak and is one of the state's main and most important tourist attractions. It boasts to be surrounded by four world-class national parks (Mount Mulu National Park, Niah National Park, Lambir Hills National Park and Loagan Bunut National Park).

Historically, Miri is a town founded upon oil and nothing captures this relationship so well than the Miri Oil Well No.1 or fondly known as the "Grand Old Lady".

The "Grand Old Lady" was situated on top of Bukit Telaga Minyak (Oil Well Hill). It was formerly called Canada Hill (the old folks said that there was one Canadian who lived there and his main business was to recruit foreign and local workers to work in the oil fields around this mountain). Oil Well No. 1 is the first oil well in Malaysia to be drilled by Shell Company in 1910. After a productive six decades and estimated 660,000 barrels of oil, it was shut down in 1972. It was eventually declared a national monument.

There was a lookout tower near the monument where the visitors can have a good view of Miri City with the sea as its horizon. The tower was dismantled to make way for the construction of Miri Petroleum Science Museum and it is now being replaced by a viewing platform provided on top of this Miri latest landmark. The museum itself also provides various kinds of exhibitions apart from those related to oil industry.

The Grand Old Lady is accessible through narrow and steep road. While slowly moving your way up to the hilltop, you can have a glimpse of the nice scenery on both sides of the city which is being divided by this hill.

In addition, Miri is also well-known for its fine handicrafts, especially the bead products. Handicraft shops along Jalan Bendahara and Brooke Road are favourite destinations among tourists and locals.Miri, being geographically close to the sea, boasts some spectacular beaches. Some of the popular beaches include Tanjong Lobang Beach (Taman Selera), Luak Esplanade, Hawaii Beach, Bekenu-Sibuti Beach, Marina Park, Lutong Beach and many more.

Feel free to visits Miri,guys...
that's all.
Thanks..

good day..

BEING competent in English is always an asset to students at the university level, irrespective of whether certain subjects are taught in English or not at the school level. Neglecting English at the primary and secondary school level, thinking that it can be mastered when one enters the university, is a slip-up. Some teachers should not have this false notion imbibed in students.

In a study on 658 primary and secondary school students in a rural setting just recently found that over 85% of those not proficient in English had the false notion that they could start learning English once they enter university.

Some students have this atrocious mindset when it comes to learning the language. Their priority at the primary and secondary levels seems to be to get through the important examinations first. They erroneously believe that getting a good pass in English at this level is not a prerequisite for them to get through their major examinations.

This, alas, should not be the attitude of our students. An examination is not the finale in education. Being proficient in English and attaining a good grade in this subject would help them more when they enter and leave university. These students fail to see four decisive issues relating to the importance of English in education.

Firstly, they do not realise that obtaining an A for English at the UPSR level plus another three A’s in Science, Mathematics and Bahasa Malaysia would give them a competitive advantage and enable them to be enrolled in good schools.

Secondly, they fail to grasp the fact that a credit pass in English is the requirement for almost all university programmes in the country. Obtaining a credit pass at the SPM level will give them added value as entrance to almost all programmes at the local universities requires applicants to have at least a credit pass in English.

Thirdly, obtaining a good grade in English and with a string of A’s in other subjects will also make them eligible for scholarships to study overseas. They seem to be indifferent to this benefit.

Lastly, studying at the university requires almost all students to be competent in English. This competency is an asset for them to achieve better grades for other subjects at the university. They should realise that over 98% of textbooks and other reference resources are written in English – a global language for education.

In most cases, only lecturer-written modules (which are brief and usually loosely translated from English) are written in a language other than English. These modules are what students who are weak in English depend on to get through their examinations at the university.

They should also realise that in the job market it would always be an asset if graduates are able to express themselves in good English, especially in the private sector. Students should realise that thousands are graduating each year and seeking jobs in a highly competitive environment. It is very viable indeed to be proficient in the English language. They would lose a lot if they are not prepared to take the learning of English seriously, and this should start not at the university level but the moment they enter school at the pre-school and primary level.

thank you..

Assalammualaikum.

I love Shrimp scampi over a bed of linguine, homemade of course. I start with 3 cups of chardonnay in a good sized saute pan, then I add a stick of unsalted butter. When it just starts to bubble I add three cloves of garlic crushed, some fresh basil and parsley and then 4 tablespoons of fresh grated romano cheese. Just when the cheese starts to melt I add the shrimp and cook until they are that perfect lovely orange. I pour the whole mixtue over a bed of linguine and serve with more fresh grated romano cheese. That is my favorite!

Assalammualaikum.

Hello.I want to tell you about the differences between all purpose flour,gluten wheat flour and dumpling wheat flour.

Basically, the difference in the flours.

All purpose flour is just that, a flour with balanced levels of starch and gluten that is suitable for most tasks.

