Hi...
Do you remember that I want to tell you about 'soya panas'?
First of all, I want to apologize because I not tell you all more detal about 'taufufa'.
About 'taufufa', I will explain more in other comment.
Ok..'Soya panas' is from soybean. the first process is same like taufufa. Soybean must soak in water first for 4 to 5 hours. After that, you must filter the soybean. Then, the soybean will be blended by machine. To get the water, you must filter blend soybean by using 'penapis kain' and add water when you filter it.
Last session, of course you must cook it. cook?
emmm...what the better word for cook?

Breakfast for dessert?

If you want to have desserts after dinner try having cereal. This is because it may help you lose weight. A study funded by the Kellogg Company showed that of 58 overweight night-time snackers, half of them ate a 630 kilojoules bowl of cereal and low fat milk at least 90 minutes after dinner and the other half ate as usual. After four weeks, the cereal eaters had lost a kilo and even ate 590 kilojoules less than usual after dinner. However, the others ate 350 kilojoules more. The researchers said that the type of cereal does not matter but sticking to the serving size does matter.

So, how about trying it out to see whether it is true or not?

Have you heard about evil laugh? What is the different with just a laugh? Recently, I had read about evil laugh in Wikipedia. A evil laugh is a stock manic laugh by a bad guy or villain in fiction. We can also find an evil laugh in comics, where such laugh always write like, mwahahaha, mwahahaha, mwahahaha or hohoho for male version. These words are also commonly used on internet Blogs, BBSes, and games. There, they are generally used when some form of victory is attained, or to indicate superiority or power over someone else. The words are often used as either interjections; as simply express emotion or less frequently, as nouns. An evil laugh is often entertaining for friends because each one may be unique. The most recognizable and copied evil laugh is probably the one voiced by the late Vincent Price, as it has been used or copied in radio, film, music, and television.
In films, the evil laugh often fills the soundtrack even though the villain is off-camera. The laugh therefore follows the hero or victim as they try to escape. Examples include Raiders of the Lost Ark, where Belloq's laugh fills the South American jungle while Indiana Jones attempts to escape from the Hovitos, and Predator, where the Predator's evil laugh fills the jungle just before its self-destruct mechanism detonates.

Sudoku is a mathematical game.It s from Japanese language. The objective is to fill a 9×9 grid so that each column, each row, and each of the nine 3×3 boxes contains the digits from 1 to 9 only one time each. The puzzle setter provides a partially completed grid.
The modern puzzle was invented by an American architect, in 1979 and published by under the name "Number Place". It was popularized in 1986 by the Japanese puzzle company Nikoli under the name Sudoku, meaning single number. It became an international hit in 2005. hit in 2005.
Hypersudoku is one of the most popular variants. It is published by news papers and magazines around the world and is also known as "NRC Sudoku", "Windoku", "Hyper-Sudoku" and "4 Square Sudoku". The layout is identical to a normal Sudoku, but with additional interior areas defined in which the numbers 1 to 9 must appear. The solving algorithm is slightly different from the normal Sudoku puzzles because of the leverage on the overlapping squares. This overlap gives the player more information to logically reduce the possibilities in the remaining squares. The approach to playing is still similar to Sudoku but with possibly more emphasis on scanning the squares and overlap rather than columns and rows.

Hi...this is the final two of six tips on how to lift energy and well-being reserves as I promise in the last entry. Energy Booster 5! Make some 'me time'. Taking time out is essential in maintaining balance and revitalising ourselves. It is important to recognise that we need time to relax in order to feel energetic! Hop into a warm bath, go for walk, or spends some time with your loved one! Energy Booster 6. Find your passion. The key to feeling fully vitalised is to be connected to a purpose and to have a passion. Your spirit will be ignited when you have a clear reason to live and work. As Petrea King says:"Your life matters. You are not here by accident. You are on the right planet. You are not here for the kids, the career or the mortgage. The journey matters more than the destination."

