Do you know that mouthwashes have link to cancer???its a facts from Dental Journal by an Australian scientist some mouthwashes were more dangerous than wine or beer because they contained higher concentrations of alcohol, as high as 26 per cent.
The alcohol in mouthwash allows cancer-causing substances such as nicotine to penetrate the lining of the mouth easily.It results in a toxic breakdown product of alcohol called acetaldehyde, another carcinogen which can accumulate in the oral cavity when swished around the mouth.The evidence was based on an international study of 3,210 people, which found daily mouthwash a “significant risk factor” for head and neck cancer.he effects were worse in smokers who had a nine-fold increase in risk of cancers of the oral cavity, pharynx and larynx. Those who drank alcohol were more than five times at risk.
However, British Dental Association and Cancer Research UK cautioned that more research was needed to confirm the finding

Greetings, today I would love to share my thoughts about the difference between today's songs and the evergreen songs. I have appreciated a lot of oldies from Paul Anka's Corrina, Elvis Presley's Love Me Tender, The Platters' Smoke Gets In Your Eyes and all sorts of songs.

From the lyrics from Smoke Gets In Your Eyes, it clearly depicts on how a guy trusted the woman he'd loved for so long until he left his friends and in the end, the woman whom he cared for left him alone. The melancholy effect of this song and the arrangement of lyrics according to the rhythm makes everybody feeling blue and sentimental. This type of song is the evergreen song where everybody appreciates deeply.

The obvious dissimilarity to today's songs is the rap songs. Let's take 50 Cents' Candy Shop. I do admit that the song is catchy and it's pretty cool to make it as a ringtone, however, have anyone seen or heard the lyrics properly? It clearly meant something very sexual and dirty. The effect of this song is related to today's social problems among the teenagers. Teens started to wear baggy clothes, with 'bling' accessories and causing immoral graffiti drawn on public area's walls. I could not be pleased about songs made from Snoop Dogg, 50 Cents and Papa Roach. But of course not all songs are like that. Songs from John Maintyre and Josh Groban's are quite interesting and melodic to hear.

One thing for sure, today's songs can never be evergreen songs that can be listened to 40 to 50 years later. Songs from The Platters, Richard Marx, Lionel Richie, Frank Sinatra and Barbra Streisand remains forever.

Today I will tell you about our fingernails and toenails again. It’s interesting I think. Do you know why our fingernails grow faster than toenails? Dermatologist Dr Fred Feldman says that although nobody knows for sure why toenails lag behind fingernails in growth, there are many possible explanations:

1. Trauma makes nails grow faster. Dermatologists have found that if a patient bites a nail down or loses it altogether, the traumatized nail will grow faster than one left alone. Fingernails, in constant contact with many hard or sharp objects, much more likely to be traumatized in everyday life than toenails. Even no painful contact can cause some trauma to nails. Because we use our fingers much more often than our toes, toenails do not tend to get the stimulation that fingernails do.

2. All nails grow faster in the summer than the winter, which suggests that the sun promotes nail growth. Even during the summer, most people cover their toenails with socks and shoes.

3. Circulation is much more sluggish in the feet than in the hands.

Hi…last entry I have told you about how to get a good hairstyle…and now time to do it!!! It’ s time to get the hair cut. Go to your favourite hair stylist and show pictures of the hairstyle that you want. Show the stylist what exactly you want, do not be shy, and let the stylist know everything. Sit up straight when the stylist is working her magic, don’t slouch or cross your legs as it will cause your haircut to become uneven. Watch the stylist through the mirror to see what the stylist is doing and clarify any confusion before it turns into a mistake. Examine yourself after the stylist is done. If you are dissatisfied with a certain part of your hairstyle, ask the hairstylist to correct it! This is an extra tips for you. First, make an appointment with the salon before you go. This ensures that you get the stylist you want and plenty of time to chat with the stylist on the style you want…

Hi..Today I want to tell you all how to stop cough in 5minutes!!!

