How to be a friends with guys???(",)...So you want to become buddies...or become "one-of-the-guys," but you have a shy reputation? Here's how to instantly increase your guy popularity!
This are the tips:

-Start smiling! You gotta seem approachable to the guys.
-Sit next to them...this way they'll be more likely to start talking to you first.
-Strike up a conversation. If there is a particular guy you like...and you know he loves something, sports for example, watch the game on TV, or if he's a musician, look up a great song on iTunes to share with him.
-If they tease you, laugh along with them, or play it up with sarcasm. You can pretend to be mad at them, this can come off as "sibling-ly" conflict. Guys like it when a girl has a sense of humor.
-If you become close enough to share an inside joke, repeat it a few times, just to make sure they know you remember it...and that you find your conversations important.
-Make sure when you are around the guys, show your great personality and don't seem shy, guys have interest in girls that seem fun and crazy.
-If they strike a conversation with you, don't get scared, because guys usually won't put you on the spot or make you uncomfortable.
-Go ahead and ask them questions about school or how they are doing, and so on.
-Don't seem too desperate to get their attention!!!
-If the guy you are talking to has his friends around, it is a great opportunity to introduce yourself and start making more guy friends.

Accountancy or accounting is the system of recording, verifying, and reporting of the value of assets, liabilities, income, and expenses in the books of account (ledger) to which debit and credit entries (recognizing transactions) are chronologically posted to record changes in value (see bookkeeping). Such financial information is primarily used by lenders, managers, investors, tax authorities and other decision makers to make resource allocation decisions between and within companies, organizations, and public agencies. Accounting has been defined by the AICPA as " The art of recording, classifying, and summarizing in a significant manner and in terms of money, transactions and events which are, in part at least, of financial character, and interpreting the results thereof."

The word Accountant is derived from the French "Compter' which took its origin from the Latin "Computare". As a proof of its derivation the word was formerly written in English "Accomptant", but in process of time the word which was always pronounced by dropping the "p" became gradually changed both in pronunciation and in orthography to its present form. From the word Accountant the term Accountancy is derived.
Financial accounting is one branch of accounting and historically has involved processes by which financial information about a business is recorded, classified, summarized, interpreted, and communicated; for public companies, this information is generally publicly-accessible. By contrast management accounting information is used within an organization and is usually confidential and accessible only to a small group, mostly decision-makers. Open-book Accounting aims to improve accounting transparency. Tax Accounting is the accounting needed to comply with jurisdictional tax regulations. Accounting scholarship is the academic discipline which studies the theory of accountancy.

The related, but separate financial audit comprises internal and external audit. External audit - carried out by independent auditors - examines the financial statements and accounting records in order to express an opinion as to the truth and fairness and adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Internal audit aims at providing information for management usage, and is typically carried out by employees.

Natural rubber

Natural rubber is an elastomer—an elastic hydrocarbon polymer—that was originally derived from a milky colloidal suspension, or latex, found in the sap of some plants. The purified form of natural rubber is the chemical polyisoprene which can also be produced synthetically. Natural rubber is used extensively in many applications and products. The entropy model of rubber was developed in 1934 by Werner Kuhn.

Hi..I would like to talk a news about hair band.Beware when you are traveling to China , just try to be careful when you are buying hair bands down the road who knows what it is made from?? Be cautious of hair bands at open markets around the city too - they are probably from China since they are purchased in bulk very very cheap !!!! Take a good look before buying hair bands in future. These Hair bands were made from used condoms and threads. That was so disgusting, I would not want to use them!!

Used condoms are being recycled into hair bands in southern China threatening to spread sexually-transmittable diseases they were originally meant to prevent. In the latest example of potentially harmful Chinese-made products, rubber hair bands have been found in local markets and beauty salons in Dongguan and Guangzhou cities in southern Guangdong province. These cheap and colorful rubber bands and hair ties sell well but threatening the health of local people. Despite being recycled, the hair bands could still contain bacteria and viruses. People could be infected with AIDS or other diseases if they hold the rubber bands or strings in their mouths while waving their hair into plaits or buns. A bag of ten of the recycled bands sells for just 25 sen (three cents), much cheaper than others on the market, accounting for their popularity.
A government official was quoted as saying recycling condoms was illegal. China 's manufacturing industry has been repeatedly tarnished this year by a string of scandals involving shoddy or dangerous goods made for both domestic and foreign markets.
In response, it launched a public relations blitz this summer aimed at playing up efforts to strengthen monitoring systems.

