Assalamualaikum~

I'm a creature of habit. My daily routine consists of going to my desk with nescafe mug in hand, turn on my laptop and checking my email, reading the news and updating my to-do list. One place I can do all of that without having to go to multiple websites is yahoo and friendster. Having the ability to work on email right on my yahoo page has been awesome, but I simply couldn't get the same Ymail experience without the chat feature. Reply al of my e mail and comments to the one who make it first. playing music while doing the work can make me relax all days.

Hi..I would like to talk about useful tips to cure back pain.First, wear flat shoes or shoes with low heels(1inch or lower). You should exercise regularly as an inactive lifestyle contributes to lower backpain. Besides that, you should sit with elbows at sides, shoulders relaxed, low back supported, wrists straight and feet supported. When we sleep, we should sleep on a comfortable matress which is not too soft and not too hard.We need to put pillows under your knees and a small pillow under your lower back. Dont sleep on your stomach unless you put a pillow under your hips. The best way to sleep is on your side with your knees bent. You may put a pillow under your head to support your neck. You may also put a pillow between your knees.Dont ever lift by bending over. Lift an object by bending your knees and squatting to pick up an object. Keep ur back straight and hold the object close to your body. Avoid twisting your body while lifting.

That is some of the tips..Do try to practise it..

Nothing is more frustrating than not being able to sleep. Tossing and turning. Your mind is racing, going over everything that happened today. Night noises keep you awake. What can you do? There ARE things you can do! Read on and learn some new tricks to sleep well. These tips are also known as "Sleep Hygiene."

Sleep only when sleepy
This reduces the time you are awake in bed.

If you can't fall asleep within 20 minutes, get up and do something boring until you feel sleepy
Sit quietly in the dark or read the warranty on your refrigerator. Don't expose yourself to bright light while you are up. The light gives cues to your brain that it is time to wake up.

Don't take naps
This will ensure you are tired at bedtime. If you just can't make it through the day without a nap, sleep less than one hour, before 3 pm.

Get up and go to bed the same time every day
Even on weekends! When your sleep cycle has a regular rhythm, you will feel better.

Refrain from exercise at least 4 hours before bedtime
Regular exercise is recommended to help you sleep well, but the timing of the workout is important. Exercising in the morning or early afternoon will not interfere with sleep.

Develop sleep rituals
It is important to give your body cues that it is time to slow down and sleep. Listen to relaxing music, read something soothing for 15 minutes, have a cup of caffeine free tea, do relaxation exercises.

Only use your bed for sleeping
Refrain from using your bed to watch TV, pay bills, do work or reading. So when you go to bed your body knows it is time to sleep.

Stay away from caffeine, nicotine and alcohol at least 4-6 hours before bed
Caffeine and nicotine are stimulants that interfere with your ability to fall asleep. Coffee, tea, cola, cocoa, chocolate and some prescription and non-prescription drugs contain caffeine. Cigarettes and some drugs contain nicotine. Alcohol may seem to help you sleep in the beginning as it slows brain activity, but you will end end up having fragmented sleep.

Have a light snack before bed
If your stomach is too empty, that can interfere with sleep. However, if you eat a heavy meal before bedtime, that can interfere as well. Dairy products and turkey contain tryptophan, which acts as a natural sleep inducer. Tryptophan is probably why a warm glass of milk is sometimes recommended.

Wondering if the few books that you get each semester really make that much of an impact? Well, keep in mind that it all adds up. Each year, 20 million trees are consumed for books, 4 million of those for textbooks.Other Choices:
If renting won't work for you, check out the dozens of options for textbook reuse before buying a new copy. You can trade with others on your campus, share with roommates or check your local book and thrift stores.

In addition to renting or buying used textbooks, there are other ways a college student can study green:

Go in on a textbook with one or more other students who live near you or with whom you are friends.
Keep marking to a minimal to increase the reuse life of the book.
In all assignments, keep printing to a minimum. Ask your professor how they feel about electronic submissions.
Take tight notes so as to not waste paper, or take a laptop to class for paperless notes.

