Assalamualaikum,

Everyday, we are in front many problem, also cope with a bad economy, and make increase our bursts of happiness throughout the day.

Here, I'm want share about how to be happy for tough times. One of the most effective ways to cope when things are difficult is to adopt a positive thinking strategy. What is happen, bad or trouble, try to positive thinking.

Also, for the parents can't afford to buy their kids luxuries like toys anymore, especially in this times. Take a time for the children. for example, exercise together. From research, the children don't care about toys, but what they care about is parents being grumpy and taking it out on them.

And lastly, in tough time, we need to take care of our body.Even if we can't afford to go to the gym, take time out to exercise at home. that's make we more relax, and least tension and stress.
Thanks.

Assalamualaikum n aite every0ne....

Have you ever contend against well off rat in the house? Do you know how to catch a mouse at your house or other part at your building and make sure that the mouse doesn’t come back again? If you didn’t know, I’ll tell you on how to catch a mouse and make sure that the mouse doesn’t come back again. Below are eight stepping that you must follow;

1. Place a 5 gallon plastic bucket in an area where mice are pests.
2. Put the bucket near something which the mice can climb, such as a wood pile.
3. Place dabs of peanut butter around the inside of the bucket about at least 1½ inches and further down.
4. Hope that the mice will try to reach the peanut butter and fall into the bucket. The "humane" trap is complete only if the mice cannot jump out.
5. Set this trap around conventional store bought traps.
6. Cover a complete oak tag with double sided extra sticky tape, place peanut butter in dots through the paper. Mice tend to go for the chocolate and chip bags rather than the traditional peanut butter.
7. Leave it in the trap alone for awhile. If a mouse is caught and is dead leave it tied to the trap in the mouse hole. The mice will see you are an enemy and in most cases they get frightened and move to the next house. (Sorry next door neighbor.)
8. The humane part of this is releasing the live unharmed mice into a natural habitat. Rather than killing them outright, they again take their natural place in the food chain. More likely, with unerring aim they head straight back into your house or apartment. It doesn't matter how far away you released them.

Anyway, good luck for your mission….hihihi

The primary impression you make on your employer can make or break your stint in that office. Besides, even when you choose to work elsewhere, the references you get from your present employer will tell their own story. Sometimes, the fears of making mistakes prevent us from doing our best. Doing less than our best is probably the biggest mistake of all. Don't let this happen. No one will know better than your boss - that mistakes are the only way to learn how to do better. Everybody makes mistakes - especially when they're new to their job. It's important, though, not to blame others for the mistakes you have made. This is hardly gracious behaviour. It isn't smart either. Because people do know when you're trying to pass the buck. And they're never impressed with such ploys and tactics.
If you're old enough to work, you're old enough to know correct behaviour. Always be politically correct at work. It just isn't funny making sexist, communal or religious remarks in the place of work. Such behavior screams of intolerance, ignorance and biases. Avoid getting into such ungracious behaviors.

You want someone to respect you? Are you respecting your parents or teachers? What is a respect? Respect means a lot of different things. On a practical level it seems to include taking someone's feelings, needs, thoughts, ideas, wishes and preferences into consideration. We might also say it means taking all of these seriously and giving them worth and value. In fact, giving someone respect seems similar to valuing them and their thoughts, feelings, etc. Going back in time, respect played an important role in survival but nowadays it seems much more possible to survive without being respected. For me, respect is something that is earned. One earns another's respect by voluntarily doing the things such as taking that person's feelings, needs and thoughts into consideration. We can be respected easily if we do not know how to respect other people. Respect is not because of power, money or age but everyone has to be respect and being respected. Respecting someone means respecting their feelings and their survival needs. Here are ways to show respect for someone's feelings:
• asking them how they feel
• validating their feelings
• empathizing with them
• seeking understanding of their feelings
• taking their feelings into consideration

