Hai! For the last entries I have to shared a lot of tips to be a good friend. For this entry there are a little bit different. I would like to share you the things that you have to avoid. Firstly, don't be needy and greedy by taking up all your friend's time. This could get extremely annoying and irritating. He or she will want to separate from you if you become needy. Relax and trust in your friendship, and allow each other the freedom to be with each other, or with others, or just alone. You can't decide for them. Secondly, don't hang out with somebody because you're both "nerds" or you're both "geeks" or "partiers". You don't have to hang out with people just like you. Sometimes the weirdest friend combos make the best of friends. Any person can transcend a stereotype to be the most wonderful person you've ever met in your life - keep your mind open and form your own opinions. Lastly, if your friend doesn't treat you well while you treat them well, then there's no reason why you shouldn't expect the same treatment in turn. Don't stay close friends with one who doesn't treat you well!!!

I've attracted to an article about Award for First Tea Bungalow.A UNIQUE Sri Lankan holiday resort has won two of the coveted 2009 TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards. Ceylon Tea Trails, the world’s first tea bungalow resort, won the awards for Best Hidden Gems, Asia and Best All-Inclusive, World. The 400-year-old bungalows of the resort are connected to one another by walking trails and are located within walking distance of Lake Castlereagh in the Dickoya region.

It takes about four hours to drive to the resort from Colombo but once there, visitors can expect to be blown away by not just the resort but also the facilities and staff.

Set in the vibrant green of tea estates, guests will get a taste of colonial living thanks to butler service, gourmet meals and authentic period furnishings.

Opened by tea company Dilmah, it lets residents find out all there is to know about the perfect brew. Guests are absorbed into life on a working tea estate, whilst revelling in five-star luxury.

Thilan Wijesinghe, co-founder of Tea Trails, said it’s a remarkable achievement for a Sri Lankan hotel to make the World’s Best All-Inclusive list, one of only two such hotels in Asia.MORE Malaysians are going online to plan stays when travelling within the country as well as to neighbouring countries.

HolidayCity.com chief executive officer and co-founder Lee Lai Huat said the numbers rose in a healthy, upward trend last year and he believes this will continue as travellers become more price conscious.According to its statistics, Singapore remains the No. 1 holiday destination for Malaysians, followed by domestic destinations of Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kota Kinabalu and Malacca.

Do you like to eat potato? In this entry, I would like to talk about good and bad things about potato.

Positive
At only about 110 calories, potatoes are filling. They are loaded with many vitamins and nutrients, especially potassium, Vitamin C, and B6. By eating potatoes, you're getting a load of nutrients in one small package.

Negative
Potatoes will make your blood sugar levels rise as fast as pure table sugar. This is not good for your body. Not only does it result in rapid weight gain, but your insulin levels then rise to combat the rapid increase in glucose. This takes a toll on your health.

While there have been many studies that show a decrease in cancer rates and digestive problems for individuals who regularly eat of fruits and vegetables, the potato has not been shown to benefit any of these conditions.

What's even worse is that potatoes are often decorated with many saturated fats like sour cream, butter, or bacon bits. French fries are one of the most offensive foods ever created as they are loaded with trans fats as well.

Money

Money is anything that is generally accepted as payment for goods and services and repayment of debts. The main uses of money are as a medium of exchange, a unit of account, and a store of value. Some authors explicitly require money to be a standard of deferred payment. The dominant form of money is currency. The term "price system" is sometimes used to refer to methods using commodity valuation or money accounting systems.
The word "money" is believed to originate from a temple of Hera, located on Capitoline, one of Rome's seven hills. In the ancient world Hera was often associated with money. The temple of Juno Moneta at Rome was the place where the mint of Ancient Rome was located. The name "Juno" may derive from the Etruscan goddess Uni (which means "the one", "unique", "unit", "union", "united") and "Moneta" either from the Latin word "monere" (remind, warn, or instruct) or the Greek word "moneres" (alone, unique).

What yogurt can do to your skin?

