When i was not going to my hometown.i was outing with my friend.we are release out tension.my friends took me to teluk cempedak.i never been to teluk cempedak before.thanks my friends because took me to teluk cempedak..

If there is a vote on which beach is more popular on the East Coast of Malaysia, Teluk Chempedak will definitely rank head-to-head with the well-known Pantai Cherating. Affectionately known simply as "T.C." by the locals, Teluk Chempedak is the closest beach attraction for the city of half-a-million dwellers. Hence, it is not uncommon to see the beach is filled with evening strollers, kite flyers, windsurfers and even swimmers.

During my visit to Teluk Chempedak. I found the beach to be relatively quiet on a weekday. Oh yes, the beach is also known for the common long-tailed macaques that inhabit the area. Sadly, they seemed to be more interested in scouring the trash bins that can be found aplenty on the beach. I do hope they do not rely so much on leftover food thrown away by the beach patrons. The long-tailed macaques were rather harmless and a number of visitors were seen trying to get photographs of these adorable creatures.

Based on "something wonderful is about to happen"

Love Light:Deciding for Yourself

when we are children,we live by other's decisions.our parents, our teachers and other authority figures. although we can get vote at 21 and have license at 18,there's really no date or time when we know for certain that our decisions are our own. if you make the same decision over and over, they become beliefs. some people spend their entire lives living by other people's decisions. but it doesn't have to be. we always have choices about what we do and how we see things. when we act on our convictions and open our perspective to new ideas and ways of seeing things,we find the wholeness we had been seeking. the wonder of personal peace occured when we decide for ourself what was valuable and true. just choose any area of your life that is important to you and ask yourself,"what decisions have I made about this?and are they truly my decisions or someone else's?".. then, act on what you know. do or say something that confirms what you believe. don't worry if you will have the time, the stamina,or the money to do this. when personal truth leads the way, wonders happen..

To choose a cell phone you need research what phones are offered by your cell phone provider. Then , think about price. Free phones may not have all of the features of expensive phones, but they still make phone calls. In addition, you can think about fashion and function. Unfortunately, you often have to choose one or the other when it comes to cell phones. Often, fashionable phones have lower functionality or lots of flaws, whereas functional phones work well, but look kind of plain.
You also need to think about how you treat your cellular phone. If you tend to drop your phone down the stairs, go for a resilient phone. You may want a fun, trendy phone, but if you break it once a month, it's just not worth having a breakable phone. Do consideration in the end ,decide what features are important to you. If you need a full keyboard, purchase a phone that has one. Or, if you need a great camera, choose a phone with a high quality camera in it. Keep in mind, you may have to sacrifice one feature for another.

~milo~

I like milo.. how to use milo..??
Milo is added to hot or cold milk to give it a malted chocolate flavour and extra texture. When combined with cold milk, it retains the gritty texture of its raw state. Milo can be stirred into steamed milk or hot water to create something similar to hot chocolate or cocoa. Sugar can be added to the milo beverage, but many people enjoy it without the addition of sweeteners, appreciating it for its subtle chocolate flavour. Another possible use is making a normal cup of cold Milo and microwaving it for approximately 40–60 seconds. This gives the Milo drink a biscuity cover on top.

Another popular use is to sprinkle it on ice cream, especially vanilla ice cream. Milo can also be sprinkled on breakfast cereals. Milo is often the favoured beverage for the Tim Tam Slam.

Others may even choose to not add milk or water and eat the Milo straight from the tin with spoon as they believe this may detract from the true flavour and magic

Also very popular is the "Magic Milo" which involves adding Milo to a small amount of milk with sugar and whipping it to increase the amount of air in the milk, thereby doubling it in size. Then one adds small amounts of hot water and milk in layers stirring each new layer vigorously to maintain its lightness. A final layer of whipped cream topped with extra Milo or chocolate sprinkles. This is more of a 'warm' beverage rather than a 'hot' one and is a more popular version of hot Milo for children.

Chocolate is comprises a number of raw and processed foods that are produced from the seed of the tropical cacao tree.Chocolate has become one of the most popular flavors in the world.

Besides, gifts of chocolate molded into different shapes have become traditional on certain holidays: chocolate bunnies and eggs are popular at Easter, chocolate coins on Hanukkah, Santa Claus and other holiday symbols at Christmas, and hearts on Valentine's Day. Chocolate is also used in cold and hot beverages, including chocolate milk and hot chocolate.

Also, while chocolate is usually eaten for pleasure, there are potential beneficial health effects of eating chocolate. Cocoa or dark chocolate benefits the circulatory system.Other beneficial effects suggested include anticancer, brain stimulator, cough preventor and antidiarrhoeal effects. And, it also can reduce a stress.

