Today,I want to tell everyone about the history my favourite football team.My favourite team is Manchester United.


Brief History of Manchester United
Founded in 1878, United was originally called "Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway Newton Heath", but known irreverently then as "The Heathens", it became a professional football team in 1885 and adopted its present name in 1902. it came from modest beginnings as a working mens' social club - in 1886 the team won its first trophy, Manchester Senior Cup.

As part of the short-lived Football Alliance, their main opponents were Ardwick (later to become Manchester City F C). The team's early fortunes, however, did not fare well, and by 1902 they were declared bankrupt.

Only the efforts of full back, Harry Stafford, to raise the money to get them out of trouble saved the club. His fortunate meeting with local brewery owner, John Davies, resulted in Davies buying the club, paying off their debts, and initiating a fresh start for Manchester United.

Assalamualaikum. Today i want to share some interesting information about racoon.

Raccoons are mammals that live in the continental 49 states. They are carnivores. Their ancestry goes back 30 million years. The family they belong to is the Procyon. The raccoon's scientific name is Procyon Lotor and they are closely related to pandas and coatis. The raccoon used to be a very calm animal but now some have developed rabies and can be aggressive.
The racoon is a small, very furry mammal. It has a ringed tail and a masked face. Their eyes are black by day and orange by night. Its sense of touch is its best sense. Its fingers can do many things including climbing, picking pockets, unscrewing corks, and turning doorknobs to name a few.
The raccoon moves stealthily on either all fours or upright. The raccoon does not use camouflage to a full extent but its dark body makes it hard to see. The special thing about their eyes is that they can see in both night and day. The raccoon is primarily a nocturnal animal. The raccoon's eyes have a little mirror in the back of the eye. The light that comes during the night is absorbed by the raccoons eyes. Some light doesn't get absorbed. The mirror reflects the little light that doesn't get absorbed. When the light gets reflected the raccoons eyes have another chance to absorb it.
After 63 days of pregnancy a mother will give birth. Raccoons usually have 4-5 babies in a litter. The mother raccoon stays with her young in the nest 23 hours a day. The other hour is spent finding food. The father barely ever sees his children. The mother keeps her children in her hole in the tree where she lives.
The raccoon will eat almost anything. The one thing that the raccoon doesn't eat is the tomato. The reason is that tomatoes have a high acidity content. Raccoons cannot handle it so they avoid it. One way the raccoon will catch its food is that it will sit on a rock with its tail in the water. The tail provides a nice spot for cray fish to sleep. When the raccoon feels something he flips up his tail and the cray fish plop into its mouth. The raccoon does not have any natural enemies except for humans.

Assalamualaikum and hello to everyone.As an university's student i'm sure that all of you have heard about computer viruses.A computer virus is the result of a destructive program that someone has written and placed inside a a computer program.Some viruses can erase all the information stored on the computer's hard disk.but each virus is different.Some strange message will display on computer screen or maybe there's some small changes in computer programs.This viruses is not like some human viruses which is float in the air.Instead. like any other computer program,a human must create them.
Some people create these programs out of meanness to get even.there is also just as a challenge.Most of the time, programs that arrive by modem or a trade are perfectly safe to use. However, you do stand a chance of getting a program that has been tampered with. Here a computer program virus is hiding inside the normal program. Many computer programs that are traded were copied illegally.When this program enters your computer through your input device, it hides in your computer's memory and starts to duplicate itself like a disease. When you save your data, you also save the virus. Slowly but surely, the virus crowds out your data and causes major system problems.The virus can't affect the computer's ROM (Read Only Memory), but it can affect RAM (Random Access Memory) and your computer disks. When your shut off your computer a virus that has been picked up will be lost, just like any other memory that is held in RAM.If the virus is on your disk or hard drive, it will return to the computer when you use the program again. If you switch from one program to another without shutting down the machine, the virus will attach itself to the new program. In this way, it can slowly infect all your programs before you know that it exists. Today millions of dollars are being spent to rid and protect computer systems from these virus programs.Commercial and shareware programs have been created with the sole purpose of detecting and fixing suspect programs that might be viruses infected. These detection programs should be ran when any disk is put into your disk drive or every time your computer is first started up each day to scan the computer's hard drive.

