Assalamualaikum~

After watching the movie Twilight I wasn't going to read the books. I don't like being part of all the latest fads and the latest “things”. I went to the movie because I was invited. I probably wouldn't have seen it yet, except for my friend is always inviting me places and I love to do things with her. Still I loved the movie, but that was going to be it... I wasn't going any further with this craze... then my friend borrowed the book from the library. I saw it sitting on her desk one morning and I was bored so I started reading it. Five pages later I didn't want to put it down. About a week later I had finished all four books by listening to them on my mp3 player. No wonder it became a craze, I couldn't put it down. I had to go all the way because it was all I could think about. It was one of the most engrossing stories I've ever been a part of.

Hai! This is the last session for the tips to be a good friends...You have to live by the golden rule. Always treat a friend as you would want to be treated. If you don't there will be repercussions. Don't do or say anything to them that you wouldn't want done to you. Be there for them through thick and thin as long as they are a TRUE friend to you. Also learn to forgive, and apologize. Dont be a brat! Finally, Don't taunt your friend with candy.Do not offer everyone candy in the room and leave out your friend, even if your friend told you not to give him/her candy for 2 months.... La'Teria! (and also, don't cary around a bag of easter pastel M&M's....I knows we are not perfect person. Sometimes we will do somethings that hurt our friends heart either we realize or not. So, to be a good friend we must understand each other and control our emotion. Don't be selfish and the most important is to be patient!!! The most strong person is the person that could control their emotion....

Today, I would like to teach you how to shop wisely. All of us, except for some very few, use money to buy what we need in this world. We do shopping in various places. Sometimes we are satisfied with what we buy. Sometimes thought we do not get our money’s worth and we feel cheated. To avoid being cheated we have to know how to shop wisely. To shop wisely simply means not wasting our money on useless goods. Buy only the things that you want. It is good practice to check the price of the goods first. Next the expiry date of perishable goods should be checked. Other than that, the condition of the goods that we want to buy should be checked. Finally we should only buy what we need. All too often we are taken in by attractive sales gimmick and buy things we never use. This is sheer waste of money.

Wat we understand about blog? We are very familiar to blog format? Many of us now how to create their own blog. A blog (weblog) is a type of website, usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video. Entries are commonly displayed in reverse-chronological order. Many blogs provide commentary or news on a particular subject; others function as more personal online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, Web pages, and other media related to its topic. The ability for readers to leave comments in an interactive format is an important part of many blogs. Most blogs are primarily textual, although some focus on art (artlog), photographs (photoblog), sketches (sketchblog), videos (vlog), music (MP3 blog), audio (podcasting), which are part of a wider network of social media. Micro-blogging is another type of blogging, one which consists of blogs with very short posts. As of December 2007, blog search engine Technocratic was tracking more than 112 million blogs.[1] With the advent of video blogging, the word blog has taken on an even looser meaning — that of any bit of media wherein the subject expresses his opinion or simply talks about something

Foods that Build Bones
1. Alaskan king crab
High in protein and low in fat, the sweet flesh of the king crab is spiked with zinc—a whopping 7 milligrams per 3.5-ounce serving.Zinc is an antioxidant, but more important, it helps support healthy bone mass and immune function.
2. Bok choy
Bok choy is rich in bone-building calcium, as well as vitamins A and C, folic acid, iron, beta-carotene, and potassium.Potassium keeps your muscles and nerves in check while lowering your blood pressure, and research suggests that beta-carotene can reduce the risk of both lung and bladder cancers, as well as macular degeneration.
3.Oysters
Shellfish, in general, is an excellent source of zinc, calcium, copper, iodine, iron, potassium, and selenium. The creamy flesh of oysters stands apart for its ability to elevate testosterone levels and protect against prostate cancer.
4. Kiwis
This fuzzy fruit is high in bone-protecting potassium. They're also rich in vitamin C and lutein, a carotenoid that can help reduce the risk of heart disease.
5. Broccoli
One cup of broccoli contains a hearty dose of calcium, as well as manganese, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, and iron. And that's in addition to its high concentration of vitamins—including A, C, and K—and the phytonutrient sulforaphane which has powerful anticancer properties.