Check your kids hair bands and make sure they do not put them in their mouth while trying to plait or tie their hair.

Detoxify for skin beauty

In Chinese medicine, it is believed that impurities in our bodies are expelled in many ways, one of which is through the skin, our largest elimination organ. Sometimes, these impurities become trapped and resulting pimples and other blemishes. These impurities come from environmental pollution, pesticides, preservatives in our food and a range of other toxins that age our skin. It is important to help the body cleanse itself so that toxins do not cause internal unbalance that shows up on your skin. Therefore, to detoxify your body, you can try having herbs that help detoxify the body which can be found in a formula called Internal Cleanse, available in most Chinese herb shops. It contains plant substances such as dandelion, chrysanthemum, peppermint, white mulberry and licorice, which support healthy liver and gall bladder function, the organs that play the largest role in detoxification and elimination so that the skin will not overburden.

assalamualaikum and hai to all...salamander is one of the amphibians in this world..let me explain more about it..

Salamanders come in a variety of colors and patterns, with bright colors usually a warning to predators that this menu item contains a lethal poison...

They have slender bodies, usually four legs of similar size, a small head, small eyes and a tail...in some species the tail detaches when attacked...the tail will continue to twitch, distracting the predator as the rest of the salamander makes its escape...

Some species of salamander make their home in water, while others are mainly terrestrial..those that make their home in water take in oxygen through large external gills...

When hunting, the salamander shoots its sticky tongue out of its mouth at prey along with the bone that its anchored to the hyoid bone...

April Fools' Day is coming!!! What do you know about April Fools’ Day???
April Fools' Day, sometimes called All Fools' Day is a notable day celebrated in many countries on April 1. April Fools' Day is observed throughout the Western world. The tradition eventually spread to England and Scotland in the eighteenth century. It was later introduced to the American colonies of both the English and French. April Fools’ Day thus developed into an international fun fest, so to speak, with different nationalities specializing in their own brand of humour at the expense of their friends and families. Practical jokes are a common practice on April Fools’ Day. Sometimes, elaborate practical jokes are played on friends or relatives that last the entire day. Nowadays the news media even gets involved. April Fools’ Day is a "for fun only" observance. Nobody is expected to buy gifts or to take their "significant other" out to eat in a fancy restaurant. Nobody gets off work or school. It's simply a fun little holiday, but a holiday on which one must remain forever vigilant.

Hello!!..For this entry I would like to share about antibiotic medicine. For you know it in common usage, an antibiotic is a substance or compound that kills or inhibits the growth of bacteria. Antibiotics belong to the group of antimicrobial compounds used to treat infections caused by microorganisms, including fungi and protozoa. The term "antibiotic" to describe any substance produced by a micro-organism that is antagonistic to the growth of other micro-organisms in high dilution. The environment of individual antibiotics varies with the location of the infection, the ability of the antibiotic to reach the infection site, and the ability of the microbe to inactivate or excrete the antibiotic. The bactericidal activity of antibiotics may be growth phase dependent and in most but not all cases action of many bactericidal antibiotics requires ongoing cell activity and cell division for the drugs' killing activity. Although antibiotics are generally considered safe and well tolerated, they have been associated with a wide range of adverse effects. Side effects are many, varied and can be very serious depending on the antibiotics used and the microbial organisms targeted. One of the more common side effects is diarrhoea, sometimes caused by the anaerobic bacterium. Other side effects can result from interaction with other drugs, such as elevated risk of tendon damage from administration of a quinolone antibiotic with a systemic corticosteroid.

