I have read about sleepwalking and wanna let you all know about it.
Sleepwalking also known as somnambulism,is often a random event that doesn't signal any serious problems or even require treatment. Although sleepwalking can occur at any age, it's most likely between ages 8 and 12. Still, sleepwalking is no joking matter. The symptoms are sit up in bed and open his or her eyes, have a glazed, glassy-eyed expression,
roam around the house, perhaps opening and closing doors or turning lights on and off ,do routine activities, such as getting dressed or making a snack, even driving a car, speak or move in a clumsy manner.Sleepwalking usually occurs during deep sleep, early in the night, often one to two hours after falling asleep. Sleepwalking is unlikely during naps. Some sleepwalking episodes last only a few seconds or minutes. Others last for 30 minutes or longer. The person won't remember the sleepwalking episode in the morning.Hope this facts somehow will help you. That's all for now.

At the last entry, I'd write about the battle of mineko with the keepers. During the battle, at dark world where Helios is confined, he could feel that Mineko is in danger. In the prison, he meets Toroyo, Arisu and Sangatsu, kids from human world who steal his power 14 years ago. They are Soileh follower. Helios also has been introduces to his twin, Soileh, king of dark world. Helios gets shock and he couldn’t accept it. His twin also couldn’t accept that they are made together. Both of them have their own roles to give balance in human, valley, and other world. They never meet before but, Soileh gets to see Helios when he doing some mistake while counting the time. Soileh has a powerful magic and he could read Helios mind and heart. They also share same soul. Therefore, Soileh didn’t kill Helios but he tortures him.

There is another Helios in human world. But it was not Helios. He is Helios brother, Luna.I already tell this in my second or third entry. Before Helios was arrested by Darkross, the shadow that comes from Dark World. Will swallow everything in its path, Helios asks his brother, Luna to pretend as himself so that Mineko won’t come to magic world. He also gives Luna his land element to be used in danger. With help of some potion, Luna changes his face to Helios face. But now, the real Helios is in prison.

Another graphic novel that I want to share is Maria+Holic. This is a slapstick Japanese comedy, so it might be hard to understand the jokes in the novel. It started with Miyamae who transferred to an all-girls Catholic boarding school. The reason Miyamae, the orphan, is attending there is to find the traces of her mother and father's history, since they got married after graduating. She also have an allergic reaction whenever she made a skin-contact with any male. Hives would appear on her cheek, arms and so on.

As a result of this 'allergic' reaction, she ended up having 'special' feelings to girls. While walking to the dormitories, she met a beautiful blond named Maria. Stunned by her beauty, she made friends with her instantly. Maria said to her to meet her after school to show the ways in the school. Happily rejoicing, she attended her class and introduced herself. When she reached the destined place, there she saw Maria and her maid, helping to wear a corset. Even more shocking, Maria is actually a guy.

The truth behind the cross-dressing is because Maria have to bear the weight of responsibility as the future heir of the elite school, even though she was born as a guy. With this limited information of Maria's background, Miyamae is forced to live in the same room with Maria, to make sure Miyamae would not spill the secret between them. He purposely kissed her in the cheeks to make hives appear, and it did. This makes Miyamae hating guys even more.

As the story progresses, it can be said that Miyamae have secret feelings to that guy, after he saved her from many hardships. In a nutshell, 'Maria' had turned Miyamae into a normal girl in the end. I was hoping that one day, Maria would turn back into a normal guy to be with Miyamae. This story may sound absurd but it is interesting to watch as it depicts the reality of living in the all-girls elite boarding school. Humour, slapstick jokes, romance, and adventure can be found in this story.

Why do many blind people wear dark glasses? You know why? Let me tell you why. The Braille Institute’s said that not everyone who is legally blind is totally blind. More than 75 percent of people who are legally blind have some residual vision. Blindness is the absence of sight, not necessarily the absence of light. I think that’s correct. It is because some blind persons wear dark glasses maybe for cosmetic purposes. Maybe they are self-conscious about the physical appearance of their eyes. And also, they wear dark glasses because they are extremely sensitive to bright light and glare and wear sunglasses to reduce the amount of light on the retina. Interesting right? I hope that you enjoy reading it.

