Hi evveryone! Now I want to story about my first experience in doing concrete mix design.I know all of you also know about this experiment. But, to me it is not simple as you see outside. When I was small, I think it is not difficult to do it. But, when the experiment and I do it, I realize that how hard people especially who works as labourer to mix the concrete. We must measure all the material such as aggregate, sand, water and cement. Then, we must mix all the material. But, my friend said there is another experiment more hard than this experiment. Then, I think I should be ready in mental or physical. Some party should appreciate all the workers because they are so hard to build the building.

Assalamualaikum and aite everyone….
Now, I would like to share knowledge about beam which related to my course.

A beam is a structural member which carries loads. These loads are most often perpendicular to its longitudinal axis, but they can be of any geometry. A beam supporting any load develops internal stresses to resist applied loads. These internal stresses are bending stresses, shearing stresses, and normal stresses. Beam types are determined by method of support, not by method loading. There are three types of beams; Simply supported beam, Cantilever beam and Continuous beam.
Simply supported beam and Cantilever beam types are statically determinate, meaning that the reactions, shears and moments can be found by the laws of static alone. Continuous beam are statically indeterminate. The internal forces of these beams cannot be found using the laws of static alone.

Based on "something wonderful is about to happen"

Love Light:Funny Thing

we human being tend to take ourselves and our own lives too seriously. we are obsessed with work, obligations and a need for recognition. it's easy to become so narrowly focused that we forget to have fun, especially the kind that costs little or nothing. to make something wonderful happen, try finding something to laugh about. try not to make your laughter come at someone else's expense. you can get on the internet and find dozens of sites with free jokes or go shopping for silly stuff in the local mall. best of all, call a friend, get together and laugh away an afternoon. it's actually impossible to feel bad when you're smiling. if you don't believe this, put on a grin from ear to ear and say out loud,"I feel bad.I really do". you will likely crack up with laughter, not only because it seems ridiculous to be smiling when you say something like that, but because smiles release chemicals in our blood-streams that make us feel good. and while you're feeling good, expect some of the trouble in your lifr to fade just a bit. because when we are feeling positive, bad things have a hard time sticking, and good things have a chance to enter. so laugh. life is wonderful if you want it to be.

We face many problems with our friends and family or the ones we hold dear in our lives.Such problems include apologizing to a person about something a certain thing you might have caused. Have you ever wanted to apologize to someone and you just couldn't do it?! Firstly , you need to clear your mind of all thoughts and think of the person you want to apologize to. Then, think about what you want to apologize for and if it's really that important. After this ,prepare your sorry speech in your mind, begin with- I'm sorry for, because or I want to apologize for, because......and then tell them what you are apologizing for. Review your speech in your mind before you tell that "person" for what you are apologizing for. Lastly , you can apologize to the person.

This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about heart attack.
The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, The cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorded by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
You should know that not every heart attack sympton is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
You may never have the first chest pin during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep.

Assalamualaikum, i would like to talk about dinasour. before this, i just look the movie about dinasour.

Dinasour is the dominant vertebrate animals of terrestrial ecosystems for over 160 million years, from the late Triassic period until the end of the Cretaceous period when most of them became extinct in the Cretaceous–Tertiary extinction event. The 10,000 living species of birds have been classified as dinosaurs.

As we look at movie, dinosaurs were large. Even by dinosaur standards, the sauropods were gigantic. For much of the dinosaur era, the smallest sauropods were larger than anything else in their habitat, and the largest were an order of magnitude more massive than anything else that has since walked the Earth. Thanks

As a student, I am always tried to improve or enrich my English language vocabulary for my future. Some people said if you want to excellent in a language, first step is you must enrich your vocabulary. When you are enriching with vocabulary, automatically you will more confident with that language. So there are some steps to enrich your English vocabulary.
• Love words. You have to really want to learn new vocabulary if you're going to succeed.
• Look up words you don't know whenever you encounter them. After encountering and looking up a word several times, you should eventually be able to remember its definition.
• Use a Thesaurus. A thesaurus is a great resource which enables you to know the more advanced equivalent of basic English words.
• There are many computer programs and websites that have ways of giving you a short "Word of the Day" list with new words every day. Try going to www.dictionary.com. Scroll down and click on "Get the Word of the Day e-mail". If you enter all of the required information, you will get a new e-mail every day with a word, its definition, and an example usage sentence.
• Read. Read all genres of books. When you come across a word you don't know, read the sentences around the word and try to figure out what it means from the context. Check your guess with a dictionary.
• Play word games with friends. Try Boggle, Scrabble, or Catch-Phrase. There are so many great games out there to teach you new words. If a friend comes up with a word that you don't know, ask them what it means.
• Find a friend who speaks English. It's good to practice using your new words.
• Listen to the radio, watch television, or find a podcast that you like in English, and practice understanding the language when spoken, too.

