Hi..I would like to tell the guys how to propose a girl". One of the things to keep in mind while proposing is that girls are usually more sensitive than guys and they like subtle ways of proposal. However, each and every girl is different from the other and the way of proposal should suit the temperament of the particular girl you are about to propose.

1. "Old is Gold", this age-old adage comes true in the context of the all time favorite idea of proposing a girl by going down on the knees. This technique may be old, but it still helps in melting a girl's heart.

2.There is no need for using fanciful or big grandiloquent words to impress her. Rather, it may prove to be a big turn off. The best way is to express your true feeling in the simplest manner.

3.To show that you really care for her. Invite her to a quiet and romantic dinner for just the two of you, at your place. Prepare all her favorite dishes and play her favorite music. Along with your love, it will also show how much you know about her.

4.Prepare a banner, with the words "I Love You" or "Will You Marry Me". Stick this banner outside her home or her office, where she is bound to notice it. Please do not use her name on that banner. Better to use some nickname that only you two know of.

5.If you can afford, sky writing your proposal is an excellent idea. But make sure that you are with her when the proposal is written.

6.Proposing at the same place where both of you met for the first time or the place both of you have fond memories of, is a good idea.

7.If you have some beaches nearby, drive there in the evening. With soft music playing in your car, propose her when the sun is setting. The whole ambience will make her go weak in the knees.

So hope some of this tips really work...

Assalamualaikum~

this is for those born in the month of March where they learns to recognize the end of winter. Babies in their cribs point to the brightening of the sky before they can crawl. Level-headed men weep at the first call of the warblers. Upstanding women strip off their cloths and dive into inlets and ponds before the ice has melted, unconcerned if their fingers and toes turn blue. Spring fever affects young and old alike; it spares no one and makes no distinctions, striking when happiness is least expected, when joy is only a memory, when the skies are still cloudy and snow is still piled onto the cold, hard ground... Still there are some who are slower to discern the signs of spring. Such people cannot be convinced that lions will ever be turned into lambs...

East-central Madagascar is home to many species found nowhere else on the planet, and to one of the boldest conservation initiatives designed to benefit communities.

Conservation International (CI) is working with the Government of Madagascar, the World Bank and other partners to address deforestation and mitigate climate change, and to create sustainable livelihoods for the citizens of this island nation.

But the ongoing use of slash-and-burn agriculture due to the growing human population’s need for fertile land continues to be a significant threat to the forests and their biodiversity.
Around the world, the use of fossil fuels like coal and oil drives the modern economy, but scientists and world leaders in government and business now acknowledge that industrialization and global commerce are contributing to climate change, affecting the health and viability of all life on the planet.

Hai! Hope the tips for the ways to be a good friend that I have shared with you at the last entry will help you...Now I like to share others tips...Never make a promise you know you can't keep. Good friendship is based on trust - if you break a friend's trust, the friendship may be very hard to salvage. Of course, if you have made a promise and planned to keep it, but circumstances beyond your control conspire to prevent it, let your friend know as soon as you find out. Don't wait until 15 minutes after you were supposed to arrive to call and say, "gee, I'm sorry." Instead, a quick call to say, "Hey, I know I promised to help you with whatever it is, but my mom is telling me we are going to my aunt's for the weekend, and leaving tomorrow just after school - that means I won't be able to make it. I'm so sorry. Can we reschedule?" That's just honoring the fact that your friend is counting on you, and respecting the fact that, given a little notice, your friend might just be able to get someone else to help with whatever it was - or not, whatever. But at least you won't be hanging your friend out to twist in the wind. Besides that, listen to them. you don't have to agree with them - just listen to what they have to say. Make sure they are talking too and you are not just running your mouth. Some people don't really find it interesting listening to someone talk about their feelings 24/7. If you're monopolizing every conversation with your feelings, they aren't getting anything out of the friendship. Invite them to share their hearts with you as often as you share yours with them.

Women make better teachers than men.Do you agree?
I do not agree with the above statement. It is unfair to both sex make a sweeping statement like that. I have had good women teachers as well as good men teachers. Generally I can say that women teachers are gentler in their approach to teaching. They, being the so-called fairer sex, usually try very hard to make their lessons interesting. I have been taught by many teachers. They all have their own abilities and approaches to teaching. Some of them are definitely uninteresting in teaching, especially some older ones of both sex. Whether they are men or women, each have their own strong points and weak points. Each was good in his or her way. Sex does not determine how good a person is as a teacher.

