Assalamualaikum and good afternoon.Today I would like to share with you about an interesting article. Nightmare.Do you had a nightmare? A nightmare is a bad dream. It can may make you feel scared, anxious, or upset, but nightmares are not real and can not harm you.

Stressful things that happen during the day can turn dreams into nightmares. Nightmares may be a way to relieve the pressures of the day when got problems at home, problems at school, and stress from sports or schoolwork. Sometimes, illness or death of a loved one, can cause stress that leads to nightmares.Another thing that may cause nightmares is watching scary movies or reading scary books, especially before you go to bed.

There are some techniques you can try to avoid nightmares. Get into a healthy sleep routine. Try to go to bed about the same time and wake up at the same time every day. Unless you are sick or did not get enough sleep the night before, avoid naps during the day. Avoid eating or exercising just before bedtime. Avoid scary books or movies before bedtime if you think they might be causing your nightmares.

The Giant Panda has a black-and-white coat. Adults measure around 1.5 m long and around 75 cm tall, at the shoulder. Males can weigh up to 115 kg but females are generally smaller than males, and can occasionally weigh up to 100 kg. The Giant Panda lives in mountainous regions, such as Sichuan, Gansu and Shaanxi.
The Giant Panda has a body shape typical of bears. It has black fur on its ears, eye patches, muzzle, legs, and shoulders. The rest of the animal's coat is white. Although scientists do not know why these unusual bears are black and white, some speculate that the bold coloring provides effective camouflage into its shade-dappled snowy and rocky surroundings. The Giant Panda's thick, wooly coat keeps it warm in the cool forests of its habitat. The Giant Panda has large molar teeth and strong jaw muscles for crushing tough bamboo.
The Giant Panda has a paw, with a "thumb" and five fingers; the "thumb" is actually a modified sesamoid bone, which helps the Giant Panda to hold bamboo while eating. The Giant Panda has the second longest tail in the bear family, with one that is 4-6 inches (150 mm) long. The longest belongs to the Sloth Bear.
The Giant Panda can usually live to be 25-30 years old in captivity.

Assalammualaikum.Today,I want to share with you the suitable place to study.

I study by the window. But if you live in a noisy area, the best place to go is a library. They always have areas for students to take their own books and study. Call your nearest library and ask. Good luck!

Thank you

Assalamualaikum and good day. I would like to share some knowledge about Tarot.
The Tarot is a tool that allows you to tap into your intuition. It bridges the gap between your physical and spiritual world and puts you in touch with your inner self. The cards of the tarot allow you to look into a dimension of your world that you otherwise may not be able to access. The Tarot can be predictive but generally offers you an alternative view or new perspective into self understanding, spiritual growth, clarification of decisions and everyday problems. Many Tarot readers believe that the cards take on the energy of the person who touches them. The cards are insulated from others by wrapping them in silk or enclosing them in a box, and they are only touched by the diviner and the person for whom the reading is done. This is just information to all. Take it as knowledge. I do not practice it and to all Muslim also, you should not to. That is all for now. Thank you.

I've had some of the worst roommates you could imagine during matriculation. Seriously. I don't know how I keep having such bad luck, it's awful. After spending so much time with terrible roommates I've found some tricks for learning to deal with them.

I keep remember why I'm here:
I'm at college for the sole purpose of getting my degree.
When my roommate starts bugging me really bad I bury myself in my work, and use all my frustration on doing my homework.

If she's going to keep me up until 2am fighting with her boyfriend on the phone, why not use that time getting started on some work thats due later in the week, instead of making ugly faces at her when she's not looking?

Also, i escape to the library and get my homework done there if i'm not good at doing work when there is noise in the room. It will force me to do my work because there's no chance of falling asleep and i have nothing better to do!

Hello,.

