Hi..Do you know that coke add with ajinomoto can be used to rape ladies...Dear friends, I received a news about the recent tactic used to spike girls' drink. It is a cheap and widely used method. This method was used in Canny Ong murder. Rapist uses this method. Coca-cola add with ajinomoto(monosodium glutamate) equal to a medicine which will cause drowsiness and excitement in the victim. This mixture is poisonous if used too often on the victim. Please beware and DO NOT accept coca-cola or any other drinks from stranger even if it is your friend that you are not very close with.

Whole Grains Good for Your Heart

A study of 42850 men showed that those who ate more than 25 grams of whole grains per day cut their risk of heart disease by about 15 percent. As for those who ate more than 11 grams of bran, the highest fibre part of whole grains daily, cut their risk by 30 percent. Foods that contain whole grains are brown rice, oatmeal, whole meal bread, popcorn and bran muffins.

However, researchers are still trying to figure out how whole grains help the heart. It could be that fibre can lower cholesterol or the antioxidants which help protect against hardening of the arteries. But there is a fact that everyone knows about whole grain is that eating them keeps you feeling full and therefore helps preventing obesity which is a risk factor of heart disease.

Hi...Lets I continue about Diabetes. As I promise, in this entry I would like to share you the types of Diabetes. There are two types of diabetes. Type 1 and Type 2. It is important to recognize the signs and symptoms for both as both types can occur simultaneously in the human body. Type 1, usually diagnosed in children, teenagers or young adults. With Type 1 diabetes, insulin is not produced due to a defective pancreas. The symptoms are increased thirst, increased urination, weight loss despite increased appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, fatigue and absence of menstruation. On other hand, Type 2 usually occurs in adults. Type 2 diabetes begins with insulin resistance, a condition where fat, muscle and liver cells do not use insulin properly. To counter this, the pancreas will produce more insulin but in time, it loses the ability to produce enough insulin to response. The symptoms are increased thirst, increased urination, increased appetite, fatigue, blurred vision, frequent or slow-healing infections and erectile dysfunction. For the next entry I will continue about diabetes risk factors. Wait for it!

This entry I will continue with new topic which is RECYCLE..
I will start with recycle fact.
Recycling is an excellent way of saving energy and conserving the environment.
Did you know that:
•1 recycled tin can would save enough energy to power a television for 3 hours.
•1 recycled glass bottle would save enough energy to power a computer for 25 minutes.
•1 recycled plastic bottle would save enough energy to power a 60-watt light bulb for 3 hours.
•70% less energy is required to recycle paper compared with making it from raw materials.
so,now you can recycle old things that you have to save energy..

assalamualaikum and hye..now,let me continue about the species named PENGUIN as I promised before...

do you know why the colours of penguin are white and black???it's because the penguin's black and white coat helps it avoid detection by predators...From below, its white belly is difficult to distinguish from the water's reflective surface; from above, the penguin's black back blends in with the murky depths below...

The largest penguin that ever lived, Nordenskjoeld's giant penguin, was about as tall as a person which is nearly twice the height of today's emperor penguin...It lived 45-37 million years ago in New Zealand and Antarctica...and for your information, not all penguins live in southern climates...The Galápagos penguin lives along the equator...It survives there because of cool temperatures and cool water brought to the islands by ocean currents...

Carrot Benefits

Carrots are nutritional heroes, they store a goldmine of nutrients. No other vegetable or fruit contains as much carotene as carrots, which the body converts to vitamin A. This is a truly versatile vegetable and an excellent source of vitamins B and C as well as calcium pectate.Raw carrots are an excellent source of vitamin A and potassium; they contain vitamin C, vitamin B6, thiamine, folic acid, and magnesium.Carrots also contain, in smaller amounts, essential oils, carbohydrates and nitrogenous composites. They are well-known for their sweetening. In order to assimilate the greatest quantity of the nutrients present in carrots, it is important to chew them well when you eat carrots.

Assalamualaikum~
i want to tell you one story about attitude. There once was a woman who woke up one morning, looked in the mirror, and noticed she had only three hairs on her head. 'Well,' she said, 'I think I'll braid my hair today.' So she did and she had a wonderful day. The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that she had only two hairs on her head. 'H-M-M,' she said, 'I think I'll part my hair down the middle today.' So she did and she had a grand day. The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that she had only one hair on her head. 'Well,' she said, 'today I'm going to wear my hair in a pony tail. 'So she did, and she had a fun, fun day. The next day she woke up,looked in the mirror and noticed that there wasn't a single hair on her head. 'YAY!' she exclaimed.'I don't have to fix my hair today!'. Attitude is everything.

Assalamualaikum,
For this entry, I would like to share about water categories that we use.Water are important element in our life.Everyday we use the water for our daily life activity such as for drink, washing, cooking and many more. Some of water categories are:

Commercial water use includes fresh water for motels, hotels, restaurants, office buildings, other commercial facilities, and civilian and military institutions. Domestic water use is probably the most important daily use of water for most people.