Phobias

Phobias (in the clinical meaning of the term) are the most common form of anxiety disorders. An American study by the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) found that between 8.7% and 18.1% of Americans suffer from phobias. [1] Broken down by age and gender, the study found that phobias were the most common mental illness among women in all age groups and the second most common illness among men older than 25.

Causes

It is generally accepted that phobias arise from a combination of external events and internal predispositions. In a famous experiment, Martin Seligman used classical conditioning to establish phobias of snakes and flowers. The results of the experiment showed that it took far fewer shocks to create an adverse response to a picture of a snake than to a picture of a flower, leading to the conclusion that certain objects may have a genetic predisposition to being associated with fear[2]. Many specific phobias can be traced back to a specific triggering event, usually a traumatic experience at an early age. Social phobias and agoraphobia have more complex causes that are not entirely known at this time. It is believed that heredity, genetics, and brain chemistry combine with life-experiences to play a major role in the development of anxiety disorders, phobias and panic attacks.

8.Treatment-Some people find they have times in their life when stress or anxiety becomes severe or difficult to cope with. See a doctor if stress or anxiety becomes worse. Further treatments such as anxiety management counselling, other therapies, or medication may be appropriate.

Some people always worried about the black circle under their eyes. They use many way to make sure it can be missing. Here i state some tip how to make our eyes back to normal.
Cut an unwaxed cucumber into slices, cool in refrigerator and place on eyes for 10 minutes. The cooling properties relax puffiness.
Massage with almond oil under and around eyes.
Massage with peanut oil under and around eyes.
Place two tea bags (preferably chamomile tea) in cold water for 5 minutes, than place on eyes for 10 minutes.
Apply a paste of turmeric powder with pineapple juice, rinse after 5 minutes (be sure not to get into eyes).
Grate an unwaxed cucumber or a small scrubbed (preferably red) potato. Put the gratings on two gauze pads, than place on eyes for 10 minutes.
Apply a mixture of lemon juice and tomato juice, let sit for 5 minutes, than rinse (be sure not to get into eyes).
Apply crushed mint leaves under the eyes for 20 minutes.
Dip cotton balls in rose water and apply to under eye for 10 minutes.
Eat foods rich in vitamin E, vitamin C, and iron.
Exercise to get the blood flowing into your face and into your under eye area

For this entry, I would like to share about my dream; that is Nissan 350Z as known as Nissan Fairlady. I like this car because I like the design, look sporty, suit my adolescence soul. This Nissan 350Z is a two seat sports car. For history of tis car, it was manufactured by Nissan Motor Co, LTD. The 350Z is the fifth generation of Nissan's Z-car line, originally introduced in 1969 as the Datsun 240Z. The 350Z entered production in late 2002 and was sold and marketed as a 2003 model. It was available in several trim packages and is sold as both a coupé and roadster before being succeeded by the 370Z for the 2009 model year. It cost RM200. By it's price, I think I can buy this when I am 27 years old. For those who never know this car, you can surf to the internet to see the image of this car or just wait for me to buy this car one day. Experience. It is a simple word with a great meaning. Usually there is a say goes “Experience is always the best teacher”. We all learn everything solely by experience (including the experience of reading). Without the experience we have difficulty expressing the thought or act. This is self-evident in invention where the new takes time to create and distribute, but the old is well known and taught. Through experience we tend to better ourselves. Experience gives us an alarming moment or perception. Likewise, being more alert or well prepared to overcome the same scenario or situation. Experience is something like practice where we’ll able to learn and progress. Recalling our experience is not embarrassing ourselves but trying to improve ourselves. There are always ups and downs because we as humans aren’t perfect. I hope I have many minds to change their perception about experience. I’m gaining experience everyday in every other aspects of life like all. That is all for now.

Take a course in a subject you don’t know much about, learn a new game of strategy, or cook up some recipes in an unfamiliar cuisine. That’s the most effective way to keep your synapses firing.

Very fast trains sometimes tilt, like the APT, the Pendolino, or the Talgo. Tilting is a system where the passenger cars automatically lean into curves, reducing the sideways g-forces on passengers and permitting higher speeds on curves in the track with greater passenger comfort.