Honey in Beauty/Personal Care

Honey has been used in beauty regimens since the time of Cleopatra and is just as popular today. It's easy to see why. Honey is a natural humectant, which means it attracts and retains moisture. It is also an anti-irritant, making it suitable for sensitive-skin and baby products. Honey has no additives or preservatives one of the few products that can be packed and sold straight from nature. It requires no processing or refining. Honey can be used as a facial moisturizer, body scrub, hair conditioner or just add it to your bath water.

Today is the last day of Chinese New Year also known as “Chap Goh Mei”. “Chap Goh Mei” is quite important for Chinese.
Every year I will celebrate it with my family at my home town. This is the first year I did not celebrate it with my family.
I still remember every night of “Chap Goh Mei” all of us will have dinner together at my grandmother’s house. She will cook many delicious dishes such as fish, prawn, and chicken. Even chicken she also can cooks many type like fried chicken and steam chicken. There were more than 10 dishes on the big round table and of course soup.
I always blame that my grandmother cooks the almost same dishes for every big event. I always tell my mother that I have been eating the same dishes for 20years.
Today I can’t go home and celebrate “Chap Goh Mei” with my family. When I think about it, I suddenly very miss my grandmother’s dishes even I can guess what she will cook. I feel guilty every time I just will blame for the same dishes and did not appreciate it. I promise I will not blame it anymore and I will enjoy every moment with my family.

assalamualaikum...and hye..did you even heard about a legless lizard??? i've never heard about it until i read it on an article..so,let me share it with you all...

In early 2008, in just one month of scouring the savanna of central Brazil, scientists discovered 14 new species...One of those new species was a type of legless lizard no one knew existed...A legless lizard? Wouldn't that be called a snake???actually NO!!

they're two entirely different animals from separate evolutionary lines...Legless lizards evolved from the legged lizards with which most of us are familiar while legless snakes evolved from four-legged snakes that most of us have never seen...But the two do look an awful lot alike. Both have long, slender, cylindrical bodies; forked tongues; scaly exteriors and can often be found slithering through sand...And then, of course, there's the leglessness...It's tough for the casual observer to tell them apart. It's not impossible, though...

interesting right???if you want to know more about animals world,i'll share it in the next entry..

This entry I will continue the type of friendship. Are you known about comrade? Comrade means "ally", "friend", or "colleague" in a military or (usually) left-wing political connotation. This is the feeling of affinity that draws people together in time of war or when people have a mutual enemy or even a common goal. Friendship can be mistaken for comradeship. Former New York Times war correspondent Chris Hedges wrote:
“We feel in wartime comradeship. We confuse this with friendship, with love. There are those, who will insist that the comradeship of war is love — the exotic glow that makes us in war feel as one people, one entity, is real, but this is part of war's intoxication.Friends are predetermined; friendship takes place between men and women who possess an intellectual and emotional affinity for each other. But comradeship – that ecstatic bliss that comes with belonging to the crowd in wartime – is within our reach. We can all have comrades.”
As a war ends, or a common enemy recedes, many comrades return to being strangers, who lack friendship and have little in common.

This time I would like to share another nutrient which is important to our body to everyone.
What do you know about chromium and the importance to your health?
Chromium is a mineral that helps to maintain normal blood glucose levels by enhancing the effects of insulin. Besides that, our body also needs chromium for healthy carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism. Processed meats, broccoli, green beans, mushrooms and whole-grain products, particularly bran cereals are the rich source. If we do not get enough of chromium, the signs and symptoms were unexplained weight loss, increased insulin requirements, impaired glucose tolerance and abnormal functioning of the nerves. However we also cannot get too much of chromium this is because chromium is poorly absorbed, it is highly unlikely that excess intake from food or supplement sources will cause harmful effects. For girls who want to diet, you also can think to determine the chromium content in your diet. But you should know that it's hard to measure the chromium in foods, so that information is not available for all foods.