Domestic use includes water that is used in the home every day, including water for normal household purposes, such as drinking, food preparation, bathing, washing clothes and dishes, flushing toilets, and watering lawns and gardens.

Industrial water use is a valuable resource to the nation's industries for such purposes as processing, cleaning, transportation, dilution, and cooling in manufacturing facilities. Major water-using industries include steel, chemical, paper, and petroleum refining. Industries often reuse the same water over and over for more than one purpose

Public Supply water use refers to water withdrawn by public and private water suppliers, such as county and municipal water works, and delivered to users for domestic, commercial, and industrial purposes. In 1995, the majority of the nation's population, about 225 million, or 84 % used water delivered from public water suppliers. About 42 million people supplied their own water, with about 99 % of that water being groundwater, usually from a local well.

Hi..
I like to see men when they wear baju melayu… they look more handsome than wearing t-shirt and jeans…

Baju Melayu is a traditional Malay outfit for men. It literally translates as 'Malay shirt' and consists of two main parts. The first being the baju (long sleeved shirt) itself which has a raised stiff collar known as the cekak musang collar (literally fox's lease). The second part is the trousers. The two parts are made out of the same type of fabric which is usually silk, cotton, or a mixture of polyester and cotton. A skirt-type adornment is also commonly worn with the Baju Melayu, which is either the "kain samping", made out of songket cloth or the kain sarung, made out of cotton or a polyester mix. Both are loops of fabric which are folded around the wearer's waist. A jet-black or dark coloured headgear called the songkok can also worn to complete the attire. The Baju Melayu is commonly worn in Malaysia and Singapore by Malay men, although its use in Singapore is usually restricted to Fridays at mosques, and the Eid ul-Fitr (Hari Raya) holiday. Malaysian men usually wear the shirt for general religious occasions, such as visiting the mosque or for a religious gathering. Some companies allow their male workers to wear Baju Melayu on Fridays, whereas others have it as a policy. On the whole Singaporeans frequently refer to it as a Baju Kurung, although this term in Malaysia usually refers only to the corresponding outfit for women.

The female version of the baju melayu is called the baju kurung.

The Malaysian Adult Nutrition Survey undertaken in 2003 showed that each day the adult Malaysian consumed about 30g of sweetened condensed milk (equivalent to three teaspoons) and 21g of sugar (four teaspoons), amounting to a total of seven teaspoons of sugar per day.

In addition to drinks and foods with high amounts of hidden sugar, such as carbonated drinks, syrups, cakes and ice cream, Malaysian adults are also estimated to consume more than the recommended amount of sugar, which is not more than 50g (10 teaspoons) per day.

The Health Ministry is well aware of the rising prevalence of obesity and diet-related diseases in Malaysia. This led to the ministry's initiation of the Healthy Lifestyle Campaign in 1991, which is ongoing.

The Reduce Sugar Campaign has been promoted aggressively since 1998 to educate citizens to reduce sugar intake in their diet. To further boost the campaign, the ministry has been working closely with the food industry to reduce sugar content in manufactured products.

As an outcome of the campaign, the food industry redesigned the packaging of sugar sachet (from 7g to 5g) to help consumers reduce the amount of sugar added to their drinks. The food industry was also willing to reduce the amount of sugar in their other food products.

SOFTENER??

Fabric softener (also called fabric conditioner) is used to prevent static cling and make fabric softer. It is available as a liquid or as dryer sheets.

Most modern washing machines have a dispenser which can add liquid fabric softener to the load of laundry automatically on the final rinse; in launderettes one may need to add it manually. Some brands of washing powder have fabric conditioning built-in which is claimed to save money when compared to buying ordinary washing powder and fabric softener separately. Some fabric softeners are also claimed to make ironing easier or to make clothes dry faster. For best results, un-diluted liquid fabric softener should not be poured directly onto clothes.

but from my search on web, i found some bad things about fabric softener:
-Central Nervous system problems
-Fatal edema
-Headaches
-Nausea
-Vomiting
-Dizziness
-Blood pressure reduction
-Skin irritation
-mucus membranes
-Respiratory problems
-Pancreatic cancer
I don’t know how true are all the statements, but these bad thing might happend to others.
So, ladies, what do you think?

LINUX??
Have you ever used Linux for your Operating system in your computer?? I do. Yes, I do.
This morning for my operating system laboratory, my instructor teach us how to used Fedora, one of Linux version. Fedora has a nice background theme, and it a bit different with Windows.
We also used a different language or command in fedora. It quite difficult for me to used it because I always used Windows. There were also different icons in fedora which we couldn’t find in Windows. At the desktop, the user toolbar is at the upper most, while, Windows is on bottom. It also used different term so it takes some time for make to find things. I try to find games in fedora, but I can’t.
Fedora also used different command prompt. It is so had to use it but, for a professional programmer, it was the best operating system. This is because, it is more secure compared to Windows. A big company always used Linux as their operating system for security. So, I need to learn Linux for my advantage in future. Some more, Linux has a cute mascot, named TUX, a cute penguin, and I love it so much.