Rock music

Rock music is a loosely defined genre of popular music that entered the mainstream in the mid 1950's. It has its roots in 1940s and 1950s rhythm and blues, country music and other influences. In addition, rock music drew on a number of other musical influences, including folk music, jazz, and classical music.
The sound of rock often revolves around the electric guitar or acoustic guitar, and it uses a strong back beat laid down by a rhythm section of electric bass guitar, drums, and keyboard instruments such as organ, piano, or, since the 1970s, synthesizers. Along with the guitar or keyboards, saxophone and blues-style harmonica are sometimes used as soloing instruments. In its "purest form", it "has three chords, a strong, persistent back beat, and a catchy melody."
In the late 1960s and early 1970s, rock music developed different subgenres. When it was blended with folk music it created folk rock, with blues to create blues-rock and with jazz, to create jazz-rock fusion. In the 1970s, rock incorporated influences from soul, funk, and latin music. Also in the 1970s, rock developed a number of subgenres, such as soft rock, glam rock, heavy metal, hard rock, progressive rock, and punk rock. Rock subgenres that emerged in the 1980s included New Wave, hardcore punk and alternative rock. In the 1990s, rock subgenres included grunge, Britpop, indie rock, and nu metal.
A group of musicians specializing in rock music is called a rock band or rock group. Many rock groups consist of an electric guitarist, lead singer, bass guitarist, and a drummer, forming a quartet. Some groups omit one or more of these roles and/or utilize a lead singer who plays an instrument while singing, sometimes forming a trio or duo; others include additional musicians such as one or two rhythm guitarists and/or a keyboardist. More rarely, groups also utilize stringed instruments such as violins or cellos, or horn sections of saxophones, trumpets or trombones.

Five Steps to get a 5-Star Body

1. Sleeping is essential. Try to sleep 7-9 hours each night. This is because having enough sleep can help you lose weight. In a study of more than 68,000 women, those who slept seven hours a night weighed 5.5 pounds less than women who slept five hours or less. Sufficient sleep encourages your body to make more of the fullness hormone leptin and less of the hunger hormone ghrelin, so you will not be as hungry. Besides that, snoozing can also curb anxiety and depression, both of which can lead to emotional eating.

2. Exercising can also help you lose weight. Moreover, it can also curb cravings, help you live longer, reduce stress and undo some of the damage of eating fatty foods. Therefore, try exercising for 30 minutes a day.

3. Eat right but don’t need to count the calories. So, try having yogurt with berries rather than a muffin at breakfast, have a salad with tofu for lunch and choose salmon over steak at dinner, then skip the ice cream late at night. In this way, you can eat healthy and have delicious, filling and satisfying meals.

4. Stretching can help you increase your overall range of motion, therefore making exercise seem less difficult. So, try doing yoga or pilates and let your muscles stretch.

5. Talking yourself up carries over to other areas of your life. Not only will you feel more confident, but research shows you will also get sick about 30 percent less frequently, stave off emotional eating and reduce your cancer risk.

These are simple steps to follow. So, what are you waiting for? Try it now!

WATERMELON
I likes watermelon. So today I want to talk about the watermelon.

1. Look the watermelon over. Look for a firm, symmetrical watermelon free from bruises, cuts or dents.
2. Lift it up.The watermelon should be heavy for its size. Watermelon is 92% water.
3. Turn it over. The underside of the watermelon should have a creamy yellow spot showing where it sat on the ground and ripened in the sun.
4. Handle your whole watermelon gently to avoid bruising the fruit.
5. Cut the flesh from the rind, and cut into 1-inch cubes. Place in covered container and refrigerate immediately. Keep cut watermelon refrigerated until consumed, up to 3-4 days.
6. Hit it like a drum. It should sound hollow.
7. Check the yellow underside. The bigger and more clearly defined it is, the longer the watermelon has been on the ground, and on the vine ripening. Ripe = Sweet

assalamualaikum and haiii to everyone..it is reptiles time..hehe..i would like to tell you about the turtle..have you ever been watching 'Ninja Turtle'??interesting right??i love the story..the story was based on this creatures of reptiles...

