Assalamualaikum n aite everyb0dy....
I want to share with you about one book that i've borrowed from my cousin.

Title: The Giver
Author: Lois Lowry

This book is about a boy whose name is Jonas, a baby boy named Gabe and the Giver. The main character of this story is Jonas. Jonas is a 12 who is selected to be the Receiver of Memories. The Receivers of memory's job is to hold all the memories of the past. But not all the memories he's gotten are not good. Sometimes he get's memories of poor, hunger, pain, war and some of the good memories he gets are being on the beach sledding and etc. When Jonas is in training, Jonas asked well what happens when you are in release. Are they really going to release you because of your age? Yes the Giver said. Well what happens in release. And the giver said," Do you see that speaker just say let me see the tape of this mornings release. So he does and they put in the movie and sense you’re only aloud to have one boy and one girl. The birth mothers had two twin boys and the lightest one they will release. When they release that they would give you a shot in the biggest part of your vain and you’ll die and they’ll put you in a plastic container and through you away. And Jonas didn’t want to go home that night because his dad kills the babies. Another main character is the baby Gabe. Gabe was going to be released and he did not want that to happen so he and Jonas left the community. And Jonas on cold days on their way to the human world would give Gabe the memory of warmth and being on a beach. The last main character is the Giver. The Giver is the one who told Jonas to leave the community and he is the one who gives him the memories.

I think this is a good book because they tell us about life.

Hello... Today i want to share with you about...

-Mother-

I love my mother.. I know you also love your mother. If you want to know something about mother. Come to read it's. Mother can be many different types for example sugary sweet, disciplinarian, short-tempered, patient, determined or even very passionate. But whatever be the predominant qualities ruling her heart she would always be the mother to her child and will continue to love and protect her child with all her heart and soul. Her maternal instincts dominate and surpass all other qualities she possesses.

M - O - T - H - E – R

•"M" is for the million things she gave me.
•"O" means only that she's growing old.
•"T" is for the tears she shed
•“H" is for her heart of purest gold.
•"E" is for her eyes, with love-light shining.
•"R" means right, and right she'll always be.

•Put them all together, they spell

"MOTHER,"

Hye everybody..

Last Friday, I went home after a few weeks I am not going home. I really miss my home and my bed. Hehehe.. The feeling sleep on my bed and hostel bed is totally different. I not gonna to story about a bed actually, I want to share all with you about dust that I discover in my room. After a few weeks I left my room, I found many dust in my study desk, locker, even everywhere in my room. It makes me a really uncomfortable feeling and makes my nose sick. Huhu.. I take a half and hour to clean up all the dust so that the dust not makes me sick.
House dust can become airborne easily. Care should be exercised when removing dust to avoid causing the dust to become airborne. Some dust removing devices trap some dust, but broadcast some dust into the air, which may settle in the cleaner's lungs, and make the activity hazardous (citation needed). One way to repel dust is with an electrical charge. Water-trap vacuums eliminate the risk of broadcasting dust by drowning the dust particles in water. Dust can't escape the container to fly back into the air.
After this, I will ask my sister to take care of my room if I am not coming home for a long time. I don’t want my room fill with dust anymore. Huhu..

Hi everyone! For my first reading entry in March, i want to share about homopathy. This is because some student had send memo to all student to buy her product.it sounds interesting too. Do you think this homopathy could help you in study and solve some health problem? I had ask for my friend's opinion, they said that it is good especially to who has asthma. but then, I had read one article at the internet, it said that homopathy is from the the words "homoios" and "pathos". these words means 'same or adage'. I thought that there is just one homopathy, but after I read the advertisement, it shoes that homopathy is a method to produce product. different product has different uses but had been produce in same method. So, the homopathy product can help to solve health problem such as fever, cough and others. It also can help improve your memory to help you get better in study and more. All dah written is what I understand about homopathy. But,do no blame me if i'm wrong. So, I hope this information can add your knowledge. Then, if you want to buy the product, you can refer the memo.

For this time i would like to comment something about processor in computer components. In browser i had found from low yat shown about latest processor. In marketing now, 4 type of processor had sell there are Core 2 Duo, Core 2 Quad, and 2 type for i7 Processor.

For Core 2 Duo thats benefit for student or lecturer . This because, their function more advantage in power Efficiency and Energy Saving. It also more cheap between others. If student or lecturer more to gaming and HD programe maybe, they can take intel Core 2 Quad. Its more expensive from Core 2 Duo. Its rate price maybe can achieve till one thousand dollars. For i7 processor its have 2 choice function ; 1) Best dekstop processor on the planet , and 2) Extreme Gaming. The i7 processor is very expensive price. Their benefit for system performance,Multitasking capacities Gaming Performance and mutimedia performance for HD video, photos, Music and gaming is 100% perfect. so, now you can make decision!.