I have read an article on Wednesday on 18 March 2009, the article was about the silent disease written by Dr Milton Lum. I have interested about the title which is the silent disease. What is silent disease? According to the article, the silent disease is our bone density declines with age, resulting in fragile bones and eventually, osteoporosis.Osteoporosis is a skeletal disorder characterised by compromised bone strength that predisposes a person to an increased risk of fracture. A person’s bone strength is determined by the bone density and bone quality. Bone density is determined by the peak bone mass and the amount of bone loss. Bone quality refers to the architecture, turnover, damage and mineralization of bone. Bone density is used to measure osteoporosis clinically. The initial signs of osteoporosis are seen in bones that have a lot of spongy bone such as spine, hip and wrist. The symptoms of osteoporosis do not appear until a lot of bone is lost, thus explaining why it is called a silent disease. They include backache, pain, decrease in height and slight back curvature. When there is a fracture, there will be pain, tenderness and deformity. So, we should prevent this disease before it happen to us and take care of our bone and body.

I had read a short story about a group of people who protect the city from becoming worst or unsafe place to live.Because of many rules and law ,their way of action to protect the city are being limited or restricted. So they decide to carry on their own way to still protecting the city.In the end they become the most wanted people of the police as they conducted many crime but to catch the bad guy.So they decide to hide themselves for a while.During this period some of the heroes were killed by the someone that want them to be disappear or hatred.Because of this the heroes decide to emerge and find the killer and start all over to safe the city. They encouter a series of sadness, confusion, excitement through the new journey until some of them lost their track and turn out to be a bad guy instead.
I think in this story i have learn about how things change people if they do not hold their principles well.Oneself is easily distracted by tempting stuff. We must stick to our own principles no matter how hard it is as with those principles we can assure ourselves are in the right track without losing our aim or desire.

Yang Amat Berbahagia Tun Dr Mahathir bin Mohamad, our forth Prime Minister of Malaysia is a person who I really admire. I am not admiring at him because of his looks but I am really admirer of his brilliant out coming idea. He was born on December 20, 1925 in Alor Star, Kedah. He held the post for 22 years from 1981 to 2003, making him Malaysia's longest-serving Prime Minister, and one of the longest-serving leaders in Asia. During his administration, he was considered to be one of Asia's most influential leaders. Mahathir is also noted in the Western world as an outspoken critic of Western-style globalization. Mahathir attended a Malay vernacular school before continuing his education at the Sultan Abdul Hamid College in Alor Star. Mahathir then attended the King Edward VII Medical College (the predecessor of present-day National University of Singapore) in Singapore. During the Asian financial crisis of 1997, IMF had prescribed a recovery package for Malaysia, but Mahathir defied international pressure, his then Deputy Anwar Ibrahim, and conventional wisdom in rejecting the package. Though economic prosperity has been mixed since then, Mahathir argued that Malaysia's recovery was relatively faster and better, as compared to many other Asian countries affected. After the financial crisis, the IMF and World Bank acknowledged that Mahathir's approach had worked. Because of his brilliant idea, nowadays we have Putrajaya and Cyberjaya which known as town in garden, Kuala Lumpur International Airport and F1 Circuit Sepang. We also can produce our own car under Proton and Petronas Twin Towers that had made Malaysia name become famous around the world. I am really appreciated what he had done for us and I hope I will become a good citizen one day.

Assalamualaikum..

I would like to share about Wireless. Do you really know what is wireless actually? UMP has provided us a wireless connection. What is wireless? Let I tell you.
Wireless communication is the transfer of information over a distance without the use of electrical conductors or "wires". The distances involved may be short (a few meters as in television remote control) or long (thousands or millions of kilometers for radio communications). When the context is clear, the term is often shortened to "wireless".
With the fast evolution and advancement of the Internet, millions of people all over the world make use of the Internet in their daily life. The internet offers a lot of useful information such as weather forecast, entertainment, research, music, news, online shopping, and many more. The Web also provides a more convenient way for people to communicate with others even in far away countries.

Wireless internet through its public hot spot is being offered for free to its customers by many business establishments. These establishments include internet cafes, food chains, coffee shops, hotels, and restaurants. Some airports also provide the same service for travelers' convenience. These features are becoming very prevalent in many places and countries. There are also a number of cities which provide wireless Internet access to their residences and visitors. Since the hot spot can cover only a certain area, you have to be within the range of the hub in order to log on to the Web.

The Bog Monster of Booker Creek
by Wayne V. Miller

Let me straight up and tell you this is an excellent novel, but it isn't horror and it isn't science fiction.

The Bog Monster of Booker Creek is a story of John Densch, a husband and a father who gets sucked into a story that becomes a series of events bigger that sweep him along.

Those hoping for a foray into a monster novel or an excursion of cryptozoology are going to be disappointed. This tale is about metaphysics: what we know and how we know it as well as the nature of reality and and other heady stuff.

This reviewer could have been disappointed as I like my literature firmly escapist, but this well-written novella captured me from the first page with very believable characters dealing with issues not far from our own concerns.

Capital Gate Tower, Dubai
I’m so impressive when I log in into Capital Tower website. The design of the tower is so beautiful, unique and amazing. From my reading, the writer say the capital tower idea come from the Pisa Tower.

Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) has announced that the Feature Tower to be built next to the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre is to be named 'Capital Gate'.

Capital Gate an iconic and avant-garde building, Capital Gate blends the beauty of the wave with power of technical advancement.
When complete, Capital Gate will be 160 metres and 35 storeys tall and, in addition to the Hyatt at Capital Centre hotel, will provide the most exclusive office space in the UAE capital city.

Capital Gate forms a major part of the Capital Centre development, the AED8 billion businesses and residential micro city being constructed around the newly opened Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
In fact, the project’s architects have submitted a joint application to the Guinness Book of Records to recognize the tower as the ‘most inclined in the world’. In order to support the awkward angle of the 35-story structure, the design called for a foundation of extremely dense reinforced steel mesh and 490 piles sunk nearly 100 feet into the ground.

Lower Cholesterol Naturally without Drugs

The primary reason for this is the consumption of to much fat in our daily diet. This is concerning because high cholesterol is one of the biggest risk factors for high blood pressure, heart disease, and strokes. In other words ignoring the risks of high cholesterol can be deadly.

Fortunately it is easy to combat this problem if you know how to lower cholesterol naturally. In fact for most people fighting this serious medical condition some simple lifestyle changes are all it takes to reduce it.

If you understand what cholesterol is and how it works in the body you can begin to see how you can control it through natural methods. Cholesterol itself is a fatty wax like substance produced primarily in the liver. Eighty percent is produced by the body while the other twenty percent we need is gotten through the foods we eat. It's when that percentage from foods starts to go above twenty percent that we run into health issues.

Cholesterol is an important substance that the body uses to create and maintain cell wall membranes and manufacture many of the hormones we need to keep the body functioning. But high levels of cholesterol in the blood stream can lead to atherosclerosis which is a narrowing and hardening of the arteries. This in turn can lead to high blood pressure, clogged arteries, and blood clots.

Because high cholesterol is such a problem in our society medical science has come up with a variety of treatments and drugs to help those who have issues with this problem. But generally it is only in the most extreme cases that prescription medication needs to be used. Normally natural processes work best in the fight against high cholesterol.

The first thing you will be advised to do upon learning that you have high cholesterol is to start making changes to your diet and get more exercise. A low cholesterol diet is more then avoiding foods that contain cholesterol, it is about changing the way you prepare your meals and avoiding saturated fats and trans fats; both of which have been shown to increase blood cholesterol levels more then cholesterol containing foods. This means avoiding and eliminating fried foods and fatty foods from your diet completely.

Eating healthy is your best defense along with a sensible exercise program in the fight against cholesterol. Learning how to lower cholesterol naturally is a matter of doing a little research and the internet offers a wealth of information on this subject. Making the necessary lifestyle changes around diet and exercise are not that hard and the change it has on your overall health are well worth the effort.8005

Assalamualaikum w.b.t..and hi to everyone.
Our experiences show that the drug addict or alcoholic is usually an intelligent and most often creative person with much hope for the future. This only adds to the calamity of their downfall.
Whether talking about any drug addiction, alcohol addiction, cocaine addiction, methamphetamine addiction, or even heroin addiction, the pattern is the same:
The person tries to escape some physical or emotional pain by taking drugs. This could be a physical or emotional pain, or the discomfort of boredom, peer pressure, lack of social skills.
The person finds that the drugs offer temporary relief, so continues to abuse them. When the person uses the drugs it seems to handle their immediate problem.
With continued use of the drug, the body's ability to produce certain chemicals is diminished because these chemicals are replaced by the drug. The body uses the drug as a substitute for it's own natural chemicals.
Deprived of it's own resources (and the ability to create them the body perceives that it needs the drug to function and demands the drug, through physical cravings. The cravings are a way of making the person get more drugs to be able to function at all.
Drug cravings become so severe that the addict will do almost anything (in many cases, abandoning all previous moral teachings) to get more of the drug. People who are addicted will find themselves doing things they would never have contemplated before.
Don't take drugs...

My aunty wants to go to Bandung, Indonesia for vacation this school holiday. She asked me to surf the internet to get some info about it and booked a hotel for her and her family. In way to search what she asked for, there are several website that I opened and I had found that it is worth visiting Bandung. When you visit Bandung, you should visit the volcano cauldron named ‘Tangkuban Perahu’. It is related to the former popular Indonesian fairy tales called ‘Sangkuriang’. When you take pictures there it will look like you were in western because it is on the mountain and its cold there plus the nature is surrounding by fog. Bandung is also a place of international branded clothes factory. In that case, we can buy branded clothes with lower price at factory outlet. I had booked Sukajadi Hotel for my aunt. The hotel is surrounding by the factory outlets. The most popular factory outlet there is ‘Rumah Mode’. You can surf the internet and find it and you can see the concept of this shop is ‘shopping in house’. I think it is worth to visit Bandung. Plus the currency is lower compare to the western.
