To Be a Team Player You must Be responsible. If you are asked to do something, do it. If you need to be somewhere for the team, whether it is a meeting or to support the team at an event, be there and be on time .You also need to listen to other team members without trying to guess what they are saying or judging them. This is called active listening. For some people, it's one of the hardest things to do .Besides that , you be supportive. Compliment other members of the team when they have worked hard or overcome a challenge. Sometimes a person who gives everyone support is more valuable than the most technically skilled member of the team .If you have a problem, explain it, tactfully, before it becomes too big. It's okay to let people know if you feel something isn't right, just remember to be respectful of others feelings when you express yourself .Try to be flexible in team work. Even if you have always done it one way, be willing to try another way .Lastly ,be willing to take on responsibilities and share the workload. This doesn't mean you have to be a martyr, but work with your team mates to make things happen.

Hello everyone. Blogging again? Huhu. What we can do. That is our responsibility as a student. So, just follow what our beloved teacher, Miss Sara ask we to do. now I would like to tell all of you about The Wrath of Mulgarath.

The Wrath of Mulgarath is from the Spiderwick chronical book. the book was published on September 7, 2004. The Grace children return from the quarry to the Spiderwick estate, only to find the house in ruins and their mother gone. Hogsqueal the hobgoblin informs them that the house was destroyed by the goblins who have kidnapped their mother and taken her to the palace of their fearsome master, Mulgarath the ogre. Accompanied by Hogsqueal, the siblings journey to Mulgarath's palace, an immense citadel made of garbage where they battle a legion of goblins.

Mallory runs the leader through with her sword and is greatly traumatised by having actually killed a living sentient being. Nevertheless she and her brothers defeat the goblins and discover Mulgarath's plan. The ogre has learned from the Field Guide that fresh cows' milk makes young dragons rapidly mature. He has stolen a number of cows and is using them to breed an army of dragons with which he plans to conquer the world. Jared successfully vanquishes the mother dragon and Simon kills the young ones. Infiltrating the palace, they find their mother and father tied up. They release their father, but discover that he is actually Mulgarath in disguise. The ogre brags of his plan and reveals that the Field Guide is underneath his throne. Jared mockingly tells Mulgarath that he and his siblings have killed all the dragons. In a rage, Mulgarath flings Simon and Mallory out of the window but they grab onto chains and don't fall. Jared stabs Mulgarath in the foot with Mallory's sword, then knocks him out of the window. Mulgarath falls, transforms into a swallow and is eaten by Hogsqueal.

The children return home, where they meet Arthur Spiderwick, who had been living with the elves and so had not aged. He and his daughter Lucinda, now an old woman, share a poignant goodbye, and he turns to dust. With Mulgarath defeated, the Grace family is presumably now free to live happily ever after.

I think everyone wants to succeed in English class especially who is weak or not excellent in English language just like me. After read this article, I’ll try some of the steps in English class after this although it is quite hard for me to do it. Even I’ll not do all of the steps that have been given, but I’ll try to do either two or three steps that will make me become succeed in English class. Some of the steps that I had read are:-
 Always have a book in your hand, and read it during every spare moment.
 Share your opinions when teacher ask it.
 Raise your hand in class to ask questions. Teachers LOVE IT. It shows that you're paying attention.
 Participate in class. Don't dominate the discussion; try to get other students to participate.
 If your teacher marks your work strictly (e.g: maybe a short story?) then don't be afraid to ask WHY they've been marking it stricter than they mark the others'.
 When you're writing, feel free to take a different perspective from the main topic, just make sure it all still makes sense.
 Take notes. If you're reading and you come across a piece of text that strikes you in some way, or that really epitomizes the message of the book, mark the text with a temporary stick-on tab.
I hope these steps will help other students or maybe my classmate especially mine, who have the intention to succeed in English class.

Hi! I want to share this news with you all something about revenge. This case become seriously because a women had been attacked by her Indonesian maid. at first, the maid had been scold by the women because of the unsatisfied work. Then, at tomorrow morning, the maid had attacked the employer who was asleep at the time of the attack about 11am, sustained injuries in the neck, ears, knees and other parts of the body.
The mother of six-year-old twins was warded at the Penang Hospital where she received about 100 stitches for the injuries. In conclusion, I think we better take another way to solve any problem instead of attacked the people. We also should accept our weakness and change. Then, the most important is we must control our emosion.

Humanity must urgently embark on a massive programme to power civilisation from wood to stave off catastrophic climate change, one of the world's top scientists has told The Independent on Sunday.
Twenty years ago, Professor James Hansen was the first leading scientist to announce that global warming was taking place. Now he has issued a warning that a back-to-the-future return to one of the oldest fuels is imperative because the world has exceeded the danger level for carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
Growing trees, which absorb the gas from the air as they grow, burning them instead of fossil fuels to generate electricity, and capturing and storing the carbon produced in the process is needed to get the greenhouse effect down to safe levels, he says.