Hai there!...Have you found yourself pondering how to make that new person in your life be friends with you? Want to get closer and demonstrate your support, loyalty and love to your mates? Read on for ways to be a great buddy and in the process, show your pals how you would like to be treated, too. Firstly, be real. Are you trying to be friends with someone to be accepted into a certain clique, or because you'd like to get to know someone else that he or she knows? That's not friendship, it's opportunism. Every new person you meet has the right to be accepted (or not) on his or her own merits, it's better to just be yourself than let anyone else influence you into being someone you are not.Secondly, be honest. A dishonest person has no chance of having true friends. Keep your promises, do what you say you are going to do, and most importantly, don't lie! Lying leads to more lies, and people will eventually figure you out. If you found yourself lying about something, be honest - go up to them, tell them the truth and how you felt, as well as how you may think they would've felt (explain that you were second-guessing rather than trusting your friendship). Don't be a coward; if you know you were at fault for the whole dilemma, own up. Simply talk about it, hope your friend will forgive you. They'd most likely appreciate it in the future, to look back and say, 'wow!' I have/had an amazing friend by my side.Besides that,be loyal. If your friend tells you something in confidence, don't blab about it to anyone else. Don't talk about your friend behind his/her back. Nobody likes a backstabber. Never say anything about your friend that you would not want to repeat face to face. Don't let others say bad things about your friend until you've had a chance to hear your friend's side of the story. If someone says something that shocks you and doesn't seem like a thing your friend would do or say, tell them, "I know him/her, and that just doesn't sound right. Let me talk to him/her, find out his/her perspective on this. If it turns out to be true, I'll let you know. Otherwise, I would appreciate it if you didn't spread that around, because it might not be." You can't play both sides of the fence. Thats are three ways to be a good friend...I will continue for other ways to be a good friend in the next entry!!!

Hii all...for this entry I would like to share about Steve Irwin. You know him? Stephen Robert Irwin ,known simply as Steve Irwin and nicknamed "The Crocodile Hunter", was an iconic Australian television personality, wildlife expert, and conservationist. He achieved world-wide fame from the television program The Crocodile Hunter, an internationally broadcast wildlife documentary series co-hosted with his wife Terri Irwin. Together, they also co-owned and operated Australia Zoo, founded by his parents in Beerwah, Queensland. He died in 2006 after his chest was fatally pierced by a stingray barb whilst filming in Australia's Great Barrier Reef.

In 1992, Irwin married Terri Raines from Eugene, Oregon, United States. The pair had met a few months earlier, when Terri had visited the zoo on a holiday; according to both of them, it was love at first sight. Together they had two children is a daughter, Bindi Sue Irwin (born 24 July 1998), and a son, Robert Clarence "Bob" Irwin (born 1 December 2003).

On 4 September 2006, Irwin was fatally pierced in the chest by a stingray spine while snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef, at Batt Reef, which is located off the coast of Port Douglas in Queensland. Irwin was in the area filming his own documentary, Ocean's Deadliest, but weather had stalled filming. He came on top of the stingray and the stingray's barb went up and into his chest and put a hole into his heart.

Hi.Many people sit in unproper way this will bring a big effect for them.so, I would like to tellyou all the rules for sitting properly.
1. Set the height of the revolving chair so that your feel can freely rest on the floor and knees are at a slight obtuse angle to enable free flow of blood.
2. The backrest should be slightly bent back (the angle of bending the torso in relation to other parts of the body should be greater than 90 degrees).
3. Armrests should allow for an obtuse angle in the elbow.
4. We use the depth of the seat to the fullest extent, which prevents local strain on the surface of the hips and against numbness in legs.
5. The back should be in constant contact with the backrest, which helps retain a natural shape of the spine.
6. We should sit on a stable chair adjusted to the body weight, which facilitates dynamics of sitting and ensures a feeling of safety.
Follow the rules above to sit properly!

