Obesity can be defined by a body-mass index exceeding 30 per cent. The body-mass index calculated by dividing a person's weight by the square of his height,in meters. Obesity is caused by an imbalance between energy intake and energy use. In the industrialized world,we tend to eat too much and exercise too little.
However,the likehood of getting fat under these conditions is not the same for everyone. A strategy for prevent of weight gain or weight lost should take into factors such as the individual's use on energy and diet habits.
Today I want to share about something that important to our life.It is time management.The good time management is the guide line for use time usefully.
There are a few strategies on using time.Firstly,make a plan for study time.You must ask yourself how long I can stay for each time to study? How long to spend our time for rest? We must ask ourself and use time correctly.
Secondly,make schedule weekly for a week and updates for the next week. I suggest all of you to spend about 30 minutes on Sunday night to review the activities for a week.It is the best time as the day start for a week.
Lastly,you must spend every evening to release your tension as you study a whole day.Make sure you spend your evening for jogging,walking and playing.This activities also can spend with our family.
Today,I want to talk about why money is important for me??
Well money is important in my life because as a student i have to pay a lot of money to attend school to aquire knowledge and without money I would not be able to aquire this knowledge.

Expectation commonly occurs between parents and children. Usually, parents always expect very excellent results from children nowadays. There’s a scenario where scoring only A’s in results is the way to go. There is the good and bad about it. These can cause the children to face mental stress and unhappiness. Striving for excellence must come from the individual itself. They have to work on it whole heartedly to succeed. Besides that parents should understand their children’s ability, strength and weaknesses. So, decision making in further education and future plans can be made accordingly. Only fulfilling parents’ wishes may not fulfill the kid’s dreams. It’ll be abandoned. This will cause a chain of not fulfilling each other’s ambition and expectation. Good morning everyone.... I wanted to share my experience about time management. Time management is so important for all the students,especially.As long as we are called student,the burden is always be there anytime.so that is why we really need to manage our time wisely.
We can manage our time by making a time-table so that we know what we supposed to do instead of lazying around with some unnecessary matters.
I just want to share with everybody about the experient be a facilitator for motivation programme,3 days 2 nights at Sekolah Menengah Bandar Maharani,Muar,Johore Darul Takzim.These program started on 6 march to 8 march.I just came back yesterday.This program is joined by 25 students(facilitators)from UMP,if i'm not mistaken.For the first time we reached the school,we are celebrated by the participants at the main enterance gate.These program speacially made for form three and form five student,they are about 140 participants it.Overall,the students of smkbm gave a positive feedback during the programme.Thank you.
it's kind of funny to see a whole lot of different people with different kind of attitude and thinking. personally, it's hard for me not to hate a person or some person that i might not know that well. sometimes i'm just being silly and stupid for hating them because of their styles and ways of carrying themselves. poor them..
have you ever heard of a word called 'kia su'? it came from a hokkien word and the meaning is 'afraid of losing'. man! i hate this type of person! there's no more other type of person beyond this stage that i hated. i'm not going to swear in here, but seriously, i hate this type of person! from my own understanding and perceptions and experiences, this type of person, they can't see other people succeed. they are so jealous of others but yet they rely on them.
for example, as students, it is our normality to sleep late at night. and it is also our norm to wake up late in the morning. especially in the weekends. and, as university students, we have room mates in our room. a whole bunch of them. and during weekends, we woke up late of course. but, this guy, he always keep an eye on another guy. if that guy is still sleeping, he will continue to sleep. but, if that guy wakes up and study, man! this guy will quickly wakes up and follow him. such a 'kia su'! god!

Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Memorial was established in memory of the late Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj. He was instrumental in achieving independence for our nation from the British. The memorial comprises of 3 buildings. 'The Residency' is the main building flanked by 2 newer blocks. 'The Residency' was his home and office which he occupied from 1956 to 1972. The memorial, which sits on on 3 hectares (7.5 acres) of landscaped garden, was officially opened on 10th November, 1994. It serves as a permanent custodian for all archival, museum and library materials belonging or relating to Tunku. Visitors and researchers are able to view the materials on display and also conduct research into the life and times of this statesman.That's all...

The first importance of time management is we know when to finish a work that has a due date. Then we can manage our time when to finish it and arrange our time to do another work. Next, we can discipline and motivate ourselves to do works that need our discipline and own initiative. Then we can finish the work right on time. People will believe in us and will give us their trust and ask us to handle big thing. This is because we know how to manage the things and we have our own discipline. “Expectation” it’s a common word in all lives. Sometimes expectation can make people’s life miserable when expectation gets way too high. Expectation commonly occurs between parents and children. Usually, parents always expect very excellent results from children nowadays. There’s a scenario where scoring only A’s in results is the way to go. There is the good and bad about it. These can cause the children to face mental stress and unhappiness. Striving for excellence must come from the individual itself. They have to work on it whole heartedly to succeed. Besides that parents should understand their children’s ability, strength and weaknesses. So, decision making in further education and future plans can be made accordingly. Only fulfilling parents’ wishes may not fulfill the kid’s dreams. It’ll be abandoned. This will cause a chain of not fulfilling each other’s ambition and expectation. I hope dear parents would be considerate and understanding in planning their children’s future. In my opinion, parents should merely guide them through rather than deciding for them. This will create a successful life path.

