From what i have been read, i had found that nowadays obesity always happen among person at all age level especially among the child. Hence, parents had been advice to take a good care of their child's meal before they are going to obeys. Prevention is always better than cure. There are several types of food that must been taken in limited quantity and can cause obesity especially fast food like maggie, KFC, chocolate, McDonald, bicarbonate water an else.
Besides that, there are several ways to reduce the percentage to get obesity. For example reduce in taking fast food. It maybe can take a time per month. This is because in fast food has an ingredients that can effect our human body system. Exercise also important in reducing fat. When we do an exercise, it will burn fat and make we feel more healthy. In addition to that, parents must make sure their child take a balance diet.
Last but not least, no more obesity in our life.

Assalammualaikum and hello everyone..

Today,I want to tell everyone how to overcome homesick and always crying on the weekends.

Crying all weekend is going to become a bad habit if you don't get a grip. Go outside, go to some public places where you'd feel dumb crying and keep telling yourself, "I'm in control of my emotions."
If you're having trouble with friends, volunteer- it's the easiest way to get out of the house, get busy and meet people. Plus, doing good makes you feel good. No one judges you badly when you're doing good deeds.

Thank you

Assalamualaikum and good afternoon to everyone.I was so sad when I read an article about an accident. Three members of a family and a van driver were killed in a horrific crash between a car, a van and a chemical tanker at Km22 of the Pasir Gudang highway here.
In the 9.30am incident which involved nine victims, Abdul Razak Mustapha, 25, sister, Muhaini, 22, and nephew Adib Rafiqi Adni, five, who travelled together in a Proton Wira were killed on the spot.

The van driver K. Kucheran, 47, died on the operating table at Sultan Ismail Hospital. All were believed to have died from severe head and body injuries.

The injured were Abdul Razak's brother Ulul Azmi, 18, sister Ruziah, 35, and her other son, three-year-old Adib Raqli. They were on their way to Muar to attend a wedding. Two of Kucheran's colleagues in the van with him, S. Kumara and K. Surash, who are in their 40s, also injured.

Seri Alam district police chief Superintendent Roslan Zainuddin said the tanker driver, who was in his 30s, was currently being held under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 for alleged reckless driving.

Roslan said the incident was believed to have taken place after the tanker driver, who was on his way from Johor Baru to Pasir Gudang, lost control of his vehicle and skidded into the opposite lane before crashing into the car and van.He said it was also believed that the tanker had rammed into the van first before it hit the Proton Wira.

The dead and the injured were rushed to Sultan Ismail Hospital here, except for Adib Raqli who was admitted to Sultanah Aminah Hospital's intensive care unit.

At the hospital, Ulul Azmi said he was sleeping, and woke up suddenly when his brother, Razak was screaming about a tanker approaching.

His father, Mustapha Rasul, 60, said they were supposed to meet in Kulai before travelling to Muar.

Assalamualaikum...
Suddenly i remembered the story that i had watch last weekend. the tittle is a moment to remember. It is about a couple that live in very harmony and happily. But the happiness of the family destroyed when the wife had Alzheimer. at first here husband cannot except it, but after a while he can accept it and promise to himself that he will care his wife in every condition and what happen to her.

And i try search about this disease and i found a little about it.

While the most common cause of dementia is Alzheimer's Disease, there are other less common causes. The second most common cause is vascular dementia, which results when strokes or brain lesions impair blood flow to the brain. Other primary causes include Parkinson's Disease, Huntington's Disease and Pick's Disease. Dementia-like symptoms also can develop as a result of another condition, such as alcohol or substance abuse, vitamin deficiency and certain infectious diseases.

Alzheimer's Disease accounts for nearly 60 percent of all dementia cases. Alzheimer's affects the parts of the brain that control thought, memory and language, and usually begins after age 60.

"The first signs of the disease are mild forgetfulness," said Dr. Todd. "The forgetfulness easily can be confused with age-related memory loss, however, so it usually takes more time to make a positive diagnosis."

As the disease progresses, symptoms become more easily noticed and are serious enough to cause concern for family members. The symptoms also begin to interfere with the person's ability to perform daily activities. "They may start forgetting how to do common tasks such as brushing teeth or dressing," explained Dr. Todd.

