MINERAL WATER

Must be you always drink mineral water.Everyday i drink around 2 liter and sometimes more than that.Mineral water is water containing minerals or other dissolved substances that alter its taste or give it therapeutic value. Salts, sulfur compounds, and gases are among the substances that can be dissolved in the water. Mineral water can often be effervescent. Mineral water can be prepared or can occur naturally. In many places, mineral water is often colloquially used to mean carbonated water, which is usually carbonated mineral water, as opposed to tap water. Some 70% of the earth is covered with water. But nearly all is unavailable for human consumption without being processed first. The oceans make up for 97% and the polar ice shields hold another 2%. Only about 1% is soft water from lakes, rives and underground sources, but even from that tiny amount an increasing part is unsafe for human consumption. All over the world, water is one of the most popular drinks. Its popularity with consumers increased over the last couple of years dramatically. This led to an explosion of available brands. So, keep on exploring the world of water, as it is the best drink for you.

Creative Thinking

This is an article about creativity that I would like to share with all of you.

First of all what is creativity?
Creativity is an ability to imagine or invent something new, an attitude to accept change and newness and also a process to improve ideas and solutions.
Several methods have been identified for producing creative result which is evolution, synthesis, revolution, reapplication and changing direction. In oreder to avoid the creativity from being block, we should always think positive and not saying oh no its a proble, it cannot be done, I cannot do it or there is nothing I can do, I am not creative, that is childish and what people would think. By throwing away all this negative attitude I am sure all of us can obtain a creative thinking now or in the future.

HOW TO CONFRONT FRIEND WHO ARE IGNORING ME??

One week ago, my best friends DEYA,LEYA,IZAN,BELLA AND BED give some advice, how to confront friend who are ignoring me. So, I like to share their advice to all of you. There may well be occasions in my life when my best friend abruptly cease to talk and pretend that I no longer there. They said that I may like to approach my friend during a quiet time when he is not around other people. If he has started spending time with a new friend, don't try to interfere while this person is around or they will likely close ranks together. Try to get he alone for a talk.
Ask him what's wrong. Don't cry, wring hands and beg. Just be straightforward and tell him that i simply want to understand why he appear to no longer want your friendship. Be straightforward and use words such as "I feel", "I am upset by" and "I am confused about" so as to avoid starting a blame game. Try to give the friend space to talk instead of becoming defensive.
Never get angry with him while talking. If he get extremely aggressive or violent, then walk away and leave him be. Read his body language and his tone to try and find out how he really feel. If he seem stressed do everything i can to convince him to talk through it. But be honest with him. Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy, at least in the long run.

Unfortunately, their advice doesn't work out to me, and they said i should just move on, even though it's hard to let go sometimes....

Yesterday night was an earth hour. Do you support it by switching off the light for an hour starting at 8.30 pm until 9.30 pm? I do.This is one the oppurtunity for me to show my love to our earth. This year, Earth Hour has been transformed into the world’s first global election, between Earth and global warming.

For the first time in history, people of all ages, nationalities, race and background have the opportunity to use their light switch as their vote by switching off the lights as a vote for earth, or leaving them on is a vote for global warming. In 2009, Earth Hour is being taken to the next level, with the goal of 1 billion people switching off their lights as part of a global vote. Unlike any election in history, it is not about what country we are from, but instead, what planet we are from. Vote earth is a global call to action for every individual, every business, and every community. A call to stand up and take control over the future of our planet. Over 74 countries and territories have pledged their support to VOTE EARTH during Earth Hour 2009, and this number is growing everyday.

We all have to vote, and every single vote counts. Together we can take control of the future of our planet, for future generations.
VOTE EARTH by simply switching off the lights for one hour, and join the world for Earth Hour.

Have you heard about Taj Mahal??

The famous building in the world...It is one of the seven wonders in the world..It is symbolic love between Shah Jahan to his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal.

