ROMEO AND JULIET by William Shakespeare

Have you ever read about the story of Romeo and Juliet? I’m sure that everyone knows about the story….

The story of Romeo and Juliet is about two teenagers who are seeking their love for each other, even though their families are long time enemies. Romeo and Juliet is a tragic love story.
It takes place in Verona, Italy in the late 1500's. The two fighting families are the Montagues and the Capulets. Juliet's father throws a costume party for all of his friends, which does not include the Montagues. Romeo, a Montague, goes to the party looking for a girl who has caught his eye prior to this evening. Once he is inside, he sees the fair Juliet and falls in love with her. There was one problem, Juliet is a Capulet. Juliet sees the charming Romeo and she falls in love with him too, not knowing that he is a hated Montague.
Juliet goes out on the balcony to confess the love she has for an enemy. Romeo hears Juliet saying these shared feelings so he comes out of the bushes where he is hiding. He comes strolling out of the bushes to admit to Juliet these feelings of love to her. The very next day the two are secretly married by a friend of Romeo.
The day after the wedding, two friends of Romeo are walking through the streets of Verona, when they are approached by Tybalt, Juliet's cousin. He is looking for Romeo because Romeo crashed the Capulet party. Mercutio and Benvolio get into a fight with Tybalt. Romeo arrives on the scence not wanting to take the challenge to fight Tybalt because he no longer holds a grudge with Juliet's family. So Mercutio takes on Tybalt and Mercutio is killed. Romeo gets mad, so he kills Tybalt. This situation just adds fuel to the fire for the Capulets. The Prince of Verona demands that Romeo leave Verona, therefore he is leaving Juliet too. Old Capulet arranges for Juliet to marry a young man named Paris, not knowing that she is married to Romeo.
Juliet does not know what to do so she goes to the only person who knows that she is married and asks for some advise. He helps her set up a plan. He tells her to agree to the new marriage, but on the wedding day she will drink a potion that will make her appear to be dead. Then he will send for Romeo to come and rescue her from the Capulet burial place. Juliet goes along with the plan and takes the potion. She is placed in the vault by her parents.
Romeo finds out from someone else, that Juliet, his beloved wife, is dead. He cannot bare to live another day without her, so he buys some poison and decides that he will drink the poison and die next to his wife. Romeo arrives at the vault, once he gets inside he sees his beautiful wife lying there. He drinks the poison and dies quietly next to sleeping Juliet. Just moments later, Juliet awakes to see her dead husband lying next to her. She too cannot live without her love, Romeo, so she takes his dagger and kills herself.
Both the Montagues and the Capulets are so hurt by the death of their children that they agree to solve their differences and never fight again.

Assalamualaikum,
Before this, we know that the oil fish just good for the heart, but now after the research by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition reported that it is good for the brain. Also, it is good for women.

From the research, found a beneficial effect for eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) that is a key component of fish oil, which on middle-aged women suffering from psychological distress.

EPA is an omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid that occurs in fish oil, which, along with docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), has been linked with numerous health benefits.

The researchers say that polyunsaturated fatty acids were needed by brain cell membranes and that a deficiency of omega-3 fatty acids could impact the transmission of serotonin, a neurohormone which controls mood.

Also, EPA and DHA have anti-inflammatory and other effects on brain biochemistry, including an ability to alter the expression of enzymes.

So, we should to take more the fish than the chicken. Why? That because, as we know, the chicken not good for our health today.
Thanks.

DAM

As you know UMP popular about problem of water supply. so, i'm interested to know whats cause it. one part of problem is maybe nearby arround gambang area not have a dam.

A dam is a barrier that impounds water or underground streams. Dams generally serve the primary purpose of retaining water, while other structures such as floodgates, levees, and dikes are used to manage or prevent water flow into specific land regions. Dams were used to control the water level. Dams can be formed by human agency, natural causes, or even by the intervention of wildlife such as beavers. Man-made dams are typically classified according to their size (height), intended purpose or structure. nternational standards define large dams as higher than 15-20 meters and major dams as over 150-250 meters in height.[11]
The tallest dam in the world is the 300 meter high. Intended purposes include providing water for irrigation to town or city water supply, improving navigation, creating a reservoir of water to supply industrial uses, generating hydroelectric power, creating recreation areas or habitat for fish and wildlife, retaining wet season flow to minimise downstream flood risk and containing effluent from industrial sites such as mines or factories. Based on structure and material used, dams are classified as timber dams, arch-gravity dams, embankment dams or masonry dams, with several subtypes.