The person will start failing to recognize familiar people and places. He or she also will begin having problems speaking, understanding, reading and writing. During the late stages of the disease, the person becomes anxious and/or aggressive and will have a tendency to wander away from home and become lost. "Eventually he or she will need total care," said Dr. Todd.

Patients with Alzheimer's can be treated with medications to slow down the progression of the disease. However, there is no cure --- the disease cannot be stopped or reversed.

So, hope all of you can know about this disease and it will happen maybe to our self one day.

Here,i want to share with yours about how to take care our goldfish well. You have to provide it with a varied and high carbohydrate diet.Goldfish have large appetites, but they also graze for food constantly. Don't let their 'mock hunger' and grousing around for food fool you into over feeding them.Besidesthat, remember to select goldfish with similar handicaps when looking for a companion for your goldfish. Finally, goldfish are beautiful living creatures. So you have to provide a healthy environment which is cool water, plenty of hiding places, clean, has space, and high-quality, high-carbohydrate foods .

Chilika Lake

Chilika is a shallow, brackish-water, lake on the eastern coast of Orissa. This lake which is the largest in the subcontinent is roughly pear shaped and varies in its extent in the dry and wet. It has been formed due to the silting action of the Mahanadi River, which drains into the northern end of the lake, and the northerly currents in the Bay of Bengal, which have formed a sandbar along the eastern shore leading to the formation of a shallow lagoon. The lake is divided into an outer channel with a narrow neck leading into the sea and the main body of the lake with a muddy bottom rich in organic matter.
Nalaban, one of the biggest islands, is a 10km marsh which is submerged during the four or five monsoon months, but is a major feeding and roosting habitat during winter for over a hundred species of migratory birds, which arrive in October from their temperate breeding grounds. These birds include a few species of flamingos, over a dozen species of ducks, and several migratory birds.
Due to the varying degrees of salinity in different parts of the lake, the fauna is interestingly diverse, with a variety of animals adapting to a marine or riverine existence to survive in different parts of the lake. Animal life recorded in the lake ranges from planktonic microorganisms to a vast variety of fish, which together sustain the migratory birds population in winter.
A few estuarine turtles and snakes are found here along with species of dolphins, otters and several rodents, bats and sloth bears on the hills. Around 158 species of fishes and prawns have so far been recorded. In 1917, a rare reptile, the limbless skink (a type of lizard) was discovered for the first time in the loose soil of the Barakudia Island.

Hmmmm.......
Today, i want to share how to pop the pimple.Common advice is to let our body heal a pimple on its own without popping. But in the real world, some people absolutely refuse to go around with a bulging white zit for the world to see. Plus, when done properly, popping a pimple can actually be beneficial to the healing process. After a shower is best, when the skin is supple.

1. Disinfect a needle with rubbing alcohol. A basic sharp sewing needle is a good choice.

2. Gently prick the pimple’s surface.

3. Take two tissues and wrap your index fingers with them.

4. Squeeze from the sides, confidently but gently, using a down-and-in motion. Don’t force it. If the pimple is ready, it’ll pop. If it doesn’t, leave it be. Be sure to stop if clear fluid or blood starts to come out.

5. Continuing to work at a lesion that is not ready to be popped can lead to scarring. Walk away from the mirror!

That's all...

Good Day to all,
I hope everyone is doing great as we will be sitting for tests throughout next week. So keep your health fine and revise thoroughly. This time I will be scribbling my opinion regarding beauty. Neither men nor women fail to realize the true beauty. Many tend to assume beauty is solemnly perfect physical appearance and eye capturing face. But inner beauty is the most truthful beauty. Genuinely, care and love are the criteria that will sail till the end of our lives. Our physical beauty will fade as years pass by. Besides that, man tends to fall for the most beautiful woman he can find. However, if she is egoistic, arrogant and materialistic then his life will end up miserable. This example is to show that we should make the inner values as the primary criteria before choosing a life partner as well friends. As the say goes “don’t judge a book by its cover”. This is not about dumping physical beauty but that’s not the thing in this world. Well everyone is beautiful in their own way. We must be able to accept what we have and improvise to the better. Don’t feel low if you are not beauty queens. The God has given us what we deserve as He thinks that’ll be sufficient for us to live. True love, care and faithfulness are the recipe for life. I hope my opinions will be useful to all and give a sense of realization.
Regards

assalamualaikum and hello to everyone..beauty??likes to be beautiful and being a person who are people always talk about with.so,there’s nothing wrong with wanting to look beautiful all the time, some people do get obsessed with their looks.Women who pay great attention to their looks or go overboard could have a form of body image disorder.