This entry I will share with you all about Malay custom. Malaysia is a multi-cultural nation with a fascinating potpourri of Malay, Chinese, Indian, Peranakan (Straits Chinese), Eurasian, Kadazan, Iban, Bidayuh, Dayak and indigenous Orang Asli peoples.
The Malays are a race known for its rich traditional values and habits. Visitors to a Malay household are treated with respect as a token of hospitality. Light snacks and drinks will be offered and to refuse them would be impolite. In the olden days, hosts are expected to offer sekapur sireh (a preparation of sireh leaves stored in a box to be eaten with a thin layer of slaked lime, gambier and slices of the areca nut. Today this custom is only practised by those living in the villages. Visitors are also expected to dress decently and be well-mannered when visiting.
The Malays do not take pork or alcohol. It is forbidden in their religion, Islam. Preparation of meals for Malays must be halal, that is according to the Muslim law. Most Malays still prefer eating with their hands. For the Malay guests, a finger bowl is a must when serving. Be sure you do not drink it, it is for washing the hands.

Assalamualaikum,
Normally children like ice-cream. But adult also like it and sometimes they take ice-cream when their in stress for release tension. Beleive it? Of course you have too because I'm the one who take it with my two friends especially after sat the examination . What is ice-cream actually? Ice cream or ice-cream (originally iced cream) is a frozen dessert usually made from dairy products, such as milk and cream, combined with fruits or other ingredients. Most varieties contain sugar, although some are made with other sweeteners. In some cases, artificial flavorings and colorings are used in addition to (or in replacement of) the natural ingredients. This mixture is stirred slowly while cooling to prevent large ice crystals from forming; the result is a smoothly textured ice cream.

Bentō is a single-portion takeout or home-packed meal common in Japanese cuisine. It is the Japanese way of saying "take-out" meal, but bento boxes are typically used for serving meals at home or at sit-down restaurants. A traditional bento consists of rice, fish or meat, and one or more pickled or cooked vegetables as okazu or a side dish. Although bento is readily available in many places throughout Japan, including convenience stores, bento shops, train stations, and department stores, it is still common for Japanese homemakers to spend considerable time and energy producing an appealing boxed lunch. The food is often decorated to look like people, animals, or characters and items such as flowers and plants. This style of elaborate bento is called kyaraben.
Bento form part of the Japanese language of love. Aiso bento, means bento made as a romantic gesture. In a culture where girls are traditionally expected to be pretty shy and domestic, one of the accepted ways to show a boy you like him is to make him a special bento. Of course, when you look at some of the wilder Japanese youth culture, that seems sweetly old-fashioned, but it can still mean a lot! In shoujo (for girls) anime and comics (manga) you'll often see schoolgirls give bento to the boys they have a crush on. Bento can also be a wife's way of showing her husband that she still cares for him - and, of course, her children that she loves them and wants their day at school to be pleasant.

Iron
Iron is a chemical element with the symbol Fe or “ferrum” and atomic number 26. Iron is a group 8 and period 4 elements. Iron is shiny and silvery in color. It is soft relative to steel. It is one of the few ferromagnetic elements. Iron-56 is the second heaviest stable isotope produced by the alpha process in stellar nucleosynthesis, the heaviest being nickel-62; heavier elements require a supernova for their formation. Iron is the most abundant element in the core of red giants, and is the most abundant metal in iron meteorites and in the dense metal cores of planets such as Earth. Iron and iron alloys are also the most common ferromagnetic materials in everyday use.

Cataracts are caused by UV radiation. Studies found that light at blue end of the spectrum can damage the retina and possibly lead to age-related macular degeneration. So, to protect your eyes from the sun is to wear sunglasses. UV-protected sunglasses can block out up to 90% of visible light and 100% of UV rays. Besides that, it is important to ensure your children to wear sunglasses because their pupils dilate more than adults therefore allowing in more harmful rays.
Here are some points when buying sunglasses:
• Non-UV-protective sunglasses could be worse than none at all because they fool the pupil into not constricting therefore letting in more UV rays.
• Wraparound sunglasses can prevent light from getting into your eyes from the side.
• Lastly, expensive glasses not necessarily offer more protection. So, always look for a 100% UV certificate sunglasses.

