Hi..I would like to talk about the world's fattest teenager.

Georgia Davis weighs 210 kg at just 15 years of age, which makes her the world's fattest teenager.
Georgia began over-eating when she was five years old and her father had just died. She kept on stuffing her face and today she can't take more than 2 steps without having to stop and catch her breath. She can't sleep in a normal bed because, well she simply can't get in or out of it and she recently got banned from the school cafeteria for the simple reason that she just ate too much.
"It's like a drug. Some people choose heroin but I've chosen food and it's killing me. Doctors have told me I could drop dead at any moment." says Georgia Davis. To prevent this the 15-year-old will have to take a trip to the US and join a fat-camp and attempt to loose over 100 kg in six months.
Georgia's daily diet includes 2 loafs of bread, an entire chocolate cake, 2 plates of chips, 7 sandwiches, a gallon of soda, lasagna and many more. Her calorie intake is 14,000 calories a day while a normal 15 year-old takes in 2000 calories.

That amazing right??

Human activity is the main cause of deforestation, usually tied to economic development, increasing consumption rates – in both developed and developing countries – and extractive industries such as logging.

Jungles are burned and cleared for farming and ranching, or for plantations to produce biofuel crops. Cities and villages expand, prompting industrial development that supplants forests. Loggers extract more trees than the forest can reproduce, destroying ecosystems and leaving roads that invite other exploitative forces.

The loss is irreplaceable. Tropical forests are home to more than half of all species on Earth, and their destruction means the extinction of countless plant and wildlife species, many still unknown to science.

Forests also are important ecosystems in the balance of nature, providing a multitude of resources and services essential to all people. Destruction of habitat and resources forces people to move elsewhere for food, shelter and jobs, leading to greater poverty and social instability.

In addition, burning and clearing tropical forests emits at least 20 percent of the greenhouse gases that cause climate change, more than all the world’s cars, trucks, and airplanes combined. If left intact, these tropical forests are reservoirs of massive amounts of carbon.

Hai! Lets we continue for others several ways to be a good friend...If your friend is going through a crisis, don't tell them everything is going to be all right if it's not going to be. This goes right along with keeping it real. It's hard not to say this sometimes, but false reassurance can often be worse than none, and it may undermine your friend's ability to get through the crisis as well as they might. Instead, tell your friend that whatever they need, you are there for them. If they need to talk, talk; if they need to sit quietly, sit with them; if they need to get their mind off things, take them to a movie or concert. Give them a hug. You are friends, not strangers, after all. Just stay honest, but upbeat and positive. Even a stranger would most probably appreciate it. Besides that, give advice, add perspective. Don't judge your friend, but do advise to stay out of situations where they may harm themselves or others. Tell him/her how you perceive his/her situation, and what you might do in the same circumstances. Don't be offended if they listen to your advice and then decide to ignore it. Your friend must make his or her own decisions. Avoid saying "You should...".You also have to give your friend space. Understand if he/she wants to be alone or hang out with other people. Allow it to happen. There's no need to become clingy or needy. Allowing one another the time to hang with other friends gives you much-needed breathing room, and allows you to come together fresh and appreciating each other even more. In the next entry I will continue for others tips!

Is family planning important?
My answer to this question is a definite yes!
When a man and woman settle down and start having children without considering what sort of life they and the children will have, they are behaving very irresponsibly. Often the result of such irresponsibility is a family that will undergo a lot of hardship. Moreover, the future of these children is not bright. Without proper upbringing many of them will end up on the wrong side of the law. On the whole I will say that a planned family of about two or three children is best. The children have a chance of a happy childhood. The likelihood is that they will grow up to be a good responsible citizens too. In a large unplanned family the parents have not enough time to bring the children up properly. Besides having a difficult childhood, the chances of growing up into wrong company is very real indeed. Consequently they suffer the rest of their lives. The signs are obvious. A planned family has a much better chance of being a happy one. An unplanned one has virtually no chance at all.

