Aromatherapy is the practice of using volatile plant oils, including essential oils, for psychological and physical well-being. In addition to essential oils, aromatherapy encourages the use of other complementary natural ingredients including cold pressed vegetable oils, jojoba (a liquid wax), hydrosols, herbs, milk powders, sea salts, sugars (an exfoliant), clays and muds.

Essential oils that are inhaled into the lungs offer both psychological and physical benefits. Not only does the aroma of the natural essential oil stimulate the brain to trigger a reaction, but when inhaled into the lungs, the natural constituents (naturally occurring chemicals) can supply therapeutic benefit. Diffusing eucalyptus essential oil to help ease congestion is a prominent example.

In addition to therapeutic benefit at the emotional and physical level, essential oils are helpful in other applications. Essential oils can be used in household and laundry cleaners.

Love Light:Back In Touch

not everyone's adopted, nor does every biologically family of an adopter wish to be found. but almost all of us have friends who influenced who we were, what we did,or who we have now become. is now a good time for you to see yourself through their broader perspective or for you to see them through new eyes? if love, memories,or wistfulness begin to call you,go searching. thanks to computer databases and the internet,it is relatively easy to find people these days. you might try the database of your hometown high school directory or the alumni associatiob of the college or university your friends attented. you can look for a name and address in one of the white pages directories online if you have an idea of what city and state your friends might live in. if those don't take you where you want to go,try looking for hints in any of the news databases online. if the love between you was strong, they will likely be thrilled to hear your voice again.Ahhhh....wonderful!

DIET!

I feel that my weight was increase right now. So, I should take care from what I’m eat now. And one more thing is, I like eating when I’m in depression situation. I learn about that problem in the web with the topic 3 reason you haven’t lost weight.

1. Overpowering depression to have fun~It is a sign that you want to shut off your mind with food.
2. An intense hunger~ This is a sign that you are feeling empty about something and was “emotionally” hungry.
3. Having a mind filled with thoughts about food or worries about weight. These are space occupying mental entities that distract you from thinking about what is really bothering you in life.

And that 3 reason are really related with what I’m feel right now. I used food to keep my mind feel free without know that effect my weight. So, from that, I know that I need to do something to being better person in control my emotion and healthness.

We know that first aid is a kind of treatment done before a doctor arrives to lessen the pain. A person usually knows first aid guides and steps to temporarily cure a wounded person. Few people knew something about first aid. Here are some steps and tips on how to apply first aid in a wounded person. Read along. If a wound is deep like for example a cut done by a knife, you must wash the wound quickly with the proper tools. Use gauze to wipe the wound, even though it may hurt the victim. It is recommended to always have a first aid kit somewhere handy in your home or car for example. After this ,If the wound continues to bleed, apply a tourniquet about the affected area. Do this quickly before the patient runs out of blood. Remember never apply alcohol in an open wound; the patient may end up twisting in pain. Clean the area around the wound with clean cotton. Never clean the area around the wound with iodine. Beside that you can tell the person to relax, tell him/her that the wound is not as bad as before to calm him/her. Call a doctor to attend to his wound immediately because this is just tips for immediate first aid assistance. This will not completely cure the wound or cut. It may only temporarily stop the bleeding or temporarily lessen the pain. Just remember; never apply an alcohol or iodine unless told by a doctor. After the initial first aid is applied, then consult a doctor to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. If the victim is in to much pain, rush them to the hospital.

Title: The Lost Boy

Subtitle: A Foster Child's Search for the Love of a Family

Author: Dave Pelzer

This is story about a little lost boy. He was puzzled. His mom was not a good mom. His mom would treat him badly. His mom never loved him at all. She would not feed him unless he was finished with his routine works. His mom gave him a choice. She told him to leave or stay. He left. This is simply an amazing story that I couldn't believe happened. The thought of two parents intentionally abusing this child, Dave, was beyond belief. This story was so intense. It was hard to put the book down. I hope that Dave's childhood abuse and neglect is never repeated to or by anyone. I be able to his life's suffering sense when reading about his childhood.

Dating Advice:
Top 10 Relationship Tips:-

1.Act Out of Character. Couples develop a particular dynamic is the way they relate to each other that repeats itself over and over. If you break that pattern and act against type in a positive way you inject new life into the relationship.
2. Get in Touch a Lot. Simple acts like stroking his arm while you're watching TV and taking his hand when you're walking down the street are also ways to bond. Touching your partner very slowly and good.
3. Take Turns Talking. To make sure you both get a chance to state what's on your mind during a disagreement and get your points across alternate playing reflective therapist, where one listens while the other talks
4. Find the Intersection. When making decisions together, try to find common ground. You each should write down exactly what you want.
5. Be More Positive Than Negative. There's a more effective way to air grievances than to file an angry complaint. Sandwich your negative comment between two positives
6. Echo Each Other. When you and your man are having a serious relationship talk, it's easy to get so caught up in how you want to respond that you're not really listening to what's being said
7. Take a Time-Out. Neither of you is perfect, and the quirks you both have are here to stay. So rather than let those annoying traits work your last nerve, try to get in touch with the upside of those particular flaws, even if it's not immediately recognizable.
8. Have His Back. You might not agree with your guy when he's had a riff with a friend or he thinks his boss is being unfair, but you should always be on his side and vice versa.
9. Spend a Little Money on Each Other. You don't have to wait for a special occasion to give small presents to show your love. In fact, gifts are more fun and meaningful when they're not expected.
10. Be a Good Date. Keep the time and details to yourself, and try to think outside the box dinner and a movie is not exactly innovative. An awesome concert or a snowboarding lesson, for example, is a much less predictable treat