High Gluten flour is often called Bread Flour. It's useful for making breads because gluten is what gives the baked bread it's "chewiness" and crust. Low Gluten flours have low protein content. They make poor bread, but very tender baked goods (which is why its often called "Cake flour").

Dumpling flour is wheat starch. All of the gluten has been removed from the product. It cannot be used for bread or cakes but is perfect for the paper-thin doughs used for a good Chinese dumpling.

Assalamualaikum and good afternoon.
Here I want to share with you about a volley ball.Volleyball is an Olympic team sport in which two teams of 6 players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points against one another by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules.

The complete rules of volleyball are extensive, and points are awarded as follows: If the ball touches the ground outside the court area, the team which made contact with it last loses the point. If the ball touches the ground on team A's side of the net, team B is awarded a point, and vice-versa. The ball must be hit over the net to get a point.The team who wins the point then serves. The first team to reach 25 points wins the set and the first team to win three sets wins the match.

Teams can contact the ball only three times before the ball crosses the net, and must be made by different players. The ball is usually played with the hands or arms, but players can legally strike or push the ball with any part of the body.

Through time, volleyball has developed to involve common techniques of spiking, passing, blocking, and setting, as well as.

Computers and the Internet were supposed to make life easier; instead, people are busier than ever. We need learn to manage our time to get as much as we can out of each day.

From my reading , here some step that can be useful to apply :

Step1
Create a schedule or to-do list. Write down deadlines for accomplishing certain tasks.

Step2
Plan to tackle difficult projects at the times of day when you are most alert.

Step3
Schedule time for people, including yourself. Create some personal time by waking up half an hour earlier or going to bed half an hour later than usual; plan a weekly date with your spouse, or arrange to have lunch with friends.

Step4
Prioritize what you need to accomplish. "Pareto's principle" states that 80 percent of your accomplishments come from 20 percent of your efforts, so think strategically: Locate and isolate this valuable 20 percent, then focus your efforts on the tasks that promise the greatest rewards.

Step5
Delegate as many chores as you can. Hand out projects to subordinates at work, recruit your children to help with household chores, hire a gardener to maintain your lawn.

Step6
Learn to say no to nonessential demands on your time. Don't volunteer for a committee if you don't have time, and decline invitations to events you don't have time to attend.

Step7
Overcome procrastination.

Step8
Avoid perfectionism. Don't waste time obsessively perfecting a task when you could better spend the time on something else.

In sum , our time in daily will be meaningful if we apply this method so be happy don't worry .

My Life...

I felt in love with a married man, he was about to leave his wife but she got pregnant and that's when everything went down the hill. He broke up with me but later we started talking again, we saw each other twice and now I broke up with him because he doesn't give me any more attention, too busy with work and his family. So now I feel lonely and sad. I have a beautiful family but I'm not in love with my husband anymore for so many reason and one of those is because years ago he told me he didn't love me, that he always loved someone else. That's when I started feeling so angry towards him and stopped loving him. Since then my life is being a roller coaster...

p/s: think twice before we make any decision.

"Thanksgiving Games and Crafts for Kids"

Thanksgiving is a wonderful opportunity for gathering as a family, enjoying a football game, catching up on relatives' doings and, of course, sharing a great meal. But don't forget that the little ones need their own age-appropriate activities to feel part of this festive fun.

Paper Bag Turkeys What you'll need:
Paper grocery bags, newspapers, construction paper in a variety of colors, child-safe scissors, child-safe glue. Have each child stuff a bag with newspapers to form the main body of the turkey. To make head and neck, and features, let children cut out the shapes from construction paper and glue on.

Find the Bird What you'll need:
A paper turkey or a stuffed animal, blindfold. Blindfold one child, then hide the paper turkey or stuffed animal somewhere in the room. With the blindfold removed, the child must search for the prized bird. The other children watching shiver from the "cold" when the hunter is far away from the turkey, and fan themselves as the hunter gets "warmer." Allow each child to get a turn as the hunter.

Turkey Treasure Hunt What you'll need:
Index cards, crayons. Have each child draw three pictures of turkeys on large index cards. Hide the cards throughout the house. Give the kids 15 minutes to find as many turkeys as they can. The one who finds the most wins.

Pin the Tail Feather on the Turkey What you'll need:
Sheet of poster paper, markers, adhesive tape, fake feather, blindfold. Tape a homemade picture of a turkey to the wall at a height that can be reached by the children. Blindfold each child for his turn, turn him around three times, and let him try to place the tail feather in the right spot. Once he places the feather on the poster, tape it onto that spot. The child who comes closest wins.

Gone Fishing
What you'll need:
Cardboard, metal paper clips, an empty bucket, a broom, string. Cut pieces of cardboard into various holiday shapes (turkeys, Pilgrim hats, leaves) and attach a metal paper clip to each one. Put them all into a large empty bucket. Have the children fish for shapes using a broom with a string tied around the handle and a magnet on the end of the string. The kid who collects the most shapes wins.

Try this out!