Malaysian Culture: People
Malaysia is a country that is known for its rich and cultural heritage. Here, people strongly believe in respecting each other’s culture and religion. Here, one can find a good mix of Malay, Chinese and even Indian communities. The Malay people cover more than half of the population of Malaysia. As per the laws of the Malaysian Constitution, all Malays are basically Muslims and one can get a glimpse of the traditional Malay culture in the village areas.

The Malaysian culture also includes the Chinese and they were known to have adopted the Malaysian culture since the ancient days. With the practice of intermixed marriages there emerged a whole new group where the males were called as the babas and the females were known as the nyonyas. The Chinese therefore are the second largest group out here.

The Indians are the third largest group of people that form a major part of the Malaysian culture. The Indians had always visited Malaysia since the ancient days.

Thus we see how different races have formed a part of the culture of Malaysia. The unity in diversity can be seen in the celebration of various festivals by all races in Malaysia. Apart from this, there are also certain tribes that form the oldest inhabitants of Malaysia. This forms to be at least 5 percent of the total population.

Kebaya is originated from Arab region, the Arabic word Kaba means clothing. The name of Kebaya as a particular clothing type was introduced by the Portuguese when they landed on Southeast Asia. Kebaya is associated with a type of blouse worn by Indonesian women in 15th or 16th century. Prior 1600, kebaya on Java island were considered as a sacred clothing to be worn only by members of the Javanese monarchy. During Dutch colonization of the island, European women began wearing kebaya as formal dress. During this period, kebaya that was originally made from mori fabric were modified with silk embroidered with colorful patterns.

In Malacca region, a different variety of kebaya is called "nyonya kebaya" wore by the Peranakan people. Nyonya kebaya dress consists of a kebaya completed with a sarong and beaded shoes (kasut manek). The nyonya kebaya gains its popularity that the dress is worn also by non-Asian people.

Apart from traditional kebaya, fashion designers are looking into ways of modifying the design and making kebaya a more fashionable outfit. Casual designed kebaya can even be worn with jeans or skirts. For weddings or formal events, many designers are exploring other types of fine fabrics like laces to create a bridal kebaya.

The kebaya silhoutte gives emphasis to a womanly figure and that is the beauty of this ethnic wear.

Sarong kebaya, a version of kebaya has become a uniform for Singapore Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, and Garuda Indonesia flight attendants.

Earth

Earth is the third planet from the Sun. Earth is the largest of the terrestrial planets in the Solar System in diameter, mass and density. It is also referred to as the World.
Home to millions of species, including humans, Earth is the only place in the universe where life is known to exist. The planet formed 4.54 billion years ago and life appeared on its surface within a billion years. Since then, Earth's biosphere has significantly altered the atmosphere and other abiotic conditions on the planet, enabling the production of aerobic organisms as well as the formation of the ozone layer which together with Earth's magnetic field, blocks harmful radiation, permitting life on land. The physical properties of the Earth, as well as its geological history and orbit, allowed life to persist during this period. The world is expected to continue supporting life for another 1.5 billion years, after which the rising radiance of the Sun will eliminate the biosphere.
Earth's outer surface is divided into several rigid segments, or tectonic plates, that gradually migrate across the surface over periods of many millions of years. About 71% of the surface is covered with salt-water oceans, the remainder consisting of continents and islands; liquid water, necessary for all known life is not known to exist on any other planet's surface. Earth's interior remains active, with a thick layer of relatively solid mantle, a liquid outer core that generates a magnetic field, and a solid iron inner core.
Earth interacts with other objects in outer space, including the Sun and the Moon. At present, Earth orbits the Sun once for every roughly 366.26 times it rotates about its axis. This length of time is a sidereal year, which is equal to 365.26 solar days. The Earth's axis of rotation is angle 23.4° away from the perpendicular to its orbital plane, producing seasonal variations on the planet's surface with a period of one tropical year (365.24 solar days). Earth's only known natural satellite, the Moon which began orbiting it about 4.53 billion years ago, provides ocean tides, stabilizes the axial angle and gradually slows the planet's rotation. Between approximately 4.1 and 3.8 million years ago, asteroid impacts during the Late Heavy Bombardment caused significant changes to the surface environment.
Both the mineral resources of the planet, as well as the products of the biosphere, contribute resources that are used to support a global human population. The inhabitants are grouped into about 200 independent sovereign states, which interact through diplomacy, travel, trade and military action.

