Assalamualaikum and hello to everyone.Mom and dad.They are two of the most important people in ourlife.They are likely to influence you more than anyone else you will meet.
Moms and dads need to care for their kids from the minute they are born. It is a parent's job to love and guide kids and most parents will do this as long as they live, even when their children are grown up and have children of their own. That means we have many years ahead to share with our mom and dad.

Here are five ways we can stay close, get along, and build a strong relationship:

1. Spend time together. It might be easy to be physically in the same place as your mom or dad but it is not easy like you think. If your parents are divorced, make the most of the time you do spend together. In between, talk on the phone and email each other to stay in touch.

2. Share your feelings and ask for help. Tell a parent if you are sad or struggling with something. If you do not usually do this, it can feel funny at first. Try it and you will be glad you did.

3. Be kind. Little things might mean a lot to your mom or dad. You can brighten a parent's day with a hug, a card, or a joke. It is also lovely when a kid offers to help fold the laundry or cleans up his or her room without being asked.

4. Show you care. Some families are always kissing, and hugging. Other families are not as lovely. But it is important to show that you care for each other. In addition to kisses and hugs, kids and parents show their love by respecting each other, being caring, polite, and thoughtful.

5. Do your best at whatever you do. You do not have to be perfect, but when you do your best, you make your parents proud. It makes them happy to see how you're turning into such a great kid. Why? Because it lets them know they're doing a good job.

Assalamualaikum and hello to everyone.Here,i want to talk about water.I think most of the people know that 85percent of our brain is water while overall of human body contains with 70 percent of water.And each of our muscle consists of 80 percent water.Water or scientific name is H2O is known as a solvent because so many things can dissolve in it such as coffee,Milo,sugars and so on.Water is very important to human body because Water keeps us from over-heating by seeing through our pores in sweat.Our bodies lose water every minute in approximately a cup of water is dissipate through our breath everyday.Furthermore,we are also lose cups of water in our urine a day.However,if the day is hot,we lose so many cups of water by sweat.Did you see why we must drink so much of water everyday.We can live a month or longer without food but we cannot live without water just a few days.

I always tinking how to we approach a negative situation in a positive way. When someone does or says something hurtful, a first instinct may be we get angry or loose control.

However, it's important to control our emotions and approach the negative situation in a positive way. It may not be as fun or satisfying as yelling and screaming, but approaching a negative situation in a positive way will be more better. Also, we'll know that we approached the situation nicely.

When someone does or says something negative to us, if we can, take a step back and think about the situation. If we respond quickly, we likely to lash out and respond to the negative situation negatively. To work towards a positive response, step back and think for a moment. If possible, wait to say something until we been able to let go of some anger and stress.

Ask ourself, "How would we feel if someone responded to us in the way ?" If we wouldn't want someone saying something or acting a certain way towards us, don't act that way towards someone else. Treat others the way we want to be treated. That may not seem fair because the person that hurt us treated we outside of those guidelines, but two wrongs do not make a right.

As much as it may be difficult, we may have to be a bigger person and try to work through more things later. Even if things seem to get resolved, there may still be some underlying anger or resentment. By working to rebuild the relationship, we were being the bigger person and helping to improve the negative situation. Of course, this is hard, since we may still be hurt or angry, but we'll feel a lot better once we worked things out.

This music group consist of eight members. Sometimes Khairul, Hazil and Adi will quarrel among them to show which music group is better. Very funny to see them like that.

Today i will share about United Kingdom..Before that,i want to share about problems encountered while posting comments..Actualy,i have posted comment for entry 9 about 3 times..But after checked the list of comment i found that my comment was lost..So I hope this time my comment will saved properly...Anyway,I will continue my story about UK...UK is a such interesting place that all the people must visit in their life..United Kingdom has a lots of amazing that can be visited such as London Bridge,Buckhingham Palace,Land's End and many more..Same like our country,UK also has it own ferris wheel called Eye of London..From that,we can see the whole city of London..Futhermore,if you are football fan,you can visit all the famous football club stadium such as Old Trafford for Manchester United,Stamford Bridge for Chelsea and Anfield for Liverpool..All this stadiums are situated nearby the city of London..You can buy some souvenir at the stadium like jersey,ball and others..If you go there during the football training season,you can take some photo with your idol footballers like Beckham and Ronaldo..It will the sweet memory seem like your dream come true..I think UK is one of the best place that must be visited especially to all my classmates because it will be a golden moment in their life...That's all...

Today,I want to share with you about my hobbies.My hobbies are painting and listening music.I am enjoying my time and prove to myself that God gave me a very special talent.Another hobby that I cannot do it each month is watching movie. I really like it even though it is too hard to go out here for me but whenever I do that, I feel stress is gone. I really want to be main role of the movie that I watched. What would this feeling be?
I like photography too. Taking pictures is necessary for me like a meal in a day. I want to record every moment of my life and show the beauty of it to others.
During holiday,I try to cook a new dish or desert and share it with my sisters who like cooking. I think it is magical that we mix ingredients and make different things with different tastes and I am astonished by all different tastes that are in our world including Greek foods, Indian foods, Japanese foods and etc.
To sum up, I think I LOVE to do something rather than be a boring person.haha..life without something would be nothing.