People have all kinds of obsession, and this obsession manifests itself in various forms, in different degrees. More women than men are obsessive about their looks. Usually, they are not secure about certain things in life or have some emptiness, so they cover it up by doing something they are good at.

Society is to blame for this obsession as well. If a survey is done on all the magazines lining the bookshelves.you’ll find many pictures that have been modified to create a flawless young model on the cover. woman does not care about how much the money spend for the beauty as long as she gets want she wants.

for me, the beauty not the only one thing important in this life..there are others thing important.we should appreciate what we have and try to taking care of it.thats more better.

Assalamulaikum and hello to everyone..

Today I want to share with you all how to reduce your body weight rapidly. The first step is to stop eat rice. Never eat rice no matter during breakfast, lunch even dinner. Just eat a bright food such as an orange, a slice of bread or a small amount of junk food. The maximum amount of water for you to drink is 3 glasses a day. The next step is you need to jog 4.8 kilometers a day. The last step is you need to play skipping rope for 1 hour and 30 minutes a day with 4 layers shirt. These are very effective way because I have done it and I can reduce my body weight for 4 kilograms in 5 days.

Good day to all,
Books, assignments, tests, classes all these are the things that run in mind now. It is normal because the semester is about to end. Is these all that revolves around a student’s life? Life of a university student gets boring, pressuring as well turns to be a routine. Therefore, it is time for us to think out of the box. Let’s have a break not with a Kit Kat, but with interesting activities. Hectic life of a student will be more relaxing after great pass time (interesting activities). These activities can be through societies in university. So this will break the say “all work no play makes Jack a dull boy”. These activities can stimulate our brain and change it to relax mode. This will reduce stress and hypertension. Education in varsity will turn easier and simple to be absorbed. All our days will turn to be exciting where we will look forward to it. Finally yet importantly, put up a smile on your face which not only brighten up your face but everyone else’s too. Student’s life is the crucial part to be enjoyed and cherished. Do not miss it!

Well i know most of us is so hard to wake up early especially in weekend so try to apply this several step and tips .

First you must have a good reason to get up. Then try to be productive in the mornings. Very important if you must get enough sleep before you want to wake up early to the next morning and sleep more effectively. When you wake up please jump out of bed faster.Use an alarm clock, just not the snooze.Establish a stable routine. If we live in hostel we should have a similarly motivated buddy.

Being an early riser is tough work, but we should managed to do it consistently. We will glad because the rewards are amazing. We will get much more done now and our quality of life will improved.

If we want to be early risers ourselves, try out the tips I’ve highlighted. Some of them may not work for us, but we can bet that if we applied at least a few of these, we will see immediate results. Feel free to experiment and refine the process until we find a healthy balance we can sustain.

Good luck!

When i was younger, back when i was still in my primary school, i got beaten up a lot by my father. And the reason is of course because i’m being naughty and playful. Back then, i never really see the reasons why he did all of that. Sometimes, i envied my friends because they have a better father than me. Sometimes i wished for playful father. Sometimes i wished for a friendly father. And that was back then. My father is a very stern man. So stern and strict to his children. My mother always said to me, “Your father is so hard on the outside. His tongue is sharp. Sometimes, he said things he didn’t mean. But on the inside, he is soft.” It’s so hard to see my father goofing around us in the family. He only cracks jokes with my cousins and somebody else from outside of my family. And i think that’s because he has his reason for that. As a leader of the family, he has to set a firm example for us to follow. And he has to have credibility to do so. By being stern and strict, he keeps us on our track. There were a lot of things happened between and my father when i was little. But there is this one thing that i’m really proud of. This one thing that i’m so proud of that i want to tell the whole world about it. You see, i was so naughty back then. When i was in standard 2, i didn’t do my homework that i got, for the whole year, from the first day in my standard 2, till the day he found out my mischief behaviour. Well, you guessed it, i got beaten up like crazy when he knew it. Hangers, they broke up into pieces when it got to my body. My mother cried when she saw my condition after she got back from work. Well, i deserved it. I asked for it, i got it. And since that moment, i swore that i never play again. And i worked real hard. One thing is because my father wanted me to finish all my homework in just one week. I didn’t even get to nap in the afternoon. I worked real hard. And the result, i got the first place in my class for the final examination of that year. I knew my father was so proud of me at that moment, he just being inexpressive. He didn’t really express himself much. One day, i’m going to be a father. And i will experience the same thing that my father did. You’re wondering which type of father that i’m going to be? Having the best father in the world with me, i couldn’t help but to follow his lead. To be just like him...

