Another article i would like to share is "How to Lose Weight?".In this article i found that beside exercise, choosing the right color food is also an important key to help lose weight. Why? Color not only brightens your mood – but also your diet. Each group of color have their own function to increase our health condition and also help to combat disease.
For example blue/purple fruits and vegetables assist in memory, yellow/green group function promote eye health, white group are helpful to maintain heart health and etc...
So here is a change to help you change your diet plan according on requirement and stop counting how many calories you need everyday to help you lose weight, color of food is more important!

I love to read novels either English or Malay.I also had my collection of novels like p/s I love you,Wheres the rainbows End,Once and Always and If Tomorrow Comes. Now, i like to share one of the review's book titled THE BOY WHO LOVED BOOKS By John Sutherland. The synopsis storied about the JOHN Sutherland is a professor of English at the prestigious University College London, and a popular literary critic and writer of 22 books, mainly specialising in Victorian-era fiction.

This memoir chronicles the formative years of a boy growing up on his own instincts after his father is killed during the Second World War, and his distant mother abandons him.

As might be guessed from the title, one of the main themes is his affection for books and how they helped him cope with the dark days, rationalise things, and eventually sustain a long and distinguished career. In his own words, they even saved his life on occasion.

After a childhood spent being shunted around Colchester in the English county of Essex, and to Edinburgh in Scotland among various family members, houses, flats, and half a dozen different schools, it is a relief to read about some solidarity in his teens and the creation of his sense of identity soon to come. This is no sad, melancholic recollection, and although there are some unpleasant moments, the memories are rarely seen in a bad light.

I think i should find this book and read it.It sounds interesting and enjoyable.

Vitamin D 'is mental health aid'

Vitamin D, found in fish and produced by sun exposure, can help stave off the mental decline that can affect people in old age, a study has suggested.UK and US researchers looked at 2,000 people aged 65 and over. They found that compared to those with the highest vitamin D levels, those with the lowest were more than twice as likely to have impaired understanding.
Alzheimer's charities said the research was interesting, but more work was needed to understand vitamin D's role.Vitamin D is important in maintaining bone health, in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and in helping the immune system.
The body makes vitamin D when it is exposed to the sun, or it can be obtained from foods such as oily fish, and those fortified with vitamin D, such as milk, cereals, and soya drinks.
But older people's skin is less able to absorb vitamin D from sunlight so they are more reliant on obtaining it from other sources.

Just now, i read an interesting article about high heel.
High heels are uncomfortable and make walking more difficult. Prolonged use can injure the feet, knees and back. So why do women keep wearing them? from what i understand, women in heels are more likely to attract favourable notice. In addition to making women taller, high heels force the back to arch, pushing the bosom forward and the buttocks rearward, thus accentuating the female form. Height, after all, is a relative phenomenon. It may be advantageous to be taller than others, or at least not to be several inches shorter. But when all wear shoes that make them several inches taller, the relative height distribution is unaffected, so no one appears taller than if all had worn flat heels. That's why women love to wear high heel.

How to make your free time count???
I have the answers. Please read this article. Three things to try, if you haven't already.
1) Spring clean your home and recycle everything that you don't need. You can donate items which you don't want that are still in good condition to organisations that need them.
2) Go for tourism trips that support the environment and enjoy a holiday in a whole new way.
3) Be a volunteer. Volunteer, join activities or be a facilitator to organisations like Yayasan Anak Warisan Alam to educate the public on the importance of being environmentally friendly.
Don’t waste your time because time is gold.

Hi again..huh

Currently i lost bits of idea, and i asked my friend give some fact. Some of that i never ever know about it.

The small Darwin's frog, which lives in Chile's cool forest streams, nurtures its young in an unusual manner. After the female lays 30 or so eggs, the male guards them for two weeks and then swallows the surviving ones. In the male's vocal pouch, the offspring develop until they're able to survive on their own and hop out.

Butterflies taste with their feet.

A snail can sleep for three years.

An octopus will eat its own arms if it gets really hungry.

Moose have very poor vision. Some have even tried to mate with cars.

The world smallest mammal is the bumblebee bat of Thailand, weighing less than a penny.

If one places a tiny amount of liquor on a scorpion, it will instantly go mad and sting itself to death.