Based on "something wonderful is about to happen".

Never Too Much~the wonder of a changed perspective.

when we hurt,we want things to change right away, but this is often when we hear things like "have faith". under troubling circumstances, the translation of this is "be patient". when there is a desperate need for connection with our Creator, the last thing we want to do is wait. "I demand an answer now" is what we're really thinking, even though our words may sound humble and calm. although we've all been told that prayers are answered in God's time not ours,we still wish for an instant, immediate response that is both memorable and visible. when that happens, our perspective is changed forever. and that's wonderful. that's what had happen to a daughter,a mother, a sister named Penny. she used to be the strong one in her family when suddenly her entire family got extremely bad incidents. her children, parents, siblings were upended by a major flood. after that, her mother died in a car accident. next, her grandfather died and her cousin's wife died during labor. follow up with ultimate tragedy when she lost her twin grandson at birth..all along the road, she cried, yelled and screamed at god.."this is too much"..she slammed her fists on the steering wheel ..she can't bear the pain anymore..at that moment,a car similar to her son's car pulled up beside her and she could see its license plate. it stated "NVR2MH" (Never Too Much)..her grief was more manageable after that and she will never forget how the response came in precise timing to her plea..and she will always remember that no matter what happens,it's never too much.

If you want to accomplish a goals, Firstly , you need to writing down goals, and be very specific about the goals you want to achieve. Once you have written them down, review them daily and make any necessary changes. Your goals should resonate inside your soulOnce you have written down the goals you want to achieve on paper, create short range goals that would help you in achieving your long range goals. Beside that , you can Write these goals on some index cards and view them daily. Take the time to work on your goals. Once you successfully reach one of your short range goals, start on the next one, until you reach the long range goal. After this, annoying some people who will try to tell you that you won’t make it or you can’t succeed. Don’t listen to these people or tell them your dreams. While , you can surround yourself and learn from people who already accomplish the goals you want to achieve. For example, if you want to be a millionaire, you should hang around other millionaires. Lastly ,take the time to visualize yourself actually accomplishing your goals. Do this at least fifteen minutes or more daily. Use all of your senses

EXAMINATION AND STUDYING :
Well I've been a student for most of my life and I know very well how student life is wrought with examination.
We need to have a good solid studying method to help us get through and achieve. This list is basically what I do and what other people do to prepare for examination, I got these advice from many people, so here it is:

1.Have a schedule: I don't really have one, I've tried but I could never follow through. Many of my friends do and it's really helpful, it organizes the time & you can partition it to give the necessary focus for a certain subject. Plus you get to make time for other activities too!

2.Prioritize: sometimes we may have many things to do yet the exam date isn't budging. Decide the priorities: highlight what needs to be done first. Then it'll be easier to put them into schedule.

3.Be healthy: make sure you eat enough, starving during the examination period is not an option.

4.Pay attention in class: I know sometimes we don't get awesome teachers or lecturers but paying attention helps you to keep track of what you've learned in the syllabus and will help you to plan your revision later. Plus you may get some hints you won't find in the books!

5.Relax: if you've been cooped up with that book for too long, you better stop and go on outside.

CONCLUSION :
Everyone has their own method of studying and certain things may not fit well but remember the goal is to do well in the tests! However, don't beat yourself up if you do not get the results you hope for. Don't give up and keep trying! Plus life isn't all about exams: you need other skills to survive and succeed!

There are many ways for us to wish a birthday for every person that is close with us such as family members, friends, even our beloved one. And I have read the article about five reasons why people prefer to wish happy birthday on social networks. Through the technology which is very advanced nowadays, many people know how to use social networks like friendster, myspace or facebook to still keep in touch with each other either they are very close with us or far from us. The reasons that I have read are:-
• How Good of Friends Are You?
You’d hope that you’re best friend or family would call you to wish you a Happy Birthday. Friends that you aren’t as close with or are acquaintances with you’re more likely to receive massive comments.
• The Feed
Most likely one of your friends saw someone else wish you a Happy Birthday on the feed, recognizes it, and immediately posts a comment too.
• Application Gifts
Since no one checks emails anymore and uses social networks to get their messages, this is a way to add that personal touch of sending a virtual gift.
• Its More Convenient
Instead of interrupting someone’s special day you can still send your wishes and they can view it at their own time.
• Birthday Reminders
Thanks to those nice friendly birthday reminders you never have to remember a birthday date again and with the nice handy link by their name you can go and directly wish them a Happy Birthday

Cold water…Dangerous!!!