Hi. I share about how to choose a kiwi in my second entry. So,today I want to talk about the benefits of eating kiwi.
1. Kiwifruit reduces asthma and respiratory symptoms. This is because kiwi is high in Vitamin C. In fact, it contains more Vitamin C than the same amount of orange.
2. Eating kiwi increases healing and skin health. Kiwifruit is rich in Vitamin E. Vitamin E promotes healthy skin and speeds healing times for injuries, diseases, and overall immune system functions.
3. Kiwi is high in fiber. As a result, kiwifruit helps control blood sugar, lower cholesterol levels, reduce risks of heart disease and heart attack, and also removes toxins from the colon. This, in turn, reduces risks of colon cancer and also helps the body remove harmful substances more quickly.
4. Finally, kiwifruit is a good source of potassium, magnesium, phosphorous, and copper.
In my next entry I will talk about chocolate.

I will continue the entry about waus. The waus or giant kites are also from the east coast. They are used as decorative pieces or in competitions. They come in all shapes and sizes but in the state of Kelantan, they make their kites to stay as close to the traditional patterns as possible. The kites are hand-drawn and are decorated with colorful paper and strands of thread. Sometimes a bow-shaped device is attached to the kite to give it a high pitched humming sound when flown. It takes weeks to make and decorate a kite. The most popular wau is the Wau Bulan or Moon Kite, named because its tail resembles a cresent moon. Our Malaysian Airlines has adopted the wau bulan as its logo.

KLIA is one of Malaysia trademark. KLIA is four stars airport. Many facilities we can found there. KLIA is a unique airport because it has within its boundaries all that are needed for business, entertainment and relaxation. The airport is part and parcel of the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) where placements of high technology industries are being actively pursued.

KLIA is surrounded by four main cities -Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, Seremban and Malacca. The airport is a catchments area and offers exciting opportunities for businesses. Every effort has been made to create a homely airport with a serene environment.

The Main Terminal Building area was designed using the concept of 'Airport in the forest, forest in the airport', in which it is surrounded by green space. This was done with the co-operation of the Forest Research Institute of Malaysia. An entire section of rain forest was transplanted from the jungle and placed in the Satellite Building.

For car racing enthusiasts, a Formula One racetrack is located near the airport and the Malaysian Formula One Grand Prix is scheduled in March every year. The track also caters for an array of other activities throughout the year, including motorcycle and rally racing.

Plant

Plants are living organisms belonging to the kingdom Plantae. They include familiar organisms such as trees, herbs, bushes, grasses, vines, ferns, mosses, and green algae. About 350,000 species of plants, defined as seed plants, bryophytes, ferns and fern allies, are estimated to exist currently. As of 2004, some 287,655 species had been identified, of which 258,650 are flowering and 18,000 bryophytes. Green plants, sometimes called metaphytes or viridiplantae, obtain most of their energy from sunlight via a process called photosynthesis. Aristotle divided all living things between plants (which generally do not move), and animals (which often are mobile to catch their food). In Linnaeus' system, these became the Kingdoms Vegetabilia (later Metaphyta or Plantae) and Animalia (also called Metazoa). Since then, it has become clear that the Plantae as originally defined included several unrelated groups, and the fungi and several groups of algae were removed to new kingdoms. However, these are still often considered plants in many contexts, both technical and popular.
When the name Plantae or plants is applied to a specific taxon, it is usually referring to one of three concepts. From smallest to largest in inclusiveness, these three groupings are:
• Land plants, also known as Embryophyta or Metaphyta. As the narrowest of plant categories, this is further delineated below.
• Green plants - also known as Viridiplantae, Viridiphyta or Chlorobionta - comprise the above Embryophytes, Charophyta (stoneworts), and Chlorophyta (green algae such as sea lettuce). It is this clade which is mainly the subject of this article.
• Archaeplastida - also known as Plantae sensu lato, Plastida or Primoplantae - comprises the green plants above, as well as Rhodophyta (red algae) and Glaucophyta (simple glaucophyte algae). As the broadest plant clade, this comprises most of the eukaryotes that eons ago acquired their chloroplasts directly by engulfing cyanobacteria.
Informally, other creatures that carry out photosynthesis are called plants as well, but they do not constitute a formal taxon and represent species that are not closely related to true plants. There are around 375,000 species of plants, and each year more are found and described by science.