Of course everyone knows that exercise is good for health. But do you know that just how good exercise is? Here are five surprising reasons to get more exercise.

Firstly, it boosts your immune system. As we get older, our ability to fight infections tends to decline. However, study shows that older people who have six hours of moderate exercise in a week tend to have an immune response similar to that of someone in their twenties.

Secondly, it guards against Parkinson’s disease. Studies show that those who had been vigorously active as young men cut the risk of developing Parkinson’s disease by sixty percent.

Thirdly, it can also slow prostate cancer. A study found that men over sixty-five doing at least three hours of exercise such as running, cycling and swimming a week had a seventy percent lower risk of being diagnosed with fatal prostate cancer.

Fourthly, it might fight Alzheimer’s disease. A study in Honolulu found men who walked less than four hundred meters a day had almost twice the risk of dementia in later life.

Lastly, it may have more effect on heart health than obesity. A study of 936 women with chest pain or suspected narrowing of the arteries found those who were overweight did not actually have a greater chance of being diagnosed with heart disease, but instead those with low levels of physical activity did.

Since they had take of the protection mask 4 years ago, they had become more optimistic. After 8 years of suffer, their face had recover from the long treatment. This make them can start go to school happily. Although sometimes they will always make fun by their schoolmates, but this never break down their confident. At that time, both of them were closed in the room. On that time, their sister who had the problem of hearing was cooking in the kitchen can’t save them on the time. Today I will share with you all a new topic about the seven wonders of the ancient world. Firstly is the Great Pyramid of Giza. It is the one and only Ancient Wonder that does not need speculations concerning its appearance, size, and shape. It is the oldest, yet it is the only surviving of the Seven Ancient Wonders. It is the Great Pyramid of Giza.
Secondly is the Hanging Garden of Babylon. Some stories indicate the Hanging Gardens towered hundreds of feet into the air, but archaeological explorations indicate a more modest, but still impressive, height. Thirdly is the Statue of Zeus at Olympia. This is a statue of the God in whose honor the Ancient Olympic Games were held. It was located on the land that gave its very name to the Olympics.
Next, is the Colossus of Rhodes, The island of Rhodes was an important economic centre in the ancient world. The Temple of Artemis at Ephesus also the seven wonders of the Ancient world. Eight hundred years after its destruction, the magnificent Temple of Artemis at Ephesus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, had been completely forgotten by the people of the town that had once held it in such pride…
The Mausoleum at Halicarnassus is the burial place of an ancient king. Yet the Mausoleum is different - so different from the Pyramid that it earned its reputation - and a spot within the list - for other reasons. Geographically, it is closer to the Temple of Artemis... And it was the beauty of the tomb rather than its size that fascinated its visitors for years.
Of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, only one had a practical use in addition to its architectural elegance: The Lighthouse of Alexandria. For sailors, it ensured a safe return to the Great Harbor. For architects, it meant even more: it was the tallest building on Earth. And for scientists, it was the mysterious mirror that fascinated those most... The mirror which reflection could be seen more than 50 km (35 miles) off-shore. The number seven was chosen because the Greeks believed it to be magical.

Assalamualaikum…more about hair cares!!! Would you like your hair blow or air-dried??? Air drying is a natural way. Air drying is for people with short, low-maintenance or curly hair. There are also people with long hair who have it air dried as it will not subject their hair to excess heat, thus being less susceptible to damage. But if you are going to have your hair air-dried, there a few important things to remember : Firstly, your hair is weakest when wet. Do not rub with a towel as the friction caused will brittle your hair and eventually cause breakage. Secondly, to dry you hair, blot the water using a towel. Lastly, do not pull, tug or grab your hair much when it is wet to avoid hair loss. I will share about hair blow in the next entry….(“,)

Hi..Today I would like to write about girl.
When a girl is quiet, millions of things are running in her mind.
When a girl is not arguing, she is thinking deeply.
When a girl looks at u with eyes full of questions, she is wondering how
long you will be around.
When a girl answers ' I'm fine ' after a few seconds, she is not at all fine.
When a girl stares at you, she is wondering why you are lying.
When a girl lays on your chest, she is wishing for you to be hers forever.
When a girl wants to see you everyday, she wants to be pampered.
When a girl says ' I love you ' , she means it.