The fastest train on rails is the French TGV (Train à Grande Vitesse) (French for High Speed Train) which achieved a speed of 574.8 km/h (356 mph) in testing in 2007. However, the TGV runs at a maximum commercial speed of 300-320 km/h, as does the German ICE.

MY FATHER IS MY HERO..
When most people think of the term hero, they think of grand and famous figures of legendary or historical scope. However, there is another type of hero, one of which we are more familiar ,the ordinary, personal variety.I will limit myself to examples of three admirable traits: his family-oriented nature, his desire for me to achieve intellectual, spiritual, and moral excellence, and his many responsible decisions and choices over the eighty-five years of his rich life.My father is such a hero.defines the personal hero as "…a person admired for his or her achievements and noble qualities—one who shows courage and other noble qualities." As his son, I can assure all that my Dad fits this definition of hero. Personal heroes, by their very nature, are unassuming, humble, modest, and usually heroic in very subtle ways. My father is such a person. In most cases, the personal hero does not seem heroic in the usual sense of the word. In fact, the works of personal heroes are often unrecognized during their own lifetimes. However, I recognize what my father has achieved and what a great person he is. Although I will never be half the man he is, I will continue to try to emulate his high standards in my own life. More than anything, I want him and others to know how much I appreciate what he has done, the sacrifices he has made, and what a hero he is in my eyes and in the estimation of all who know him. In all honesty, had my father never been born, this life would be the poorer for it. I thank Allah for the rich, fruitful, and truly heroic life of AMRAN B BAHAMAN, MY LOVELY FATHER.

Today I want to share about pollution that happen in this country.There are many types of pollution which is air pollution,water pollution,noise pollution,visual pollution,light pollution,and thermal pollution.

Air pollution happen when the releasing of chemicals and particulates into atmosphere.The gases that pollutes the air are carbon monoxide,sulfur dioxide,chlorofluorocarbons(CFC),nitrogen monoxide.This gases are commonly produce from industrial factory and motor vehicles.All these gases will decrease the ozone layer and causes global warming.

Besides,water pollution found by releasing the waste product and contaminants into the river or sea.Noise pollution also happen due to the roadway noise,aircraft noise,industrial noise and so on.

Moreover,visual pollution can refer to the presence of the overhead power lines,motorway billiboards and more.Last but not least thermal pollution.This happen when the temperature change in natural water bodies caused by human influence such as use of water as coolant in power plant.

Good evening to my fellow friends.Today i want to share with yours about the natural skin care recipes for dry skin.You need egg,Honey and Oil Mask
1. 1 egg yolk,
2. 1 teaspoon honey
3. 1 teaspoon olive oil
4. some vitamin E oil.
Mix them welland mask on your face for 15 - 30 minutes.

Egg and Lemon Mask
Mix an egg yolk with a few drops of lime juice and olive oil. Spread on your face and leave till it dries. Wash with running water.

Lemon, Honey and Cabbage Mask
Boil some cabbage and mash it well. Now add some honey and 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Mix them well and apply on face and neck. Wash with cold water when it feels dry. An easy and effective home remedy for dry skin.

Banana for Facial skin
Take a fresh banana, mash well with a fork till there is no lump. Mask your face for fifteen minutes. Olive oil or honey may be added to increase the effectiveness of this homemade facial mask for dry skin.

Aloe Vera Skin Care
Aloe gel has very good moisturizing properties due to its high water contents. Just take some aloe lump and mash it or use aloe gel. Break a capsule of Vitamin E in it, blend and apply generousely over damp skin. Remove after ten minutes.

Avocado and Cucumber Mask
You need;

1/2 Cucumber
1/2 Avocado
1 Egg
First blend avocado and cucumber in a blender, then add egg and whisk well. Apply all over the face and let it work for some time till it is dry. Now rinse with cold water.

Oil Massage for Dry Skin
The best home remedy for dry skin is to massage with some good natural oil, like almond oil, castor oil, coconut oil or olive oil. All of these are equally effective and help to restore the moisture of your skin.

Good Day Evveryone,
I would like to share to everyone on what i have read about coffee in an article.Coffee is one of the most consumed beverages in the entire world along with water and tea. It is made from roasted coffee seeds or beans. People usually drink it hot but there are some who prefer it cold while others add sweetener, milk, cream or nondairy creamer to their preference.