Hi..today i would to share some information with all my friends about eyes. This should be a simple philosophy of life that if you look after your own self, you will receive the most from it. Like the other important aspects of necessary foods, physical training in a gym or anything else, your eye care is also of immense importance, especially if you are already having some eye problems.Provided you are having an eye disease and you face some problems to see in some cases, it suggests your low vision. If you have any visual problem, you won't be able to visualize things properly even with the aid of glasses or contact lenses.Once we have to take help of spectacles or contact lens, we get concerned about our eye care because we get worried about our looks. At the same time, the women are very concerned about their looks with the aid of things like eye shadow, eyeliners, mascara, false eyelashes and all such eye styles.

What is Alzheimer’s?
Alzheimer’s disease is a progressive and fatal brain disease. As many as 5 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s disease. Alzheimer's destroys brain cells, causing problems with memory, thinking and behavior severe enough to affect work, lifelong hobbies or social life. Alzheimer’s gets worse over time, and it is fatal. Today it is the sixth-leading cause of death in the United States. Besides that, it is also the most common form of dementia, a general term for the loss of memory and other intellectual abilities serious enough to interfere with daily life. This disease has no cure. But I had read an article is about insulin may protect against the Alzheimer’s. It said that insulin may slow or prevent the memory loss caused by Alzheimer's disease. They found that insulin acts as a shield that deflects the toxic proteins that attack the wiring in the brain responsible for forming memories. William L. Klein, a researcher in Northwestern's Cognitive Neurology said that Therapeutics designed to increase insulin sensitivity in the brain could provide new avenues for treating Alzheimer's disease.

Ultraviolet (UV) rays are invisible rays that are part of the energy that comes from the sun. UV rays can burn the eyes, hair, and skin if these parts of the body are not properly protected, or if they undergo too much exposure to the sun. Nevertheless, UV rays are very useful in our ecosystem.
There is 2 types of UV:
1- UVA
2- UVB

UVA:
- Long-wave solar rays of 320-400 nanometers, (billionths of a meter).
- Can go through windows, light clothing and even your windshield.
- Prolonged exposure of UVA cracks and shrinks the collagen and elastin of our skin.
- Causing wrinkles, sagging, leathery skin and aging!

UVB:
- Short-wave solar rays of 290-320 nanometers.
- More potent than UVA in producing sunburn.

Therefore these rays are considered the main cause of skin cancers. The best way to combat UV rays is with bodily protection. Always wear protective sunglasses and a hat to protect the eyes. A hat will also protect hair from UV damage, as well as the skin on the face and neck.

assalamualaikum and hai to all...for the entry for this month of March, i would like to share with you all about the animals surrounds the world..

let me tell you about the goose..As part of the waterfowl or wildfowl group, geese are made for the water..except for the Cape Barren goose, which has adapted to be more of a landlubber, most geese have webbed feet, a streamlined body and thick plumage, which makes them extremely buoyant...

geese are medium to large birds and migrate long distances from overwintering sites to breeding grounds...all geese eat a vegetarian diet, feeding on grasses, seeds and grains...

besides, geese usually mate for life, though a small number will separate and find another mate...a smaller number of eggs are laid each season and both parents protect the nest and young, which usually results in a higher survival rate for the young geese..

hye everyone....I would like to talk about "how to be good looking".To being a good-looking these days isn't just about being born that way. It's about appreciating and emphasizing your best features, and putting your best foot forward.