To stop night time coughing in a child (or an adult, as we found out personally), put Vicks Vapor Rub generously on the bottom of the feet at bedtime and then cover with socks.
Even persistent, heavy, deep coughing will stop in about five minutes and stay stopped for many, many hours of relief. This works 100 percent of the time, and is more effective in children than even very strong prescription cough medicines. In addition it is extremely soothing and comforting and they will sleep soundly.
A case where a woman tried it on herself when she had a very deep constant and persistent cough a few weeks ago, and it worked 100 percent! She said it felt like a warm blanket had enveloped her. The coughing stopped in a few minutes. This coughing was a deep cough(incredibly annoying!) every few seconds, uncontrollable cough and she slept cough-free for hours every night she used it.

So do try it yourself...

Are you having friends? How many friends that you have? Are most people like to be your friend? Are you having good friends? To have good friends you must be a good friend. Here are some of the ways good friends treat each other: good friend listen to each other. Good friends don't put each other down or hurt each other's feelings. Good friends try to understand each other's feelings and moods. Good friends help each other solve problems. Good friends give each other compliments. Good friends can disagree without hurting each other. Good friends are dependable. Good friends respect each other. Good friends are trustworthy. Good friends give each other room to change. Good friends care about each other. So, try to be a good friend! not a hipocrit friend

Antibacterial soaps do more harm than good?

Antibacterial soap you use actually kills the most dreaded microbes such as S. aureus (staph) and E. coli. Besides that, living in a disinfected bubble can actually be bad for your health and the environment. Many experts believe that too much sanitization weakens our immune system and may create deadly superbugs that are antibiotic resistant. Moreover, the bacteria-killing chemicals will go down the drain and into our waterways. Therefore, causing harm to the wildlife and potentially ending up back in our bodies where they can present health risks.

The biggest concern is that antibacterial products, like the overuse of antibiotics will eventually create more of the untreatable bacteria that we fear. By creating a hostile environment, antibacterial agents promote strains of bacteria with certain mutations that allow them to survive. These superbugs are also more likely to be immune to antibiotics.

In conclusion, try to use regular bar or hand soap that does not contain unnecessary chemicals or look for soap that contains natural ingredients instead of using antibacterial soap.

assalamualaikum and hye to everyone..today, i'll tell you why mushrooms should be promoted as a health food...but if you are scheduled for an operation, some people say that you shouldn’t eat black jelly mushrooms (Auricularia polytricha and A. auricula judae) for a couple of weeks prior to it because they apparently thin the blood and prevent blood clotting...this is surprisingly true, according to Dr S. Vikineswary, Professor of Biotechnology and head of the Mushroom Research Centre (MRC) at the University of Malaya’s Institute of Biological Sciences...she said, however, that not eating them and other edible mushrooms on regular days is a mistake because they are excellent low-fat food, and are rich in protein, fibre, calcium and zinc...research has shown that black jelly mushroom lowers cholesterol levels and lipid concentration in blood...they can be grown locally and dried easily to enhance shelf life..

there are another types of mushrooms which also give many benefits to us..there are Ling Zhi mushrooms which can prevent and treat cancer, strengthens immune system, anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-oxidant, alleviates asthma and respiratory problems, Monkey Head mushrooms which stimulates nerve growth, potential treatment for degenerative disorders such as dementia and peripheral nerve regeneration, repairs neurological trauma from strokes, Alzheimer’s, improves immune system, anti-cancer, anti-ulcer properties, improves motor and muscle response pathways, Oyster mushrooms which works on blood regulation, anti-thrombotic, lowers blood pressure, lipid concentrations and glucose levels, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-toxical, inhibits tumour growth and anti-oxidant...others are Button mushrooms (Agaricus Brasiliensis) which suppresses tumours, regulates blood pressure, anti-gastric, Shiitake mushrooms (Lentinus edodes) which contains Lentinan, anti-cancer properties or acts as immunotherapy for lung, skin, stomach, breast, colorectal and cervical cancer, suppresses cancer recurrence and increases immune system...lastly Golden Needles / Enoki mushrooms (Flammulina velutipes) which increases immune system, anti-fungal and anti-viral, anti-inflammatory,and toxic to tumour cells...

now, you are know about their benefits..what are you waiting for??lets make it as our eating habits starting from today..