TRANSFORMERS: Revenge of the Fallen ranks high on my list of anticipated movies for this year. I loved the first movie and the teaser trailer for the sequel looks terrific.
In the first Transformers movie, we saw how a race of transforming, sentient living machines came to Earth in search of Allspark, their ancient power source.
The good guys were grouped together in a faction known as the Autobots while the bad guys were known as the Decepticons.
The Autobots were led by Optimus Prime while the bad guys were led by the ruthless Megatron.
The Transformers battled it out in an American city where the Autobots allied themselves with the humans. In the end, they managed to defeat the evil Decepticons.
During the course of the battle, the Allspark’s power brought to life inanimate machines in the city such as vending machines.
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Prequel: Alliance literally picks up right after the first movie.
Alliance opens with the Autobots and their human allies tracking the machines brought to life by Allspark in a bid to destroy them.
In the movie, we also saw how the Allspark was destroyed when the teenager Sam Witwicky shoved it into Megatron’s chest.
All that was left was a tiny fragment.
The second issue is where things get really interesting.
One of the highlights of the issue has to be the appearance of a Decepticon who will, it seems, play an important role in the upcoming sequel.Artist Alex Milne employs a manga-ish look for many of the human characters, so if you’re here looking for an accurate representation of Megan Fox, you can forget it.
Milne’s skills, however, shine when it comes to the robots.
He does them justice. Colourist ,Josh Perez’s palette also creates a good enough atmosphere to sell the story.
The first two issues are fun and if you’re a fan of the first movie, it’s worth waiting until the next trailer for Revenge of the Fallen hits.

Hi again..
Did you know the best fruit ever?? Guess what?? Kiwi, avocado, apple or any imported fruit from other country??
The best fruit ever is BANANA.. our local fruit. Bananas are a perfect part of anyone's diet, since to maintain a healthy lifestyle, one should meet one's daily requirement of five fruits and vegetables. It's no wonder bananas are one of the most popular fruits in all of America. They provide a source of energy and they are available year round. Similar to other fruits and vegetables, bananas do not contain any sodium, fat, or cholesterol. With bananas being a part of a healthy balanced diet, one may reduce the risk of certain types of cancer as well as heart disease.
Bananas are also a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin C, fiber and are rich in vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 is important because a lack of it can cause insomnia, weakness and irritability. Potassium is important for helping muscles flex and bend properly during active work and it also reduces the chance of cramping up. Potassium may also help in reducing the chance of high blood pressure and stroke. It regulates blood pressure. An average-sized banana obtains about 400 mg of potassium and contains 110 calories with 4 grams of fiber. On top of being easy to digest, they also contain many carbohydrates, one of our main sources of energy.
Take banana as your breakfast will make the best energy for your day..

I recently read a news about photo that appears to be Rihanna's face with bruises, scratches and swelling from an attack allegedly at the hands of boyfriend Chris Brown and it was posted Thursday night by the celebrity Web site TMZ.
The close-up image shows a welt above each of the woman's eyebrows, marks on her cheek and around her lips, and general swelling. TMZ did not say how it obtained the photo, when it was taken or by whom.

A few hours after the photo appeared on Friday, Rihanna's representatives released a statement saying she won't comment on "the incident involving Chris Brown" at the request of authorities.

However, the statement acknowledges the singer's gratitude for her fans' support. It also says she's strong, doing well and acknowledges that she's going through "a difficult time."
After the photo was posted, the Los Angeles Police Department launched an internal investigation and asked for the public's help in finding the person who leaked it. A police news release said the image "has the appearance" of one taken during a domestic violence investigation, and classified its release as a case of serious misconduct that could result in termination.

Asked earlier Thursday whether he could confirm the photo's origin, LAPD Officer Jason Lee said only that the department had not released images of the woman who accused Brown, and would not release evidence photos. A spokeswoman for the district attorney said all evidence related to the case was still with police.

Brown was arrested Feb. 8 and booked on suspicion of making felony criminal threats to a woman that authorities have not publicly identified.