Turtles came into being about 200 million years ago and have evolved little since then...all turtles lay their eggs on land, even if the water is where they'd rather be...

The turtle's most distinctive characteristic is the large shell that protects the soft body...shells come in different shapes and textures depending on the lifestyle of the turtle...those living on land have hard, high-domed shells that are difficult to penetrate..turtles living in water tend to have more streamlined, smoother shells for easier mobility through the currents..

Famously slow movers, most turtles will wait until their food inadvertently swims or walks within snapping distance...most are herbivores and graze on grass, plants, bushes and shrubs, although they will also eat small animals or insects that happen to be mixed with their food..

How to become a happier woman??? I had read an article the secrets to being a happier woman. Nowadays, everyone life become more complicated and busy. So, being happy and reaching a place of well-being is a challenge we all face. Fundamentally, being happy is a state of mind as much as it is a state of being. There are 5 things to focus on. First, get back in your body and out of your head. There are so many struggles and uncertainty we live with right now, puts us in our heads, in anxiety for most hours of the day. So, we should find anything such as dancing, walking, jumping or bodywork that can make us feels relaxes and has you connect with your body again. Next, you should allow yourself to be human. Many women are very attached to being perfect, of appearing to be control. Pretending these hurt, anger or disappointment and shame emotion don't exist is not a healthy option. Thirdly, you should focus on you being happy and do what you really want. You should start with remembering the little things that make you happier daily. Fourth, we must start with ourselves that the world needs gentleness. A key to being a happier woman is to start with your inner dialogue, and really focus on what you say when you look at yourself in the mirror. Lastly, you should be completely okay with making mistakes and not being right. So, at here I hope every woman can become a happier woman.

Poem???
Who like poem? Me. I not only like to read, but also like to write. Just to express my feelings through it. For me, poem is the best way yo express our feelings secretly. When I write a poem, I will use uncommon word so the poem will sound better and leave a lot of mysterious.
I don’t know when I started write a poem, but as I can remember I always read a poem from my sister book. When I was 11, I’d read form 4 poem and literature and since then, I like to read them. At first, I just like to read but I can’t understand what is behind all the metaphors or personifications words. When I’m at secondary school, I started to learn literature in English as well as in Bahasa. Since then, when I read the poem, I feel like I’m in those poems too. And, when I’m 15, I’m actually producing my own poem. But of course, it is for my personal collection. There is one poem that I like the most; If by Rudyard Kipling. I read this poem during my secondary school. There is one sentence there which is not actually, but some kind, give influenced in my life.

Hi all!!...Today I want to share about rainbow. Do you like see a rainbow? A rainbow is an optical and meteorological phenomenon that causes a spectrum of light to appear in the sky when the Sun shines onto droplets of moisture in the Earth's atmosphere. A rainbow spans a continuous spectrum of colours is Newton's sevenfold red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. Rainbows can be caused by other forms of water than rain, including mist, spray, and dew. Rainbows can be observed whenever there are water drops in the air and sunlight shining from behind a person at a low altitude angle (on the ground). The rainbow effect is also commonly seen near waterfalls or fountains. The effect can also be artificially created by dispersing water droplets into the air during a sunny day.

I will continue wit a new traditional games,Berambit (sickles) game is played by teams of three and have the same weight categories as the above game. Two competitors sit facing each other on the floor, with legs out stretched. The soles of their feet are separated by a block of wood and their arms are also out stretched, gripping onto a wooden bobbin. A line is drawn between the two men. The object of the game is to force the opponent's elbows beyond the line, by strong tugging. The team that wins in at least two categories are the champions.