Water is vital for good health and a long life. Although we can live for days without food, our survival depends on drinking water.
Benefits of a good “drinking habit”:
1. Stay hydrated –our body needs to replenish itself with water more than ever. When we become dehydrated, we do not have enough water in our body to carry out normal functions.
2. Regulate body temperature –drinking water reduces cardiovascular stress and improves performance. Water reduces body temperature, making the exercise process safer and more effective.
3. Skin health – Water hydrates and irrigates impurities from the skin, keeping it healthy and glowing.
4. Nutrient absorption – Water transports essential nutrients, minerals, vitamins, proteins, and sugars for assimilation.
5. Acids in weight loss – If we have not been drinking enough water, our body have developed a pattern of storing water-which equals extra unwanted pounds. Drink more water to teach our body that it no longer needs to store water. Water is also a natural appetite suppressant.
6. Flushes wastes and toxins – Water helps us flush our system of the chemicals and toxins that we encounter every day in our modern world. Without enough fluids to flush out our system the toxins that accumulated in our body will slow down our organ function, causing premature aging and resulting in chronic illness.
So we really need to bring out the habit of drinking water for our healthy. Do what we need to do so that our healthy in the good condition.
Remember 8 glasses of water per day!

Do you agree that money is the root of all evil?For me,it is not be true to say that money is the root of all evil.It would be better to say that money is the root of some evil.Realistically speaking,money is an important thing in everybody's life.We need money for almost everything that we want.We cannot live our modern way without money.So most of us engage in some sort of work to earn a living.In other words we work to get money in order to live.Many of us try to get by with whatever money we have but all of us would like to have more.We imagine that people will look up to us only if we have money.A successful man accumulate his wealth "for the sake of his children." When he dies,his children fight for the wealth.Brotherly or sisterly love vanishes like a puff of smoke.Lawsuits and physical threats take its place.The dream of one man is shattered by the very objects of his dream.Money controls their lives.So,what else can be said about money?Well,we can let it work for us so that we do not become obsessed and enslaved by it,or we can work for it so that we become its salve and reap all its evil that it can give.

Halo…
At the previous entry I had talk about beauty of great barrier reef. For this entry I would like to share about “heaven on earth”. Aptly called “heaven on earth,” this beautiful town at the tip of the African continent, with small roads surrounded by huge mountains, makes a person feel small, showing how marvellous and dominating nature can actually be.
The Cape Dutch style buildings depict the architectural heritage of the place. Beauty abounds in the black clouds that seem to pay homage to Table Mountain at all times. Cape Point, Signal Hill, Chapman’s Peak Drive, Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Robben Island, Rhodes Memorial and the beaches are some of the famous tourist attractions. Located on the shore of Table Bay, Cape Town is famous for its natural floral kingdom as well as its harbor. This town is one of the most popular tourist attractions of South Africa, with its wine tasting day trips, whale watching and dolphin watching.
Even Malaysia’s film industries have been doing their film in this beauty town. And have capture lot of amazing places around this heaven.

As Malaysian,I would like to tell you all about Malaysian cultural outfits. Since Malaysia comprises three major cultures: Malay, Chinese and Indian, each culture has its own traditional and religious articles of clothing all of which are gender specific and may be adapted to local influences and conditions.
For women:
Malay-Malay women wear a baju kurung and baju kebaya.
Chinese-The Chinese women wear the cheongsam, a one-piece dress with a high neck, diagonally closed with small clips or toggles (fabric clasps). It can be fitted or loose, with side slits at the hem. The cheongsam is especially popular around the time of the Chinese New Year and other formal gatherings (the fourth and fifth women from the right in the picture above). Older well-respected women wear a samfoo, which looks like pajamas with a separate loose fitting top fastened by toggles and ankle length, or above the ankle, pants.
Indian-Indian women wear very colorful saris in a rich variety of bright and subtle dyes during ritual prayer in the temple and for everyday living (first and second women from the left in the picture above, and picture at the right). The fabric imported from India, made of the best quality silk is used in making saris. There are two layers to a sari: a long bright colored "dress" decorated with colorful beads sewn on it to make it look more attractive, and a wrap, a piece of straight fabric draped around one shoulder which ties across the body around the waist area. Women with a high standing will have their clothing made from gold and silver thread with elaborate beading.

