Another article that i have read today is "14 Household Ways To Protect Your Computer from Viruses".
After i read the whole article, i feel that all the 14 ways provided by the writer are very effective to protect your computer from viruses. The most important way is your computer must have anti-virus software to protect your computer from viruses. But when you choose the anti-virus software, you must choose the one that compatible with your computer requirement and also have a firewall function. For the other 13 ways you may refer to the following website.

Left vs Right Brain

I have read an interesting article concerning the orientation of our brain. Weather we are using the left brain or the right brain most. Lets see what
left brain functions:
>uses logic
>detail oriented
>facts rule
>words and language
>present and past
>math and science
>acknowledges
>knows object name
>reality based
>form strategies
>practical

Right brain functions are:
>uses feeling
>"big picture oriented"
>imagination rules
>philosophy and religion
>believes
>knows object function
>fantasy based
>risk taking
>impetuous

This article is so interesting for us to read and know our body better.
So to know weather you are based on right or left brain to think, visit:

For this entry, I want to share some information about chimpanzee. Chimpanzees are members of the Hominidae family, along with gorillas, humans, and orangutans. Chimpanzee are thought to have split from human evolution about 6 million years ago and thus the two chimpanzee species are the closest living relatives to humans; all being members of the Hominini tribe (along with extinct species of Hominina subtribe).Chimpanzees are the only known members of the Panina subtribe. The two Pan species split only about one million years ago. Around 94% of human and chimpanzee DNA sequences are the same.

The male common chimp is up to 1.7 m (up to 5.6 ft) high when standing, and weighs as much as 70 kg (154 lb)while the female is somewhat smaller. The common chimp’s long arms, when extended, have a span half again as long as the body’s height and are longer than its legs. On the ground, chimpanzees usually walk on all fours using their knuckles for support with their hands clenched, a form of locomotion called knuckle-walking. Chimpanzee feet are better suited for walking than are those of the orangutan because the chimp’s soles are broader and the toes shorter. The common chimpanzee can walk upright on two legs when carrying objects with their hands and arms. The coat is dark; the face, fingers, palms of the hands, and soles of the feet are hairless; and the chimp has no tail. A bony shelf over the eyes gives the forehead a receding appearance, and the nose is flat. Although the jaws protrude, the lips are thrust out only when a chimp pouts. The brain of a chimpanzee is about half the size of the human brain.

The Common Chimpanzee has an omnivorous diet, a troop hunting culture based on beta males led by an alpha male, and highly complex social relationships. The Common Chimpanzee tends to display higher levels of aggression.

To learn more about chimpanzee, please google it.

Did you have an experience loss your best friend?
I have that experience. So, today I want to write about it. Losing a friend can be really tough, especially when it is through no fault of my own. Even though I might feel sad, but I realize that it's not the end of the world. Think about it.There are some tips if you also loss your best friend.
huhu~

-Don't let your best friend know that you are upset because then your best friend might think he/she has won.

-If you are nice to everyone, everyone will want to be your friend!!!

-Don't let this person think that you are letting yourself go because you two aren't friends anymore. This is immature and self-destructive behavior that only impacts you and your future prospects for other friendships. People do not turn around and rescue wallowers, so try not to hold on to such a fantasy.

-Stay strong! If what this person did was bad, don't accept them back as a friend. If he or she begs or promises to be a good friend, stay firm unless you think this person has really changed or you feel it would be wrong not to. Don't be weak, you will just look and be treated like a doormat!

-If it really will, then make friends with them again. If the fight was silly and you feel it was, it is possible they are too. Start out by apologizing a few days after the fight and then leave them alone. Do not retaliate. If they say no, you will know you did everything you could.

friends...
How i define a friend? persons that never leave me when i need them, being able to share everything with, not selfish, understanding, never fail to REMEMBER me when we are apart and the person that i won't fall for... =)
clearer view of friend
F.R.I.E.N.D = Frank.Respectful.Independent.Eternal.Nice.Doubtless

ok...what do i really want when finding new friends?
obviously, honesty is the most important thing. i believe everyone is honest in making friends, but how honest they are, im not sure... but to me, the most important character is he/she able to click with me or get along with me easily... why?? they are more fun and understands us more. when we click, we can share everything without hesitation... ya, that's why. if i force myself to be with them whom has the opposite side of me, means i can barely enjoy our friendship. but basically, i do make friends with everyone, no matter who they and where they'r from...life is meaningless without friends..right...?

