Based on "something wonderful is about to happen"

Love Light:Who Says So?

although Anthony had a learning problem, his sense of failure came largely from the negative comments of others. he came to believe what they said about him. fortunately, somewhere down deep,he knew that the "tough guy loser" they saw was not him. but even with encouragement and help,he did not feel like a winner until he had a string of success both in and out of school. today,he struggles with self-doubt,although far,far less than before. and he speaks publicly to students of all ages, motivating them with his personal courage and perseverance. so quick!ask yourself: what word pops into my mind when i describe myself?once you have it,look closer: whose word is it?yours or someone else's? where did you get it? when? does it fit who you want to be? if it does, celebrate! but if not, pick out a new word or phrase, one that you really, really love. start using it in all areas of your life. tell other people about it. build your life on what you want to be true about you,and soon others will see it too. now, doesn't that feel wonderful?

To avoid the purse snatchers ,you can make yourself a less attractive target for purse snatchers by following these guidelines, based on the recommendations of the police and the National Crime Prevention Council. Whenever possible, carry valuables in your pockets rather than in a purse. Be alert at all times, and look like it. Also, be on particular alert when leaving areas where people tend to obtain money or valuables, such as ATMs or banks. Try to use ATMs during the day, use drive-up or in-store ATMs if possible, and have your card in hand when you approach the machine .When walking, keep your purse close to your body, with your hand over the clasp. If you are also carrying packages or other bags, keep your purse between your body and the packages. Keep your purse with you at all times. Don't leave it unattended to tempt a purse snatcher. In the end , do not display the contents of your purse, especially large amounts of cash or expensive jewelry.

For the last article in March, I want to talk about one article that I have read an article on New Straits Times which is talk about students that posted violence video on the internet. The article reported that some student just want to be popular get attention from the society. This is because The Education director-general Datuk Alimuddin Mohd Dom was said that while fights did occurred, he claimed that not everything portrayed in those videos was real.
"Sometimes, what is posted on You Tube may not be the real thing. It may just be several students acting to get some attention. He also said that this is under the school responsibility and the government cannot do anything if the school not take any actions. This cases shows that nowadays student do not have good attitude and free. They need attention from their parents and the teachers. The management of the school should increased the disciplines among the student. They should not allow the student bringing handphone at the school as to get back at the basic like the education director said.

Time is a component of the measuring system used to sequence events, to compare the durations of events and the intervals between them, and to quantify the motions of objects. Time has been a major subject of religion, philosophy, and science, but defining it in a non-controversial manner applicable to all fields of study has consistently eluded the greatest scholars. Time is used to define other quantities – such as velocity – and defining time in terms of such quantities would result in circularity of definition. Even in the presence of timepieces, different individuals may judge an identical length of time to be passing at different rates. Commonly, this is referred to as time is seeming to "fly" (a period of time seeming to pass faster than possible) or time seeming to "drag" (a period of time seeming to pass slower than possible). The psychologist Jean Piaget called this form of time perception "lived time". Whatever perception about time do you have, for me time is like gold. We must appreciate it just like we appreciate gold because the past time could not return back and time will not wait for us. So that we must always appreciate every second in our life because we did not know when is “finish time” for us.

VOTE EARTH
YOUR LIGHT SWITCH IS YOUR VOTE
This year, Earth Hour has been transformed into the world’s first global election, between Earth and global warming.

For the first time in history, people of all ages, nationalities, race and background have the opportunity to use their light switch as their vote – Switching off your lights is a vote for Earth, or leaving them on is a vote for global warming. WWF are urging the world to VOTE EARTH and reach the target of 1 billion votes, which will be presented to world leaders at the Global Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen 2009.

This meeting will determine official government policies to take action against global warming, which will replace the Kyoto Protocol. It is the chance for the people of the world to make their voice heard.

Earth Hour began in Sydney in 2007, when 2.2 million homes and businesses switched off their lights for one hour. In 2008 the message had grown into a global sustainability movement, with 50 million people switching off their lights. Global landmarks such as the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, Rome’s Colosseum, the Sydney Opera House and the Coca Cola billboard in Times Square all stood in darkness.

In 2009, Earth Hour is being taken to the next level, with the goal of 1 billion people switching off their lights as part of a global vote. Unlike any election in history, it is not about what country you’re from, but instead, what planet you’re from. VOTE EARTH is a global call to action for every individual, every business, and every community. A call to stand up and take control over the future of our planet. Over 74 countries and territories have pledged their support to VOTE EARTH during Earth Hour 2009, and this number is growing everyday.

The Automobilist Abroad
by Milburg Francisco Mansfield

As an afficionado of automotive history, I was curious to see whether this book might provide insights into travel by automobile, in addition to facts (e.g., specific routes). Well, insights and opinion flow aplenty from this author, and little else. The book is a hotch-potch of casual observations and commentary, and not very well-organised. But sooner or later you get the idea that automotive travel is liberating, the hospitality and food in Britain is abominable, and the roads in Belgium are wretched. It is at least amusing to hear of the raw adventure gained whilst galloping along at the incendiary speed of 30 km/hr, which was the limit throughout France at the time of this book's writing (1907). There are a few amusing anecdotes, but overall not much substance, and one doubts that the recommendations for Bistros in provincial France are still reliable. Recommended for committed automotive historians.