U want sleepy in class!!!!

This is not a rare situation during classes or lectures. When a student got asleep, they cannot concentrate well in class. Some experts said that there are a few reasons why those students fell sleepy. One of them is if you felt sleepy one day, and now, revisiting the same environment, your behavior is repeated. Two, the environment in the classroom causes you to feel sleepy which the classroom may be too warm or might not have enough stimulation in the teaching method.

In my point of view, those reasons are correct, but I have my own opinions. For me, a student can also feel sleepy if he or she did not get enough sleep and rest. A teenager needs 9 to 10 hours of sleep a night. So, if we are staying up for several hours during the week and trying to catch up on weekends by sleep all day, we may be suffering from some diseases.

So, the best way is, try to get more rest and enough bedtime. Do not push yourself so hard for staying up and studying because once you fall sick, then you will realize how much precious your rest and sleep. If you can practice this, I can guarantee you something; you will not face any problem include feel sleepy in class anymore!!

The Beautiful and the Damned
by F. Scott Fitzgerald

The story of the ruination of Anthony and Gloria Patch, a privileged, attractive young couple who squander their money playing and partying while waiting for Anthony's wealthy grandfather to die and leave them his fortune.

There is little to like about Anthony or Gloria, but Fitzgerald's prose is so well-written and his pen brings the characters to life. Their downward spiral is compulsively readable and heartbreaking at the same time.

F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote this book when he was only 26 years old; his shrewd insight into the world in which he lived is breathtaking.

Hi everyone.
For this entry I want to shear with all of you about MONEY…
Do you love money..? Of cause right?
When you love them do you know what the meaning of the money? Now I want shear with you what I have read about money at website. Money is anything that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services and repayment of debts.
The main uses of money are as a medium of exchange, a unit of account, and a store of value. Some authors explicitly require money to be a standard of deferred payment. The dominant form of money is currency
The term "price system" is sometimes used to refer to methods using commodity valuation or money accounting systems.
The word "money" is believed to originate from a temple of Hera, located on Capitoline, one of Rome's seven hills. In the ancient world Hera was often associated with money. The temple of Juno Moneta at Rome was the place where the mint of Ancient Rome was located.[6]. The name "Juno" may derive from the Etruscan goddess Uni (which means "the one", "unique", "unit", "union", "united") and "Moneta" either from the Latin word "monere" (remind, warn, or instruct) or the Greek word "moneres" (alone, unique).
Today money is everything, if you don’t have money you can’t get anything that you admired. I have read about the type of money.
The types of money:
• Commodity money
• Representative money
• Credit money
• Fiat money
• Money supply

Assalamualaikum w.b.t..and hi to everyone

Our experiences show that the drug addict or alcoholic is usually an intelligent and most often creative person with much hope for the future. This only adds to the calamity of their downfall

Whether talking about any drug addiction, alcohol addiction, cocaine addiction, methamphetamine addiction, or even heroin addiction, the pattern is the same:

The person tries to escape some physical or emotional pain by taking drugs. This could be a physical or emotional pain, or the discomfort of boredom, peer pressure, lack of social skills.

The person finds that the drugs offer temporary relief, so continues to abuse them. When the person uses the drugs it seems to handle their immediate problem.

With continued use of the drug, the body's ability to produce certain chemicals is diminished because these chemicals are replaced by the drug. The body uses the drug as a substitute for it's own natural chemicals.

Deprived of it's own resources (and the ability to create them the body perceives that it needs the drug to function and demands the drug, through physical cravings. The cravings are a way of making the person get more drugs to be able to function at all.

Drug cravings become so severe that the addict will do almost anything (in many cases, abandoning all previous moral teachings) to get more of the drug. People who are addicted will find themselves doing things they would never have contemplated before.

Don't take drugs...

