SAD...???

Feeling down? Got the blues? You're not alone. Everyone gets sad. Yes, everyone you've ever met. Some people have sad feelings just once in a while, and others may have sad feelings pretty often. More than half of teenagers go through a sad period at least once a month and plenty of younger kids do, too.

When you're in a sad mood, it may feel like it will last forever, but usually feelings of sadness don't last very long. Feeling sad every once in a while is natural. Maybe you didn't get something you really wanted. Maybe you miss somebody. Maybe somebody you really like doesn't want to be friends, and you don't feel so great about yourself. Maybe an illness or condition gets in the way of doing some things you want to do or makes you different from your friends. There are lots of reasons that people feel sadness.

Most of the time, sadness is because of a loss or separation, a difficult change or disappointment about something, or relationship problems. Here are some of the signs and symptoms of depression:

-feeling empty or numb
-feeling hopeless (like there's nothing to look forward to)
-feeling guilty or worthless
-feeling lonely or unloved

Based on "something wonderful is about to happen"

Love Light:Say It Again

words are very powerful things. they can hurt or heal, depending on how we use them. even if you are not a public speaker, you do talk to others every day. we take most of these exchanges for granted but we shouldn't.as author Stephen Covey poits out, every encounter is like a bank transaction,we are either putting something in or taking something out. if we become aware of how our chosen words are making others feel,we can build up enormous reserves of goodwill. so start paying attention to what's coming out of your mouth.we are constantly criticizing, judging and limiting what we are experiencing. before you speak, decide what you want to say and what point you're making by saying it. focus your words on what is meaningful to oher person rather than just talking about yourself. as you become more aware of your speech, you'll be amazed at what can happen. words carry very powerful vibrations that are drawing to you whatever is most like them in character, tone and intention. if you want wonders to happen, choose your word carefully..

While scuba diving is an inherently eco-friendly sport, there are many steps you can take to protect the reef and its inhabitants. Learn how to protect and maintain this priceless resource.Firstly , you need to make sure you have a low diving profile. Ensure that all of your equipment is secured and as close to you as possible. Invent in an octopus clip. Secure your octopus before you ever jump in the water. This will keep your equipment from dragging and damaging the reef. Then ,do not touch the coral. You can undo hundreds of years of growth in a second. Also do not molest the sea life. Look, but don't touch. Beside that ,If you see any trash, such as plastic bags, bottles or cans, pick it up and put it in your BC pocket. Throw it in the garbage once you get back on the dive boat. Lastly you can being a good example to other divers, you are teaching others to be green. Keep up the good work!

There are 5 ways to calm down quickly when you suddenly get blindsided by stress and feel overwhelmed.

Ok! Come to see and know what are the 5 ways to calm down quickly when you feeling overwhelmed :-
1.Take a Walk
Exercise can be a great stress reliever in itself, as it helps you blow off steam and releases endorphins. Taking a walk when stressed can getting you out of the stressful situation and providing some perspective so you can return in a new frame of mind.
2.Take a Breath
Getting more oxygen into your body and releasing physical tension are two ways that breathing exercises can benefit you, and you can do them anytime or anywhere, even if your demanding situation isn't letting up.
3.Take a Mental Break
If you can steal away a few minutes of peace, visualizations and guided imagery are a wonderful way to restore peace of mind. They're easy to do, and can relax you physically as well as mentally.
4.Reframe Your Situation
Sometimes we intensify our experience of stressful situations by the way we look at them. If you can look at your situation differently, you may be able to put it into a different perspective one that causes you less stress.
5.Try Progressive Muscle Relaxation
Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) is a technique where you tense and release all of your muscle groups, leaving your body feel more relaxed afterward. PMR is one of my favorite techniques, as it can be done by just about anyone, and with practice you can fully release virtually all the tension you're feeling in your body in a matter of seconds!