In his book, The Insects, naturalist Url N. Lanham reports that the aphid reproductive cycle is so rapid that females are born pregnant.

Most lipstick contains fish scales.

All porcupines float in water.

When a frog swallows a meal, his bulgy eyeballs will close and go down into his head. This is because the eyeballs apply pressure and actually push a frog's meal down his throat!

An ostrich's eye is bigger that its brain.

The pudu,(i thougt about Penjara Pudu or Puduraya, haha!!) a native of Chile's temperate rainforest, stands just 18 inches high, making it the world's smallest deer.

Pigs are the only animal that will drink hard liquor voluntarily,Yuck!!

A whale's penis is called a dork. Eh? What stand for human instead?

That its, Thanks Yosig, Hafiz may know him, an Israel.

Where are we live today? In Malaysia right. But do we know anything about our own country? Some of you maybe know it but mostly, people forget about it.So,here i would like to share about our own country,MALAYSIA.

Malaysia is a federation that consists of fourteen states and three federal territories in Southeast Asia with a total landmass of 329,847 square kilometres (127,355 sq mi).The capital city is Kuala Lumpur, while Putrajaya is the seat of the federal government. The population stands at over 27 million. The country is separated into two regions—Peninsular Malaysia and Malaysian Borneo—by the South China Sea.Malaysia borders Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei and the Philippines. The country is located near the equator and experiences a tropical climate.

The name "Malaysia" was adopted in 1963 when the Federation of Malaya, Singapore, North Borneo and Sarawak formed a 14-state federation.

Ptolemy showed the Malay Peninsula on his early map with a label that translates as "Golden Chersonese", the Straits of Malacca were referred to as "Sinus Sabaricus".

The two distinct parts of Malaysia, separated from each other by the South China Sea, share a largely similar landscape in that both West and East Malaysia feature coastal plains rising to often densely forested hills and mountains, the highest of which is Mount Kinabalu at 4,095.2 metres (13,435.7 ft) on the island of Borneo. The local climate is equatorial and characterised by the annual southwest (April to October) and northeast (October to February) monsoons.
Kota Kinabalu, capital of East Malaysian state of Sabah is located 1600 km (1000 miles) east across the South China Sea from Kuala Lumpur

Tanjung Piai, located in the southern state of Johor, is the southernmost tip of continental Asia.

For conclusion,Love our country.Malaysia has more beautiful thing that didn't have at other place.

WHAT COLOUR ARE YOU

Well here is something intresting about colour...^_^

Red
The chances are that you’re the kind of person who likes to be in control. You like to be at the front of the action organizing and delegating others through their own tasks. These qualities could make you a successful small business owner.
Green
These are outgoing people who enjoy working with others, and have a knack for sales and promotions. Their risk-taking attitude, and love for an ever-changing environment make greens successful business owners.
Blue
Blue people prefer to work quietly in the background lending support so that everyone is satisfied. You will often find these people on the creative end of things, such as writing and designing. From a small business perspective these people enjoy the inventing side of things as it allows them to exercise their creativity.
Yellow
If you fall into the yellow category you are probably the type of person who is good with systems and numbers. These are people who prefer to wake up each morning knowing exactly what to expect, and are not fond of unexpected changes. Their understanding of fine details within these systems makes them excellent finance people.

I have done read an article, about How to Flatten your Stomach Crunch Time, from Reader’s Digest edition June 2008. Those have 5 ways to flatten your stomach crunch time:

1. Lie on the floor with your legs bent, your feet flat on the floor. (Cheat’s option: your legs bent at a 90-deegrea, place the soles of your feet up against a wall. This will make it little easier.)

2. Place your hand on the back of your head, or cross them over your chest like an Egyptian mummy.

3. Lift your shoulder blades off the ground, moving your elbows towards your knees. Don’t try to lift your entire back, only your shoulder blades.

4. Squeeze your abs for a second (think about squeezing a lemon).

5. Slowly return to the starting position. Remember to breather out when raising your body up, and breathe in on the way down.

TIPS. Make sure your movements are slow and controlled – resist the temptation to rock yourself back and forward just to “try to get a few more out”. It’s better to do your crunches with bad form.