If you want to Be a Professional Baker. You must complete a culinary arts degree at a cooking school. This is a hands-on program that teaches you the basic skills for food preparation, menu planning and even restaurant management. Then , you must practice baking different recipes on your own time. If you're passionate about baking, you've probably been doing this for years already! Take the time to practice and try out all sorts of recipes that challenge and inspire you. It is important to find a mentor. Working side by side with a professional who already has experience in the industry can give you an education that no school can offer. Seek out a mentor that you can train with, even if it's only for a few hours per week. You also can apply as a pastry chef or assistant cook at a restaurant. This will serve as both a job and training ground for your future, and can help you get the experience you need to build your professional baking career. Search both locally and nationally for an employer. Besides that ,take on a job as an assistant baker. If you can get a job as an assistant baker, you'll be only a few steps away from establishing yourself as a lead baker for a restaurant, cafe or other food-related organization. You can find jobs in pastry shops, catering companies and many restaurants that offer baked goods. Lastly , you must build on your experience. Professional bakers oten have over a decade of experience under their belt before branching out on their own. Take the time to build your career, skills and experience by taking classes independently and simply working in different venues

“NOSE HAIR”

Nose hair does indeed have a purpose, and it is not to keep the manufacturers of nose hair trimmers in business. Nose hair is one of the body's first lines of defense against harmful environmental pathogens such as germs, fungus and spores. When a person inhales unfiltered air through his or her nose, he or she is also inhaling whatever solid particles are contained in that air. The thicket of nose hair contained in each nostril helps to trap the larger particles in a sticky layer of mucus. This is why hygienists discourage people from completely eliminating their nose hair while grooming. Another purpose for nose hair is to provide additional humidity to the inhaled air. As the inhaled air passes through the nasal passages, the mucus and nose hair provide heat and moisture. Humidity is an important factor for the rest of the respiratory system, such as the larynx and lungs. Nose hairs in the form of tiny cilia also draw solid particles towards the interface between the nose and throat. Harmful debris is generally directed towards the back of the throat and esophagus for swallowing, while the filtered air continues towards the larynx and lungs.

Assalamualaikum

My period started some year’s months ago. I had no problems, apart from the anxiety of expecting it, and learning to adjust to this new experience.

Bang! From the blues came this agonizing lower abdominal pain, month in month out, two days before my period. I am not able to go to class each time the pain comes on. It leaves me so exhausted for three days. According to my doctor, that it is not an illness in it self, but it is called dysmenorrheal or menstrual pain.

Period pain, also called dysmenorrhoea or mentrual pain refers to cramping lower abdominal pain occurring a day or two before menstruation and continuing for another one or two days after the onset of menses.

About four out of every five woman do experience some degree of pain during menstruation, and this is normal.
In the remaining one out of five, they experience very severe pain during their period.
There are two types of menstrual pain. These are Primary dysmenorrheal and secondary dysmenorrheal. The difference between the two types relates mainly on the cause of the menstrual pain.

We can take a medicine to reduce the pain. The medicine that my doctor suggests to me is paracetamol and anti – inflammatory medicines such as medications like Diclofenac, Naproxen, or ibuprofen.
To secure good menstrual pain relief, it is important that the medications are used a few days before the onset of pain in many women.

Some women have fund out that once the pain have started, they may find these medications useless. it same goes to me. The medicine can't reduce my pain. Do you have any idea to reduce the period pain? Please tell me..

I would like to share with you what I have read yesterday.
I have read one article on ‘Wanita’ magazine an old magazine but it was very interesting. It said that women make better teacher.
Do you agree with that? Certain people said women teachers always find the time to listen their students problem and help them to solve the problems. But men teachers, on the others hand, seem to have time only for themselves and none for their students. Women teachers, they say, provide mother figures with which the students can identify. Just as students confide in and listen to their mothers can more readily than their father, they are also more ready to confide in and listen to women teachers than men teachers. In my opinion, we should not make a sweeping statement that women make better teachers. It depends on the individual.