I want to share about a type of Japanese dessert, Dango. Dango is a dumpling made from rice flour which is often served with green tea. It is eaten all year-round. Three to four are often served on a skewer.

There are many different types of dango such as:
• An-Dango: Red bean flavoured dango which is the most popular flavour in Japan.
• Bocchan dango: Dango that has three colours. One is coloured by red beans, the second by eggs and the third by green tea.
• Hanami dango: Also has three colours like Bocchan dango which is traditionally made during Sakura-viewing season.
• Mitarashi dango: Dango which is covered with syrup made from Japanese soy sauce, sugar and starch.
• Teppanyaki dango: Dango on a skewer with a tangy teppanyaki taste.

In my last entry,I promise to talk about chocolate in this entry.Ice-cream usually available in 3 different flavour that is chocolate, vanilla and strawbery. For me I will choose chocolate flavour. So, I will talk about the Do of the chocloate.
1. DO be choosey about your chocolate.
Ideally, you should pick dark chocolate that contains at least 70 percent cocoa—the higher the cocoa percentage, the more health benefits the chocolate contains. The label on your chocolate should also say non- or lightly alkalized or non-dutched. And if you’re eating the stuff for health benefits, skip white and milk chocolate, which don’t have as many of the good-for-you flavanols the dark variety does.
2.DO drink hot cocoa to keep skin young.
Cocoa beans are filled with antioxidants that combat inflammation from free radicals, which can leave skin puffy and red. According to Allison Tannis, M.S., R.H.N., the author of Feed Your Skin, Starve Your Wrinkles, when cocoa beans are converted into chocolate bars, they can lose much of their antioxidants.
3. DO eat chocolate for your heart.
A study found that substances derived from antioxidant-rich cocoa powder may contribute to a reduction in LDL cholesterol (the bad kind) and an elevation in HDL cholesterol (the good kind).
4. DO use chocolate to scrub your skin.
The antioxidants and cocoa butter in chocolate help moisturize and promote healthy skin-cell development, keeping skin soft and supple.
Thats all for the DO of chocolate. In my next entry I will talk about the DON'T of the chocolate

Sunlight is Earth's primary source of energy. The solar constant is the amount of power that the Sun deposits per unit area that is directly exposed to sunlight. The surface of the Sun consists of hydrogen, helium and trace quantities of other elements. The Sun orbits the center of the Milky Way galaxy at a distance of approximately 24,000 to 26,000 light years from the galactic center. Ultraviolet light from the Sun has antiseptic properties and can be used to sanitize tools and water. It also causes sunburn, and has other medical effects such as the production of Vitamin D. The Sun does not have enough mass to explode as a supernova and it is a yellow main sequence star comprising about 99% of the total mass of the Solar System. Sunlight is very bright, and looking directly at the Sun with the naked eye for brief periods can be painful, but is not particularly hazardous for normal, non-dilated eyes. Looking directly at the Sun causes phosphene visual artifacts and temporary partial blindness.

Noorhana is just a typical name in Malaysia. People do called me hana or nana. The name sound so familiar and used by many girl not Only in Malaysia, but outside too.
But, what I feel that my name was interesting is the day when I heard about Hana bay. I’m shocked to hear a beach using my name. Though it is not as famous as Bali or Phucket, but, to have heard a bay with my name, which is Hana Bay is such a pretty things.
Hana is a census-designated place in Maui County, Hawaii, United States. The population was 709 at the 2000 census. Hana is located at the eastern end of the island of Maui and is one of the most isolated towns in the state. It is reached mainly via the Hana Highway, a long, winding, 52 mile long highway along Maui's northern shore. The Hana Airport offers flights with regular service to the Big Island, Kahului and Oahu. Near Hana are several swimming holes in the Haleakala National Park. Hana isolated from the rest of the island, is truly the last developed tropical paradise on Maui.

Hana Bay has a large, black sand beach which is the result of lava eroding and washing into the ocean from a nearby stream. This area is well protected and is usually a very safe place to swim. It is suitable for a family gathering place or local residents on the weekend. It is the perfect spot for picnics and water activities such as outrigger canoe race. I’ve visit the site that show many picture about Hana bay. It was very beautiful and I’ve made a dream to visit Hana bay some day.
Here, I write the website that tells about Hana bay.