Kuit is a one simple game but very entertaining game, played with a broad band of a coconut shell cut from its mid section. Each team consists of three players, and they are expected to show their skills in different ways of moving the shell. One way is by kicking it backwards using the heel and also kicking it forward. The kuit can be picked up and thrown or be made to bounce several times while moving towards a target. The most difficult manouver involves bending the body backwards like doing the limbo, and trying to touch your opponent's shell with yours. Broken shell are allowed to be replaced!

Indie rock is alternative rock that most notably exists in the independent underground music scene. It primarily refers to rock musicians that are or were unsigned, or have signed to independent record labels, rather than major record labels. Genres or subgenres often associated with indie rock include lo-fi, post-rock, sadcore, C86, and math rock, to list but a few; other related (and sometimes overlapping) categories include shoegazing and indie pop. Indie rock artists place a premium on maintaining complete control of their music and careers, releasing albums on independent record labels (sometimes their own) and relying on touring, word-of-mouth, and airplay on independent or college radio stations for promotion. Some end up moving to major labels, often on favorable terms won by their prior independent success.

Standing at just 2ft 5in high, He Pingping, from China, has been officially named the smallest man in the world.
Svetlana Pankratova, meanwhile, owns the longest legs in the world, which stretch to 132cm.

Mr Pingping barely came up to Ms Pankratova's knees at a bizarre photoshoot held to mark the launch of the new Guinness Book of World Records.
But the pair seemed rather happy in each other's company as they posed for photos on Trafalgar Square's steps in central London.
In January 2007, Mr Pingping was invited to take part on a television programme in Tokyo, and has since become somewhat of an icon.
It is rumoured he is now so protective of his image, he refuses to have his photo taken unless he is paid a substantial fee.
While Ms Pankratova might have the longest legs in the world, she is not the tallest.
Last month, Sandy Allen, at 7ft 7in, recognized as the world's tallest woman, died aged 53.
In July 2007, Pingping, an internet phenomenon, met with the world's tallest man Bao Xishun.
Earlier this month, it was revealed the midget who shot to fame as the world's smallest bodybuilder had been snapped up by a leading US talent agent and was bound for Hollywood.
Chuck Harris, who represents over 10,000 of the world's most unusual acts, is convinced Aditya "Romeo" Dev is capable of becoming one Tinseltown's biggest stars.

hello everyone....now the final is near..must we a busy to a sudy and finish our project..when busy it can be a strees and then be bad mood....So here i want give ways to lift a bad mood.A bad mood not only gives you a gloomy outlook, it also lowers your immune function, leading the way to illness. Here are some suggestions to lift your mood, your spirit, and your health:

1. A Laughing Matter.
laughter and joy boost immune functions, especially the production of the natural killer cells that help defend the body from illness and cancer.Laughter also increases the release of endorphins that give you a sense of well-being in your brain.so read yor favourite comics, comidies ang laugh it...

2. Amino Acid for Restored Mindset.
When an imbalance or deficiency is creating a bad mood, the Europeans use supplements of a natural compound found in human cells to regulate mood and restore a healthy mindset.Take a supplement combining it with vitamins B6 and B12 to avoid it.

3. Hands-On Healing
Human touch increases the production of endorphins, growth hormone, and DHEA, all of which lengthen your life span and lower the negative impact of stress. Studies have found that patients who are regularly touched recover faster than those who are not touched. So give someone a hug and feel both of your moods improve.

5. Take a Bracing Breath
Breathing correctly is important for dispelling the toxins and wastes from your body; in fact, it is estimated that we expel only about 30 percent of toxins in our bodies through the bowels and bladder-the rest is all respiratory. Breathing is also a great way to clear your mind, boost your energy, and improve your mood. Practice deep, slow, rhythmic, breathing daily with mind-body disciplines such as tai chi, yoga, qigong, and meditation.

