Living in an industrialised ere, human are exposed to synthetic, often toxic chemicals, on unprecedented scale. To stem the incessant flow of toxins, our body naturallyperforms detoxification on a daily basis. Detoxification is the normal process of eliminating or netralising toxis from our system. Just as our heart beats non-stop and our lungs breathe constantly, our metabolic processes continously dsipose of accumulated toxic matter. The most powerfol detoxification organis the liver. The liver is a wonderful organ that converts eerything we eat, breathe and absorb into-life-sstaining substance and excretess and detoxifies resultant toxins and unwanted substances. A weak or toxic-loaded liver, which like a sponge when it's full of dirty water, can be the source of many chronic health problems. Likewise, when a liver is sutared with toxins, it will not able to carry out vital tasks to filter and excrete unwanted substance. Hence, toxins stay in our body and wreak havo on our metabolism and immunity. As a conclusion, it's vital to us for take care of liver.

Today, i read an interesting article about love. The article said that love is a strange thing. It can be the most amazing feeling in the world, or it can really hurt, but in the end love is something most, if not all of us, will face. Life without love is just like body without soul. From what i understand from this article is suppose we have everything; a good job, good health, good reputation, a good relationship but without love, life is meaningless. Short term love encounter a not helpful at all. Be sincere of your body and soul. Indulge in a serious life-long loving relationship and live a healthy, happy and joyful life. It is easy to fall in love but difficult to keep the flames of love burning. Before including in serious long term relationship, be sure that the person we love is also sincere. A selfish person make our life miserable. In order to make the journey of life more exciting and enjoyable, we need a loving and caring person with can share our values, dreams, fantasies, joy and jokes. In difficult times of anxiety, sorrow, distress or loss of near and dear ones, this person should stand firm beside and console in every possible manner.
Tips from me, love our life and love the person in our life. Keep the flames of love burning to live a great, great love.

I would like to conclude a novel i have read recently named "San Guo Yan Yi" which in mandarin version. The novel is talk about the war history of ancient China. In this novel, you can learn a lot of lesson which you can apply in your daily live. The part that most impressive me in the novel is the Red Cliff War which is the war between country "Wei" and Union Army of country "Shu" and "Wu". Although the army of the "Wei" is ten times more than "Shu" and "Wu" but "Wei" still lose the battle at the end of war. 1 of the reason that bring "Wei" to destruction part is the arrogant of the commander "Wei".
As a conclusion, the most important lesson that i learn from this book is modest and listen to other person who want to give you advise. Otherwise sometime it will bring disaster to you just like it bring to the commander "Wei".

Assalammualaikum and Good evening.
Saturday, the day I read about prehistoric stone axes were the world's oldest at about 1.8 million years old.The prehistoric stone axes came from Malaysia which is my nation.Seven axes were found with other tools at an excavation site in Malaysia's northern Perak state in June, and tests by a Tokyo laboratory indicate they were about 1.83 million years old.Mokhtar Saidin, director of the Center for Archaeological Research at the University of Science Malaysia was the one who found the prehistoric axes. This prehistoric stone axes beat the oldest stone axes back in africa which is 1.6 milion years old. There more about the stone axes Geochronology Japan Inc., a lab in Tokyo, calculated the age of the tools by analyzing the rock that covered them. The result has a margin of error of 610,000 years. The oldest previous evidence of human existence in Malaysia was stone tools found back about 200,000 years, found at the same excavation site in Perak. The conclusion I can make, We can make a trip to Perak to found more prehistoric artifacts and make a front cover for BERITA HARIAN paper.

I read an article about Thwarting Microbial Invaders from
Strengthen your immune system.
Once you injure your skin, it can no longer act as the barrier that it’s supposed to be. So how do you treat a minor cut to ensure that it doesn’t open the door to trouble?
1. Let it bleed a bit. This helps the cut clean itself of pieces of dirty and debris. Do not use alcohol, iodine or mercurial solutions. These strong disinfectants can damage tissue.
2. If you have a gentle cleanser, such as mild, unscented soap, mix it with water, preferably lukewarm. Otherwise, liberally flood the cut with plain water, then rinse. Pat dry gently with sterile gauze or a clean cloth.
3. Encourage clotting by passing down for five minutes on the washed cut with clean gauze, cloth, or if necessary, your bare hand. Release the pressure slowly. There is generally no need to apply an antibacterial ointment.
4. Check to be sure that your immunisation against tetanus is up to date. You need a booster every ten years to protect against this serious bacterial infection, which can be introduced by any wound and can cause a fatal neurological reaction marked by lockjaw.

Martian Asparagus

No one knows if there is life on Mars. But after reading an article, apparently the planet has perfect soil for asparagus. NASA's Phoenix Mars Lander had done an analysis towards a cubic centimeter of soil from the soil from the planet's northern arctic plains, it revealed the soil was mildly alkaline and contain magnesium, potassium and sodium which is useful to grow asparagus.
It seems that Mars had its advantage and not that bad to support living creature...^_^

In 1994 Novell get out from AT&T/USL business.Novell transferred the rights to the UNIX trademark and the specification to The Open Group which is sell the source code and product implementation to SCO.Single UNIX Specification is the defacto and dejure standard definition for the UNIX system application programming interfaces.UNIX is known as a operating system which is run the process in the kernel before the computer can be use.It interface is different than the windows that we always use but more designer use UNIX because it is better in security and did not have trouble with virus compare to the windows. As a conclusion i can make is better to use UNIX than windows because UNIX provide more security and it interface and design are more interesting.

hooolaa=)..for who are addicted to tobbaco or well known as cigarrate,i have several tips for smokers who are attempting to quit the habit, there are many options they can choose from.Cigarettes are the most hazardous, but cigars, pipes, and smokeless tobacco also contribute to tobacco’s terrible toll.Fortunately, there are more ways to kick the habit than ever before.First,
Kicking the habit: do it yourself
Make a list of reasons to quit and another list of people who have kicked the habit.Second, pick a quitting date and stick to it. Plan to quit on a special day, such as a birthday or the American Cancer Society’s Great American Smokeout event on the third Thursday of each November.Next, throw out your ashtrays, clean your house, car, and clothes, and clean your teeth. Once you’re away from it, you’ll see that smoking stinks.Besides that, you can eat a healthy diet, try meditation, deep breathing, or yoga, exercise programme.
Try it,you can feel the diffrents.