TEA...
After water, tea is the most widely-consumed beverage in the world. It has a cooling, slightly bitter, astringent flavour. The four types of tea most commonly found on the market are black tea, oolong tea, green tea and white tea.Tea contains catechins, a type of antioxidant. In a fresh tea leaf, catechins can compose up to 30% of the dry weight. In many cultures, tea is often had at high class social events, such as afternoon tea and the tea party. It may be consumed early in the day to heighten alertness. But for me,i like the tea which it pouring from a distance that will make foam.In Malaysia, the foam tea called Teh tarik. It very famous among the Malaysian and the taste cannot be pictured for anywords.

A Fresh Look at Bad Breath

Everyone has bad breath now and again. But there are many misconceptions about its causes and treatments, according to the Singapore Health Promotion Board.

Myth 1: It’s easy to tell if your breath smells. Actually, we can’t smell our own breath because we become accustomed to it.

Myth 2: Bad breath comes from the stomach. In fact, it usually comes from the back of the mouth

Myth 3: Brushing your teeth will eliminate bad breath. The problem often comes from bacteria deep within crevices on the back of the tongue that can’t be reached with a toothbrush.

Myth 4: Mouthwash can eliminate bad breath. Usually, mouthwash provides only temporary relief.

So how do you deal with bad breath? See a dentist and have your teeth cleaned. Also, drink plenty of liquids and don’t let your mouth go dry. When you brush, clean your tongue, particularly at the back.

-Movie of the month-

I have been waiting for new release of 1 of my favorite actor,Nicholas Cage...& for his new movie was called
...KNOWING...

The story of this movie taken when in 1958, as part of the dedication ceremony for a new elementary school, a group of students is asked to draw pictures to be stored in a time capsule. But one of the students, a mysterious girl who seems to hear whispered voices, fills her sheet of paper with rows of apparently random numbers instead.

Fast forward 50 years to the present: A new generation of students examines the contents of the time capsule and the girl's cryptic message ends up in the hands of young Caleb Myles. But it is Caleb's father, professor Ted Myles (Nicolas Cage), who makes the startling discovery that the encoded message predicts with pinpoint accuracy the dates, death tolls and coordinates of every major disaster of the past 50 years. As Ted further unravels the document's secrets, he realizes it foretells three additional events-the last of which hints at destruction on a global scale and seems to somehow involve Ted and his son.

When Ted's attempts to alert the authorities fall on deaf ears, he takes it upon himself to try to prevent more destruction from taking place.

This gripping supernatural thriller charts one man's faltering steps towards belief in the ultimate order of the universe even as he finds himself surrounded by mounting chaos. With the reluctant help of Diana Whelan (Rose Byrne) and Abby, the daughter and granddaughter of the now-deceased author of the cryptic prophecies, Ted's increasingly desperate efforts take him on a heart-pounding race against time until he finds himself facing the ultimate disaster-and the ultimate sacrifice.

So...looking to this exciting story plot really2 make want to watch this movie...i hope that I have the time for that moment...

I just read an article about the aries zodiacal characters. Usually people who were born in this section of the year are strong will power and great obstinacy of purpose. They are born to be fighters in every sense of the world. Besides, they have also the greatest ability to organizes the large scales. They are also heads of big business, and also well in the organization and development of countries. In addition, people who born on this sign are usually independent in everything they do. It is really important for them to do everything in their way and if they intervene with other people, they can easily loose their shapes of the main purpose.

A sport similar to football was played 3000 years ago in Japan. Chinese text from 50 BC mentions football-type games between teams from Japan and China. A text dating from 611 AD confirms that football was played in Kyoto, the ancient capital of Japan.