Today i read one article about effect of cold water and i want to share it with everyone. After i read this article i realize that cold water can cause a most dangerous disease that is cancer.
Everybody must like to drink cold water,me also particularly when hot day.But we must beware of this habit especially after take a meal. The cold water will solidify the oil stuff that you have just consumed after a meal. This action will slow down the digestion.
When this 'sludge' reacts with acid,it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food.It will line the intestine and when the time come it will turn into fats and lead to cancer.
For my advice to who love his/her health, the best thing to do is drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.Let's be careful and be aware of what we eat and drink everyday because the more we know the better chance we could survive.
I hope,all friend alert about this case..thanks...

Last week I go to pharmacy, I notice there are many collagen dietary supplements in the market these days. How these products work? Are they suitable for everyone? It play in my mind. So, I search in the internet regarding my topic today “Collagen”.
Collagen is the primary structural protein found in the connective tissues in the body. It is fibrous in nature and its job is to provide connective tissues for our joints, tendons, muscles, skin and bones. There are more than 25 types of collagens that occur naturally. Collagen works with keratin to provide the skin with strength, flexibility and resilience. As we grow older, the body produces less collagen, resulting in sagging skin and wrinkles.
In supplements, collagen “hydrolysate” is using. Most common product in marketed for osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid, arthritis, weight loss and to assist in recovery from exercise and sports related injuries. Collagen hydrolysate is an ideal dietary supplement for anyone who wants to stay fit and well or reduce the risk of degenerative joint diseases. So, we no need to worry to taking this supplements because collagen hydrolysate is a food, it is safe to consume.

For this comment, I want to shear with of you about computer viruses. I know most of yours computer been effecting the viruses, that we don’t know where it come from. Now I will tell you about the history of the computer virus.
A computer virus is a computer program that can copy itself and infect a computer without the permission or knowledge of the owner. The term "virus" is also commonly but erroneously used to refer to other types of malware, adware and spyware programs that do not have the reproductive ability.
A true virus can only spread from one computer to another (in some form of executable code) when its host is taken to the target computer for instance because a user sent it over a network or the Internet, or carried it on a removable medium such as a floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB drive.
The term "computer virus" is sometimes used as a catch-all phrase to include all types of malware. Malware includes computer viruses, worms, trojan horses, most rootkits, spyware, dishonest adware, crimeware and other malicious and unwanted software including true viruses.
Type of Virus commonly effected:
• A worm can exploit security vulnerabilities to spread itself to other computers without needing to be transferred as part of a host.
• A trojan horse is a program that appears harmless but has a hidden agenda.
• Both of these viruses may cause harm to a computer system's hosted data, functional performance, or networking throughput, when they are executed.
I find this information and write about this because my PC at home been effecting by the Trojan virus and the documents and all my data can’t open. Here I want to advice to all of you, you must install the antiVirus in yours computer or laptop. Because it’s can avoid and smaller change your computer and laptop effected by the viruses.

Heart Attack Symptoms and Warning Signs...

A blockage in the heart's arteries may reduce or completely cut off the blood supply to a portion of the heart. This can cause a blood clot to form and totally stop blood flow in a coronary artery, resulting in a heart attack (also called an acute myocardial infarction or MI).

Irreversible injury to the heart muscle usually occurs if medical help is not received promptly. Unfortunately, it is common for people to dismiss heart attack symptoms.

What are the warning signs of a heart attack? The American Heart Association and other medical experts say the body likely will send one or more of these warning signals of a heart attack:

* Uncomfortable pressure, fullness, squeezing or pain in the center of the chest lasting more than a few minutes.
* Pain spreading to the shoulders, neck or arms. The pain may be mild to intense. It may feel like pressure, tightness, burning, or heavy weight. It may be located in the chest, upper abdomen, neck, jaw, or inside the arms or shoulders.
* Chest discomfort with lightheadedness, fainting, sweating, nausea or shortness of breath.
* Anxiety, nervousness and/or cold, sweaty skin.
* Paleness or pallor.
* Increased or irregular heart rate.
* Feeling of impending doom.

Not all of these signs occur in every attack. Sometimes they go away and return. If some occur, get help fast. IF YOU NOTICE ONE OR MORE OF THESE SIGNS IN YOURSELF OR OTHERS, DON'T WAIT. CALL EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES (9-1-1) RIGHT AWAY! In the event of cardiopulmonary arrest (no breathing or pulse), call 9-1-1 and begin cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) immediately.

3.cigarettes
like cigarettes. Beware. Warn your children of the false romance or 'tough guy' stance of Hollywood smokers. Thought for the day: Give up just one cigarette…. the next one.