4.Feel Fine with Flowers
There is a reason that flowers are the traditional get-well gesture. Colorful flowers have a powerful influence on moods; they can uplift a patient's mood and even combat stress. One study found that during a five-minute typing assignment, people sitting next to a flowering bouquet were more relaxed than those who sat near foliage-only plants.

Hi, do you like to eat tofu? And do you know that tofu also can be one of anti-cancer source. Actually, tofu is made from soy. Soy contains several types of phytoestrogens- weak, non steroidal estrogens that could help prevent both breast and prostate cancer by blocking and suppressing cancerous changes. Genistein, one type of phytoestrogen, also lowers breast-cancer risk by inhibiting the growth of epithelial cells & new blood vessels that tumors require flourish.
Diet tips: Tofu is made by coagulating the protein in soybeans – much the way cheese is produced. While bland on its own, tofu absorbs other flavours when cooked, making it perfect for stir-fries, dips, and spreads, shakes, even cheesecake. It’s also a good high-protein substitute for meat, whole milk & mayonnaise.

Why does just about everything look darker when it gets wet? If you want to know the answer, you try to drop some water on your new cream-colored blouse and then you can see the result. The result is you can see a dark spot on your blouse. There are three ways to lose the true color of the garment. There are:

- Even a thin coating of water will force light coming towards the garment to refract within the water film. The available light is thus disbursed.

- The reflection on the surface of the water causes incoherent light scattering.

- A combination of the two points above ensures that there will be less light available on the surface of the jacket to reflect back to your eyes. Thus the spot will appear darker than the rest of the jacket that doesn’t have to compete with water in order to reflect light.

Mineral Water Can Help You Achieve Optimal Health
Most mineral waters include similar attributes that make them helpful in achieving optimal health.
• Mineral water is extremely helpful in replenishing not only water that is naturally lost from the body, but it also helps to balance electrolytes due to the fact that mineral water is full of electrolytes (minerals) which naturally dissolve in the water.
• Mineral water is also known to help combat bacteria and funguses
• Mineral water is consumed by many on a daily basis to help detoxify the body of potentially harmful substances. These substances are usually known as toxins and can affect the body negatively in many ways.
• Finally, many individuals that drink mineral water on a daily basis do so for its therapeutic properties. Many believe that mineral waters can reduce pain, aches and swelling due to the inflammation of muscles and joints. Others believe that mineral water can play a role in curing certain types of diseases and chronic conditions.

Global warming is the increase in the average temperature of the Earth's near-surface air and the oceans since the mid-twentieth century and its projected continuation. Global surface temperature increased 0.74 ± 0.18 °C (1.33 ± 0.32 °F) during the 100 years ending in 2005.The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) concludes that anthropogenic greenhouse gases are responsible for most of the observed temperature increase since the middle of the twentieth century, and that natural phenomena such as solar variation and volcanoes probably had a small warming effect from pre-industrial times to 1950 and a small cooling effect afterward. These basic conclusions have been endorsed by more than 40 scientific societies and academies of science, including all of the national academies of science of the major industrialized countries.

Climate model projections summarized in the latest IPCC report indicate that global surface temperature will likely rise a further 1.1 to 6.4 °C (2.0 to 11.5 °F) during the twenty-first century. The uncertainty in this estimate arises from the use of models with differing climate sensitivity, and the use of differing estimates of future greenhouse gas emissions. Some other uncertainties include how warming and related changes will vary from region to region around the globe. Most studies focus on the period up to 2100. However, warming is expected to continue beyond 2100, even if emissions stop, because of the large heat capacity of the oceans and the long lifetime of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

Increasing global temperature will cause sea levels to rise and will change the amount and pattern of precipitation, likely including expansion of subtropical deserts. The continuing retreat of glaciers, permafrost and sea ice is expected, with the Arctic region being particularly affected. Other likely effects include shrinkage of the Amazon rainforest and Boreal forests, increases in the intensity of extreme weather events, species extinctions and changes in agricultural yields.