Assalamualaikum to everybody. For this session,I want to talk about a fire extinguisher.

Although it looks like so simple,it is very important to us. A fire extinguisher is an active fire protection device used to extinguish or control small fires, often in emergency situations. It is not intended for use on an out-of-control fire, such as one which has reached the ceiling, or otherwise requires the expertise of a fire department.

Typically, a fire extinguisher consists of a hand-held cylindrical pressure vessel containing an agent which can be discharged to extinguish a fire.

Good day.I just want to share about
my best customer service experience ever, like yours when I was young and it still resonates. I went to a very fancy fondue restaurant in Subang with my friends. We were celebrating one of our birthdays and wanted a fancy place, but we where so inexperienced.

Our waiter, however, made us like it was perfectly normal.I always appreciated that kindness. We felt like princesses. That restaurant wasn’t about high-browed whatever that many fancy places try to emulate. It WAS a well-known expensive place…but that waiter appreciated that we wanted a great experience and it was his job to ensure that no matter who we were. I will never forget that.

Today i want to share with you guys on how to maintain our fitness. Fitness is very important to athletics and other people that plays sport. But in 72 hours or 3 days without training, like jogging, go to gym, your fitness will lost automatically. To maintain our fitness, we must do exercise at least 3 times a week, 20 minutes a day. after that, we must control our diet. Don't eat food that has many calories such as burger, carbonated drink, oily food and many more food that have many calories. This is because the calories will produce fat and thats make our fitness decrease. So, we must maintain our fitness if you want to be a healthier person.

Assalamualaikum and,Hello everyone.
Here I would like to share health tips.

1.Move more

Make it a daily challenge to find ways to move your body. Climb stairs if given a choice between that and escalators or elevators. Anything that moves your limbs is not only a fitness tool, it's a stress buster. Think 'move' in small increments of time. It doesn't have to be an hour in the gym or a 45-minute aerobic dance class, tai chi or kickboxing. But that's great when you're up to it.

2. Cut Fat

Avoid the obvious such as fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats. Dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream should be eaten in low fat versions. Nuts and sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces should be eaten in limited amounts. Most are available in lower fat versions such as substitute butter, fat free cheeses and mayonnaise.

3. Quit Smoking

The jury is definitely in on this verdict. Ever since 1960 when the Surgeon General announced that smoking was harmful to your health, Americans have been reducing their use of tobacco products that kill. Just recently, we've seen a surge in smoking in adolescents and teens. Could it be the Hollywood influence? It seems the stars in every movie of late smoke cigarettes. Beware of it.

Hello...

I am back and here is another article that I would like to share with you guys. Lately, I watched a movie that was related to psychological trauma. There are different people in this world who suffer from different kinds of phobia such as afraid of heights, afraid of water, afraid of fire and many more. Here are some simple findings of mine about psychological trauma and how people react to it.
Basically, Psychological trauma is a type of damage to the psyche that occurs as a result of a traumatic event. I believe that when that trauma leads to posttraumatic stress disorder, damage may involve physical changes inside the brain and to brain chemistry, which affect the person's ability to cope with stress.
Usually, a traumatic event involves a single experience, or an enduring or repeating event or events, that completely overwhelm the individual's ability to cope or integrate the ideas and emotions involved with that experience. The sense of being overwhelmed can be delayed by weeks or years, as the person struggles to cope with the immediate danger. Trauma can be caused by a wide variety of events, but there are a few common aspects. There is frequently a violation of the person's familiar ideas about the world and of their human rights, putting the person in a state of extreme confusion and insecurity. This is also seen when people or institutions depended on for survival violate or betray the person in some unforeseen way. I realise that this type of cases occurs in many different people nowadays.
Looks like these are the information that I am able to share with you at the moment.