A frail old man went to live with his son, daughter-in-law, and a four-year old grandson. The old man's hands trembled, his eyesight was blurred, and his step faltered. The family ate together nightly at the dinner table. But the elderly grandfather's shaky hands and failing sight made eating rather difficult. Peas rolled off his spoon onto the floor. When he grasped the glass often milk spilled on the tablecloth. The son and daughter-in-law became irritated with the mess. "We must do something about grandfather," said the son. I've had enough of his spilled milk, noisy eating, and food on the floor. So the husband and wife set a small table in the corner. There, grandfather ate alone while the rest of the family enjoyed dinner at the dinner table. Since grandfather had broken a dish or two, his food was served in a wooden bowl. Sometimes when the family glanced in grandfather's direction, he had a tear in his eye as he ate alone. Still, the only words the couple had for him were sharp admonitions when he dropped a fork or spilled food. The four-year-old watched it all in silence.
One evening before supper, the father noticed his son playing with wood scraps on the floor. He asked the child sweetly, "What are you making?" Just as sweetly, the boy responded, "Oh, I am making a little bowl for you and mama to eat your food from when I grow up." The four-year-old smiled and went back to work. The words so struck the parents that they were speechless. Then tears started to stream down their cheeks. Though no word was spoken, both knew what must be done. That evening the husband took grandfather's hand and gently led him back to the family table.
For the remainder of his days he ate every meal with the family. And for some reason, neither husband nor wife seemed to care any longer when a fork was dropped, milk spilled, or the tablecloth soiled. Children are remarkably perceptive. Their eyes ever observe, their ears ever listen, and their minds ever process the messages they absorb. If they see us patiently provide a happy home atmosphere for family members, they will imitate that attitude for the rest of their lives. The wise parent realizes that every day that building blocks are being laid for the child's future.
Let us all be wise builders and role models. Take care of yourself, ... and those you love, ... today, and everyday!

Kabaddi
Though kabaddi is primarily an Indian game, not much is known about the origin of this game. There is concrete evidence, that the game is 4,000 year old. It is a team sport, which requires both skill and power, and combines the characteristics of wrestling and rugby. It was originally meant to develop self defence, in addition to responses to attack, and reflexes of counter attack by individuals, and by groups or teams. It is a rather simple and inexpensive game, and neither requires a massive playing area, nor any expensive equipment. This explains the popularity of the game in rural India. Kabaddi is played all over Asia with minor variations. Kabaddi is known by various names viz. Chedugudu or Hu-Tu-Tu in southern parts of India, Hadudu (Men) and Chu - Kit-Kit (women) in eastern India, and Kabaddi in northern India.
The sport is also popular in Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Japan and Pakistan.
The Game
In Kabaddi, two teams compete with each other for higher scores, by touching or capturing the players of the opponent team. Each team consists of 12 players, of which seven are on court at a time, and five in reserve. The two teams fight for higher scores, alternating defence and offense. The court is as large as that for a dodge ball game. The game consists of two 20 minute halves, with a break of five minutes for change of sides.
The kabaddi playing area is 12.50m x 10m, divided by a line into two halves. The side winning the toss sends a 'raider', who enters the opponents' court chanting, 'kabaddi-kabaddi'. The raider's aim is to touch any or all players on the opposing side, and return to his court in one breath. The person, whom the raider touches, will then be out. The aim of the opposing team, will be to hold the raider, and stop him from returning to his own court, until he takes another breath. If the raider cannot return to his court in the same breath while chanting kabaddi, he will be declared out. Each team alternates in sending a player into the opponents' court. If a player goes out of the boundary line during the course of the play, or if any part of his body touches the ground outside the boundary, he will be out, except during a stuggle.
Lona
The team scores a lona ( a bonus of two points), if the entire opposition is declared out. The game then continues by putting all the players on both sides. Matches are staged on the basis of age-groups, and weight. Seven officials supervise a match - one referee, two umpires, two linesmen, a time keeper and a scorer.

I would like to write about my trip to University of Kuala Lumpur on this Saturday. It was a memorable, sorry, I meant, tiring day. We arrived at the bus stop at 3.30 am on Saturday morning, but waited until 4.20am to move to KL. It was a long journey and the bus was not comfortable to sleep in. The guys were chattering non-stop and the bus driver deliberately turned on the radio with a loud volume. It was really depressing that I could only sleep for 2 hours for the whole 5 hours journey.

When we arrived there, my first impression of the university was, 'such a small university'. I could not imagine that the building was 35-floors tall. The building is very modern-like and fully air-conditioned. The furniture sets looked very expensive and the reception table was made of marble. Many other students from other universities under Network faculty also came to attend the Network Challenge from CISCO. Those attended this event is only for year 2 students, so, I just went there for fun.

Since we are free from 10 am till 5 in the evening, we went to SOGO shopping mall to buy clothes and shoes. It was so fun, because the malls in Pahang is not as interesting as in KL. I've arranged a meet-up with my family and shop along with them. To make the story short, after taking lunch and shop for items, I went back to UniKL and took the bus back to Pahang.

