Assalamualaiku n aite everyone....

Senyum seindah suria….yang membawa cahaya….senyum lah dari hati….duniamu berseri….

Senyum…..or in English, we called it smile…. I like to smile even though I‘ve problem.
A smile is a facial expression formed by flexing those muscles especially near both ends of the mouth. The smile can also be found around the eyes. As humans, it is commonly an expression denoting pleasure, happiness or amusement. Cross-cultural studies have shown that smiling is used as a means of communicating emotions. Happiness is most often the motivating cause of a smile. Among animals, the exposure of teeth, which may bear a resemblance to a smile, is often used as a threat or warning display - known as a snarl - or a sign of submission. In chimpanzees, it can also be a sign of fear. The study of smiles is a part of psychology, and linguistics, comprising various theories of affect, humor, and laughter.

That’s all. Lastly but not least, always smile to brighten your day.

Nutritionally, potatoes are best known for their carbohydrate content . The predominant form of this carbohydrate is starch. A small but significant portion of this starch is resistant to digestion by enzymes in the stomach and small intestine, and so reaches the large intestine essentially intact.Almost all the protein content of a potato is contained in a thin layer just under its skin.

potato have a lot of nutrition.even you do not like to eat rice,you can eat potato because it have same function as rice.

Assalamualaikum..
Saturday? I was at home. What happen to me? This is a first Saturday that I just sit in my home when Saturday comes. So pity to me. Huhu. I don’t know what happen to me. It’s so weird. Why I only finish my Saturday at my home? For last 2 days, I feel unenergetic. I don’t know why maybe because my diet program.
I don’t want my friends feel like I feel. So let I share how to plan a diet program. Before you try to make any changes to your habits, first you need to see where you are right now. Find out what your body mass index (BMI) is. See how it compares to a healthy weight. Start keeping a record of what you eat each day and how much exercise you get.

Now people say, “Why bother? I already know what I’m eating right now!” But you really don’t. Eating is something that we do every day without really paying any attention. Once you start writing it down, you may learn things you never knew about your habits. You could be drinking five pops a day and have no idea. Taking stock of where you are now gives you a sense of what needs to change.

The next step is really important. You have to make a long-term commitment. If you’re going to change your eating and exercise habits, you won’t be done after six weeks or six months or six years. You have to decide that you’re motivated to make changes that will last for the rest of your life.

Keep trying (I says to my self) so I will get my shape body dream. Huhu..

In this part, I want to talk about something which is important to our health. This topic is about milk. Who like to drink milk? I guess some people can drink while some people like me do not drink milk. I can't drink milk powder because of its smell. Then, I try to find aticle about milk. It definition of milk is an opaque white liquid produced by the mammary glands of female mammals (including monotremes). It provides the primary source of nutrition for newborn mammals before they are able to digest other types of food. The early lactation milk is known as colostrum, and carries the mother's antibodies to the baby. It can reduce the risk of many diseases in the baby. The exact components of raw milk varies by species, but it contains significant amounts of saturated fat, protein and calcium as well as vitamin C. Cow's milk has a pH ranging from 6.4 to 6.8, making it slightly acidic. So, you can breakfast with milk before going to class to get more energy. Then, as all know, if someone gastric, he or she must drink milk. The hospital will gives medicine and milk. Why? This is because the contains in milk can neutralize the enzymes in the stomach. So, for other information, you can find in the internet.

-Tagged-

HA!HA! went I talk about tagged, I think many people read this task maybe smile and likes. For the people who don’t know what is tagged, comes to read it’s.

Tagged can allows users to send messages, leave comments, browse photos, watch videos, play games, give tags and chat. Tagged provides a feature where by users are invited to provide it with their email username and password, and it will then check their email address books to see if their existing friends are already on Tagged. They then have the option of connecting with friends already on Tagged and repeatedly sending email invites to friends who are not yet on Tagged. This process has met some criticism in the technology press and from some users. Although designed as a wider social networking site, it has been adopted by most as an online dating tool. You can send people you like a wink, love and most of the bulletins people send to their friends are around dating. It is probably the most successful free dating service online with competitors like plenty of fish less popular than tagged.

So! Come enjoy it’s!..

Assalamualaikum, i would like to share about bitumen. Last week, our group do experiment about bitumen.Bitumen is a mixture of organic liquids that are highly viscous, black, sticky, entirely soluble in carbon disulfide, and composed primarily of highly condensed polycyclic aromatic
hydrocarbons.

Bitumen primarily used for paving roads. Bitumen are more sticky, tar-like form of petroleum which is so thick and heavy that it must be heated or diluted before it will flow. At room temperature, it cold. Before using it for paying a road. It must test for durability, softening, penetration, hardening.
So that, is save to using and it able to still for long time. Thats all. Thanks.