Is true right??

I had read the article about bacteria and I would like to share it with all of you. Bacteria are microscopic organisms whose single cells have neither a membrane-bounded nucleus nor other membrane-bounded organelles like mitochondria and chloroplasts. Another group of microbes, the archaea, meet these criteria but are so different from the bacteria in other ways that they must have had a long, independent evolutionary history since close to the dawn of life.Bacteria are all around us. Given good growing conditions, a bacterium grows slightly in size or length, a new cell wall grows through the center forming two daughter cells, each with the same genetic material as the parent cell. If the environment is optimum, the two daughter cells may divide into four in 20 minutes. But recently, scientists who study bacteria try to create the optimum environment in the lab: culture medium with the necessary energy source, nutrients, pH, and temperature, in which bacteria grow predictably.

Cosmetics.......cosmetics is now become important to our life...is not only for a girl, but now cosmetic is to all people...even man...they are used it...So what are COSMETICs?Let me tell you now.....Cosmetics are substances used to enhance or protect the appearance or odor of the human body. Cosmetics include skin-care creams, lotions, powders, perfumes, lipsticks, fingernail and toe nail polish, eye and facial makeup, permanent waves, colored contact lenses, hair colors, hair sprays and gels, deodorants, baby products, bath oils, bubble baths, bath salts, butters and many other types of products. Their use is widespread, especially among women in Western countries. A subset of cosmetics is called "make-up," which refers primarily to colored products intended to alter the user’s appearance. Many manufacturers distinguish between decorative cosmetics and care cosmetics. The manufacture of cosmetics is currently dominated by a small number of multinational corporations that originated in the early 20th century, but the distribution and sale of cosmetics is spread among a wide range of different businesses. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) which regulates cosmetics in the United States[1] defines cosmetics as: "intended to be applied to the human body for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness, or altering the appearance without affecting the body's structure or functions."What is history of cosmetics???The first archaeological evidence of cosmetics usage is found in Egypt around 3500 BC.The Ancient Greeks and Romans also used cosmetics. The Romans and Ancient Egyptians used cosmetics containing poisonous mercury and often lead. The ancient kingdom of Israel was influenced by cosmetics as recorded in the Old Testament—2 Kings 9:30 where Jezebel painted her eyes—approximately 840 BC. The Biblical book of Esther describes various beauty treatments as well.
In the western world, the advent of cosmetics was in the middle ages, although typically restricted to use within the upper classes.Cosmetic use was frowned upon at some points in Western history. For example, in the 1800s, make-up was used primarily by prostitutes, and Queen Victoria publicly declared makeup improper, vulgar, and acceptable only for use by actors. Adolf Hitler told women that face painting was for clowns and not for the women of the Master Race.By the middle of the 20th century, cosmetics were in widespread use by women in nearly all industrial societies around the world.Cosmetics have been in use for thousands of years. The absence of regulation of the manufacture and use of cosmetics has led to negative side effects, deformities, blindness, and even death through the ages. Examples of this were the prevalent use of ceruse(white lead), to cover the face during the Renaissance, and blindness caused by the mascara Lash Lure during the early 1900s.The worldwide annual expenditures for cosmetics is estimated at U.S. $19 billion.Of the major firms, the oldest and the largest is L'Oréal, which was founded by Eugene Schueller in 1909 as the French Harmless Hair Colouring Company (now owned by Liliane Bettencourt 26% and Nestlé 28%, with the remaining 46% are publicly traded). The market was developed in the USA during the 1910s by Elizabeth Arden, Helena Rubinstein, and Max Factor. These firms were joined by Revlon just before World War II and Estée Lauder just after.Like most industry, cosmetic companies resist regulation by government agencies like the FDA, and have lobbied against this throughout the years.