Use yogurt for outstanding skin texture. A traditional tonic for healthy skin, yogurt contains lactic acid, a naturally acid that will promote a smooth skin texture by gently peeling off the dead skin layer. Yogurt is especially beneficial for sensitive skin that cannot endure commercial alpha-hydroxyl acid preparations. When it is used over time, it can also lighten spots and even out an uneven skin tone. Here's a way to get these results for yourself: Apply plain yogurt like a cream to your washed face. Leave on for 15 minutes, wash off with cold water and finish with a moisturizer. Afterwards, to reduce any redness, apply a cold pack for 10 minutes.

SNOW
Snow is a type of precipitation in the form of crystalline water ice, consisting of a multitude of snowflakes that fall from clouds. The process of this precipitation is called snowfall.
Types of snow:

Falling snow
1. Blizzard- A long-lasting snow storm with intense snowfall and usually high winds. Particularly severe storms can create whiteout conditions where visibility is severely reduced.

Columns
A class of snowflakes that is shaped like a six sided column.
1. Dendrites- A class of snowflakes that has 6 points, making it somewhat star shaped. The classic snowflake shape. One of the 4 classes of snowflakes.
2. Flurry- A period of light snow with usually little accumulation with occasional moderate snowfall.
3. Graupel- Formed when freezing fog condenses on a snowflake, forming a ball of rime ice. Also known as snow pellets.
4. Ground blizzard- Occurs when a strong wind drives already fallen snow to create drifts and whiteouts.

Lake-effect snow
Produced when cold winds move across long expanses of warmer lake water, picking up water vapor which freezes and is deposited on the lake's shores.
Needles
A class of snowflakes that are acicular in shape (their length is much longer than their diameter, like a needle). One of the 4 classes of snowflakes.

Rimed snow
Snowflakes that are partially or completely coated in tiny frozen water droplets called rime. Rime forms on a snowflake when it passes through a super-cooled cloud.

assalamualaikum and hai to all..now, i will tell the characteristics about one of the amphibians, frog..

Frogs and toads are amphibians, meaning they start off as water-breathing juveniles and develop into air-breating adults..No clear distinction exists between frogs and toads, although the skin of a toad tends to be rougher and drier than frogs...Toads also tend to be covered with warts...

Both critters are characterized by their short, ridged body and wide head..large protruding eyes and a noticeable eardrum on each side of the head are always on the alert for the next meal..A large mouth houses a long, sticky tongue that quickly flicks out to capture live prey...without teeth and unable to chew, a frog's meals are swallowed whole...

Frogs and toads are very vulnerable as they have no defenses against predators...their best bet to escape being eaten is their ability to jump quickly or their talent for blending into their surroundings..some species have evolved glands that secrete a poisonous and distasteful substance on their skin..these animals are usually brightly colored to give warning to a predator ready for a meal that it best look elsewhere...

Nowadays, there are so many types of fast food such as McDonald's, Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut. I think most people like to eat fast food. This is because everyone in nowadays world is busy with their life and wants to have the food that can be prepared and served very quickly. But eating frequent fast food meals causes teens and young adults to gain more weight and face an increased risk of developing insulin resistance. Besides that, eating fast food more than twice a week can increase your chances of heart disease. Unfortunately most people probably don't realize the long-term effects on their health. I had read an article that Los Angeles lawmakers banned fast-food chains from opening new outlets in South L.A., which has the city's highest concentration of fast-food restaurants and a 30 percent higher rate of obesity than the rest of Los Angeles County. The long-term goals of the one-year ban are to reduce obesity, encourage more healthy food choices in existing fast-food restaurants, and promote new, healthier food outlets in an area that lacks eateries and grocery stores. As a conclusion, everyone should take more healthy food which is good for health.