1.it start from the inside out.Be healthy. People who look healthy look good. And what better way to look healthy than to be healthy? If you aren't taking good care of your body, now is a good time to start. Begin with the basics: drink more water, eat healthy, and get fit.Otherwise,Be confident,Your self-esteem really does affect the way you look. It changes the way you carry yourself. People who are confident (not arrogant) get noticed. Then,Be a good person. Develop good character to match your good looks. Be humble and honest. Give people more to appreciate.

2.Be hygienic. Keep up with your physical maintenance. Make it a habit to take care of yourself on a daily basis. Be well-groomed. These details make a big difference. Focus on:cleanliness, scent, nails, skin, hands, feet, teeth and hair.

3.Be distinct. As human beings, we gravitate towards what is rare and unique. You're an individual--there's no one in the world like you--and you should take advantage of that. There's a lot of pressure to look like others, but no one remembers a clone. Be yourself and flaunt it. Emphasize the things that make you unique, whether it's your hair, your height, your shape, your eyes, and so on. Make your appearance reflect your unique personality.

4.Dress well. Take the time to pick out clothes that you feel comfortable in and that make you feel happy to look in the mirror. Don't get obsessed with clothing, just find several outfits that look good on you. Don't dress like you just rolled out of bed. Show people that you care about your appearance.

5.Smile. Don't walk around all the time with a frown or even a neutral expression on your face. Even a little smile will make you more attractive.
So it the step how to be good looking...hope you will get it...bye

Hi everyone. In this post, I want to share with u about ‘Top 10 Secrets to be a Smart Student’ by Dr. Wayne Huang. If you look around in your class, there are always a few students doing well in every course. How can you do to be like them?
Simple enough is just do what they do. Smart students have well-patterned study skills, starting up in lectures. Here are the top 10 tips in how to be the smart ones in lectures getting the most out of classroom time. Tip 1, is come prepared means preview the chapter first before going into the lecture, this is the main difference between A’s and B’s. Tip 2 is keeping the questioning mind, as you preview the chapter, and come up a list of questions. Try to find answers to those questions during lectures. Also write down the questions on the instructor’s lecture as it goes.

Hi, now for those who love to strawberry? You must read this!

We all know strawberries are delicious, but they are also nutritious, and ideally should be a part of everyone's daily diet. You'll enjoy some health advantages by eating strawberries regularly, and the best part is strawberries are one of the most delicious fruits.

The USDA recommends that every American eat at least five servings of fresh fruits and vegetables daily, but unfortunately, most people don't even come close to that. Adding fresh strawberries to your diet, whether they are in salads, smoothes, or on their own, is a great way to get the servings of fruit you need for a well-rounded body and a healthy immune system.

Furthermore, strawberries contain a range of nutrients, with vitamin C heading the group. They also contain significant levels of phytonutrients and antioxidants, which fight free radicals. These antioxidant properties are believed to be linked to what makes the strawberry bright red.

So what are these weird free radicals? Free radicals are elements that can damage cells, and they are thought to contribute to the formation of many kinds of cancer.

In addition to vitamin C, strawberries also provide an excellent source of vitamin K and manganese, as well as folic acid, potassium, riboflavin, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, copper, magnesium, and omega-3 fatty acids.

Hello…Today I want talk about physical fitness. Physical fitness is a must to both the young and old. The best time to have exercise is early in the morning and late in the evening. If we cannot have a hard exercise it is better to have at least a free hand exercise daily. People who do not take any regular exercise are the ones who easily fall ill. The diseases such as diabetes and rheumatism can be prevented if we take regular exercise. A body without exercise can be compared to a machine that is keep inactive. Inactive will lead to the machine getting rusty and in the long run becoming useless. So, it is also the case with our body. The conclusion is we have to do an exercise at least has free hand exercise.

I would like to post about Lindsay Lohan becoming a lesbian. I heard that she had a thing going on with Samantha, who happened to be a Briton. I was utterly shocked that the kid who acted in Parent Trap became like this.

Is this the result of parents not teaching their children right? I really hope she goes back to her normal self, and not becoming a lesbian, even though Ellen DeGeneres was accepted in public.