Mobile Phone Have Virus?

Mobile phones nowadays are functioning more and more like computers therefore it is not surprising that virus writers have them in sights. The newest smart phones especially those with Bluetooth, Microsoft and Symbian software are the most likely targets of high tech viruses. These viruses can get control of your phone. Besides that, it can also call toll numbers and record your password. Therefore, we must take some precautions to stop these viruses from spreading.

Here are the precautions:
• Make your Bluetooth invisible by going to the menu and setting it on “hidden” mode.
• Delete all unsolicited messages without opening them.
• Always say “no” if your phone ask to install a program that you are not familiar with.

Plurk is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that allows users to send updates through short messages or links, which can be up to 140 text characters in length.
Updates are then shown on the user's home page using a timeline which lists all the updates received in chronological order, and delivered to other users who have signed up to receive them. It also can be as an online diary for a person since they can write their opinion or schedule online.
Plurk was developed by and envisioned as a communication medium meant to form a balance between blogs and social networks, and between e-mail messaging and instant messaging. After months of development, Plurk was launched on May 2008
Users can post new messages with optional 'qualifiers', which are one-word verbs used to represent a thought for example; feels, thinks, loves, say, is and hates. There are also advanced features such as sending updates only to a subset of your friends, posting updates on events earlier in the day, and sharing images, videos, and other media.
Plurk also supports group conversations between friends and allows usage of emoticons together with the usual text micro-blogging. Emoticons given is always depends on user karma. Different karma level will have different emoticons.
I’d register for plurk on August last year and it was very fun. It will be more fun if we had many friends there. So, visit my plurk at http://www.plurk.com/key_finder and join us.

For this entry I would like to share about ghost. Are you scared a ghost? For your information, ghost are reported to haunt particular locations that they were associated with in life or at time of death. Also related is the concept of a fetch, the visible ghost or spirit of a person yet alive, a notion widespread in shamanistic cultures. The word "ghost" may also refer to any spirit or demon. Sound is thought to be another cause of supposed sightings. Frequencies lower than 20 hertz are called infrasound and are normally inaudible have concluded that infrasound can cause humans to experience bizarre feelings in a room, such as anxiety, extreme sorrow, a feeling of being watched, or even the chills. Reports of ghosts "seen out of the corner of the eye" may be accounted for by the sensitivity of human peripheral vision.Reports of ghosts "seen out of the corner of the eye" may be accounted for by the sensitivity of human peripheral vision.

Do you have peanut allergy???
When you think of allergies, you might picture lots of sneezing and loads of runny noses. But unlike a mild allergy to spring flowers, a nut or peanut allergy can cause difficulty breathing and other very serious health problems. That's why it's very important for someone with a nut or peanut allergy to avoid eating nuts and peanuts, which can be tough because they're in lots of foods.
Peanut allergy is a type of food allergy distinct from nut allergies. It is a hypersensitivity to dietary substances from peanuts causing an overreaction of the immune system. This peanut allergy only happens in a small percentage of people. There is no special medicine for nut or peanut allergies and most people don't outgrow them. The best treatment is simply to avoid the nut. But I had read an article that exposing children with peanut allergies to a carefully administered daily oral dose of peanuts helped them build tolerance to the point where some of them appear to have lost their allergies.
So if you find out you have a nut or peanut allergy, don't be shy about it. It's important to tell your friends, family, coaches, and teachers at school. The more people who know, the better off you are because they can help you stay away from the nut that causes you problems.

WHY IS THE SKY BLUE?