I have read this article. It is about an Indonesian had been jailed, fined for lodging false police report. According to the news,he had sullied the name of his fellow countrymen who worked in Malaysia. but then, he had been caught by a policemen who had seized and checked his wallet. So, the judges sentenced him to three months jail and a fine of RM1,500 which in default carries another two months jail. In my opinion, there are many crime cause by the workers from the other country especially from Indonesia. Although they come to work, at the same time they take the opportunity to do crime. So, the crime in our country increased.

Assalamualaikum, i want share about a ghost. Are you believe with the ghost? A ghost is popularly held to be the disembodied spirit or soul of a deceased person.

From scientific, some researchers say have speculated that changes in geomagnetic fields could stimulate the brain's temporal lobes and produce many of the experiences associated with hauntings. Because that, this theory has been tested in various ways.

For me, the ghost is existing. And from scientific were showing about that. And i think somepeople like to watch a hauting story. for example supernature story. Everyone liKe this story, and i don't know why. because like a ghost story, like to look the ghost or maybe like look the actors. that's all about ghost.

I've been reading about a article that punish a child with a terrible way just for stealing a bread.A 8 years old child had been starving for two days and no way to turn to he decided to steal bread to survive. However, thing turns out worst and he got caught by the shopkeeper.
So the people conduct their own religious punishment which is one must lost the hand that steal thing without any judgment or approval.Poor child just being forced by a group of so call "judges" to conduct the punishment. He was lying on the floor with the hand of stealing on the pillow.Next, his hand will be run over by a big truck which very heavy enough to break his hand.He will lose his hand forever in a very young age. This is cruel thing that i ever seen.It is the way to treat a innocent people with so much heavy way. They are not even have the time to think their mistakes and try to change.I think this thing should not be happened in the modern world nowadays.Fair judgment needed to every crime committed. We cannot play god in this advance era.Everyone deserved second chance.Hopefully world will be peaceful forever.

Do you know about Eye on Malaysia? I think as a Malaysian citizen, we should know about this attraction for foreigner. I do not want to share about Eye on Malaysia, but I want to share about London Eye. It is because I am interesting with its construction and design. London Eye is the biggest Ferris wheel in Europe, and has become the most popular paid tourist attraction in the United Kingdom, visited by over 3 million people a year. The London Eye is located at the western end of Jubilee Gardens, on the South Bank of the River Thames in London, United Kingdom, between Westminster Bridge and Hungerford Bridge. It was formally opened by the then Prime Minister, Tony Blair, on 31st December 1999. The London Eye’s was designed by architects David Marks, Julia Barfield, Malcolm Cook, Mark Sparrowhawk, Steven Chilton and Nic Bailey, the wheel carries 32 sealed and air-conditioned passenger capsules attached to its external circumference, each capsule representing one of the London Boroughs. Each capsule holds approximately 24 people, who are free to walk around inside the capsule, though seating is provided. It rotates at 26 cm (10 in) per second (about 0.9 km/h (0.5mph) so that one revolution takes about 30 minutes. The wheel does not usually stop to take on passengers: the rotation rate is so slow that they can walk on and off the moving capsules at ground level. The rim of the Eye is supported by tie rods and resembles a huge spokes bicycle wheel, and was depicted as such in a poster advertising a charity cycle race. The lighting for the London Eye was redone with LED lighting from Colour Kinetics in December 2006 to allow digital control of the lights as opposed to the manual replacement of gels over fluorescent tubes. One day, I hope I will have a chance to try London Eye.

I have received an email about the ‘Wash First’. We do not know what parasites are in our clothing when we buy them. Please wash your bras and other clothing before use it. Most people do it but this is just a warning for those that don't. I have read about an article about the sequence if you did not wash your garment. After anthropologist Susan McKinley came back home from an expedition in South America, she noticed a very strange rash on her left breast. Nobody knew what it was and she quickly dismissed it believing that the holes would leave in time. Upon her return she decided to see a doctor after she started developing intense pains. The doctor, not knowing the exact severity of the disease, gave her Antibiotics and special creams. As time lapsed the pain did not subside and her left breast became more inflamed and started to bleed. She decided to bandage her sores, however as Susan's pain grew more intense She decided to seek help from a more certified doctor. Dr. Lynch could not diagnose the infection and told Susan to seek the aid of one of his colleagues who specializes in dermatology.