Do you like to eat fish???
Do you know that eating more fish is good for your health???
Fish is low in fat, high in protein and an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids. Eating fish regularly may reduce the risk of diseases ranging from childhood asthma to prostate cancer. There a re a few healthy ways to enjoy fish include baked, poached, grilled and steamed. Teenage boys who regularly eat fish may be doing their brains some good. Researchers found that boys those who ate fish more than once per week tended to score higher on intelligence tests three years later. The omega 3 fatty acids found in fish particularly oily fish like salmon, mackerel and, to a lesser extent, albacore tuna are important to early brain development and to maintaining healthy brain function throughout life.
So, everyone should eat more fish. It is good for your health!

Air Freshener

Air fresheners are consumer products that mitigate unpleasant odors in indoor spaces. They can be in the form of candles, aerosol sprays, potpourri, gels and mechanical or heat release products.

But there are some effect when using the air freshener.A Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) study of 13 common household air fresheners found that most of the surveyed products contain chemicals that can aggravate asthma and affect reproductive development. Exposure to volatile organic compounds through frequent use of air fresheners and other aerosols in the home was found to correlate with increased earaches and diarrhea in infants, and with increased depression in their mothers.

assalamualaikum and hai to all...now, i want to tell about the gorilla..most of us are familiar with this mammals because of its appearance in the film 'King Kong'..

The gorilla is the largest of the primates...adult males are often twice the size of females and have a silvery back when fully mature..they live in highly complex social groups led by a dominant male in the lowland and swamp forests of Central and Equatorial Africa...

Gorillas use several techniques to avoid confrontation when threatened...they may "yawn" to show off their large canine teeth or beat their chest while hooting or barking...

The gorilla faces many threats in the wild, including slash-and-burn forest clearing, illegal hunting for the bushmeat trade and trophy poaching...

A gorilla's life is pretty simple...they spend 30 percent of their waking hours eating, 30 percent traveling and 40 percent resting and sleeping...

hye....i would like to give you tip about how to accept being shy....firstly,assume that you are the authority on you. If you regard yourself as flawed, people will assume that you know yourself best (and therefore you must be flawed).Secondly,If you can, develop some basic conversation abilities. Practice with somebody you know and trust, first. You don't have to use them when you don't want to, but they can be helpful when you need them.Thirdly,Introversion is defined by psychologists as the tendency to be driven from within. Look closely. Does your motivation come mainly from yourself rather than others? That is a powerful trait to have, especially if you know you have it.Fourtly,You are as you were meant to be. The world needs you. A lot. Don't dismiss your gift. And it is a gift. And the lastly,Do things at your own pace. Don't care how others see you. you might be surprised, but lots of people envy you.BUT,make sure don't let people take advantage of you if you are shy stand up for yourself.

TECHNOLOGY is very much a part of our lives today. Regular urbanites and folks in rural and remote areas are all aware of the benefit it brings. Mobile telecommunications technology is perhaps the most used by locals. DiGi Telecommunications recently started a campaign to let customers know just how wide the coverage it provides. To make the campaign memorable, the company featured the Yellow Coverage Fellow (YCF) as mascot.

The YCF is dressed in a tight yellow suit, with many having a pronounced pot belly. They tend to race one another to become the one who will provide coverage each time a new customer activates his DiGi account.

A series of promotional activities was done with the YCF taking centrestage. Television viewers got to see YCFs travelling and shaking the hands of Foreign Coverage Fellows, braving attempts to provide coverage in caves and underwater, and going through military training to boost their capabilities; one fellow was even mistaken for an auspicious corner in the home by an enthusiastic feng shui master. Before DiGi, another iconic figure which emerged from the technology industry is TM’s BlueHyppo. The walking, dark blue hippopotamus has been a familiar face at many roadshows, broadcast sponsorship events and similar treks. I have even met children who recognise BlueHyppo, but not Barbie.

To have icons emerge from technology companies just goes to show that Malaysia is a nation that has embraced the rapidly evolving technology. With the help of the friendly yellow guy and an ever-smiling hippo, we no longer need to worry about the complexities of technology. We can welcome it boldly.