Things you can do to reduce global warming
1. Reduce,reuse and recycle
-choosing reusable products instead of disposables.Try to recycle paper, plastic, newspaper, glass and aluminum cans whenever you can.
2. Use less heat and air conditioning
-Turn down the heat while you're sleeping at night or away during the day. Setting the thermostat just 2 degrees higher could save about 2,000 pounds of carbon dioxide each year.
3. Change a light bulb
-replace regular light bulbs with compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulbs.CFLs last 10 times longer than incandescent bulbs, use two-thirds less energy, and give off 70 percent less heat.
4. Drive less and drive smart
-Less driving means fewer emissions. Make sure your car is running efficiently such as keeping your tires properly inflated can improve your gas mileage by more than 3 percent.
5. Buy energy-efficient products
-Home appliances now come in a range of energy-efficient models. Avoid products that come with excess packaging, especially molded plastic and other packaging that can't be recycled.
6. Use less hot water
-Buy low-flow showerheads to save hot water. Wash your clothes in warm or cold water to reduce use of hot water and the energy required to produce it. That change alone can save at least 500 pounds of carbon dioxide annually.
7. Use the “OFF” switch
-Turning off lights when you leave a room, and using only as much light as you need. Remember to turn off your television, video player and computer when you're not using them.

8. Plant a tree
-During photosynthesis, trees will absorb carbon dioxide and give off oxygen. They are an integral part of the natural atmospheric exchange cycle here on Earth. A single tree will absorb approximately one ton of carbon dioxide during its lifetime.
So start it today to help reduce global warming. A little action will bring a big changing! Lets us protect our Earth together!

Hello everyone..Today,I want to share about DREAM..
I'm sure that everyone ever feel dream. Dreams are sequence images, sounds and feelings experienced while sleeping. The contents and biological purposes of dreams are not fully understood, though they have been a topic of speculation and interest throughout recorded history.A number of thinkers have commented on the similarities between the phenomenology of dreams and that of psychosis. Features common to the two states include thought disorder, flattened or inappropriate affect (emotion), and hallucination.
There are some contents of dreams that I found:
-Emotions
The most common emotion experienced in dreams is anxiety. Negative emotions are more common than positive ones.
-Sexual content
The Hall data analysis shows that sexual dreams occur no more than 10 percent of the time and are more prevalent in young to mid teens.[36] Another study showed that 8% of men's and women's dreams have sexual content.
-Recurring dreams
While the content of most dreams is dreamt only once, many people experience recurring dreams—that is, the same dream narrative is experienced over different occasions of sleep. Up to 70% of females and 65% of males report recurrent dreams.
-Common themes
Content-analysis studies have identified common reported themes in dreams. These include: situations relating to school, being chased, running slowly in place, falling, arriving too late, a person now alive being dead, teeth falling out, flying, future events such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. (with different scenarios), embarrassing moments, falling in love with random people, failing an examination, not being able to move, not being able to focus vision, car accidents, being accused of a crime you didn't commit and many more.
-Color vs. Black and White
Twelve percent of people dream only in black and white.Studies from 1915 through to the 1950s maintained that the majority of dreams were in black and white, but these results began to change in the 1960s. Today, only 4.4 % of the dreams of under-25 year-olds are in black and white. Recent research has suggested that those changing results may be linked to the switch from black-and-white film and TV to color media.
What is your dream's content??