Unfortunately, the doctor was on vacation. She waited for two weeks and finally was able to reach the dermatologist. Sadly, a life changing event was about to unfold during her appointment. To Miss McKinley's surprise, after she removed the bandages, they found Larvae growing and squirming within the pores and sores of her breast. Sometimes these wicked creatures would all together simultaneously move around into different crevices. What she didn't know was that the holes were in fact, deeper than she had originally thought, for these larvae were feeding off the fat, tissue, and even milk canals of her breast.

Can you imagine how the breast looks like? It is really disgusting. I can’t bear to see it anymore. Please take note about this thing if you really care about your life.

The Janus Syndrome
by Steven E. McDonald

Looking at the cover you wouldn't assume there's much character development going on, but this is a pretty rich little story. The hero, Kevven Tomari, spends much of the book meeting odd creatures from around the universe and figuring out how to not get annoyed with them. It's a metaphor but a really fun one, with an imaginative cast. The actual plot is a run-and-gun space war with a heartfelt payoff. The first few scenes of the book are overwritten and even a bit hard to follow, but be patient; the author finds his groove. If your favorite part of Star Wars is the cantina scene, try this book.

DICTIONARY
A dictionary is a book or collection of alphabetically listed words in a specific language, with definitions, etymologies, pronunciations, and other information or a book of alphabetically listed words in one language with their equivalents in another, also known as a lexicon.
Dictionary is very too important for everyone, not just for student. Dictionary have in many languages, words can appear in many different. Dictionaries are most commonly found in the form of a book, but some newer dictionaries, like “ kamus dwibahasa OXFORD FAJAR” and the New Oxford American Dictionary are dictionary software running on PDAs or computers. There are also many online dictionaries accessible via the Internet.

The oldest known dictionaries were Akkadian empire cuneiform tablets with bilingual Sumerian-Akkadian wordlists, discovered in Ebla (modern Syria) and dated roughly 2300 BCE. This information I get from internet, article about the history of dictionary.

What do you think about durian? Do you like to eat durian?

Durian is the name of the tree and the fruit. Durian is an expensive and exotic fruit from Asia and is referred to as "The king of all fruits". The name is derived from the Malay word "duri" meaning thorn - due to its thick, tough and thorny husk. The durian fruit is either loved by durian aficionados with an almost cult like fervor or hated by those repelled by it's smell(for me, it's smell was nice). The rich, buttery smooth and luscious flesh of the durian fruit is delicious and is comparable to no other fruit. However, the disagreeable odor of the durian fruit gave birth to this often repeated phrase: "durian is a fruit that smells like hell but taste like heaven". While almost everyone who has tasted the durian fruit agrees the taste is heavenly, no two ever describes the taste the same.

There are some products made from Durian aside from being eaten fresh, the durian fruit is made into durian flavored candies, cakes, biscuits, shakes, ice cream and (believe it or not) durian flavored condoms - due to it's reputation as an aphrodisiac.

Durian Medicinal & Health Benefits:

In folk medicine, the juice of the durian leaves is applied to the head on patients with fever. Boiling the leaves and roots in water (decoction) is also taken to lower the fever.

Eating durian is good for the heath. It is a good source of energy (high calorie), carbohydrates, dietary fiber and protein. The durian fruit has no cholesterol.

If you don't like the durian, please try to eat it..you will love it..haha..

Today I want to talk about wars…
What happen to this world? People love to kill each other. I do not know why those people love to begin a war. It is like a human soul is really cheap. I really hate those people plans about wars example former Presiden US,George w.Bush.

War is only for soldier but know why also among citizens? I do not know what they think about. Just imagine you are a soldier and the citizens in the battlefield is your family. Do you want to continue the war? I hate to talk about this topic so we have a brain. Make love, not make a war. Why those people really love to kill other people?? I do not have any idea what they thinking of. Just put all the gun, rifle, f-16 aside and make love. Just simple as that..