Hi everyone..I have read this article which is about contact lens can be problematic to the user. If the user is a first-time contact lens user, it is quite normal to have some irritation and redness. But this shouldn’t persist. When there is a foreign body in user's contact lens, such as make-up or an eyelash, there can be irritation and pain. The same goes if contact lens is torn. Sometimes there can be redness.
A corneal abrasion or scratch may usually be painful, whether or not the contact lens is in the eye. Again, there may be redness or blurring of vision. But it is important to note that different people present with different symptoms. And not all these symptoms are required for user to make a diagnosis.he or she should always seek an ophthalmologist immediately if in any doubt.
An eye infection is more serious, and is usually associated with redness and sometimes a discharge, which may be clear or mucousy, depending on the infecting organism. Infections of the cornea are serious, with marked redness of the eye around his or her cornea and pain, blurring of vision and sometimes light sensitivity. Then, the article also include the type of contact lens. The doctor said that different people react with different type of contact lens. There are soft lenses and hard lenses, and also rigid gas permeable lenses. There are also larger scleral lenses. So, take care of your contact lens and be aware of hygiene practice.

Actually i have no idea what have read already but still got one article attract my attention which is about human eating human. It is so disgust to talk about but i insist to tell, hopefully as an awareness to public about what had people become nowadays. In Japan, the people eat the brain of human being and they feel like it without any shameness.Even worst they also eat the fetus which are died before being born or died after born.It is so terrible to see things like these.I feel like vomit when look at the picture shown. However they seem like enjoy it.Feel piss off of what they were doing.Nowadays people are being selfish and do not think of other. They do not want to be normal until they want become cannibal which look different from other.I think the more high technology the countries, the worst their ethical of life and moral values. We must bear in mind that everything we have done must be returned back to ourselves so be responsible to what you going to do.Don't be too selfish until trouble others.

I am sure almost every one of you has your own sports admirer right? So am I. I am admirer with Datuk Nicol Ann David which is a Malaysian professional squash player and currently the World No. 1 in women's squash. She is the first Asian woman to be ranked World No. 1 in this sport. She was born on August 26, 1983 in Penang, Malaysia. Although she is always busy with her squash training, but she still can get a good result in her education too. Nicol scored a striking 7 A's for her Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) and got 9 A's in her Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (the equivalent to O-levels), for which she studied at Convent Green Lane Secondary School in Green Lane, Penang. Nicol David first encounter with squash began at a tender age of 5, at that time she was very small that even her racquets were bigger than her. At that time she did not even have the strength to lift them. But through the years, with proper guidance and regimented exercise and training, she managed to build herself up and at the age of 8 she started to take squash seriously with regular training and by being involved in competitive games. Nicol began dominating the squash scene by winning the Asian championship as well as becoming the youngest player to become the world’s woman junior champion. She was merely 15 years old and in the process of becoming the junior champion, she beat 3 players who were ranked in the world’s top 20. She won the junior championship twice and became the only 2 players in the history of squash to have achieved the feat. She is also the only women's squash player to have won all the age categories in the British Junior Open. Fireheart is determined to uncover the truth about Tigerclaw, who he suspects had killed the former deputy, Redtail, and also tried killing leader, Bluestar. Fireheart secretly travels to speak with cats of enemy Clans and Ravenpaw about the battle at Sunningrocks, in which Redtail died, and his suspicions are confirmed. Oakheart, the previous RiverClan deputy, had been killed because of a rockfall, instead of being killed by Redtail. However, Bluestar does not believe him. He also learns other secrets as well, about the identity of Bluestar's kits. He also takes a new apprentice, Cloudpaw.

Soon the forest cats are faced with another danger, the river swelled after the thaw, threatening especially RiverClan, whose camp was badly damaged by the flood. Fireheart and his best friend Graystripe save some RiverClan kits from drowning and also offer the RiverClan cats to help them with hunting.

Meanwhile, Graystripe goes through a tragic love story with Silverstream. Silverstream becomes pregnant and dies while giving birth to two kits. Cinderpaw, who is now apprenticed to the ThunderClan medicine cat, Yellowfang, becomes terribly upset when Silverstream dies, as she was called upon by Fireheart to help with the kitting. Graystripe is frowned upon by his Clan mates for taking a mate from another Clan.

Tigerclaw , revealing his true colors as a traitor, leads a group of rogue cats to attack the ThunderClan camp and tries to kill Bluestar . He is exiled and Fireheart becomes the new deputy. However, many of the elders doubt Fireheart's position as deputy.