Baby Blue

Hi my dear friend. Do you know what my favorite colour is? Do you realize that I like to wear t shirt with that colour during class. If you want to know, I really like the colour of baby blue. Baby blue also well-known as light cyan. In Western culture, the color baby blue is often associated with baby boys particularly in clothing and linen and shoes. I have so many stuffs in baby blue. For example, I have t-shirt, cap, sweater, even stoking, my shoes are baby blue. When I want to buy something especially t shirt, I will do my best to find the t-shirt with baby blue colour on it. I don’t care if it only has a strip in baby blue color just a little. For me, baby blue is really beautiful colour and match with other colours. Baby blue colour will be nicer and attractive when it is combining with black or white colours. Why I like this colour? It is because the colour is really soft, not to sharp just like red colour. Plus, it’s more suitable for men to wear compare to men like to wear pink colour because pink colour more to girls colour.

Turbocharger Functions

Whenever people talking about cars racing or high-performance sports cars, the topic of turbochargers usually comes up. Turbochargers also appear on large diesel engines.
Turbochargers are getting more popular nowadays which lots of engine designed to have turbochargers. A turbo can significantly boost an engine’s horsepower without significantly increasing its weight, and that is the huge benefit that makes turbochargers so popular.
Turbochargers are high precision “air pump”, used to supply more air into the engine by harnessing on the usually wasted energy in the engine exhaust. They compress the air flowing into the engine. The advantage of compressing the air is that it lets the engine squeeze more air into a cylinder. More air means that more fuel can be added. Therefore, more power from each explosion in each cylinder. Turbocharged engines produce more power overall than then same engine without the turbocharged.
A turbocharger consists of a turbine and a compressor linked by a shared axis. The turbine inlet receives exhaust gases from the engine exhaust manifold causing the turbine wheel to rotate. This rotation drives the compressor, compressing ambient air and delivering it to the air intake of the engine.
For anyone who interested using turbo for more power and acceleration you just call me because I know someone professional mechanic in turbo installation.

DANDRUF SOLUTION

Dandruff treatment using Fenugreek Seeds
The use of fenugreek seeds is one of the most important remedies in the treatment of dandruff. Two tablespoons of these seeds should be soaked overnight in water and ground into a fine paste in the morning. This paste should be applied all over the scalp and left for half an hour. The hair should then be washed thoroughly with soap-nut (ritha) solution or acacia concinna.
Dandruff treatment using Lime
The use of a teaspoon of fresh lime juice for the last rinse, while washing the hair, is another useful remedy. This not only leaves the hair glowing but also removes stickiness and prevents dandruff.
Dandruff treatment using Green Gram Powder
A valuable prescription for removal of dandruff is the use of green gram powder. The hair should be washed twice a week with two tablespoons of this powder mixed with half a cup of curd.

A mermaid is a mythological aquatic creature that is half human, half aquatic creature (e.g. a fish or dolphin). Various cultures throughout the world have similar figures. The word is a compound of mere, the Old English word for "sea," and maid, which has retained its original sense.

Much like sirens, mermaids would sometimes sing to sailors and enchant them, distracting them from their work and causing them to walk off the deck or cause shipwrecks. Other stories would have them squeeze the life out of drowning men while trying to rescue them. They are also said to take them down to their underwater kingdoms. In Hans Christian Andersen's The Little Mermaid it is said that they forget that humans cannot breathe underwater, while others say they drown men out of spite.

The sirens of Greek mythology are sometimes portrayed in later folklore as mermaid-like; in fact, some languages (such as the Maltese word 'sirena') use the same word for both bird and fish creatures. Other related types of mythical or legendary creature are water fairies (e.g. various water nymphs) and selkies, animals that can transform themselves from seals to humans.

COMMENT :
This is just a brief on what i've read. Mermaid, a legendary being. Before i read this article, i thought mermaid are just simple being which take the form fish and human. But after reading this article, i've just come to know that there are so many legends about mermaid. which really do impressed me. Nothing much that can be said about god creations. Some do believe there are mermaids and some say it's just a myth. Believe it or not? I do.

For more details on what i have read, this is the url.

SPIDER BITES

Are you know Spider Band?
I know most of you know about them, because these bands are famous band in Malaysia. I love this band because I love to listen their song like “ jangan berputus asa”, “ bile nak saksi”, “ kekal” and ,many more.

But today I don’t want to talk about spider band but about spider bites. Although 98-99% of spider bites are harmless more rarely, the symptoms of their bites can include necrotic wounds, systemic toxicity, and in some cases, death. Spiders occasionally bite humans.

In almost all cases of spider bite, the chief concern is the spider's venom. Spiders regarded as dangerous possess venom which is toxic to humans in the quantities which can be delivered by a single bite of a single spider at one time.