WAFER

In cooking, a wafer is a crisp, often sweet, very thin, flat, and dry biscuit, always used to decorate ice cream. Wafers can also be made into cookies with cream flavoring sandwiched between them. They frequently have a waffle surface pattern but may also be patterned with insignia of the food's manufacturer or may be patternless.

The word also refers to the special small round flat breads made for Anglican Holy Communion services; the word host is used in the Roman Catholic liturgy. These holy wafers often have an image of the crucified Christ imprinted on them.

Special "spa wafers" are produced in the spa towns of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic

Christmas wafers, whose patterns often depict religious scenes, are an Eastern European Roman Catholic Christmas tradition celebrated in Polish, Slovak, Lithuanian and Italian families during Wigilia (Christmas Eve Vigil).

Why the color is blue associated with baby boys? Why is pink associated with baby girls? Do you know why? The association of colours with babies undoubtedly started as an attempt to identify the gender of that one group of humans to whom the clichĂ© ‘they all look alike’ often applies. But why blue for boys? In ancient times, it was believed that evil spirits lingered over nurseries and that certain colors processed the capability to combat evil. Blue was considered the most powerful color, possibly because of its association with the sky and heavenly spirits. Since boys were then considered the most valuable natural resource to parents, blue clothing was a cheap form of insurance. Evil spirits apparently couldn’t be bothered with pestering baby girls. Not only were girls not dressed in blue, but they had no colour to call their own until centuries later. The association of pink with girls stems from European legend, which professed that baby girls were born inside of pink roses. European legend also holds that baby boys are born in blue cabbage patches. Who know? I also don’t know. Believe it or not, it’s up to you…

HI.Im still talk about flower in this entry. In the majority of species individual flowers have both pistils and stamens as described above. These flowers are described by botanists as being perfect, bisexual, or hermaphrodite. However, in some species of plants the flowers are imperfect or unisexual: having only either male (stamens) or female (pistil) parts. In the latter case, if an individual plant is either female or male the species is regarded as dioecious. However, where unisexual male and female flowers appear on the same plant, the species is considered monoecious.

Flowers. What comes in your mind whenever you receive flowers? Romance? Friendship? Affair?? For me, I would think about the meaning of flowers first. Whenever I received flowers from anyone, I would check in the internet about the meanings. Throughout history, lovers have given flowers to each other as a token of their longing, devotion, and love. The language and meaning of flowers has evolved through the years.

Let's take white carnation. Usually white and pink carnation is a flower used globally to celebrate Mothers' Day. White carnation is a symbol of Innocence, Purity and Strength of Motherhood. What if we give our mother a bouquet of yellow carnations? It ssymbolises disdain and rejection of love, indirectly saying 'You've hurt me'. So, looking for a flower to give to family members or partners are not easy.

The best present give to your friend's birthday gift will be a bouquet of flowers which will be the best shape and sensation of completeness. Dahlia and daisies are suited for friendships, while roses and gardenia flowers are more into passionate love. So, one must check through books or internet to find the meaning for each occasion and buy the flowers after that.

Hi...for this entry I would like to share about vegetable and it's anti-cancer. This entry, I want to share about broccoli.

How it combats cancer: Research has revealed that a chemical component called indole-3-carbinol can combat breast cancer by converting a cancer-promoting estrogen into a more protective riety. The phytochemical sulforaphane raises the levels of certain cancer-fighting enzymes that defend the body from cigarette smoke, fumes, pesticides & other known carcinogens.

Diet tips: Broccoli leaves actually contain more beta-carotene than florets- use leaves in purees, soups, stir-fries. To preserve broccoli's valuable nutrients, steam or microware, being careful not to overcook. Avoid garnishing broccoli with fatty cheeses and creams instead, squeeze on some lemon juice or sprinkle with toasted bread crumbs.

Candy, specifically sugar candy, is a confection made from a concentrated solution of sugar in water, to which flavorings and colorants are added. Candies come in numerous colors and varieties and have a long history in popular culture. The word "candy" comes from Arabic qandi, derived from Persian qand, meaning "sugar." [1] In North America, candy is a broad category that includes candy bars, chocolates, licorice, sour candies, salty candies, tart candies, hard candies, taffies, gumdrops, marshmallows, and more. Vegetables, fruit or nuts glazed and coated with sugar are called candied. Outside North America, the generic name for candy is sweets or confectionery (UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and other Commonwealth countries). In Australia and New Zealand, sweets are, in normal usage, further categorised as either chocolate or lollies (for all other non-chocolate candies).
In North America, the UK, and Australia, the word lollipop refers specifically to sugar candy on a stick. While not used in the generic sense of North America, the term candy is used in the UK for specific types of foods such as candy floss (cotton candy in North America and fairy floss in Australia), and certain other sugar based products.