4. Reduce Stress
Easier said than done, stress busters come in many forms. Some techniques recommended by experts are to think positive thoughts. Spend 30 minutes a day doing something you like. (i.e.,Soak in a hot tub; walk on the beach or in a park; read a good book; visit a friend; play with your dog; listen to soothing music; watch a funny movie. Get a massage, a facial or a haircut. Meditate. Count to ten before losing your temper or getting aggravated. Avoid difficult people when possible. Thought for the day: When seeing red, think pink clouds….then float on them.

5. Protect Yourself from Pollution
If you can't live in a smog-free environment, at least avoid smoke-filled rooms, high traffic areas, breathing in highway fumes and exercising near busy thoroughfares. Exercise outside when the smog rating is low. Exercise indoors in air conditioning when air quality is good. Plant lots of shrubbery in your yard. It's a good pollution and dirt from the street deterrent. Thought for the day: 'Smoke gets in your eyes'…and your mouth, and your nose and your lungs as do pollutants….hum the tune daily.

6. Wear Your Seat Belt
Statistics show that seat belts add to longevity and help alleviate potential injuries in car crashes. Thought for the day: Buckle down and buckle up.

7. Floss Your Teeth
Recent studies make a direct connection between longevity and teeth flossing. Nobody knows exactly why. Perhaps it's because people who floss tend to be more health conscious than people who don't? Thought for the day: Floss and be your body's boss.

8. Avoid Excessive Drinking
While recent studies show a glass of wine or one drink a day (two for men) can help protect against heart disease, more than that can cause other health problems such as liver and kidney disease and cancer. Thought for the day: A jug of wine should last a long time.

9. Keep a Positive Mental Outlook
There's a definitive connection between living well and healthfully and having a cheerful outlook on life. Thought for the day: You can't be unhappy when you're smiling or singing.

10. Choose Your Parents Well
The link between genetics and health is a powerful one. But just because one or both of your parents died young in ill health doesn't mean you cannot counteract the genetic pool handed you. Thought for the day: Follow these basic tips for healthy living and you can better control your own destiny.

Yesterday, I had received an email from my friend. The email title is ‘Life is short; Beautiful Lesson’. I read the email and it touched my heart. It is a story about a girl name Katie who had a cancer at age 21. In that email, there are some pictures of Katie and her fiancĂ©, Nick, 23. There is one picture that was taken one day before their wedding day. Nick was slept on the next bed to Katie in the hospital, waiting for Katie to finish her chemo session. The next picture is showing that in spite of all the pain, organ failures, and morphine shots, Katie was going along with her wedding and was took care of every detail. The dress had to be adjusted a few times due to her constant weight loss. Even she was wore the wedding dress, she still sat on her wheelchair and breath with the help of oxygen tube. For your information, she died 5 days after her wedding. There are phrases that been wrote by the writer that attract my attention is ‘Happiness is reachable, no matter how long it last; we should stop making our lives complicated. Life is short, break the rules, forgive quickly, love truly, laugh constantly, and never stop smiling no matter how strange life is. Life is not always the party we expected to be, but as long as we are here, we should smile and be grateful’. Those phrases make me think a lot about life. The main point that I understand from the writer is we should be grateful with what we have. We do not know when we might be die, so we should appreciate everyone, everything around us.

I've read quite a lot of short stories from internet lately. Here i wanna share about a story call Brave New World. It is written by HUxley in 1932, he had recognized himself as a writer and social satirist. Brave New World opposing to the most popular novels of the time, Huxley wanted to
provide an alarming vision of the future. It describes an ironic ideal society. The humanity is free from care, enthusiastic and industrially extremely developed. Competition and poverty have been
eliminated and each person is eternally happy due to government-provided stimulation. The irony is that all of these things have been achieved by eliminating many things that humans consider to be central to their identity as far as family, culture, art, literature, science, religion other than idolatry of what
they called "our Ford", referring to Henry Ford, who could be
considered the father of their society. It is also an idea to maximize the total of pleasure with a minimum of ache, obtaining pleasure from morally wrong
sex and drug use, especially “SOMA”, is a powerful dream-inducing drug which is
employed by the government as a method of control through pleasure and immediate availability. It is ordinary among the culture of the novel for everyone to use it for doesn''t matter what: sex, relaxation, concentration and
confidence, it makes it possible for everyone to be entirely satisfied to do the assigned tasks of their social group. It has no short-term side effects. Death itself is not feared in the World
State. People typically die at age 61, having maintained good vigor and apparent youth up to that
point. Their bodies go to crematoria, where vital elements such as phosphorus are extracted from the exhaust of the furnaces. Children are taken to the
crematoria to see the bodies, accustoming them to the inevitable cycle of life and death. Since children do not know their parents, they cannot lament their
deaths.