I found this interesting website called dreammoods.com which is a free one-stop dream portal that let us explore and discover meaning to our dreams. One of the common dreams is test/exam dreams which I had dreamt few days back. According to this site, the dream that I’m taking an exam indicates that I’m being put to the test or being scrutinized in some way. Such dreams highlight my feelings of being anxious and agitated. And in the same dream, I was late for the exam and could not complete the exam in the allowed time which then contributes to the factor of failing the test. This dream usually has to do with self-esteem and confidence or my lack of. I am worried that I’m not making the grade and measuring up to other people's expectations of myself. I may also experience the fear of not being accepted, not being prepared, or not being good enough. I feel nervous, insecure and tend to believe the worst about myself. Surprisingly, almost the entire of interpretations are true and did reflect me in a way. This website did help in making sense of one’s dreams and achieves better understanding of the dreams.

Fire

What do you know about FIRE...
Fire is the oxidation of a combustible material releasing heat, light, and various reaction products such as carbon dioxide and water. Fires start when a flammable and/or a combustible material with an adequate supply of oxygen or another oxidizer is subjected to enough heat and is able to sustain a chain reaction. Fire fighting services are provided in most developed areas to extinguish or contain uncontrolled fires. Trained firefighters use Fire apparatus, water supply resources such as water mains and fire hydrants or they might use A and B class foam depending on what is feeding the fire. An array of other equipment to combat the spread of fires. To maximize passive fire protection of buildings, building materials and furnishings in most developed countries are tested for fire-resistance, combustibility and flammability. Upholstery, carpeting and plastics used in vehicles and vessels are also tested.

Persuasion
by Jane Austen

Eight years ago, Anne Elliot fell in love with poor but ambitious naval officer Captain Frederick Wentworth.A choice which Anne's family was dissatisfied with. Lady Russell, friend and mentor to Anne, persuaded the younger woman to break off the match; now, on the verge of spinsterhood, Anne re-encounters Frederick Wentworth as he courts her spirited young neighbour, Louisa Musgrove.

Persuasion imo is a much better, if not the best, Austen story when it comes to arguing in favour of the heroine's plight and her never-smooth struggles thru life to keep constant, if u will, to that one great love of her heart despite the then presiding fact that it would prove to be a lost endeavour.

To that end, it is only Emma that almost resembles Anne among the list of Austen female protagonists that will not admit to another lover to replace or spite their first and foremost one.

Nevertheless, Anne's great virtue does little to merit her ordinary physical appearance courtesy of Ms. Austen...

Everton Football Club is a professional English football club located in the city of Liverpool. The club competes in the Premier League and has contested more seasons in the top flight of English football than any other. Everton were founded in 1878 and have a notable rivalry with Liverpool F.C., known as the Merseyside derby. Liverpool was formed fourteen years later than Everton in 1892 after a dispute over the rent at Anfied. Since then Everton have been based at Goodison Park as a result of the split. Numerous well-known footballers have had a career at Everton F.C. Since 2000, the club has annually recognized successful former players as "Giants" of the team. Everton's most widely recognised nickname is or "The Toffeemen", which came about after Everton had moved to Goodison. There are several explanations for how this name came to be adopted, the most well known being that there was a business near the ground called Mother Noblett's Toffee Shop which advertised and sold sweets, including the Everton Mint, on match days. Currently managed by David Moyes, Everton have won the League Championship nine times—the fourth highest of any team. Additionally, they have won the FA Cup five times and the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup once. The club's most recent major trophy was the 1995 FA Cup.
Although Everton is not famous as Manchester United, Chelsea or Arsenal, I will continue to give full support for Everton because it is one of my favorite team in this world. Don’t shock if one day Everton will be the giant team in football because they are capable to make it become reality.

I have read through a novel called The Dead Are Dancing. It is a satire of the cold war but its message is timeless. It cautions us to watch out because unbridled patriotism leads to the self destruction of our cities and our sons and daughters. To be frank, eventhough this novel is quite boring but it do bring positive view of the world. So, it is quite good for young readers too.

Jogging
Like walking, jogging is a great aerobic exercise that is easier to learn than some of the other activities such as swimming or cycling. Jogging takes less time for the same aerobic and calorie burning benefits as walking. It is also just as easy. While packing for a business trip just throw those sneakers in the suitcase and you'll be ready to go.

let i share about Jogging Tips

1) Start out by walking with periods of jogging. Two minutes of walking followed by one minute of running is a good starting place. Slowly decrease the amount of walking until you can jog continuously for 20 minutes.