The story or the origin and inspiration of this building is begin in 1631. At the time Shah Jahan, emperor during the Mughal empire's period of greatest prosperity, was griefstricken when his third wife Mumtaz Maha, died during the birth of their fourteenth child. In her dying breath, Mumtaz Mahal urged Shah Jahan to build a mausoleum or we call now Taj Mahal for her that the world has never seen before. Shah Jahan granted his wife's wish, and the construction of Taj Mahal began in 1632 after her death and completed in 1648. The court chronicles of Shah Jahan's grief illustrates the love story traditionally held as an inspiration for Taj Mahal.Emperor Shah Jahan himself described the Taj in these words :

should guilty seek asylum here,
Like one pardoned, he becomes free from sin,
Should a sinner make his way to this mansion,
All his past sins are to be washed away.
The sight of this mansion creates sorrowing sighs;
And the sun and the moon shed tears from their eyes.
In this world this edifice has been made;
To display thereby the creator's glory.

From these words, we can say that, how deep his love to his wife. It is also show that the glory of Emperor of Shah Jahan at the time in architectures. It is because the building that combines elements from Persian,Ottoman,Indian, and Islamic architectural style. It is also became UNESCO World Heritage Site and was cited as "the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage."

That is the story behind this building. I hope I have a chance to visit this place.

Do u know that,when u it faster...
U can get more fatter?
People who ate quickly & who ate until they were full were 3 times more likely to be obese...
The research supports previous evidence that people tend to consume more calories when they eat quickly, but also that eating quickly is linked to obesity regardless of how many calories are eaten...
Dr Elizabeth Denney-Wilson, an obesity expert from the University of New South Wales, says research suggests people can learn to eat more slowly and recognize their internal cues for fullness...She adds that while it is not known what drives us to eat quickly, behaviour such as eating while distracted and eating fast food on the go may be to blame.Setting aside meal times and chatting between bites can help slow the rate of eating and allow your body to send fullness signals before you've overeaten.

So, for those with this habit...

Salam….
In this section, I want to continue about Get to know all about Malaysia, from web page http://www.geocities.com/TheTropics/Shores/3187/ ,from reading entries 5.

Celebrations
Malaysian has many religious celebrations in Malaysia because of the multi- racial society. The Malays celebrate (Ramadan) Hari Raya Puasa, Hari Raya Haji and Awal Muharam every year. The Chinese celebrate Chinese New Year. The Chinese Buddhist and Taoist also celebrate Wesak Day and the unofficial Nine Emperor God celebration. The Hindu Indians celebrate Deepavali. The Christians celebrate Christmas.

Life-Style
We can find more Chinese in urban areas. In the rural areas, there are more Malays. The rural Malays live in villages called "kampung". Many of them grow rice or "padi". They also raise poultry and plants vegetables to supplement their income. The ones living in coastal areas fish for a living.
Kampung houses are built on stilts. They have wooden floors and walls and attap roofs. They have stilts to raise the level of the house to prevent flooding during the rainy season and also to provide better ventilation.
Urban homes are different. They are built with bricks and concrete with tiled roofing and tiled flooring. Most of them live either in terraced houses or apartments. The wealthier ones live in big detached homes called "bungalows" there. The wealthy and middle income Malaysians usually has servants or maids too.

There have many subtitle under Get to know all about Malaysia another from I tell you all, such as capital and economic of Malaysia, flag and national anthem, climate, population, religion, dressing & costumes and food.

Whether your kitty meows or roars, it is a descendant of the Felis silvestris species, which is divided into the African wildcat, European wildcat and Steppe wildcat.

The smallest of the descendants is the rusty-spotted cat found in Sri Lanka. It is about half the size of the domestic cat. The largest is the tiger. The male Siberian or Amur Tiger has a total body length in excess of 3m (10 ft) and weighs up to 300kg (660 lb).

The lion is the king of the cats. It stands out from the other cats, not just in its distinctive appearance but also in being the only felid that lives in organised social groups. Adult male lions weigh up to 225kg (500 lb) and grow up to 3m (10 ft) in body length.

The fastest cat, the cheetah, is also the fastest land animal. It can reach 95 km/h (60 mph) over short distances. Unlike other big cats it does not roar - it makes high pitched yelps, barks and chirruping sounds. And like your kitty, it does purr.