Life is just a mirror, and what you see out there, you must see inside of you.
From: Wallay ‘Famous’ Amos (1936)

Actually life is really just a mirror because every seem to be acting in the real world. They do not want to show them real personality to other so rather than acting. The mirror will just reflect the best thing of humanity and won’t reflect the bad side of human look. The mirror surface is smooth and everything seems to be good but maybe actually inside that is rotten already. The human heart won’t simply show off, we do not know whether someone heart is in good condition or already rotten in the early of life. So we cannot just judge a people according to their outlook. Some people look like ugly or normal but actually inside their heart, they are very nice people. Maybe they are helpful. Always lend a hand to people. They will do what they can do and what they can contribute. Reversely got some people look very beauty and nice look but actually they all are rotten inside. They will just act like very kind to other people that needed help in front of the person they like or interest so that the person their like have good impression to them. This kind of people is the worst because they didn’t threat other indeed from heart but just act for someone see. So whatever we do, we need to look into ourselves so that we won’t make big mistake like acting in front of people. We need to face other by our real characteristic and personality so that we will remember by other forever not because we are acting but are we are very best friend. So here, I advise you all must see inside of you all so that you won’t just acting in front of people.

Hi all!!...For this entry I would like to share about skype. You used it also right. For your information skype is software that allows users to make telephone calls over the Internet. Calls to other users of the service and to free-of-charge numbers are free, while calls to other landlines and mobile phones can be made for a fee. Additional features include instant messaging, file transfer and video conferencing. A Skype user can have local numbers in any of these countries, with calls to the number charged at the same rate as calls to fixed lines in the country. Skype conferences currently support up to 25 people at a time, including the host. The recordings would be used as podcasts, which allow audio or video content to be syndicated over the Internet. Versions exist for Linux (32-bit x86 only), Linux-based Maemo, Mac OS X (Intel and PPC), Microsoft Windows (2000, XP, Vista, Windows Mobile), and even Sony's PSP.

Once upon a time, there was an island where all the feelings lived: Happiness, Sadness, Knowledge, and all of the others, including Love. One day it was announced to the feelings that the island would sink, so all constructed boats and left. Except for Love.

Love was the only one who stayed. Love wanted to hold out until the last possible moment.

When the island had almost sunk, Love decided to ask for help.

Richness was passing by Love in a grand boat. Love said,
"Richness, can you take me with you?"
Richness answered, "No, I can't. There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat. There is no place here for you."

Love decided to ask Vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel. "Vanity, please help me!"
"I can't help you, Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat," Vanity answered.

Sadness was close by so Love asked, "Sadness, let me go with you."
"Oh . . . Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself!"

Happiness passed by Love, too, but she was so happy that she did not even hear when Love called her.

Suddenly, there was a voice, "Come, Love, I will take you." It was an elder. So blessed and overjoyed, Love even forgot to ask the elder where they were going. When they arrived at dry land, the elder went her own way. Realizing how much was owed the elder,

Love asked Knowledge, another elder, "Who Helped me?"
"It was Time," Knowledge answered.
"Time?" asked Love. "But why did Time help me?"
Knowledge smiled with deep wisdom and answered, "Because only Time is capable of understanding how valuable Love is."

Since i post this comment, im in a very bad mood and sad..Sadness is an emotion characterized by feelings of disadvantage, loss, and helplessness. When sad, people often become quiet, less energetic, and withdrawn. Sadness is considered to be the opposite of happiness, and is similar to the emotions of sorrow, grief, misery, and melancholy. The philosopher Baruch Spinoza defined sadness as the “transfer of a person from a large perfection to a smaller one.” Sadness can be viewed as a temporary lowering of mood (colloquially called "feeling blue"), whereas depression is characterized by a persistent and intense lowered mood, as well as disruption to one's ability to function in day to day matters.