For men:
Malay-The men wear baju melayu with a songkok,on their head. Traditional clothing for men in Malaysia consists of a silk or cotton skirt and shirt with a scarf like piece of cloth tied around his waist. This scarf is sewn together at the ends and is traditionally called a sarong or a kain.The man also wears a religious hat.
Indian-The Indian men wear Sherwani, Lungi, Dhoti and Kurta-Pajama.The Sherwani.
Chinese-The Chinese men wear silk blouses and silk jackets, samfu that hugs the body tightly and is made from one piece of fabric.

HOW TO KEEP YOUR SKIN...??
The skin is the largest organ in the body, and healthy, youthful-looking skin is a reflection of our overall health. Of course, everyone gets some wrinkles, but eating a healthy diet, drinking plenty of water, avoiding the sun and using cleaning and moisturizing products that are not harsh will help keep your skin youthful.
-Eat a healthy diet. Consume less sugar, red meat and products made of animal protein. Eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables and choose foods that are high in Omega-3 fatty acids (wild salmon, halibut, soy and wheat germ) and Omega-6 fatty acids (sunflower seeds, poultry, egg yolks and olives).
-Drink plenty of water. Unsweetened fruit juices and herbal teas are good choices, too, because they hydrate your body. Caffeine is dehydrating, so if you do drink caffeinated beverages you should follow up with a glass of water to keep your skin hydrated.
-Limit your sun exposure. The depletion of the ozone layer has led to increased rates of skin cancer, and nothing wrinkles the skin like the sun. You do need 10 to 15 minutes a day of sun to help your body produce vitamin D, but avoid excessive sunbathing and try to avoid exposure when the sun is the strongest where you live.
-Use natural products to clean and moisturize your skin. Check ingredients before you buy--if a product contains chemicals whose names you can't pronounce, it doesn't belong on your skin.

Do You Know Your Depression Risk?

Each one of us has some risk for becoming depressed. For some the chance might be remote, while for others it can be almost inevitable.

We all have our own ability for depression, based on our life experiences, health conditions, substance use, and genetic predisposition. A person's risk for becoming depressed at some point in his or her life ranges from low to high, based upon the interaction of all of these factors.

What the stressful conditions might contribute to someone that have depression?

* emotional or physical abuse, especially when it continues over long periods
* sexual abuse
* emotional and physical neglect
* chaotic home environment
* chronic illnesses, especially during childhood
* substance abuse, including alcoholism
* chronic insomnia and sleep deprivation

How can stress early in life affect mood and brain functioning later on? There are several theoretical possibilities. One is that stress hormones influence the development of key areas of the brain related to mood and emotions.
The genetics of depression are complex and not yet fully understood. A single depression gene locus has not been found; rather, several sections of the genome have been identified that are associated with a higher probability of having depression.

You are at higher risk for depression if . . .

* you have significant difficulty due to depression in the past
* depression runs in your family, especially in close blood relatives
* you have been exposed to chronic stressful circumstances

If you think that you are at high risk for depression, you should be alert for early signs of any symptoms of a mood disorder and you should then talk with your primary care provider about possible treatments, which might include seeing a mental health specialist. Early treatment can have both short- and long-term benefits.
Of course, if you already have severe depressive symptoms, then seek help right away. If you are feeling suicidal, talk with someone about it immediately and consult your doctor, or else get to an emergency room fast.

Consider, too, the risks of your family and friends. You might play an important role in helping them get early treatment to prevent worse symptoms in the future.

Hi friends...today i will write about fruits and its nutrition. Maybe it sounds too good to be true but all you have to do to reach your ideal weight is eat as much fruit as you can every day! If you don't believe it or just want to know more you definitely have to read further but you might want to calculate your ideal weight first.First we think it's best to focus on feeling good. Secondly to remind that in order to live a healthy and energetic life in a body that is fit to do that job, attempting to lose weight only will not be the key. There are some other changes you might want to bring into your life. In order to have the cells of your body function properly they have to receive the right nutritious elements and toxins must be kept away from them as much as possible and should be disposed of properly. In order to reach that goal we have the following recommendations for you:

1) Consume as much as you can of the 'right nutrition';
2) Avoid as much as you can of the 'wrong nutrition';
3) Exercise moderately;
4) Be happy with every small change you've been able to make permanently;
5) Don't make weight loss more complicated as it is.