The Origin Of The Beverage

Coffee was first discovered in Ethiopia around the 9th century when shepherds noticed their flock consuming some of the beans in the pasture. The goats appeared to have an increase in their energy level after consuming them. From there, the beverage spread to Egypt, Yemen and finally reached Turkey, Persia and parts of Africa in the 15th century.

Eventually, the beverage reached Europe and in 1690 the Dutch succeeded in smuggling plants into Europe, in spite of the Arab prohibition of taking plants and roasted beans away from their land. The Dutch grew this smuggled crop in Java, which was their colony at that time. It eventually reached the Americas and although, the Americans initially did not take to it, they gradually accepted it and the demand grew from there.

Kinds Of Coffee

Coffee plants come in two main species, Arabica and Robusta. It is said that Arabica is the better tasting brew but Robusta is sometimes used to substitute it, to cut cost. There are other species of the plant and these are coffea libereca and coffea esliaca. Most of the Arabica beans come from 3 major regions, namely, Latin America, Africa and Asia.

The beans or seeds must be roasted before it can be sold. To do this, the fruits or berries must be picked from the tree, dried, sorted out and sometimes even aged. As they are roasted, they turn dark due to the natural occurrence of caramelized sucrose. When coffee is decaffeinated, the caffeine, which was extracted from the beans, are sold to pharmaceutical companies.

The roasted product must undergo grinding before it can be mixed with water and consumed by people. Grinding usually occurs at the factory but some people prefer to grind their whole beans themselves. Instant coffee is either freeze-dried or dried into soluble powder for easy and less time consuming preparation. Other types of coffees are in cans, ready to drink and pre-mixed with sweeteners and sometimes cream is already added.

Coffee Tasting
Coffee tasting or coffee cupping is experiencing the tastes and aromas of brewed coffee as connoisseurs. Anybody who wants to do it can do it; they just have to go through the motions of the professionals. The taster sniffs deeply at the aroma of the beverage and slurps it so it spreads towards the back of the tongue. Attempts to measure the taste, more specifically the texture or so called mouthfeel, the acidity and balance or the harmony of flavors of the beverage.

People sometimes need to do decision and so i'm .In learning , friendship , daily routines and so involve we to make decision for examples went we woke up at early morning we have to decide whether we want to go to class or not ?.

Step1
Mark out the parameters of the decision clearly: What choices do you have? Are there more than two?

Step2
Gather as much information as you can about each alternative - talk to the appropriate people, solicit advice from friends and family, and research by reading books and magazine or newspaper articles.

Get the experience that will help you make an informed decision. For example, if you're trying to decide whether to become a doctor or not, first volunteer at a hospital or clinic.

Jot down a list of pros and cons for each decision. Prioritize which considerations are very important to you, and which are less so.

I just read at newspaper about Smoking and how to quit smoking.Smoking can cause health problems not only for yourself but also for those around you. Tobacco contains nicotine, a drug that is addictive, therefore, makes it very difficult to quit. Smoking greatly increases the risk of getting lung cancer, heart attack, chronic lung disease, stroke, respiratory disease and many other cancers.
What are the steps in quitting? First, set a date for quitting. Then, notice when and why you are smoking. After that, change your smoking routines, smoke only in certain places, such as outdoors. When you want a cigarette, wait a few minutes and think about the consequences. Finally, one can do things to help oneself to remain abstinent. All the best!

I`m sure all of us really care about our hairs even some of us are wearing “tudung”. Either you are boy or girls, everyone cares about it. But, it always synonym with the woman. Are you sure that what you are doing know, good to your hair??

Asian women are usually thinner than Western women as they consume less red meat and tend to skip meals. To boost health, women should increase their meat intake and those suffering from anaemia should consume vitamin B complex, zinc and iron.

Losing their hair may have a devastating impact on women’s quality of life and this includes psychological and emotional effects ranging from decreased self-esteem to anxiety and depression.

I`m totally agree with that statement. That because I have a friends that facing hair loss and she had so emotional and to desperate to try any product to fix her hair problem. For my suggestion to those who are nor really care about your hair, be careful with your step to avoid the same cases.