Apple recently announced a major update to the iPhone OS.
With iPhone OS 3.0, over 100 new features will be making their way onto the iPhone in June this year, including copy-and-paste capability, MMS or multimedia messaging, a new Voice Memo app and expanded Search capability.
Owners of iPhone 3G will be getting the upgrade for free, Apple said.
The much in demand cut, copy and paste can be done within or across applications. MMS enhances otherwise normal SMSes with photos, contacts, audio files and locations.
Voice Memo arms the iPhone with the ability to capture and send audio recordings on the go. And Search capabilities in iPhone OS 3.0 will allow users to search within Mail, iPod and Notes or search across all key apps by typing a key word or phrase into the new Spotlight search which is accessible from the Home screen.
Another strength of the iPhone platform is the availability of tiny, third-party software that users can add to their phones, called apps.
To date, there are over 25,000 apps available at Apple’s App Store in categories ranging from productivity and lifestyle to entertainment and games.
For iPhone OS 3.0, developers are already working on new apps that will take advantage of the features in the new OS. Among these features are In-App Purchases, Peer-to-Peer connection and interface with accessories. With In-App Purchases, newspapers and magazine publishers, for example, will be able to sell premium subscription via their iPhone app. Peer-to-Peer connectivity will be great for gaming, whereby iPhone users will be able to discover and engage each other in multiplayer games using a seamless Bluetooth connectivity that does not require pairing. And the thousands of third-party iPod and iPhone accessory makers can now build apps that talk right to the accessories, such as an equaliser app that adjusts the settings of speakers. Apple’s App Store is available to customers in 77 countries worldwide including Malaysia, allowing the company to reach 30 million iPhone and iPod Touch users.

The cheongsam is a female dress with distinctive Chinese features and enjoys a growing popularity in the international world of high fashion.
The name "cheongsam," meaning simply "long dress," entered the English vocabulary from the dialect of China's Guangdong Province (Cantonese). In other parts of the country including Beijing, however, it is known as "qipao", which has a history behind it.
When the early Manchu rulers came to China proper, they organized certain people, mainly Manchus, into "banners" (qi) and called them "banner people" (qiren), which then became loosely the name of all Manchus. The Manchu women wore normally a one-piece dress which, likewise, came to be called "qipao" or "banner dress." Although the 1911 Revolution toppled the rule of the Qing (Manchu) Dynasty, the female dress survived the political change and, with later improvements, has become the traditional dress for Chinese women.
Easy to slip on and comfortable to wear, the cheongsam fits well the female Chinese figure. Its neck is high, collar closed, and its sleeves may be either short, medium or full length, depending on season and taste. The dress is buttoned on the right side, with a loose chest, a fitting waist, and slits up from the sides, all of which combine to set off the beauty of the female shape.
The cheongsam is not too complicated to make. Nor does it call for too much material, for there are no accessories like belts, scarves, sashes or frills to go with it.
Another beauty of the cheongsam is that, made of different materials and to varying lengths, they can be worn either on casual or formal occasions. In either case, it creates an impression of simple and quiet charm, elegance and neatness. No wonder it is so much liked by women not only of China but of foreign countries as well.

Before, I had written why I like my name very much. And the answer is because of Hana Bay. Today, I want to write, why I must Love my self.
Yesterday, I go to UniKL to support my senior over the CISCO competition there. Yesterday were also on UniKL open day. There are many booth open visitor. As they are register, I take a walk on see every booth. Suddenly, I see Health Screening booth.
I give some of my minutes to drop by. After I register the form, they checked my BMI and blood pressure. They also check for my blood type. I feel so nervous because it was my first time.
When the result com out, I'm quite shock because I'm type O.
Since I know that, I'm thinking to donate some of my blood. But, my BMI is underweight. So, i can't donate my blood.
O blood type is rare found, but it is universal donator. It mean it can be transfer to any other blood, which is A, B, AB and O itself. But, I can only receive blood from person who was also O type.
So, I think I will take care of my self and practice a good diet for my health. i also want to avoid accident, so that I will don't have to worry about blood.
From, yesterday, I started to Love my self, especially my blood.