The atmosphere is the mixture of gas molecules and other materials surrounding the earth. It is made mostly of the gases nitrogen (78%), and oxygen (21%). Argon gas and water (in the form of vapor, droplets and ice crystals) are the next most common things. There are also small amounts of other gases, plus many small solid particles, like dust, soot and ashes, pollen, and salt from the oceans.
The blue color of the sky is due to Rayleigh scattering. As light moves through the atmosphere, most of the longer wavelengths pass straight through. Little of the red, orange and yellow light is affected by the air. However, much of the shorter wavelength light is absorbed by the gas molecules. The absorbed blue light is then radiated in different directions. It gets scattered all around the sky. Whichever direction you look, some of this scattered blue light reaches you. Since you see the blue light from everywhere overhead, the sky looks blue. As you look closer to the horizon, the sky appears much paler in color. To reach you, the scattered blue light must pass through more air. Some of it gets scattered away again in other directions. Less blue light reaches your eyes. The color of the sky near the horizon appears paler or white.

When it comes about robot what are you think about? For me, I will automatically thuoght Japan. It is because in Japan the robotics is famous there. Recently, Japanese electronics giant Toshiba introducing the prototype housekeeping robot ApriAttenda at the company’s laboratory in Kasawaki, Kanagawa prefecture, suburban Tokyo. The robot has wire-controlled hands with three fingers and small CCD cameras in its palms. The one-metre-tall robot can even grow 0.3m taller to reach higher places. What a robotics mind people of Japan have, everything is related to robotics. This show that people in Japan are more develop and modern with their robotics minded.

assalamualaikum and hai..like my other post, i will continue telling about the animals...for this entry, i will story about baboon, one of the mammals..

With large heads and long, naked, doglike muzzles, baboons are the largest members of the monkey family...the two most common baboons live in East Africa which are the olive baboon and the yellow baboon..considered Old World monkeys due to their nose shape and lack of tails, these animals live in large, multi-male troops...members are close with a large part of their day taken up by grooming each other...

The muscles in a baboon's cheek are only weakly held together, which allows tissue to expand far beyond the capacity of a normal cheek...when a baboon forces a lot of food into its mouth, it forms a pouch with its cheek, allowing the baboon to gather food quickly or to hide food from predators...

A baboon's sight and hearing are acute...the amber eyes see in full color and the pointed ears are angled forward when a noise is heard...a baboon's impressive canines can grow as long as 2 inches or about as long as a lion's canines...these large pointed teeth are found in both sexes, but are especially prominent in males, which they use for intimidation...

Assalamualaikum.....this comment i want to give a tip how to be yourself.....There's a difference between being yourself and being rude. You might have your opinions, dreams, and preferences, but so does everyone else. You shouldn't disrespect people who disagree with you; they have the privilege of being themselves just as you do. Conversely, don't agree with something you honestly don't think is right; just don't try to force your opinions on other people. If fads or trends strike your fancy, don't avoid them! Being yourself is all about reflecting who you are inside in what you do, and what you like is what you like, no matter how trendy it is (or not trendy, for that matter)!.As the famous song goes, "Life's not worth a darn until you can say, I am what I am." When you can sincerely say it, you will know that you can be yourself.Even if you are interested in something that doesn't interest most people, don't be afraid or hide it; stand up and show your true inner self. People will know how confident you are. Don't worry about anything but being yourself and living life to the fullest! If you have a habit that helps you escape your worries, e.g gaming or browsing the internet, stop going and face yourself and your insecurities.
In some cases, reducing Internet dependency might help you feel more "connected" to yourself. It may be easier to nurture your individuality without the perpetual distractions of the Internet. Try not going online for a while, and if this leads you to start feeling better about yourself, then you may want to consider replacing all the excess time you spend on the Internet with offline activities, such as hobbies or clubs.

Babysitting is the practice of temporarily caring for a child on behalf of the child's parents. Babysitting is commonly performed as an odd job by teenagers for extra money, stereotypically, but not necessarily, girls. Babysitting can be quite lucrative in some countries, but rates vary considerably according to the location. According to Runzheimer International's Mobility Report, average hourly rates in September 2005 in the United States of America are $6.04. In New York City, the average is $11.08, whereas in some places in the U.S., the average is $2.90.Babysitters are often employed on Friday and Saturday nights when parents wish to go out. A babysitter is distinguished from a nanny by the term of employment; while some parents may have a regular babysitter they can call on at need, the sitter is normally contracted one night at a time, while a nanny is employed over an extended period of time.