Do you know that we have a largest museum indoor and outdoor museum in this South East Asia? That museum is located at Kampung Losong – a typical Malay village famous for ‘keropok lekor ‘(a traditional fish snack), in Terengganu which called Terengganu State Museum or Losong Museum. About 20 minutes drive from the State capital of Kuala Terengganu, the grand Terengganu State Museum, or Losong Museum as it’s fondly known among locals, covers an area of 27 hectares by the bank of Sungai Terengganu. The museum was opened by the late Sultan of Terengganu, Sultan Mahmud Al-Muktafi Billah Shah on April 20, 1996. The huge complex is made up of four blocks — housing the main museum, a maritime museum, a fisheries museum, four traditional houses and a landscaped botanical and herb garden. The architecture of this museum is traditional Terengganu with the main museum built on 16 stilts, like the typical Terengganu’s ‘rumah bujang’. Raja Datuk Kamarul Bahrin Shah, Terengganu-bom architect who is responsible to design this unique building. Indoors, there are 11 galleries with themes like textiles, custom, royal, weapon, crafts, historical, Islamic, natural resources, economic, petroleum and seafaring. Because of its huge area, planning the best route to take around the museum complex is necessary so as to avoid missing any of the displays. We should proud of this unique and artistic building. So that, if you have a chance to go to Terengganu, doesn’t miss to visit this museum.

Hi everyone! I want to share something about the flower. As we know, women love flower but some men also like flower. If we refer to the definition of flower, it means bloom or blossom, is the reproductive structure found in flowering plants (plants of the division Magnoliophyta, also called angiosperms). The biological function of a flower is to mediate the union of male sperm with female ovum in order to produce seeds. The process begins with pollination, is followed by fertilization, leading to the formation and dispersal of the seeds. For the higher plants, seeds are the next generation, and serve as the primary means by which individuals of a species are dispersed across the landscape. The grouping of flowers on a plant are called the inflorescence.
In addition to serving as the reproductive organs of flowering plants, flowers have long been admired and used by humans, mainly to beautify their environment but also as a source of food. In my opinion, people love flower because it is beautiful and unique, right? The flower have different shape and colors and also smelly. I also like flower..and I guess all the girl like flower too..

Medical drugs have long been suspect since the disaster of thalidomide almost 50 years ago. But now researchers have discovered that even the humble, and ubiquitous, antibiotic may pose a risk. In the largest study of premature labour in the world, researchers from the University of Leicester have found that in women whose waters had not yet broken, there was an increase in the incidence of cerebral palsy and other problems such as poor eyesight, among those given antibiotics.

The message is complex, but it is critical that it is understood. Antibiotics are vital to treat infection in pregnancy, which can kill mothers and babies. But they must not be used on a "just in case" basis, where there is no sign – or risk – of infection, as they too often are.

SHOE

A shoe is an item of footwear to protect the human foot. Now, shoe also has become an item of decoration in itself. Most of the times there have been people not worn shoes. Until recent years, shoes were not worn by most of the world's population because they could not afford them. Appearance and design have varied enormously through time, and from culture to culture. For example, nowadays shoes have very high heels or no heels at all. Contemporary footwear varies in style, complexity and cost from the most basic sandal via high fashion shoes for women. Sometimes is costing thousands of dollars a pair, through to complex boots specially designed for mountaineering or skiing. Shoes have traditionally been made from leather, wood or canvas, but are increasingly made from rubber, plastics and other petrochemical-derived materials.

As conclusion, please wear shoes because shoes is like a second skin to our foot. Shoes protect our foot from any sharp object that might hurt our foot. Plus, shoes also protect our body from any infection of bacteria or microorganism that could not be seen by our naked eyes.