Based on "something wonderful is about to happen"

Love Light: Letting It Out

most of us are told that is best to keep our grief under control. unhappy children are often soothed with the words "don't cry,please don't cry". we admire those who can lose someone they love and "be strong". although other cultures not only permit but encourage wailing and moaning in times of loss,unrestrained vocal or visible expressions of sorrow tend to make people uncomfortable. i have never met a person who has not suffered some kind of loss in his or her life. sometimes it is the loss of one or more loved ones,but it can also related to finances,a job,health or love. i know,in my own life,more than once. i have felt that my losses were too much and honestly i have pounded on a steering wheel..huhu..and cried out to God..if you want something wonderful to happen,let out your grief. do not so to receive a sign from God but because you deliver yourself to life when you stop trying to hide your true self.if you feel uncomfortable expressing yourself fully in front others,go in a room and close the door before you start ranting and raving. take a shower and let your your tears flow with the pounding waters..

REALITY OF FASHION

I’m a simple girl, come from a simple family and have a simple life. But I really like to know about the fashion. If other person, need a beautiful beg with a ‘beautiful’ price, I try to transferred that design and change it with an accessories not too expensive. And sometimes I’m successful with that mission because lot of my friend like it. And I read ‘Reality Fashion’ from Wirda Adnan. Credit to her because she always come in new and fresh idea even tough it’s just one page stories. She talked about nowadays fashion, when her son, only 17 but really know and update for the fashion. No more clothes without great label. And her son friends, got LV Pochette Stephen Sprouse for her birthday. I’m shocked about the price because it’s about RM2000. How lucky that girl because only 17 and can get to use in daily life. She was very comfortable with her life.

She also say that we must be careful all the time. It’s better to have another close in your car because we don’t know what can be happen today. Maybe we need to see an important person, and the right thing is, first impression are important. It’s can be a sign to another new things in our life, whether we get that job or not. At least, a blazer, new scarf with beautiful and suitable shoes. Money are not everything in fashion because we know that Emporio Armani, Kookai or Bvlgari are too big. We still can get Vincci, Nose Roxy or Padini and it’s enough.

She also give an opinion that we can still look stylish if we know how to wear our cloth. Maybe at the first time, it’s look nothing, but with a great design and accessories, we can still look gorgeous. But last things is, we must being brave to become a fashionable person. Stick with our soul and grasp and put something are fresh in our life. Maybe it can be a new therapy for our life. Who knows?

There are many flavours of cakes such as cheese cake, blueberry cake and chocolate cake. And my favourite is chocolate cake because I love chocolate very much .Chocolate cake is a dessert popularized at the end of the 19th Century and popular internationally. The cake is often served at gatherings such as birthday parties and weddings. Ingredients vary depending on the recipe but usually include a combination of eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate, butter or oil, salt, and baking soda. Water or milk is also used. Other additions and variations may include melted chocolate, sour cream, buttermilk, fruit juices, or syrups. Bakers use vanilla extracts, liqueurs, or flavoured liquids like coffee to bring out different properties in the chocolate flavour. A variety of toppings, icings and glazes can also be used, as well as spices. Traditional approaches to chocolate cake are still popular and chocolate cake is also a basis for other cake varieties such as Black Forest cake and German Chocolate Cake, which includes coconut, pecans, caramelized cream, and chocolate cake. Maybe one day I will try to make chocolate cake by own and serve my friends to try it.

Some facts about Cold and heat exposure
The brain has a temperature regulator that keeps the body near a healthy 36.7 degree. But prolonged exposure to extreme cold or heat may confuse this natural thermostat.
Intense cold can freeze the water in the body’s cells. Over time, exposure to cold may cause the body’s overall temperature to drop hypothermia. The result can be death.
Intense heat may cause excessive fluid loss through sweating (heat exhaustion). If the body isn’t cooled, sweating eventually stops, but the body s temperature may keep raising until vital organs begin to fail.

For the second comment this month I want to talk about LOVE. The word love can refer to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure to intense interpersonal attraction.
The main meaning for love is any of a number of emotions and experiences related to a sense of strong affection and attachment. Love is not a single feeling but an emotion built from two or more feelings.
Anything vital to us creates more than one feeling, and we also have feelings about our feelings. This diversity of uses and meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved.
As an abstract concept, love usually refers to a deep, ineffable feeling of tenderly caring for another person
•English: love
•Persian: Eshgh
•Chinese: aiqing
•Japanese: Amae
•Ancient Greek: Agape, Eros , Philia
•Malaysian: Sayang, Cinta
•Indian : Ishg
That’s all from me for this comment.

STRESS

Stress can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or anxious. What is stressful to one person is not necessarily stressful to another.

Anxiety is a feeling of apprehension or fear. The source of this uneasiness is not always known or recognized, which can add to the distress you feel.
Alternative Names

Anxiety; Feeling uptight; Stress; Tension; Jitters; Apprehension

From this article,i know that emotional states like grief or depression and health conditions like an overactive thyroid, low blood sugar, or heart attack can also cause stress.