THE REAL STORY OF CINDERELLA..
I'm sure you have all heard the story of Cinderella. You know the beautiful girl with the two mean step-sisters, and wicked step-mother. Well you already know the ending, the beautiful girl marries the handsome prince, and they live happily ever after. Well that was the fairy tale, this is the real story.Actually, there is a mouse named Oscar and he live with Cinderella. When she was small, and her father was alive, they shared a beautiful room downstairs. But after her father died, she was put in the attic. Oscar naturally followed, because he knew she would need his company. And need him she did. At first, she thought of him only as a common ordinary mouse. Night after night she would throw he crumbs. Then one night, after her step-mother locked the door, she began to cry.Oscar climbed up on Cindy's lap. She talked to him and he thought at the time it was a nerdy name, "Oscar", but he used to it now.Everyday Oscar watched Cindy work so hard. Finally one day, quite by accident,he found a way to help her.Her step-sisters were ordering her around, and they made her cry. Cindy cried a lot.Anyway, Oscar ran to Cindy and they saw him. Then there was the time when Oscar hid on a plate of food that was meant for Cindy's step-mother. When she saw the mouse, first she fainted, then she had hysterics for three days. The only other person who was not afraid of Oscar was Esmerelda. She was Cindy's fairy God-Mother.They called her Essie for short. She just popped up on the day of the big ball. Poor Cindy had run herself ragged waiting on those step-sisters, trying to do the impossible, and make them.. not beautiful..but just presentable.
Anyway, Cindy was talking to Oscar in the garden, when this strange looking woman walked through the gate. Most people think she magically appeared in a beautiful white light, but she didn't.
She just walked in the yard with a brown Foodtown shopping bag in her hand.Cindy must have thought the same thing, because she offered her a glass of milk and some cookies. She didn't look much like a fairy God-mother, either. Her dress was torn, her shoes had holes, and her hair. At midnight, they were going to get a cold drink of lemonade, when Cindy's dress started to come apart.Well!, it didn't take a genius to figure out that she'd better get out of there. So she took off, with the Prince on her trail.Fortunately he was clumsy, and he tripped. That gave Cindy just enough time to jump into the coach and leave the Palace grounds. About half-way home the coach shrank so small, that Cindy had to get out and walk. It was then when she realized she had lost a shoe.Later that afternoon, the word came through the cheese-vine. The Prince would begin a search for the love of his life tomorrow. The next day, the Prince came to our house but Cindy was locked in the garden and had no chance to try on the slipper. That is when Oscar saved the day.As the Prince entered his coach,Oscar ran under the horses hoofs. The stupid beasts were so frightened of a little mouse, they ran straight through the garden gate, nearly trampling Cindy in the process. The Prince was so apologetic it took him at least ten minutes before he realized this girl had not tried on the slipper. Well... we all know the end. She tried it on, it fit like a glove, and they lived happily ever after.

Friendship is a term used to denote co-operative and supportive behavior between two or more people. In this sense, the term connotes a relationship which involves mutual knowledge, esteem, and affection and respect along with a degree of rendering service to friends in times of need or crisis. Friends will welcome each other's company and exhibit loyalty towards each other, often to the point of altruism. Their tastes will usually be similar and may converge, and they will share enjoyable activities. They will also engage in mutually helping behavior, such as exchange of advice and the sharing of hardship. A friend is someone who may often demonstrate reciprocating and reflective behaviors. Yet for many, friendship is nothing more than the trust that someone or something will not harm them.
In a comparison of personal relationships, friendship is considered to be closer than association, although there is a range of degrees of intimacy in both friendships and associations. Friendship and association can be thought of as spanning across the same continuum. The study of friendship is included in sociology, anthropology, philosophy, and zoology. Various theories of friendship have been proposed, among which are social psychology, social exchange theory, equity theory, relational dialectics, and attachment styles.

Hello friends, we meet again. In this comment, I will tell you about the extinct animal. It about the whales. Early whales gave birth and probably rested and mated on land, according to a study published Wednesday that examined 47.5 million-year-old fossils discovered in Pakistan. Then, the "stunning discovery" reinforces the belief that modern sea-dwelling mammals originated from terrestrial ancestors, said H. In that article Richard Lane, director of the National Science Foundation's paleontology program, this funded the research. The team that discovered the Pakistan fossils in 2000 and 2004 were initially baffled when they found whale skeletons so close together said team leader Philip Generics of the University of Michigan. The discovery gives unparalleled insight into how the early whale gave birth and how it transitioned from land to sea, according to the researchers. Moreover, the authors also said in the statement the fossils' species "occupies an intermediate position on the evolutionary path that whales traversed as they made the transition from full-time land dwellers to dedicated denizens of the deep.