Regular Exercise to release stress
As a way of draining off stress energy, nothing beats aerobic exercise. To understand why, we need to review what stress is. People often think of stress as pressure at work, a demanding boss, a sick child or rush-hour traffic. All these may be triggers but stress is actually the body's reaction to factors such as these. Stress is the fight-or-flight response in the body, mediated by adrenaline and other stress hormones, and comprised of such physiologic changes as increased heart rate and blood pressure, faster breathing, muscle tension, dilated pupils, dry mouth and increased blood sugar. In other words, stress is the state of increased arousal necessary for an organism to defend itself at a time of danger.
The stress reaction is in us, not "out there." It provides us with the strength and energy to either fight or run away from danger and is therefore self-protective. There is only one problem: unlike a caveman being attacked by a wild animal or warring tribesman, fighting and running away are rarely appropriate responses to stressful situations in the modern world. The result is that our bodies go into a state of high energy but there is usually no place for that energy to go; therefore, our bodies can stay in a state of arousal for hours at a time.
Exercise is the most logical way to dissipate this excess energy. It is what our bodies are trying to do when we pace around or tap our legs and fingers. It is much better to channel it into a more complete form of exercise like a brisk walk, a run, a bike ride or a game of squash. During times of high stress, we could benefit from an immediate physical outlet - but this often is not possible. However, regular exercise can drain off ongoing stress and keep things under control. I recommend physical activity every day or two. At the very least, it is important to exercise three times per week for a minimum of 30 minutes each time. Aerobic activities like walking, jogging, swimming, bicycling, racquet sports, skiing, aerobics classes and dancing are suitable. Choose things you like or they will feel like a chore and you will begin to avoid them. It is also beneficial to have a variety of exercise outlets. I have never met a patient who did not feel better with some form of regular exercise - and I know I could not exist without it. For chronic or acute stress, exercise is an essential ingredient in any stress reduction program.

I had read a book entitled "Global Warming" by John Houghton. I am sure that the phrase "global warming" has become familiar among us.This book is actually explain about the problem of global warming.

Nowadays, this issue has become more worst. I think that, we can not solve this problem since there is no awareness among the human in this world. They should realize the effect of this problem in the future. So, I hope that all the people in this world will realize and take action on it.

I cannot believe what had I read in newspaper last week. There was a Muslim’s family in Jaya Gading, Kuantan, wanted to convert their religion into Christian. Their reason to convert is the their villagers boycott them. According to the villagers, their family is the one who not lives as a community with others. They are the one who boycott the villagers. The main reason that had made the villagers angry because these family are afford to pay the water and the electricity bills but they still took it from the village’s mosque. I cannot accept the reason that the family gave to convert their religion. It is not rational and it is more to take public attention. For me, it is more to make propaganda to get the publicity.

Title : Far From Madding Crowd

This in essence, is the story of the effect a beautiful woman has on three very different men. Set in the middle part of the nineteenth century, Bathsheba Everdene is the name of the heroine ;not only is she beautiful, she is headstong, and although essentially good natured, mildly arrogant and at the beginning of the tale, careless of the impact she has on other people.
Bathsheba, through a sequence of events, becomes the owner of a farm in rural Wessex(the setting for many a Thomas Hardy tale). In her employ is the shepherd Gabriel Oak, a man of solid values; honest, dependable, generous and who sees that Bathsheba is proud and vain, but loves her all the same. Bathsheba who appreciates that Gabriel is a decent man but finds him unexciting, initially rejects his proposal of marriage.

Bathsheba's vanity leads her to draw the attention of a neighbour, Farmer Boldwood who becomes disastrously obsessed with Bathsheba, while she in turn falls in love with the handsome and feckless adventurer, Sergeant Troy. The resulting chaos caused by these romantic entanglements, show the heroine the transient nature of passion and the impact of beauty; that the qualities within a person are those that are of the greatest value and to ultimately be more careful with other people's emotions..
The book is an unusual one for the time in which it is set as it gives us a not quite run-of-the-mill heroine; the emphasis, although initially on her beauty, by the end has revealed her strength of character and independence. This follows the recurrent theme in the book of seemingly not to not judge by outward appearance. The men in the book again are not heroes and play second fiddle to the dominant character of Bathsheba; again unusual for this period, for a book to suggest that a woman's role is not necessarily to be subservient.
A thoroughly enjoyable, thought- provoking and brilliant book overall.

'oTai'

I always use to hear Otai when i was in school. People called someone 'oTai' when he or she was so influence in the group.Someone called 'Otai' when they can beat others or being the stongest among them. Otai actually comes from word 'Old Timer' or legend. In the real world, 'otai' give to someone that have a big influence. For example, in football term, Diego Maradona, Pele is called 'otai' among footballers. But, why must exist this 'Otai'?? is it to show how strong we are? or to show what we can do, so that people can respect us? Actually, when we talk about 'otai', we should realize that there is someone that more stong than us, more powerful than us. So, there is no reason for us to show our 'Otai' just to gain respect from others. Just remember, we are just live for a while in this world. Nothing stayed forever. If you want others respect, just respect others. Like people said, 'What goes around, comes around'. If we get others respect, we also will be respected. If we hate others, we also get hatred.
So, think about it.!!