Liquid Diets
Losing weight with minimal effort sounds like a win-win situation. With ads promising that you can drink your way to a slimmer figure and detoxify your body to boot, liquid diets sound too good to be true -- and often, they are.
What Are Liquid Diets?
Liquid diets control calorie intake by restricting what you eat to mostly or all liquids. How they work varies from product to product. Some liquid diets are fluid only -- juices or shakes that replace all of your meals, three or four times a day. These programs are either do-it-yourself options sold over the counter, or medically supervised plans available only through doctors' offices or hospitals.
Other types of liquid diets replace just one or two meals (usually breakfast and lunch) with drinks, but let you eat a healthy, balanced dinner. These diets may also include snack bars for in-between meals.
Do Liquid Diets Really Work?
Liquid diets contain a reduced -- and often significantly reduced -- number of calories. If you eat fewer calories than you burn off, you will lose weight. However, that weight loss may be short-lived. When you drastically reduce the amount of calories you consume, your metabolism slows to conserve energy. Unless you change your eating habits, you'll gain back the weight as soon as you return to your old diet.
Some liquid diets work better over the long term than others. Researchers have found that diets that include both food and liquids can help overweight people control the number of calories they eat with liquid meals and help keep the weight off for several years.
As for the claim by some liquid diets that they can 'detoxify' the system by cleansing it of impurities, there is no evidence to prove it. "The body is a very sophisticated machine that has its own system of detoxifying through the liver and sweat," says Andrea Giancoli, a registered dietitian and spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association.

What are you really know about PMS?
Now I will tell you about that from what I am read. PMS stands for premenstrual syndrome. It is a syndrome that affects about 20 to 90 percent of all women who menstruate. The syndrome varies in severity and in symptoms from woman to woman and from month to month. The body of a woman menstruating has cycles every month. The symptoms that make up PMS are believed to be due to hormonal changes each month, the levels that of estrogens and progesterone and fluctuate.

Symptoms of PMS include but are not limited to: headaches, body aches, tender breasts, bloating, swelling, abdominal pain and cramping, fatigue, irritability, anxiety, depression, moodiness. PMS usually occurs several days to a week before a woman's period starts. The controversy comes in because some women use the PMS excuse as a joke or excuse for being moody at any given time. Also our male counterparts use the term loosely as a joke just as often.

Some things you can do to prevent PMS or at least reduce its symptoms each month. Wearing a supportive bra will help support tender breasts. Get plenty of rest. Eat a well balanced diet. Stay away from salt, sugar, caffeine and alcohol. This will alleviate the bloating and swelling and some of the tender points. Take over the counter analgesics (pain relievers), like Tylenol. Don't take aspirin or aspirin products while on your period, as this can make your bleeding heavier. Exercise regularly. Exercise helps release endorphins which are natural pain relievers and help boost mood. Let your family know what happens every month and that it is not their fault and that you love them and you will be okay! If depression is severe or prolonged, hormonal therapy, antidepressants, or antianxiety medication may be necessary. See your doctor if necessary.

Sun, air and water are the prime factors which decide man’s destiny. From the three of the prime factors, water is the most important of all. Thomas Fuller once said “We do not know the worth of water till the well runs dry”. All life depends for existence on water, apart from sunlight and the air. People have been known to live for a considerable period without consuming any food but only taking in water. This statement can be proven by see this situation, the adventurers in the deserts crawl on the vast stretches of dry sand, gasping for water. As soon as they drink water they acquire new strength to continue their journey. Three quarters of the earth’s surface is water, and water exists below the ground and surface of the earth. So, drink more water after this ok?

I am writing a brief comment on botox. I've heard from my mum that it originated from a rat poison. If so, why people sacrifice their health to do such thing? Undergoing skin tightening surgery would've been better instead of injecting a poison to your face, and paralysing the wrinkles. Even doctors are not confident about the side-effects of botox.