Anxiety is often accompanied by physical symptoms, including:

* Twitching or trembling
* Muscle tension, headaches
* Sweating
* Dry mouth, difficulty swallowing
* Abdominal pain (may be the only symptom of stress, especially in a child)

Sometimes other symptoms accompany anxiety:

* Dizziness
* Rapid or irregular heart rate
* Rapid breathing
* Diarrhea or frequent need to urinate
* Fatigue
* Irritability, including loss of your temper
* Sleeping difficulties and nightmares
* Decreased concentration
* Sexual problems

Anxiety disorders are a group of psychiatric conditions that involve excessive anxiety. They include generalized anxiety disorder, specific phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and social phobia.

SAMSUNG’s innovative quantro Cooling System has 4 compartments and its components are have their own evaporator and fan. The fan and a heavy metal device, compressor are generated by electric motor which is the main part in the refrigerator. The compressor is near the bottom of the refrigerator unit. More heat-exchanging pipes are coiled behind the refrigerator. Running through the entire system is pure ammonia, which evaporates at -27 degrees. Modern refrigerators don't use CFC because CFCs are harmful to the atmosphere if released. Instead they use another type of gas called HFC-134a, also called tetrafluoroethane. The liquid flows through what's called an expansion valve, a tiny small hole that the liquid has to squeeze through. Between the valve and the compressor, there is a low-pressure area because the compressor is pulling the ammonia gas out of that side.The Quantro Cooling have features both the Arctic and Fresh Select Zone...

what's your favourite cartoon??
*Tom and Jerry : how could a Tom eat Jerry?-impossible
*oGGy and the Cockroaches : help oGGy to chase away that naked cockroaches? -impossible
*silVestre and tWEEty : so hard to catch the flying bird.

Haha...of course it drive me insane. Never ending story, Tom can't catch Jerry. Oggy always bullied by three naked cockroaches, and Silvestre never can eat his favorite Tweety.
But, here i don't want to tell about that old fashioned joke, but i just want to share the moral from that.
Well, look at our real world, cat eat mouse. man kill the cockroach. actually it is different at all from the story. But, if you bring it to our usual life, it is true. Strong can't always bully the weak. Someday, it will come someone that stronger than you. well, that usual. Can you feel how cruel this world when weak can fight the stronger. There is no reason to be strong Looks boring,right? But, world is not like that. you must be the stronger among them to beat the strongest. Well, being strong doesn't mean you can bully everyone but how you can survive yourself when confront the strongest. That what world teach us. How could we survive when the strong economy crisis happen. Actually, There is no reason for us to fight each other, even there is no one can fight you, because there is almighty strong than you up there.
Well, i can't explain it more. JUst enjoy watching your favorite cartoon. And make sure you keep on eyes of your child because it is so ferocious. haha.

I am shocked when I read the paper that show a girl died because she wanted to be slim. I didn’t know that thing would be happened in this country. I thought it only exist in western. That pathetic girl had done several processes to suck the fats from her body. I don’t understand why she did it because her weight is already normal. She was not so fat that make she need that operation. She was not obesity. By doing the operation, the victim was not loss a lot of weight. She just loss a little from her original weight even she had done several operations. Maybe it is true that beauty needs pain. But when you die, there is no more beauty. It just wastes time and the end of your life. In my opinion, you should the bad and goods for every decision that you take. Think about future effect that might make you regret.

Remy Starr is an almost normal 18-year-old girl who’s going off to college soon. She’s gone out with her share guys, she has some close friends, and she occasionally does naughty things (using fake I.D.s, drinking, and fooling around). But she is sadly, only almost normal. She is extremely sarcastic and she thinks love is not real. To Remy, love is nothing more than a map, all drawn out and predictable. Remy is admittedly cold, but this is only because of her hopeless and romantic mother. Her mother has written many romance novels, but to Remy, she couldn’t be less experienced. She was only with Remy’s real father for a few years, and the only memory Remy has of her father is a song he wrote for her. Remy is already organizing her mother’s fifth wedding to a cheesy car salesman when she meets a boy named Dexter, who just seems all wrong. He’s messy, he’s annoying, and worst of all, he’s a musician. He seems like a very strange guy, and he is defying all the rules of Remy’s map. She ends up getting closer to him, but getting permanently attached might ruin her plans for college. Will Remy learn the true lessons of love in time?
Sarah Dessen is a wonderful author who has a wild imagination. She has been writing for practically her whole life, and has composed many other books, such as That Summer, Someone Like You, Keeping the Moon, Dreamland, and her most recent book, The Truth About Forever.

I think this book would best fit teens, because it talks of love and has slight inappropriate language. This Lullaby was an excellent book and teaches to look at life as an unexpected journey, but also as a warm experience to enjoy and cherish. I strongly recommend you to read this book if you would like a book with realistic situations, and if you have a cynical view on love.