Hi..now i will share about water.Water is a common chemical substance that is essential for the survival of all known forms of life. In typical usage, water refers only to its liquid form or state, but the substance also has a solid state, ice, and a gaseous state, water vapor or steam. Water covers 71% of the Earth's surface. On Earth, it is found mostly in oceans and other large water bodies, with 1.6% of water below ground in aquifers and 0.001% in the air as vapor, clouds (formed of solid and liquid water particles suspended in air), and precipitation.Saltwater oceans hold 97% of surface water, glaciers and polar ice caps 2.4%, and other land surface water such as rivers, lakes and ponds 0.6%. A very small amount of the Earth's water is contained within biological bodies and manufactured products. Other water is trapped in ice caps, glaciers, aquifers, or in lakes, sometimes providing fresh water for life on land.

hi....
for this entry i would like to talk about US 'pregnant man' expecting again

Thomas Beatie, the US "pregnant man" who gave birth to a daughter in June, is expecting his second child.
The 34-year-old made the announcement in a television interview with Barbara Walters of ABC News.
Mr Beatie was born female but underwent gender reassignment and is now legally male. He kept his female reproductive organs so he could have a family.
The baby was due in early June, he told the TV host. He felt good and everything was going well.
"I had my checkups with my hormone level... everything is right on track," he said,
Thomas Beatie grew up in Hawaii as Tracy Lagondin, but began to live as a man when he was in his twenties.
He had breast surgery to remove glands and flatten his chest but kept his female reproductive organs.
He has been married to his wife, Nancy, for five years and the couple bought sperm from a donor when they decided to start a family.
Mr Beatie gave birth to their baby daughter, Susan, the natural way, after a lengthy labour.
After the birth, he told Ms Walters, he did not resume taking male hormones because the couple wanted to have another baby.
The couple's second child is due on 12 June.

Now, I will tell one of the most singificant problems human beings face as a general population is how to handle stress. As a life & career expert, and an acclaimed advice columnist, I have compiled eleven of the most significant ways that you can reduce stress in your life. You may not always be able to make stress dissappear, but you can manage it with some very simple techniques.

1. Talk! Don't hold all your feelings within! Discuss your stressful feelings with someone you trust who will listen without being judgmental or pressuring you to their own point of view. Even if you can't change the immediate situation, talking about it helps alleviate some of the tension you may be feeling. Supplement the verbalizing with something physical: write it out, exercise or hit a pillow.

2. ACT! Be willing to take risk and make change, no matter how small. Try to change the stressful situation, or at least some part of it. Moving forward in small ways helps you feel empowered and in control. Put one foot in front of the other to move in a positive direction. Soon, the stress will lessen.

3. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! If you learn about how your body reacts to stress, you can also learn how to counter that stress. Learn to listen to your body's signals and find ways to reduce your stress, even if it's just "taking five" to clear your mind. Relaxation exercises (E.g. Yoga, meditation, physical exercise) help, too.

4. BE IN CHARGE! Discover what you need to feel good about yourself and get your needs met. Another way to reduce your stress is to find an interest, hobby or activity where you feel in charge and call the shots. If you really feel out of control, don't stay silent and alone! Seek guidance from someone who is qualified to help you get through the obstacles, and move forward again. If you can't find someone qualified in your neighborhood or you don't feel as though you can talk to someone "in person" try a qualified internet counselor. If you would like to talk to ME (Advice Sister Alison) you can find information at http://www.advicesisters.net/getpersonaladvice3.html

5. DON'T OVERWHELM YOURSELF: If you are stressed and overwhelmed, perhaps you are trying to handle too much. Rid yourself of extra duties that aren't necessary or important. Learn how to delegate and how to say "no" without feeling guilty. Ask for help if you need it.

What’s the distinction between a clock and a watch? I also don’t know. Let me tell you about the different between a clock and watch. The difference is not merely size. Some old pocket watches were bigger than our travel clocks today. Clocks were invented in Italy in the fourteenth century and watches followed more than a century later. From the beginning, clocks were weight driven, but the breakthrough that made watches possible was the invention of a different technology to drive the device. Now that both clocks and watches use new technologies, the differences between the two are their size, portability and where timepiece is displayed.

I would like to write about today. since today is my father's birthday, I am silently praying for his health, because on the 1st of April, his friend had just passed away.

It was really a scary timing. On April's Fool, someone had passed away. It would seem like a joke, though. I am afraid that one day, my father would leave me like he did. I've always regretted for being such a rascal at times.

We must learn how to appreciate them, because we do not know when they will be forever apart from us.