Life insurance

Did you know it important have insurance for your life?
Life insurance provides a monetary benefit to a descendant’s family or other designated beneficiary, and may specifically provide for income to an insured person's family, burial, funeral and other final expenses. Life insurance policies often allow the option of having the proceeds paid to the beneficiary either in a lump sum cash payment or an annuity. Annuities provide a stream of payments and are generally classified as insurance because they are issued by insurance companies and regulated as insurance and require the same kinds of actuarial and investment management expertise that life insurance requires. Annuities and pensions that pay a benefit for life are sometimes regarded as insurance against the possibility that a retiree will outlive his or her financial resources. In that sense, they are the complement of life insurance and, from an underwriting perspective, are the mirror image of life insurance. Certain life insurance contracts accumulate cash values, which may be taken by the insured if the policy is surrendered or which may be borrowed against. Some policies, such as annuities and endowment policies, are financial instruments to accumulate or liquidate wealth when it is needed

BLACK PEPPER

Hello everybody...
For this post I would like to share about black pepper. I was read this article from www.wikepedia.com. It is quite interesting because before this, I never know how was black pepper is produce and its functions. As well as we know, black pepper is commonly use as seasoning in our food. If we put a little bit of black pepper, it will change the taste of our food and it become tasty and spice, but for those who have abdominal surgery and ulcers, you are advice to eliminate it from your diet because of its irritating effect upon the intestines. During The 5th century Syriac Book of Medicines prescribes pepper (or perhaps long pepper) for such illnesses as constipation, diarrhea, earache, gangrene, heart disease, hernia, hoarseness, indigestion, insect bites, insomnia, joint pain, liver problems, lung disease, oral abscesses, sunburn, tooth decay, and toothaches. But there is no current medical treatment evidence that any of these treatments has benefit. Pepper gets its spicy heat mostly from the piperine compound, which is found both in the outer fruit and in the seed. Refined piperine, milligram-for-milligram, is about one percent as hot as the capsaicin in chili peppers. The outer fruit layer, left on black pepper, also contains important odour-contributing terpenes including pinene, sabinene, limonene, caryophyllene, and linalool, which give citrus, woody, and floral notes. That’s all about black pepper... =)

Deepavali, or Divali is a major Indian festival, and a significant festival in Hinduism, Sikhism and Jainism. [3] Many legends are associated with Diwali. Today it is celebrated by Hindus, Jains and Sikhs across the globe as the "Festival of Lights," where the lights or lamps signify victory of good over the evil within every human being. The festival is also celebrated by Buddhists of Nepal, particularly the Newar Buddhists.

In many parts of India, it is the homecoming of King Rama of Ayodhya after a 14-year exile in the forest.[4] The people of Ayodhya (the capital of his kingdom) welcomed Rama by lighting rows (avali) of lamps (deepa), thus its name, Deepavali. This word, in due course, became Diwali in Hindi. But, in South Indian languages, the word did not undergo any change, and hence the festival is called Deepavali in southern India. Southern India marks it as the day Lord Krishna defeated the demon Narakasura.

Diwali is celebrated on the first day of the lunar Kartika month, which comes in the month of October or November.

In Jainism it marks the nirvana of Lord Mahavira, which occurred on October 15, 527 BCE. The Sikhs celebrate Diwali for a different reason; on this day, the Sixth Guru, Guru Hargobind Ji, was freed from imprisonment along with 52 Hindu Kings (political prisoners) whom he had arranged to be released as well. After his release he went to Darbar Sahib (golden temple) in the holy city of Amritsar. There, he was greeted by Sikhs and many other people. In happiness they lit candles and diyas to greet the Guru. In India, Diwali is now considered to be a national festival, and the aesthetic aspect of the festival is enjoyed by most Indians regardless of faith.

COMMENT :
Unlike Hari Raya and chinese Lunar New Year, Deepavali is on every years 15th october. Deepavali, which is also called Divali brings the meaning festival of lights. Some says that Deepavali is celebrate in memory of the homecoming of King Rama after 14 years in forest. King Rama is welcomed by lighting rows of lamps, hence this festival is then named deepavali. An interesting festival which i also wish to take part in it someday.