Hye....Now i want share with you about gastric.Must be you all know it...this here i want talk about what mean gastric.Gastric cancer is a disease in which malignant (cancer) cells form in the lining of the stomach. The stomach is a J-shaped organ in the upper abdomen. It is part of the digestive system, which processes nutrients (vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, fats, proteins, and water) in foods that are eaten and helps pass waste material out of the body. Food moves from the throat to the stomach through a hollow, muscular tube called the esophagus. After leaving the stomach, partly-digested food passes into the small intestine and then into the large intestine. The wall of the stomach is made up of 3 layers of tissue: the mucosal (innermost) layer, the muscularis (middle) layer, and the serosal (outermost) layer. Gastric cancer begins in the cells lining the mucosal layer and spreads through the outer layers as it grows.stromal tumors of the stomach begin in supporting connective tissue and are treated differently from gastric cancer. See the PDQ summary on Adult Soft Tissue Sarcoma Treatment for more information.Age, diet, and stomach disease can affect the risk of developing gastric cancer.
Familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) or gastric polyps.
1.Eating a diet high in salted, smoked foods and low in fruits and vegetables.
2.Eating foods that have not been prepared or stored properly.
3.Being older or male.
4.Smoking cigarettes.
5.Having a mother, father, sister, or brother who has had stomach cancer.
Possible signs of gastric cancer include indigestion and stomach discomfort or pain.recurrent gastric cancer that has recurred (come back) after it has been treated. The cancer may come back in the stomach or in other parts of the body such as the liver or lymph nodes.
SO you have to carefully, becasue who had done have a that cancer,it will come again.

Do you eat too much sugar or need help with sugar cravings? Here are some tips for controlling the amount of sugar you eat.

Here's How:
Avoid the high calorie foods liked pastries, candies and processed snack foods. Choose fruits when you crave something sweet. Fruits are delicious and offer lots of vitamins and anti-oxidants.

Avoid white processed flour. Choose whole grain bread, pasta and cereal. Whole grains have more fiber, which keeps you feeling full longer.

Substitute water, diet beverages, vegetable juices, iced tea or low fat milk for sugary soft drinks. Soft drinks contain empty calories, which means they don't have any nutritional benefit.

Eat smaller portions. If you really need a candy bar, choose a small size or cut the candy bar in half and store the rest in the refrigerator for another day.

Keep fruits like apples, bananas and pears in a bowl on your counter top in plain sight. Hide the cookie jar and the candy bars.

More symptoms are every patient we treated or spoken to have complained of a lack of self confidence or self esteem due to their halitosis condition. The degree of this problem varies from being a mild problem to one that is severe enough to cause suicidal tendencies. It is an especially difficult problem since it is very difficult to impossible for many individuals to accurately assess their own breath odors. Most patients we treat end up with tremendously improved levels of self-confidence, thus allowing them to function normally in all social and professional settings. The speed at which this occurs depends on each individual, and how long they have had their halitosis condition. When patients receive treatment in our clinic we always work with them to help them improve their self confidence. This often proves to be an invaluable service to our patients, especially if a person has been struggling with a halitosis condition for a long period of time. It is not uncommon to see patients who have had a halitosis condition for 20 or more years. The length of time a person has had a bad breath condition has no bearing on how difficult it will be to resolve it.

Why does wood ‘pop’ when put on a fire? Wood pops when put on a fire because there are little pockets of sap, pitch (resin) or other volatiles that are contained in the wood. As the wood surface is heated and burns, heat is transferred to the sap or pitch deeper in the wood. The sap or pitch first liquefies, and then vaporizes as the temperature increases. Gases expand rapidly when heated and put tremendous pressure on the walls of the pitch pocket. When the pressure gets high enough, the pocket walls burst and the characteristic sound is heard. That’s all that I have read about it. Hope that you all can enjoy while reading this.

Finally... My last post. I was thinking of ending this with a post about Internet.

After learning about Internet in my course subject, I still cannot believe that with just signals, we are able to exchange mails, chat, survey polls, and lots more. I really think that the Americans help us a lot in improving the Internet system, because they created it. And even now, in big industries, Asians can't beat them in terms of talent and performance in network engineering.

I'm not siding with them, but, as I learned through history, they were the ones creating the hexadecimal nummbers, binary coding sequence and lots more. I was amazed and stunned by their brilliance. If only Asians could think 10 years further than the Americans...