WATER

Water is important for our life. Water is a common chemical substance that is essential for the survival of all known forms of life. In typical usage, water refers only to its liquid form or state, but the substance also has a solid state, ice, and a gaseous state, water vapor or steam. Water covers 71% of the Earth's surface.

Water moves continually through a cycle of evaporation or transpiration (evapotranspiration), precipitation, and runoff, usually reaching the sea. Winds carry water vapor over land at the same rate as runoff into the sea. Over land, evaporation and transpiration contribute to the precipitation over land.

Clean, fresh drinking water is essential to human and other life. Access to safe drinking water has improved steadily and substantially over the last decades in almost every part of the world.. Water plays an important role in the world economy, as it functions as a solvent for a wide variety of chemical substances and facilitates industrial cooling and transportation.

But nowadays, many pollution that happened and can effect the water. So that we must take a good care to our earth and avoid the pollution.

"COCONUT TREE-THE TREE OF LIFE"

Why is a coconut tree called "The Tree of Life"? Let's all find out together.

The Coconut Tree is known to have many uses, from its roots to tips(leaves), from culinary to non-culinary. In the Philippines, the coconut tree is considered as the "Tree of Life".

You must be wondering, why is that so? Allow me to cite the different parts of the coconut tree...

1-Coconut Roots
Coconut roots are used as beverage, dye, mouthwash, and medicine for dysentery (formerly known as flux or the bloody flux). A frayed-out piece of root can also be used as a toothbrush.

2-Coconut Trunks
Coconut trunks, its hardy and durable wood is used for building small bridges, preferred for their straightness, strength and salt resistance. It is also used to make benches, tables, carvings, picutre frames, tables, tool boxes and construction materials, among others. Paper pulp can also be extracted from the coconut trunk and other woody parts of the tree.

3-Coconut Branches
Coconut branches (leaf petioles) are strong and flexible enough to make a switch (a flexible rod, typically used for corporal punishment).

Besides that, coconut tree also consist of:

4-coconut leaves
5-coconut fruits
6-coconut water
7-coconut meat
8-coconut milk
9-coconut oil
10-coconut apical bud
11-coconut inflorecence
12-coconut husk
13-coconut shell

APPLE

Did you all heard that “an apple a day, keeps the doctor away” ?
This is some part of the article about apple..
Apples have been a staple of healthy eating for many years, and the often-repeated line of an apple a day keeping the doctor away is far from a myth. Apples really do have a wonderful variety of nutrition benefits and are a tasty addition to any diet of good health and longevity. Of all of the fruits we eat, did we know that apples are the best source of pectin, a natural fiber that has several health benefits? Maybe we also do not know that apples also contain phytochemicals, quercetin, tannins, and antioxidants, all of which have different healthy properties.

The benefits of making apples as a standard part of our daily diet:
1. Apples improve the bowels.
2. Apples lower cholesterol.
3. Apples reduce the risk of cancer.
4. Apples slow the aging process.
5. Apples help to prevent hair loss.
6. Apples help keeping fair skin.

Title : Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is the 6th book of J.K. Rowling’s adventurous novel series, documenting Harry Potter’s 6th year of attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Harry Potter is now 16 and is getting ready for new life-changing events, including being able to apparate and taking suitable classes to prep him for an Auror career (a job position responsible in seeking out and fighting against dark magic). Along the way, Harry and his friends discover the meaning of adolescence, with young romance blossoming all around them, but that is not all.

After realizing and building up his wizarding abilities for the past 5 years and developing his rival relationship with the greatly feared dark wizard Lord Voldemort – Harry, and his school headmaster, Professor Dumbledore, are on a mission to understand Voldemort’s past – in attempts of getting the upper hand in defeating him and his dark followers (the Death Eaters).
Meanwhile, Harry suspects that Draco Malfoy, a student in the same year is working closely with Voldemort, stewing up a plan to put them all in danger. Harry spends a lot of time trying to incriminate Malfoy, even though his two best friends, Ron Weasley and Hermoine Granger are against the idea.
Along the way, his Potions teacher, Professor Slughorn unknowingly gives Harry a textbook containing potion-making shortcuts and un-heard of spells and charms. Harry finds that the book once belonged to a student who called himself the “Half-blood Prince”. Little does Harry know that he has already met this previous student, and that he is already a major part of Harry’s life.
Through magical means of research, Harry and Dumbledore uncover a puzzle that unlocks the mystery behind Lord Voldemort and his seemingly impossible return to the wizarding world (he was thought to be killed long ago when Harry was born.) Together, Harry and Dumbledore go on a quest to retrieve an object that could possibly help them defeat Voldemort.
Upon returning to the school, they find that the Death Eaters have come to Hogwarts, resulting in a major fight. Several truths are discovered, and Harry vows that he will do whatever it takes to defeat Voldemort, in a set-up for book 7.