I'm glad to post this comment which is maybe last for this semester. For this session, I would like to share with you about one of my interest in free time. When I have free time, and extra money, I love to go to cinema for watch movies. I like to spend time in cinemas because by doing this, I can release some tension. Besides that, for me, it is more satisfying to watch favorite movies in cinema rather than in computer or television. I always go to cinema with my friends, sister, or sometimes alone. The genre of film that I always like to see in cinema is action, thriller or the one with a interesting plots. I don't like to see romance or scary movies in cinema. Recently, I'm so busy and have no time to hang up at cinemas. The latest movie that I saw at cinema is Transporter 3 at Midvalley theater about 2 month ago. I plan to watch a new movie,Fast And Furious 4, next Saturday. I hope I will have free time to do so then. That's all for now, and maybe for this sem. I hope you enjoy reading all my comments so far.
Thank you..,

However,I am very grateful and proud of myself. Now, I know how lucky I am.

There you go,this will be the my last reading entry for the month.I will share with you guys about smiling.
Many of us,I admit really love to smile, right?

Smiles are important but most people walk around without one so you get used to how they look with out expression.Like when i say serious they are just like doing nothing with their face, reading a book, listening to a pastor speak, like no expression. or a smiling face? I sort of think it is their serious face because most of the time, people have a no expression face rather than smiling almost 24/7. What do you think? But a smile is still important.

Smile everybody!Let the world be much more wonderful place to stay with the smiles all around!

This is my last comment for this sem..heee,it is about sleep..what happen when you sleep. When we sleep well, we wake up feeling refreshed and alert for our daily activities. Sleep affects how we look, feel and perform on a daily basis, and can have a major impact on our overall quality of life.

To get the most out of our sleep, both quantity and quality are important. Teens need at least 8 hours and on average 9 hours a night of uninterrupted sleep to leave their bodies and minds rejuvenated for the next day. If sleep is cut short, the body doesn’t have time to complete all of the phases needed for muscle repair, memory consolidation and release of hormones regulating growth and appetite. Then we wake up less prepared to concentrate, make decisions, or engage fully in school and social activities.Sleep helps us thrive by contributing to a healthy immune system, and can also balance our appetites by helping to regulate levels of the hormones ghrelin and leptin, which play a role in our feelings of hunger and fullness. So when we’re sleep deprived, we may feel the need to eat more, which can lead to weight gain.

Assalamualaikum wbt.

Hi everybody,

For the last comment for this month, i want to share with you guys about rainbow. Rainbow is an optical and meteorological phenomenon that causes a spectrum of light to appear in the sky when the sun shines onto droplets of moisture in the Earth's atmosphere. They take the form of a multicoloured, with red on the outer part of the arch and violet on the inner section of the arch. The most commonly cited and remembered sequence, in English, is Newton's sevenfold red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. Rainbows can be caused by other forms of water than rain, including mist, spray, and dew. Thats all for my comment, thank you.

As I said before, I really love this kind of movie that is a movie with some polices or detectives..Do you know CSI? It has been one of the most popular TV show from 8 years ago..CSI: Crime Scene Investigation is an American crime drama television series that trails the investigations of a team of Las Vegas forensic scientists as they unveil the circumstances behind mysterious and unusual deaths and other crimes. The show was created by Anthony E. Zuiker and is filmed primarily at Universal Studios in Universal City, California. The pilot episode was first broadcast on October 6, 2000, and eight seasons have been aired.
CSI is produced by Jerry Bruckheimer Television and CBS Productions, which became CBS Paramount Television in the fall of 2006. Formerly a co-production with the now-defunct Alliance Atlantis Communications, that company's interest in the series is now owned by investment firm GS Capital Partners, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs. CBS Paramount acquired AAC's international distribution rights to the program.

Right brain VS left brain.

It’s so cool dude. At first when I see the dancer who’s turning around over and over again, I got a little bit headaches. Haha. Then, when I gave my attention to her, I can see that dancer was spinning in anti-clockwise direction. So, I was assumed that I used more of the left side of the brain. But after a few minutes, when I see it again, damn. That woman had changed her direction. I can see her in clockwise spinning. Oh, what so confusing. So I tried to change her direction. At first I can’t, but when I put all of my focus to her, yes I got it. I can change the direction of the dancer. That means I’ve used both side of my brain. Is that true? Hurmm, maybe. Who knows right? Actually when I was trying to find the solution why this could happen, then I realized that was only an eyes trick. If you keep focusing to the movement of the dancer, u can see that the dancer is not spinning actually. It is just an optically illusion. It is true. Believe me. You can try it by yourself.

Goodluck!