Do you know what is Chewing gum??
Do you like it??

Chewing gum is a type of confection traditionally made of chicle, a natural latex product, or synthetic rubber. Chicle is nonetheless still the base of choice for some regional markets, such as in Japan. Chewing gum is a combination of a water-insoluble phase, known as gum base, and a water-soluble phase of sweeteners, flavouring and sometimes food colouring.
The United States military have regularly supplied soldiers with chewing gum since World War I because it helped both to improve the soldiers' concentration and to relieve stress.Recently, the U.S. armed forces have been providing troops with caffeinated gum to keep soldiers alert for extended periods of time without experiencing fatigue or drowsiness. Each stick of gum has approximately 100 mg of caffeine in it, about the same amount in an average cup of coffee.

In the some case, the chewing gum ban in Singapore was enacted in 1992 and revised in 2004. It bans the import and sale of chewing gum in Singapore. Since 2004, chewing gum of therapeutic value has been allowed into Singapore following the United States-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (USS-FTA).This law was created because people disposed of gum incorrectly by sticking under places like chairs or tables. Incorrect disposal of gum led to this law banning gum. Chewing gum is banned in Singapore under the "Regulation of Imports and Exports (Chewing Gum) Regulations." Except for chewing gum of therapeutic value, the "importing" of chewing gum into Singapore is absolutely banned, as in bringing it in large amounts.

Hi… It’s me again. Since blood is red, why do veins look blue? Like Dr Frank Davidoff from Associate Executive Vice-President of the American College of Physicians said, veins look blue because they are fairly large blood vessels, full of blood that has been stripped of its oxygen load, and close enough to the surface of your skin to see the blue color of this blood. Inside the red blood cells that make up about 40 percent of your blood volume is the oxygen-carrying pigment haemoglobin. The combination of the oxygen and haemoglobin is called “oxyhaemoglobin”. This oxyhaemoglobin is pumped on out of your heart under pressure through the large muscular blood vessel called artery. I think when the oxygen and haemoglobin combine then that’s why the veins look blue. We also can read this in our biology text book during secondary school. Hope you enjoy reading it. Heee…

hye...meet again..now i want continue abaout Rowan Atkinson but not his profile but Mr.Bean....Mr Bean is a slow-witted, sometimes ingenious, selfish and generally likable buffoon who brings various unusual schemes and connivances to everyday tasks. He lives alone in his small flat in Highbury, North London, and is almost always seen in his trademark tweed jacket and skinny red tie. Mr. Bean rarely speaks, and when he does it is generally only a few mumbled words. His first name (he names himself "Bean" to others) and profession, if any, are never mentioned. At the beginning of episode two onwards, Mr. Bean falls from the sky in a beam of light, accompanied by a choir singing Ecce homo qui est faba ("Behold the man who is a bean"). These opening sequences were initially in black and white in episodes 2 and 3, and were intended by the producers to show his status as an "ordinary man cast into the spotlight". However, later episodes showed Mr. Bean dropping from the night sky in a deserted London street, against the backdrop of St. Paul's Cathedral. Atkinson himself has acknowledged that Bean "has a slightly alien aspect to him",in the animated series, he was actually shown to be an alien.Mr Bean also have Teddy is Mr. Bean's teddy bear, generally regarded as Mr. Bean's best friend. The bear is a dark brown, knitted oddity with button eyes and sausage-shaped limbs, invariably ending up broken in half or in various other states of destruction and disfiguration. Although Teddy is inanimate, Bean occasionally pretends it is alive.Otherwise at this movie of Mr.Bean also have their car mini..Also a girl that be as mr Bean girlfriend, name of Irma Gobb...ok..thats all from this movie....bye...

Hello,..now i want to share with you morphology of flower. Flowering plants are heterosporangiate, producing two types of reproductive spores. The pollen (male spores) and ovules (female spores) are produced in different organs, but the typical flower is a bisporangiate strobilus in that it contains both organs.