The article that I like to comment here is Drifting is one of the greatest auto sports ever created.
First of all, drifting is getting your car sideways down a road. Meaning, drifting is the controlled loss of traction. Although the car may look as though it is out of control, a good drifter will be in control of his car at all times. To me, to be a good drift is was impossible. The reason why I state that because they need a multitalented skills. Not all people can do that. Basically two kinds of drifts, there is a straightaway drift and there is a corner drift. The sport was started in Japan. In my opinion it will become great if I one of the famous drifter in the world. Believe it they will be more respect it.

PASSIVE BEHAVIOR.

Do you know what is the meaning of passive behavior?
Here is the answer, passive behavior is acting in a way that does not meet our needs - saying “yes” to a request when we wish to say “no”, or staying silent when we have a request to make ourselves. We strive to please others, but neglect our own needs.

Passive behavior is driven by passive thinking - I know these words are always used by the students, "I cannot do that" ,"I’m not important" and "nothing goes right for me". Whilst outwardly submissive, indecisive and helpless, inside there may well be inner conflict, tension and stress as the inability to meet our own needs fuels feelings of frustration and anger.

If you guys want to know, here are the examples of passive behavior.

1)Avoiding eye contact, fidgeting
2)Speech is rambling
3)Apologizing all the time
4)Putting yourself down
5)Agreeing to things you don’t want to do or backing down
6)Saying things like "it doesn’t matter", "sorry to bother you".

I hope we can avoid from being passive and be more aggressive guys!

HEALTH ISSUE AGAIN-INSOMNIA

Insomnia is a type of sleep disorder where the condition in which a person regularly experiences the inability to fall or stay asleep through the night. This can causes them to feel tired in the morning and drowsy throughout the day. Insomnia can be divided into three sub-conditions: acute, chronic and transient insomnia. Transient insomnia describes conditions in which insomnia strikes for a few days to a few weeks; acute insomnia refers to cases in which patients suffer from a lack of sleep anywhere from three weeks to six months. Chronic insomnia, the most serious form of insomnia, describes situations in which a person experiences a lack of sleep nearly every night for a month. There are numbers of insomnia causes such as alcohol, anxiety, caffeine, depression and stress. Instead of taking medicine, practicing relaxation techniques is one of the standard treatments experts recommend. Did you ever heard about the 'wayang wong'?
Wayang wong is a type of theatrical performance with themes from the kingdom of Jenggala. The players wear masks known as wayang topeng or wayang gedog. This is a love story about princess Candra Kirana of Kediri and Raden Panji Asmarabangun, the crown prince of Jenggala. Candra Kirana was the incarnation of Dewi Ratih (goddess of love) and Panji was an incarnation of Kamajaya (god of love). Originally, wayang wong was performed only as an aristocratic entertainment in four palaces of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. In the course of time, it spread to become a popular and folk form as well.

Air pollution

I had read an article about air pollution.
Air pollution means that the presence in the outdoor atmosphere of one or more contaminants such as dust, fumes, gas , mist, odor, smoke or vapor in quantities and of characteristics and duration such as to be injurious to human, plant, or animal life or to property, or to interfere unureasonably with the comfortable enjoyment of life and property. Nowadays, with the increasing urbanisation and industrialisaton, humans started to release more wastes into the atmosphere than nature could cope with. Since then, ,air pollution has been added to the air by industrial, commercial and domestic sources. As these sources are usually found in major cities, the gases that are produced are usually concentrated in the air around them. It is when these concentrated gases exceed safe limits that we have a pollution problem. Nature can no longer manage air pollution without our help. Thus, let we together

Did you ever heard about congkak? Did you ever play it? Majority of Malaysian play congkak that was known as our traditional game. The word 'congkak' which in old Malay language means count. As the congkak board is shaped like a boat it is believed that it is based on the legend of a fisherman unable to go to the sea during rainy season who lost his income during this time. To prevent boredom he created this game which is similar to his boat. However, on the island of Java, the board always has a dragon head at each end and the sides of the board (which is made of wood) are carved to look like reptile scales.