A Bacteria are microscopic organisms whose single cells have neither a membrane-bounded nucleus nor other membrane-bounded organelles like mitochondria and chloroplasts. Another group of microbes, the archaea, meet these criteria but are so different from the bacteria in other ways that they must have had a long, independent evolutionary history since close to the dawn of life.

Bacteria are all around us. Given good growing conditions, a bacterium grows slightly in size or length, a new cell wall grows through the center forming two daughter cells, each with the same genetic material as the parent cell. If the environment is optimum, the two daughter cells may divide into four in 20 minutes.

The primary reason may be that conditions are rarely optimum. Scientists who study bacteria try to create the optimum environment in the lab: culture medium with the necessary energy source, nutrients, pH, and temperature, in which bacteria grow predictably.

Hello…Today I want to share with you about volcano. Volcano is opening, or crack, in surface or Earth crust, which allowed gas, ash, and hot liquid stone free deep below surface of earth. Volcanic activity involving extrusion of rock tends to shape mountain or shaped nature mountain through period. Volcano normally exists where plaque tectonic separated or meets. Middle Crest Sea, such as Rabung Tengah Atlantic (Mid-Atlantic Ridge). Api Pacific’s spiral also having volcano example resultant clash tectonic result plaque. On the other hand, volcano usually availed where two plaque tectonic rub against each other. Volcano can also be forms in area where there will be strong gravity in Earth crust and where Earth crust becomes thin.Last of all, volcano can be generated through plume mantle (mantle plumes), which is known as hotspot; this hotspot can occur far from plaque border, such as Hawaii's archipelago. Very attractive, hotspot volcano also found elsewhere in solar system, are particularly at month and planet stone.

My dream car is the new Honda Civic. A few days ago, I went to a bookstore with my group members to find dome marker pen for my structure project. While waiting my friend to find her stuff, I went to the magazine section. I took the car magazine and had a look for a while and there was the info about my dream car. I read the article. Before this, I knew that there are three type of Honda Civic; the additional Honda Civic, Honda Civic Type R and Honda Civic Hybrid. I knew the difference between the additional one and the Type R. Honda Civic Type R have more powerful engine and it come in 2.0 liter engine plus the only color that it have is white. And of cause it more expensive compared to the additional one. After I read the article, I had known the actual different between the additional, Type R and Hybrid. Honda Civic Hybrid have the technology of fuel saver but the engine is 1.3 liter even the price are same with the additional Honda Civic 2.0 liter.

Hey I have something interesting for you people. You must have come across real life couples, where the women is taller than the men. What do you really think when you come across such couples? Some of you may feel surprised, some may feel it funny, some feel sad for the women, and yet some feel and find this exciting. I myself belong to the last category of people. Yes, I do feel very excited and thrilled when I do come across such couples. Its normal psychology of women that they prefer taller men because it gives them the feeling of security and protection. But folks, we are living in the 21st century not in primitive ages, where the men were supposed to go out for hunting and arrange the daily meals while the women used to stay indoors to cook the food and get protection from the men. When these women today talk about equal rights to them and want to work and are infact working shoulder to shoulder with men in virtually every sphere of life, isn't it hypocrisy on their part to desire a man taller then themselves so that it can give them a sense of protection. If you really feel you are strong and independent then why such thought of protection?
Well..the women from the western part of the world are gradually accepting this fact and don't have much of a problem with going for men shorter than them as their life partners. But women from the eastern part of the world will need much more time to come to terms with this I think. anyways there are exceptions in both parts of the world to what i mentioned just now.

I personally find it really thrilling to look at such couples and just the idea of having a women standing head and shoulders above you really looks great to me.
There are infact many real life couples where the women in significantly taller than the man. Just have a look at this site http://www.geocities.com/tallershorter/thoughts.htm and you will find there are several such couples who are together happily and don't have a problem with the height. This may even have you change your opinions on such couples..Do let me know how do you like this article and I will be happy to get feedbacks from you.