Brown rice vs. white rice
For the whole life, I only had eaten white rice and plus I had no idea what is the difference between brown rice and white rice! But today, I have a little information about it and it’s my pleasure to share it with all. Brown rice is simply white rice that has not had the brown-colored bran covering removed and is considered a whole grain. Brown rice also gives us more benefits in terms of health because it contains more fiber than white rice. Moreover, it contains nutrients like magnesium, manganese, and zinc in which that white rice has far less Vitamin E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folacin, Potassium, Magnesium, Iron and over dozen other nutrients, but is often fortified with iron and some B vitamins. Added to that, the dietary fiber contained in white rice is around a quarter of brown rice. However, the bad side of brown rice is uncooked brown rice doesn't keep for as long as white rice. Stored in an airtight container, it will keep fresh for about six months. Time consuming is another factor why most of us would rather eat white rice. The reason is because white rice is fluffier and cooks faster than brown. Brown rice doesn't have the fluffy texture of white rice, but its nutty flavour and chewy texture makes brown rice a tasty way to get fiber into your diet.

Panda
The giant panda is a mammal classified in the bear family. It was the previously thought to be a member of the Procyonidae family. Its easy to be recognized by its large, distinctive black patches around the eye over the ear and around its body. The giant panda lives in a few mountain ranges in central china. It once lived in lowland areas but farming and other development now restrict the giant panda to the mountains. The giant species is the endangered species. From the latest report, China has 239 Giant Pandas in capitivity and another living outside the country. Its also estimated that around 1590 pandas are currently living in the wild.

I just want to share some of the places in Langkawi Island. I've been there for 3 times.

Here are the interesting locations-
Padang Mat Sirat, Kuah, Ulu Melaka, Pulau Dayang Bunting.

The most famous place I guess is Lang Square.I captured lots of photos here.It was awesome.

The goods and stuffs are totally cheap. The 'kain batik', chocolates and so many more. That is why this island is called as "PULAU BEBAS CUKAI".

I hope I will go there one day just to buy lots of chocolates and also go for snorkelling :)

Salam.

Ok, at this time, I want to write about my favourite flower which is white lily. For me, white lily is an unique and beautiful flower. Usually people prefer roses as their favourite flower but for me white lily is more special than roses.White lily is also known as lilium candidum L. which is belongs to the Liliaceae family. It grows throughout Mediterranean regions and western Asia. It probably originated in Persia and Syria. Although often cultivated as a garden plant, it can be found spontaneously growing in the fields around gardens and country houses.Lily are rather large and strikingly white. Each flower has six slightly curved petals and six stamens with white filaments and long yellow anthers.

Atchually, white lily is useful for human life. It can be used as a herb in alternative herbal treatments to treat ailments and problems, such as burns, wound healing, treating damaged and irritated tissue and rejuvenating the skin.Besides, it's bulbs have traditionally been applied as a poultice for its properties as a demulcent and abscess or boil reliever. It has also been used to treat ulcers, wounds and burnt skin. White lily vinegar is popularly used against warts. For the information 3 buds of white lily give the meaning of "I love u".

The websites is http://www.pashnit.com/bikes/hayabusa.htm. It is the fastest motorcycle in the world. It also seems huge but once we riding it, it will feels like a toy. One of the most interesting things I ever read about the Hayabusa is instead of pulling wheelies when you grab a fistful of throttle, instead the bike will rocket forward and slowly pull the front tire off the ground. On that websites, it has shown picture of the motorcycle. It is really have a beautiful design.

NURSE YOUR HEALTH
Got a headache? Take an uncoated, single-ingredient painkiller(it work fastest) with a cup of tea, says nurse Pat Carroll, author of What Nurses Know and Doctors Don’t Have Time to Tell You. My article today is how can we manage your health. This article i got from Reader’s Digest May 2005.
This is more info:
1- Allergies? Shower at night. Hair is a pollen magnet. Shampoo before bed so you don’t breathe in sneeze-inducing particles as you sleep.
2- Turn fever on its ear. Ear thermometers may miss up to 35 percent of fevers.
3- Dispense medicine with care. Ditch the soup spoons, which can actually range from half of teaspoon to two teaspoons. Ask your pharmacist for a dosing spoon.
4- Simplify colds skip multi-sympthom remedies. An expectorant helps you cough up mucus; a decongestant helps clear nasal passages, so breathing is easier.
That’s all the info about how we manage our health.