2) Find a good running shoe that is good for YOU. Go to a store where the sales people are runners. Look for good cushioning, plenty of toe room, and a snug fit at the heel.

3) Make sure you warm-up properly to avoid injuries and follow exercise with a cool down.

“Thalassemia (say "thal-uh-SEE-mee-uh") is an inherited blood disorder that causes the body to produce less hemoglobin. Hemoglobin helps red blood cells spread oxygen all through your body. Low levels of hemoglobin may cause anemia, an illness that makes you feel weak and tired. Severe cases of anemia may damage organs and result in death”
I’m only lost my best friend about 2 month ago causes by thalessemia. It’s one of the new pain that u can’t see physically but it make you weak a day an a day. It’s divided by two that thalssemia beta and thalessemia minor. It is an inherited blood disorder, get from parent to child. Both parents have a gene to pass it to their child. And it’s can make the child have thalessemia beta. But if only mother or father have gene, maybe 25% chance can pass to the children. Almost people who get this thalessemia can’t do many job because it’s can make them weak. For the people that have last stage for thalessemia, they need to do transfer blood every month to help them to their work usually.
And now, government with medical staff very active to give information about this sickness to other people. It’s can help from parents pass it to their children. And if both of the parents have, the doctor can give suggestion how to handle and care about their child healthy. Beware for the symptom and you can help your child have a great day like other children.

NICOTINE

Effects of nicotine on hunger and eating in male and female smokers. For both males and females, nicotine had no effect on self-reported hunger, but cigarette craving was decreased. Rather than being decreased, caloric intake during the meal was unexpectedly increased following nicotine compared with placebo. Cigarette craving increased after the meal, and this increase was unaffected by nicotine dose. There were virtually no differences between males and females in any effects of nicotine. These results indicate that nicotine may not acutely suppress appetite in fasting smokers and suggest that other actions of nicotine or smoking may account for the lower body weights of smokers.

PILE

Pile foundations are the part of a structure used to carry and transfer the load of the structure to the bearing ground located at some depth below ground surface. The main components of the foundation are the pile cap and the piles. Piles are long and slender members which transfer the load to deeper soil or rock of high bearing capacity avoiding shallow soil of low bearing capacity. The main types of materials used for piles are Wood, steel and concrete. Piles made from these materials are driven, drilled or jacked into the ground and connected to pile caps. Depending upon type of soil, pile material and load transmitting characteristic piles are classified accordingly. In the following chapter we learn about, classifications, functions and pros and cons of piles.
Pile foundations have been used as load carrying and load transferring systems for many years. In the early days of civilizations from the communication, defence or strategic point of view villages and towns were situated near to rivers and lakes. It was therefore important to strengthen the bearing ground with some form of piling. Timber piles were driven in to the ground by hand or holes were dug and filled with sand and stones.

I like to read story book especially novels and comics. The other name for comics is graphic novels. Last week I read one Malay novels. It was a love story entitle ‘Sepi Tanpa Cinta’ by Damya Hanna. The story was quite good, easy to understand and very straight forwards. It was a story about a young girl from village who had been betray by her fiancĂ© on her wedding days. Because of pride and villages community thinking, she asked her mother to find any other guy that willing to marry her on that day. So her mother’s ex-employer felt sorry for that girl and asked his son to marry that girl. Then, the conflict of her life start begun from that day. From what I had read, I think the author arrange the plot of story very well. But one thing that synonym for every Malay Love’s novel is there is too many conflict in one story. The main characters will always have to face a lot of trouble in their life. It is stereotype. One thing that I had noticed about Malay’s love novels is the main characters always came from a wealthy family and they have their sir name such as Tengku, Syed, Sharifah and many more. I don’t understand why they have to discriminate against the royal and the ordinary people? Are they too good for the ordinary people?? That type of discrimination is the thing that I really don’t like about Malay’s novels.