For more details, I've read this article from the website below

-Mineral water-

Here are 7 important vitamins and minerals that you should take for your children:-
1. Magnesium is one of the most important minerals and vitamins for ADHD treatment. Children who are deficient in magnesium may show irritability, excessive fidgeting, anxiety, restlessness, learning disabilities, inability to pay attention, and confusion. One study showed that up to 95% of children with ADHD are magnesium deficient.
2. Vitamin B6 can be very helpful in improving behavior in hyperactive children. When choosing vitamin and mineral products for ADHD kids, look for ones that contain vitamin B6 because it is required for normal brain development and the synthesis of brain chemicals.
3. Iron deficiency is very common in children and adolescents and can lead to decreased attention span and a lack of social responsiveness. Iron can be toxic in children who are not actually iron deficient so make sure to see a doctor before giving your child an iron supplement.
4. Children with ADHD have significantly lower levels of zinc in their blood than normal children. Children with zinc deficiencies also show less responsiveness to prescription stimulants. Make sure your child gets at least 15mg of zinc per day either in his diet or with a supplement.
5. The essential fatty acids (EFAs) like Omega 3 and Omega 6 are very important to normal brain function. Since the body cannot synthesize EFAs, your child must get them through his diet. Make sure he eats plenty of cold-water fish and vegetable oils.
6. Niacin is essential for energy production and brain function. Give your child minerals and vitamins for ADHD treatment that contain 25-50mg of niacin. Niacin also helps to balance blood sugar levels.
7. Children with ADHD are also known to be deficient in vitamin B1, or thiamin. Vitamin and mineral products for ADHD kids should contain plenty of vitamin B1, which is very useful in improving your child's focus and concentration.

WHAT IS THE AURA?

The aura is the electromagnetic field that surrounds the human body
The Human Energy Field as a collection of electro - magnetic energies of varying densities that permeate through and emit or exit from the physical body of a living person.
The aura consist of seven levels/layers/auric bodies . Each one of the subtle bodies that exist around the physical body, has its own unique frequency. They are interrelated, and affect one another and the person's feelings, emotions, thinking, behaviour, and health as well. Therefore a state of imbalance in one of the bodies leads to a state of imbalance in the others.

THE AURIC BODIES AND YOUR NEEDS ON EACH LEVEL OF AURIC FIELD
1) Physical auric body - Physical sensations. Simple physical comfort, pleasure, health.
2) The etheric auric body - Emotions with respect to self. Self-acceptance and self love.
3) Vital auric body - Rational mind. To understand the
situation in a clear, linear, rational way.
4) Astral (emotional) body - Relations with others. Loving interaction with friends and family.
5) Lower mental auric body - Divine will within. To align with the divine will within, to make commitment to speak and follow the truth.
6) Higher mental auric body - Divine love, and spiritual ecstasy.
7) Spiritual (intuitive) body - Divine mind, serenity. To be connected to divine mind and to understand the greater universal pattern.

A weapon is a tool used to apply or threaten to apply force for the purpose of hunting, attack or defense in combat, subduing enemy personnel, or to destroy enemy weapons, equipment and defensive structures. When we talk about weapon, our flash imagination was it was villain and dangerous especially to someone that carries it every time. Did you know that our past generation always carries some kind weapon such as keris, sword, and etc.. That was some kind important equipment that must to have and will save your live. But nowadays the weapon evolution were moving forward as same as the technology. And our ideology abut the weapon were evolve too. The good and perfect technology make a new civilization without a villain and to carry weapon everyday was some a bad and wrong in law. I must thanks to our inventor and historical person that build a perfect without any villain and harmony till now.

Sawadeekap..
Last three week, I wend back to my grandparent’s house at Kuantan. All of my mother’s siblings are there. Then I met my 14 years old cousin. She asked me to help her doing her homework. It was science. It was my favorite subject during my school time. She asked me about cycle life of plants. I knew about it but I could not explain to her because I had learned it in Bahasa Melayu and she learned it in English. There was a communication error between us. Now I know it is difficult when we learn about the same thing but in different languages because once the phrase are different, all of the meaning are different. Since that day, when my other cousins asked me to help them with their homework, I have to ask them what are the subjects that they want to asked. If it mathematics then it’s ok with me. But make sure it is not add math because it is my most hated subject.