What is a blood transfusion?
Blood transfusion is a medical treatment to replace blood or portions of the blood lost through injury, surgery, or disease. When is a blood transfusion needed?
blood transfusion is needed if you have had significant blood loss or if your body cannot make or is losing an important component of blood.Blood may be lost through:
1.surgery or injury.
2.An illness that causes bleeding, such as a bleeding ulcer.
3.An illness in which the bone marrow doesn't make enough blood, such as aplastic anemia.
4.An illness that destroys blood cells, such as hemolytic anemia or thrombocytopenia.
Did you know with blood transfuring will not effect to our?from the article, blood transfusions given in the United States are very safe and generally free from disease. Blood collected for transfusion is carefully tested for disease-causing organisms. The transmission of a disease through a blood transfusion is very rare. The main risk of a blood transfusion is that the wrong blood type may be accidentally given. This happens about once in every 14,000 transfusions.1 Transfusion with the wrong blood type can result in a severe, sometimes life-threatening reaction.
A person who has had several blood transfusions is more likely to have problems from immune system reactions. This means problems occur because the person's body rejects and tries to attack parts of the new blood. But careful blood screening can lower the risk of these types of problems.
Even receiving the correct blood type can result in a mild transfusion reaction, causing fever, hives, shortness of breath, pain, rapid heart rate, chills, and low blood pressure. While a mild transfusion reaction is frightening, it is rarely life-threatening when treated quickly.

So i will not say it if blood transfuring is good or else...But the important is,blood tranfuring is a good value..With this we can help another people....

Berries are not only sources of concentrated flavour, but little packets of vitamins, minerals, and fibre. For example, a cup of sliced strawberries contains a whole day's requirement for vitamin C. A cup of blackberries contain a day's worth of manganese, while the same amount of raspberries supplies a third of our daily niacin needs. Blueberries and strawberries are even surprisingly good sources of vitamin E. And they all contain between 4 and 9 grams of fibre per cup.

Why are Berries So Good for Us?
The seeds of berries are mainly spread by birds and other animals; the bright colours of the berries help attract those seed-distributors. The skins of berries have to be thin enough so that they are easily eaten, but at the same time not vulnerable to pests and diseases. The chemicals which cause the colour and protect the plant also turn out to be good for us.

Bad breath symptoms. The symptoms that commonly experienced by halitosis sufferers is a white or yellow film on the tongue and a loss of self confident and self esteem. For a white or yellow film on the tongue, this is a very common observation we see in halitosis sufferers. It is caused by the accumulation of bacteria and nasal mucous, and tends to be heaviest in the posterior regions of the tongue. The removal of this film typically does not completely eliminate halitosis for most patients. The reason for this is that the anaerobic bacteria that produce halitosis odors are found through out the entire mouth and in the saliva. If you have longer or larger taste buds (papillae), then you will have a greater potential to trap bacteria in the tongue's papillae. If you have heavy amounts of these yellow or white films there is a good chance you may have halitosis. We have found that patients who rapidly build up films on their tongue often have ongoing post nasal (mucous) drainage that they may or may not be aware of. It is important to reduce this drainage and the Hydro Pulse sinus irrigator and the Breath-Ease XL saline powder have proven to be very helpful in achieving this.

Why are rain clouds dark? As we all know, rain is water. Water is light in colour, right? Rain clouds are full of water. Therefore, rain clouds should be in light. The statement looks logic, but actually it is wrong. Obviously, there are always water particles in clouds. But, when the particles of water are small, they reflect light and are perceived as white. When water particles become larger enough to form raindrops, however, they absorb light and appear dark to us below. Believe it or not, it’s up to you.

I would like to write about Britney Spears. Seriously, I have nothing else to write about. she was my favourite teen idol, when she got famous. With the song 'Oops, I did it again', I seriously became a huge fan of hers.

As time goes by, she gets more stressed and got married with a hopeless ex-husband, Kevin Federline. Although her baby is cute, her life gets tangled around him. When she divorced him, she got problems in drinking and irresponsible in taking care of her baby. She even shaved her hair bald, thinking that she could release her stress that way.

But now, as her career slowly goes up, she became a pop idol again and started to sing again. It was her up-and-down of life and now, she became my favourite singer again with her new album, Circus.