There are numerous documented infectious and noninfectious conditions (including pyoderma gangrenosum, bacterial infections by Staphylococcus (including MRSA) and Streptococcus, herpes, diabetic ulcer, fungal infections, chemical burns, toxicodendron dermatitis, squamous cell carcinoma, localized vasculitis, syphilis, toxic epidermal necrolysis, sporotrichosis, and Lyme disease) that produce wounds that have been initially misdiagnosed as brown recluse spider bites by medical professionals

That conditions and diseases are confused with spider bites, sometimes preventing or delaying proper remedy, which can lead to deleterious outcome. Many of these conditions are far more common and more likely to be the source of mysterious necrotic wounds, even in areas where recluses actually occur.

The effect of eating spiders is, in general, unknown, but some spiders (such as tarantulas) are sometimes consumed as food.

Carrom? How?
Hi..
As a general rule two, three, four people can play this game. In singles, your opponent sits across from you; in doubles, you play opposite to your partner. With three every individual play for points. Whoever plays first, or breaks first is always recognized as white. The object of the game is to sink all your carrom coin, using the heavier ‘striker’, in any of the pockets before your opponent. Your turn would carry on as long as you keep sinking your carrom coin – luck shots count an all combinations on carrom boards is permitted. When placing your striker on carrom board to shoot, the striker much touches both base lines, either covering the red circle totally, and not touching it at all. The striker might not touch the diagonal arrow line. Shooting style is extremely personal whichever grip works well for you is fine as far as you flick the striker and do not push the same. Usually, it is best to adjust your body in order to see the line of your aim as shooting at ease; you might not move or leave your chair.

How drags work?

The following information is a basic overview of how some drugs work to improve your health.:-

1)Fighting Infections
An infection occurs when microorganisms, such as bacteria or viruses, invade your body. Medications used to treat infections can kill germs directly or prevent them from multiplying and growing.
2)Targeting Cancer Cells
There are three types of medications used to treat cancer. Chemotherapy attacks cancer cells directly and stops or slows their growth and spread. Biological therapy helps your body’s immune system fight cancer. Lastly, antiangiogenic therapy blocks the growth of new blood vessels to a tumor, which may cut off a tumor's supply of oxygen and nutrients. Some cancers are treated with a combination of these medications.

3)Replacing Missing or Deficient Substances
Your body needs certain levels of amino acids (or proteins), vitamins and minerals to work properly. If these substances are deficient or missing, you can develop health conditions such as scurvy (vitamin C deficiency), anemia (iron deficiency), and pernicious anemia (vitamin B12 deficiency). Recent medical studies have suggest that a lack of vitamin D may increase the risk of heart attack in men. Your physician, therefore, may recommend a vitamin D supplement.

4)Changing How Cells Work
Most common chronic diseases -- such as asthma, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, heart disease, and some types of mental illness -- are caused by an abnormality in how the cells in your body function. These abnormalities may be caused by aging of cells, genetics, wear and tear on the body, and lifestyle issues such as smoking, lack of exercise, poor eating habits, and environmental stress and pollution.

Ok! Thank you for reading!!

COFFEE

Do you like to drink coffee? Some say that it is a bad habit since it contains caffeine. But here is a different opinion.

WOMEN who drink a lot of coffee may have less risk of developing cancer of the uterus, a Japanese study said today.

The study led by Japan's health ministry monitored some 54,000 women aged 40 to 69 over about 15 years, during which time 117 women developed cancer in the womb, according to the medical team.

The researchers at Japan's National Cancer Center divided the women into four groups by the amount of coffee they drank.

They found the group of women who drank more than three cups of coffee every day were more than 60 per cent less likely to develop uterine cancer than those who had coffee fewer than two times a week, the study said.

"Coffee may have effects in lowering insulin levels, possibly curbing the risks of developing womb cancer," the study said.

The medical team also studied the effects of drinking green tea, but did not find any link to uterine cancer.

Have you know that exercise can protects your brain and memory??? The experts have advised people to exercise their brain to avoid Alzheimer's disease and other disorders leading to cognitive decline. The way that they had suggested to exercise the brain are playing games, playing cards or make a cross words puzzle. Participants were 65 years of age or older and free of cognitive impairment on entry into these studies, and they were followed for an average of about 6 years. Similarly, an article in a recent Journal of the American Medical Association described the results of a randomized trial of aerobic exercise in 138 Australian subjects older than age 50. When assessed after 18 months for signs of Alzheimer disease and cognitive decline, subjects who had been assigned to the exercise group showed a modest improvement in cognition compared to non-exercisers. None of these or other studies have shown that physical exercise has a truly dramatic effect on preservation of mental function. The results suggest that healthier aging and prevention or delay in the development of dementia may be added to the many other benefits of regular exercise. I had heard someone said this but I can’t remember who. He said that exercise keep us to stay young. He also said that the inside organs for people who not doing any exercise are older than the person’s age. That is why they easy to get health disease such as heart attack or kidney problems. The moral of the article I had read is, we must do an exercise for our own good.