A flower is regarded as a modified stem with shortened internodes and bearing, at its nodes, structures that may be highly modified leaves. In essence, a flower structure forms on a modified shoot or axis with an apical meristem that does not grow continuously (growth is determinate). Flowers may be attached to the plant in a few ways. If the flower has no stem but forms in the axil of a leaf, it is called sessile. When one flower is produced, the stem holding the flower is called a peduncle. If the peduncle ends with groups of flowers, each stem that holds a flower is called a pedicel. The flowering stem forms a terminal end which is called the torus or receptacle. The parts of a flower are arranged in whorls on the torus.

Now i will share with my friends about guava and it nutrition.Guavas are often marketed as "superfruits", being rich in vitamins A and C, and if the seeds are eaten too, omega-3 and omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids and especially high levels of dietary fiber. A single Apple Guava (P. guajava) fruit contains over four times the amount of vitamin C as a single orange (over 200 mg per 100 g serving) and also has good levels of the dietary minerals, potassium, magnesium, and generally a broad, low-calorie profile of essential nutrients. However, nutritional value is greatly dependent on species, the Strawberry Guava (P. littorale var. cattleianum) notably containing only 30-40 mg of vitamin C per 100g serving, practically a tenth of the vitamin C found in more common varieties. Vitamin C content in the Strawberry Guava is still a high percentage (62%) of the Dietary Reference Intake however.Thai Maroon' guavas, a red Apple Guava cultivar extremely rich in antioxidants.Green apple guavas are less rich in antioxidants.Guavas contain both carotenoids and polyphenols – the major classes of antioxidant pigments –, giving them relatively high dietary antioxidant value among plant foods. As these pigments produce the fruits' color, guavas that are red or orange in color have more potential value as antioxidants sources than yelllowish-green ones.

Assalamualaikum to all.As my favourite food is sushi so, i would like to share what is the real meaning about sushi? Beginning as a method of preserving fish centuries ago, sushi has evolved into an artful, unique dining experience. In its earliest form, dried fish was placed between two pieces of vinegared rice as a way of making it last. The nori (seaweed) was added later as a way to keep one's fingers from getting sticky.
Technically, the word sushi refers to the rice (the Japanese word su means vinegar, and shi is from meshi, the Japanese word for rice, hence sushi is 'vinegared rice'), but colloquially, the term is used to describe a finger-size piece of raw fish or shellfish on a bed of rice or simply the consumption of raw fish in the Japanese style (while sushi is not solely a Japanese invention, these days, the Japanese style is considered the de facto serving standard). This can be eaten as is, or is often dipped into shoyu (Japanese soy sauce) and then eaten. Great care is taken in the creation of the dish and the many methods of preparing the food indicate the importance of appearance to the educated consumer. Sushi is a work of art as much as a food, and while it is now available in a western 'quick and easy' serving style, the traditional ways are far from lost.
Take sometime to try sushi st any restaurant nearby, may at ESM'S Sushi King.

Greetings, I would like to share my interest of a Korean graphic novel namely Click. It revolves about a boy named Joon Ha, a girly boy who is good-looking and often receive confessions from girls in his school. He had a childhood friend named Jin Hoo and also an admirer named Hee Won.

One day, he had a high fever which almost reached 40 degrees celcius and the very next day, he went to the toilet and screamed "Oh My GOD!!!". His parents went upstairs and a very worried teenager said that his important pride as a man is gone. Soon, his parents told him that he is undergoing chromosome change which is inherited from generations. At first he did not want to accept that fact, but thought over properly. He moved to Seoul in order to create a new life there as a girl.

Little does he know that both Jin Hoo and Hee Won tried to seek him desperately in Seoul. As he/she, went to a new school, many awkward situations occur which involves a new guy named Tae-hyun, who is an underground mafia’s son, who is deeply in love with him/her. This story is interesting to read because it has a very unique story plot and tells us how the community treats those who are transvestites.