Hello everyone, do you like a salty food? Now, I just want to share with you where does the salt scattered by graters come from? What I know, de-icing or gritting salt is nothing like the white grains we use to season food. Made from crushed rock salt carved out of underground mines, it is brownish in color and resembles gravel. The salt used to melt ice and add traction on the UK's snow-covered byways comes not from the sea but from three main mines - the Salt Union's Wins ford Rock Salt Mine in Cheshire, Cleveland Potash in Teesside and the Irish Salt Mining and Exploration Company in County Antrim. Nowadays, Salt used instead of traditional grit made of sand and small stones de-icing salt is rock salt carved from mines deep underground mine deposits formed as ancient bodies of salt water dried up.

War is a abuse to human being.The effects of the war abuse human for a long term. The impact from the war are very bad.In Sudan civil war and extreme droughts caused a widespread famine, beginning in 1983. Productive farmland in the southern region was abandoned during the war. Thousands of people became refugees that left behind their land, possibly never to return. Attempts of remaining farmers to cultivate new land to grow crops despite the drought led to desertification and soil erosion. The government failed to act for fear of losing its administrative image abroad, causing the famine to kill an estimated 95,000 of the total 3,1 million residents of the province Darfur. As farmers started claiming more and more land, routes applied by herders were closed off. This resulted in conflicts between farmers and rebels groups. In 2003, a conflict was fought in Darfur between Arab Sudanese farmers and non-Arab Muslims. The Muslim group is called Janjaweed, a tribe mainly consisting of nomadic sheep and cattle herders. Originally the Janjaweed were part of the Sudanese and Darfurian militia, and were armed by the Sudanese government to counter rebellion. However, they started utilizing the weapons against non-Muslim civilians. The tribe became notorious for massacre in 2003-2004. In December 2005 the conflict continued across the border, now involving governmental army troops from Chad, and the rebel groups Janjaweed and United Front for Democratic Change from Sudan. In February 2006 the governments of Chad and Sudan signed a peace treaty called the Tripoli Agreement. Unfortunately a new rebel assault of the capital of Chad in April made Chad break all ties with Sudan. The Darfur Conflict so far caused the death of between 50,000 and 450,000 civilians. It caused over 45,000 people to flea the countries of Sudan and Central Africa, into north and east Chad. Most refugees claim they fled civilian attacks from rebel forces, looting food and recruiting young men to join their troops.

In this post I want to share about aerospace with everyone. Aerospace comprises the atmosphere of Earth and surrounding space. Typically the term is used to refer to the industry that researches, designs, manufactures, operates, and maintains vehicles moving through air and space.

Aerospace is a very diverse field, with a multitude of commercial, industrial and military applications.Aerospace is not the same as airspace, which is a term used to describe the physical air space directly above a location on the ground.In most industrial countries, the aerospace industry is a cooperation of public and private industries. For example, several countries have a space program under the command of the government, such as NASA in the United States, ESA in Europe, the Canadian Space Agency in Canada, Indian Space Research Organisation in India, RKA in Russia, China National Space Administration in China, and Iranian Space Agency in Iran.Along with these public space programs, many companies produce technical tools and components such as spaceships and satellites. Some known companies involved in space programs include Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, EADS, and Boeing. These companies are also involved in other areas of aerospace such as the construction of aircraft. Many countries have air transport companies, such as Air France and Air India.

The field of aerospace has been investigated for millennia, but modern aerospace began with the first powered flight at Kitty Hawk, North Carolina on December 17, 1903, by the Wright brothers. From there, aerospace has grown to be one of the most exciting, diverse, and fast paced fields of today. From the hot-air balloons of 18th century to the first wood-and-cloth plane of Wilbur and Orville Wright to the first manned mission to the moon on Apollo 11 to the new and exciting aircraft being developed by companies like Boeing, Airbus, and Bombardier, aerospace has come a long way in a little over a century.

Hello..Now I would like to share about banana. Bananas contains three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose. These natural sugars combined with fiber in a banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy. Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes. But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.Besides that, it also can reduce your stress, can help for those who have morning isckness and others.