Ancient Greeks and Romans also played a game that resembled football - although the Greeks permitted carrying of the ball. Olympic games in ancient Rome featured a 50-minute football game with twenty-seven men on a side.

Laws failed to slow the popularity of football and by 1681 it received official sanction in England. The games were still ruff and noisy, with players hardly ever leaving the field without broken bones or even being spiked. There was no standard set for the size of teams or the field; the earliest organized games, usually bitter confrontations between teams from two or three parishes, had goals as far as 5 km (3 miles) apart. It was only by 1801 that it was (somewhat) agreed that teams should have an equal number of players and that the playing area should be about 91 metres (100 yards). Records show that Eton college drew up the first written rules of football in 1815. (The modern standardized rules are known as the Cambridge rules.)

Until the mid-1800s football rules still varied across regions. Team sizes ranged from 15 to 21. The 11-player team was standardized in 1870. The crossbar between two goal posts became mandatory in 1875. The goalkeeper was formally distinguished in the 1880s.

In this globalisation era, we can see lots of people especially the teenagers do the piercing.
Now I would like to share about this topic.

Body piercing is the practice of puncturing or cutting a part of the human body, creating an opening in which jewelry may be worn. Body piercing is a form of body modification.
Do you know guys that the word piercing can refer to the act or practice of body piercing, or to an opening in the body created by this act or practice.

For them,do piercing is up-to-date.
This is because as we all know in this new era they do this because of fashion. The other reasons are include religion, spirituality, fashion, eroticism, conformism, or subcultural identification.

Before doing that, you should know the risks of doing it.
1)Allergic reaction to ingredients of products used to clean the new piercing;
2)Chlorine from swimming pools may cause the pierced area to dry out, which may cause the piercing to be torn out very easily.
3)Bacterial infection.
4)Dental fracture and wear, affecting 14% to 41% of subjects with lip and/or intra-oral ornaments.

Above are some of the risks may occur when you do piercing.
Think before you do!

BOOST YOUR DAY!

Lately, I always skip my breakfast because I am rushing to the class. I know that it is bad for my health but actually not really know the consequences. Then, I found two interesting articles which discuss the importance of taking breakfast. According to the articles, breakfast is important to kick start the day. It fuels the body to help provide energy, help in weight management and to have a better concentration in problem solving ability throughout the day. Breakfast is the first chance the body has to refuel its glucose levels after 8-12 hours without meal or snack. Glucose is essential for the brain and is the main energy source. As for weight management, it helps curb your hunger and prevent binge eating later in the day. Surprisingly, a number of studies have shown that eating breakfast regularly also leads to improved mood and better memory. Breakfast eaters also tend to be less stressed and feel calmer. Adults perform better in mental tasks after eating breakfast, and children who eat breakfast perform better in school. For those who love to skip breakfast like me, the effects might vary such that often feel tired, restless or irritable in the morning and are unlikely to make up for the losses later in the day. Therefore, do not skip your breakfast!

Modern life is full of hassles, deadlines, frustrations, and demands. For many people, stress is so commonplace that it has become a way of life. Stress is not always bad. In small doses, it can help you perform under pressure and motivate you to do your best. But when you are constantly running in emergency mode, your mind and body pay the price.
If you frequently find yourself feeling frazzled and overwhelmed, it is time to take action to bring your nervous system back into balance. You can protect yourself by learning how to recognize the signs and symptoms of stress and taking steps to reduce its harmful effects.
What is stress?
Stress is a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way. When you sense danger whether it is real or imagined, the body's defenses kick into high gear in a rapid, automatic process known as the “fight-or-flight” reaction, or the stress response.
Many health problems are caused or exacerbated by stress, including pain of any kind, heart disease, digestive problems, sleep problems, depression, obesity, autoimmune diseases and skin conditions such as eczema.

Choir or chorus is a body of singers who perform together. They are two group that we often heard about it that are perform in church and theatres. The two group were perfom in difference arrangement of voice. "Choir" has the secondary definition of a subset of an ensemble; thus one speaks of the "woodwind choir" of an orchestra, or different "choirs" of voices and/or instruments in a polychoral composition.