I just want to share with everybody about the experient be a facilitator for motivation programme,3 days 2 nights at Sekolah Menengah Bandar Maharani,Muar,Johore Darul Takzim.These program started on 6 march to 8 march.I just came back yesterday.This program is joined by 25 students(facilitators)from UMP,if i'm not mistaken.For the first time we reached the school,we are celebrated by the participants at the main enterance gate.These program speacially made for form three and form five student,they are about 140 participants it.Overall,the students of smkbm gave a positive feedback during the programme.Thank you.

it's kind of funny to see a whole lot of different people with different kind of attitude and thinking. personally, it's hard for me not to hate a person or some person that i might not know that well. sometimes i'm just being silly and stupid for hating them because of their styles and ways of carrying themselves. poor them..
have you ever heard of a word called 'kia su'? it came from a hokkien word and the meaning is 'afraid of losing'. man! i hate this type of person! there's no more other type of person beyond this stage that i hated. i'm not going to swear in here, but seriously, i hate this type of person! from my own understanding and perceptions and experiences, this type of person, they can't see other people succeed. they are so jealous of others but yet they rely on them.
for example, as students, it is our normality to sleep late at night. and it is also our norm to wake up late in the morning. especially in the weekends. and, as university students, we have room mates in our room. a whole bunch of them. and during weekends, we woke up late of course. but, this guy, he always keep an eye on another guy. if that guy is still sleeping, he will continue to sleep. but, if that guy wakes up and study, man! this guy will quickly wakes up and follow him. such a 'kia su'! god!

While i am i the former school, i always get chance to do the program and sometimes i comment about the program. and now i realize that all the program is the best for us. The Himalayas
The Himalayas is the youngest and the highest mountains in the world. It extends from the east borders of Myanmar to where the Indus divides it from the Hindukush and Karakoran ranges, covering a distance of about 2500 km in India. Mount Everest at a height of 8848m is the highest peak followed by the Kanchanjunga at 8598 m. The highest mountain wholly in India is the Nandadevi, at a height of a little less than 8000 m. Three great rivers of the world have their source in the Himalayas, namely the Ganga, the Indus, and the Brahmaputra.
Due to the changes in temperature as one climbs higher, there is a diverse range of flora and fauna making it a virtual heaven for naturalists. Plants and animals of the tropics are found up to 1000 m. from there to about 3000 m are the temperate region species and, above that comes the region of the Alpines. With height and change in temperature, the flora and fauna also change from the deodars to the azaleas to the pines and firs, from the tiger to the snow leopard, from the sparrows and cormorant to the snow partridge, snow cock, and snow pigeon.

This space ,i want to talk about Tunku Abdul Rahman Memorial. Do you know where the places of that? Actually, Tunku Abdul Rahman Memorial is located at Kuala Lumpur. Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Memorial was established in memory of the late Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj. He was instrumental in achieving independence for our nation from the British. The memorial comprises of 3 buildings. 'The Residency' is the main building flanked by 2 newer blocks. 'The Residency' was his home and office which he occupied from 1956 to 1972. The memorial, which sits on on 3 hectares (7.5 acres) of landscaped garden, was officially opened on 10th November, 1994. It serves as a permanent custodian for all archival, museum and library materials belonging or relating to Tunku. Visitors and researchers are able to view the materials on display and also conduct research into the life and times of this statesman.That's all...

PTA is very useful because it is raw material to produce polyester that to make plastic etc. PTA was developed by scientists in the USA. cost to build BP chemical(malaysia)at gebeng is about RM 1.2 billion. for safety, BP chemical(malaysia)have HSSE department or health,security, safety and environment department. it was handle by Work General Manager of BP chemical(malaysia).

so,here i want to share about what i have been read before i wrote this. it is about a journalist who are need to give a speech to children. when he gives a speech he was remember how he was when he was that ages.
a girls come and asking him to touch his arm.he so touch with that girls,,,a children who are sweet,innocents and disarmingly honest.she comes and gives curios on the picture in his journal.
then he begin to think,how this ages of the children will understand what he going to delivered before?? they does not know rather the speech are truth or not.what they see is not the the really one. some of them want to be a journalist too since they heard from him that be a journalist can meet famous people.
they does not know he was in overcoming his livelong phobia.
so, being a good presenter in public we must know what are we going to delivered and what kinds of the audiences.since then, i'm also in my way to overcome my phobia in public.

Todays,i want to talk about time managment.The Importance of Time Management we need to manage our time wisely. Time is very precious in our life. That’s why we need to appreciate every second of it. The most important is we know how to manage our time wisely. This is because we cannot turn back the time that have already passed. That’s why we need to minimize mistakes that we make.
The first importance of time management is we know when to finish a work that has a due date. Then we can manage our time when to finish it and arrange our time to do another work. Next, we can discipline and motivate ourselves to do works that need our discipline and own initiative. Then we can finish the work right on time.
People will believe in us and will give us their trust and ask us to handle big thing. This is because we know how to manage the things and we have our own discipline. Nescafe is one of my favorite instant coffees that always are with me every mid night during study. So my friends, today i would like to tell you about nescafe.
Nescafe made from Nestle is one of instant coffee. Nescafe comes in many forms of different products. Nestle coffee powdered product firstly introduced at Switzerland on 1 April 1938 after being developed for 7 years by Max Morgenthaler and team. Throughout the '50s and '60s, it was called Nescafé in its U.S. TV advertisement. In 2003, the company reintroduced the Nescafé brand, and the product is now known as Nescafé Taster's Choice. While the Nescafe brand was created for soluble coffee, it has subsequently been used as an general brand on a number of instant coffee products in the UK, such as 'Gold Blend' and 'Blend 37' freeze-dried coffees and some others countries such in Egypt, Iran Persia Republic of Macedonia and Turkey.