I admit i'm quite tension and a bit stress this few weeks due to the tonnes of assignment,quizzes and test 2 that just started yesterday.

Everyone has stress, so I just need to learn to manage and cope, for example I can read comics or magazine to relaxed my mind a while.Laughter is the best medicine for stress.Laughter is known to reduce stress hormones released into your body.In other hand,take deep breath's and center till your calm. Refocus our energy on something positive and calm ourselve. Then refocus on the task at hand.

Today i want to talk about water cycle. Water is very important to our life and our global ecosystem. If we live 7 days without water, we probably can be hydration and maybe we can die. Water can change states among liquid, vapor, and ice at various places in the water cycle. First the sun heats water in the oceans. Water evaporates as vapor into the air but ice and snow can sublimate directly into water vapor. Rising air currents take the vapor up into the atmosphere where cooler temperatures cause it to condense into clouds. when the clouds go to the cold enviroment, the water will fall from the clouds. Thats we call rain.

hye,i just read an article about how we want to distress

1.Prepare in advance
-Prepare everything the night before
2.Sleep well and wake up early
-Good night sleep can rejuvenates body.Try to make it as habit to rise early.
3.Share your ride
-With carpooling ,you can relax more while someones else does the driving.
4.Work out after work
-There are rush hour in the morning till evening.Try to delay your departure enough to miss the maddening rush.
5.give yourself a break
-Is good idea to give some free time off from study.

I would like to share about the influence of friends in our life.Everybody must have friends.Friendship is very important .We cannot living without friends.A student needs friends to improve and develop personality,a friend to exchange ideas and to help each other in studies.As human beings, we have the instinct to live in groups. We need someone to talk with and discuss things as well as to get advice and opinions.Usually a person is influenced by her close friends.So, this is important that one must choose right friends. Some good friends with good behavior and sharing common interests will be helpful.A person ,for example will become hardworking and interested in studies ,if she mixes along eith same group of the same behavior .In other hand ,a person might turn bad ,when she influenced by bad characters.To be good friend we should not discriminate colour ,beauty ,cleverness or wealth.What is important is good qualities in a person.For example,helpfulness,trustworthiness and understanding.So, choose the right friends is important to us .Our lives will then be more meaningful and harmonious.

I would like to share about some tips to avoid from hearing damage .As teens we love music .and many love it loud .But if we want to continue enjoying music ,protect our hearing. Once the hearing’s damaged due to noise ,there’s no remedy at all. Once the hair cells in the inner ear are damage ,the never recover .So the hearing damage is permanent . Hearing damage can occur at a mere 85 decibels. Many pop concerts will pump out music at aroud 100 decibels. This lavel similar to having workmen drilling right next to you .If someone attend pop concerts ,stand away from speakers .Bring proper earplugs when the music so luod .Tinnitus or ringing in the ears even when there is no noice around can be a sign of permanent hearing damage. Thank you.

I would like to share about do & dont’s of good nutrition .Good nutrition simply means eating well balanced meals that contain the right amount of vitamins, nutriens and minerals to give us the stamina to protect from harmfull deseases. We get energy from three sources carbohydrates ,proteins and fat. Consume more roughage which is found in food such as wholemeal bread.Consume more vegetables ,more grains and fruits. Eat more vegetable as vegetables diet will lover the cholesterol level in our blood and enable you to be slimmer. The chance s to getting cancel are also reduced. A high fibre diet will help to get rid of harmfull chemicals from our digestive system. Beside that, eating food rich in vitamins and minerals can help the body to fight against deseases. Replace white rice in our diet with unpolished rice .As far as possible replace meat with vegetables as our source of protein .Beef and mutton for example are bad for our health as the are high in cholesterol .Instead of deep frying we should eat food that is baked, boiled ,roasted or stewed. this will lower the intake of oil. Most of all eat in moderation .Even to much of good thing can be bad for us.Thank you.

I would like to share all about ‘How to be a smart consumer’.As we know consumer play joint role and practice prudence and coution and stop to being wasteful. First we must have budget .There has been general increase in the price of many essential items .As the price of daily food basket has gone up ,we have to plan our purchases and buy only what is necessary. A shopping list saves time as we don’t have to keep running back to the to the store for forgotten items.Buy what is listed and then make a quick exit. Be therify and not spend unnecessary. For conclusion,consumers have vital role to play in overcoming the country‘s economic problems.

I would like to share about stress.Many students feel stressed at times because of our studies or other demands.As student, we get so caught up in our work that we feel things out of hand.Some of us can handle situation very well while some of us can effected physically and emotionally.If not handled properly stress can harmfull to our studies .There a number of ways to cope with stress.First of all we should live with healthy lifestyle.We should have regular exercise and enough sleep and relaxion .Beside that practice good study skills like planning a time table and working group. A time table make us allocate enough time and effort for each subject.More stressful situations are only temporary and they get sorted out eventually.However .If you find that you cannot handle them then it is better for you to get advice.It may help to talk to your councelling teachers or others.As student ,it is normal to feel stressed.It is how we can handle stress that matters.