Uncle Silas
by Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu

“Sheridan Le Fanu wrote the best supernatural fiction of the 19th century.” Michael Dirda, Classics for Pleasure.

Uncle Silas is the story of a young heiress “Maud” growing up in a lonely country estate with her father, along with some complications. It features neither the supernatural nor ghosts, but a growing tension that starts early and builds with each subsequent chapter.

The tension comes as a series of mysterious characters drift in and out of the story exhibiting behavior that shifts back and forth from kindly to ominous. A series of strange events begin to pile on. Maud struggles to look through this kaleidoscope of chameleon characters and events to sift the demonic from the angelic and determine their ultimate intentions.

Or else

Great characters, great plot, great story …… all of that and more

Alice's Adventures in Wonderland
By Lewis Carroll (C.L. Dodgson)

A little three-legged table, all made of solid glass, there was nothing on it except a tiny golden key, and Alice's first thought was that it might belong to one of the doors of the hall, but, alas! Either the locks were too large, or the key was too small, but at any rate it would not open any of them. However, on the second time round, she came upon a low curtain she had not noticed before, and behind it was a little door about fifteen inches high: she tried the little golden key in the lock, and to her great delight it fitted!
Alice opened the door and found that it led into a small passage, not much larger than a rat-hole: she knelt down and looked along the passage into the loveliest garden you ever saw. How she longed to get out of that dark hall, and wander about among those beds of bright flowers and those cool fountains, but she could not even get her head though the doorway; `and even if my head would go through,' thought poor Alice, `it would be of very little use without my shoulders.

Most of people like to eat chocolate. Why?

It's because there are many advantages of chocolate such as
chocolate has not been proven to contribute to cavities or tooth decay. Cocoa butter may in fact coat teeth and help protect them by preventing plaque formation. Although the sugar in chocolate contributes to cavities, it does so no more than the sugar in other sweet foods. However, by altering blood flow to the brain and releasing norepinephrine, some chemicals in chocolate can cause migraines.

Chocolate most commonly comes in dark, milk, and white varieties, with cocoa solids contributing to the brown coloration.

Cure For Breast Cancer Could Be Without Amputation Of The Breast

Breast cancer - is the most frequent form of cancer among women, accounting for about 19% of all malignant tumors. The likelihood of cancer increases with age; about 4% of patients were women younger than 30 years. The highest death rate from this disease is usually between the ages of 40-50 years. A male breast cancer occurs rather rarely.

According to statistics, breast cancer in men is about 1% of all morbidity cases. The main factor for development of breast cancer in men is dishormonal increase of the breast glands. The main symptom is the availability of tumor in the breast.

Risk factors: menopause at age 50 years, no childbirth, or the first pregnancy over 30 years of age (the incidence is 3 times more often); family history, suggesting breast cancer among mothers, sisters (2 times more often) or both ( 6 times more often); fibrous-cystic mastopathy (3-5 times more often).

According to a recent study, many women do not know what the treatment of breast cancer is. Scientists argue that only half of patients, who are diagnosed with early stage cancer, clearly understand the risk and all the benefits of therapy based on the removal of mammary gland tumors and radiotherapy at the same time.

Lumpectomy - is the alternative to mastectomy - amputation of the breast - which allows you to save your women breasts. Traditionally, this operation is accompanied by further treatment in order to avoid complications. At the same time, specialists argue that not all women are aware of all the "pro" and "con" of this method of treatment. The results of the analysis, confirming the lack of awareness among women regarding the methods of treatment of breast cancer were published in the latest issue of the journal Health Services Research.

It was attended by 1132 women from Detroit and Los Angeles, who went through surgery to remove breast cancer at the stage of cancer without metastasis. All women were interviewed for awareness of cancer therapy, were also clarified issues on which the patient communicated with their treating physicians.

The results of analysis shoe, 48% of women testified about their lack of familiarity with statistics, which reflects the efficiency of operations mastectomy in relation to treatment with lumpectomy and radiation.

Have you ever watch the movie Talentime by Yasmin Ahmad? Since I have watched this movie, I can conclude that this is the best Malaysian movie that I have watch where there is some joy, pain, hope and despair. Not just interesting story to describe the multiple races in Malaysia, but it is also containing some moral value which we can apply in or daily life. For an example, we should respect other religion, we should struggle to achieve the thing that we wish for and we should respect other people’s decision. You can also access to en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talentime to know about the character, plot and songs for this movie...

The thief took her handbag and ran by motorcycle. So, that girl chases the thief also using her motorcycle, against the flow of the vehicle moving. And suddenly she had been hit by cars. Because of that accident, that girl is now coma at the hospital. We had been told to let go our handbag if someone take our handbag because there are lots of cases that the victim are injured or die when they fight back. In my opinion, that girl is panic and she cannot think wisely that time. Maybe the money in her bag is all that she has that time or her important things such as her id card are in that bag. So she decided to chase the thief with hope that she might get back her bag. And who knows that she will in the accident. I am sorry for her.