Aurora-The Polar Lights
I was attracted to this topic since the first time I heard Aurora, a new single from Estranged. Since I was addicted to that song, I would like to share about aurora which also called northern and southern (polar) lights. Uniquely, aurorae (singular was aurora) only occur in the polar region and can be observed at night. These natural light displays in the sky, typically occur in the ionosphere. Aurora Borealis (also called the northern polar lights) occurs in the northern latitudes. It means that, it only visible in the sky from the Northern Hemisphere, the chance of visibility increasing with proximity to the north magnetic pole which is currently in the arctic islands of northern Canada. Aurora Borealis most often occurs from September to October and from March to April. However, in the southern latitudes it was called Aurora Australis or the southern polar lights. It was only visible from high southern latitudes in Antarctica, South America, or Australasia. Most aurorae are green and red emissions from atomic oxygen. Molecular nitrogen and nitrogen ions produce some low level red and very high blue/violet aurorae. The light blue and green colours are produced by ionic nitrogen and the neutral nitrogen gives off the red and purple colour with the rippled edges. Different gases interacting with the upper atmosphere will produce different colours, caused by the different compounds of oxygen and nitrogen. The level of solar wind activity from the Sun can also influence the color of the aurorae.
More information about aurora can be read through:

Last week, I have read one of the short story which is "Poor Little Egg-Boy Hatched in a Shul". It is one of the McSweeney's collection. Atcually this is a funny, silly little story. But, what is interesting about this short story because it is a fable with a vague moral whose real-world applications are a little hard to nail down.It is about the life of a poor child knowing as Billy that tried hard to sruggle with his life. He had been facing a lot of funny and sad incidents in order to get a job. According to Billy's life, it is really mativated me to not going to give up in life easily. That is fine with me. Hooray for quick reads and illustrations. And yes, there is something kind of "easy" about writing stories like this but maybe more modern great stories should take the hint from this short stories. So, althought this not such a great story and it only about a little child that has nothing but sometimes, children can learn something from them and can really motivate us in some ways.

I read about X-rays. X-rays are used to detect any fracture in the human body, and also in the security checks to check for any weapons. The use of X-rays are limited as they are harmful to the human body causing disintegration of DNA and hence cancers may be precipitated. Terahertz rays or T-rays are considered harmless, that is, they do not predispose the human body to cancers and hence can be used freely. This benefit also applies at the security checks at any airports or public places where T-rays would reflect on any weapons and can be detected easily. For that matter, T-rays have an additional benefit of detecting even plastic objects which often go undetected in X-ray. Scientists also claim that T-rays can tell the material of the item which is reflected, as it uses a technique called spectroscopy. In this new technology, every item would be reflected in a different color, so making out a particular item as harmful is easy.

T- rays are not required to be used close to the scanned item, as in the case of X-rays. It can be safely kept at a distance and scanning is done. A lot of research is going on to enhance the capacity of T-rays to use the spectroscopy at a distance.
The possibilities of T-rays are several. They can be used in the pharmacology industry to aid in detection of the contents of the medicines, used to detect tumors in a human body, aid in detecting any defect in the machines. These are just a few of the benefits.

Today, I have read an article about moon. As we know moon is the only one natural satellite for our planet. It is also the fifth largest satellite in the solar system.
The average centre to centre distance from the earth to the moon is 384,403 KM. the moon diameter is 3, 4743 KM small than a quarter of the earth. Besides, the moon’s volume is about 2 percent of the earth, the gravity of the moon is about 17 percent that at the earth’s surface. The moon makes complete orbit around the earth every 27.3 days and the periodic variations in the geometry of the earth moon system are important for the lunar phases that repeat every 29.5 days.
The first artificial object to pass near the moon was the Soviet Union’s Luna 1, the first artificial object to impact the lunar surface was Luna 2, and the first pictures of the normally occluded were made by Luna 3, all in 1959. The first spacecraft landing successfully was Luna 9, this was followed with the first successful lunar soft landing by Surveyor 1 in 1966. The United States program, Apollo achieved the mission between 1969 and 1972. On 2020, several countries have announced plans to return humans to the surface of the moon.

Today, I had an article about Golden Gate. My first thought that I think Golden Gate is really made by gold. Now I realize it does not made from gold. This Golden Gate was named by John C. Frémont. He names it for the same reason that the harbor of Byzantium was called Golden Horn. Golden Gate is the North American strait connecting San Francisco Bay to the Pacific Ocean and it has been spanned by the Golden Gate Bridge since 1937. It has the greatest view when you see from the Marin Headlands looking southwest towards the open ocean and looking south towards San Francisco. If you want to see the picture of this beautiful scene and want to find more about this Golden Gate Bridge, you can visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_Gate.

VIRTUAL COLONOSCOPY DETECTS HEART DISEASE
Did you know what is Virtual Colonoscopy(VC)? VC is the machine that use to detect colon cancer. Anyone over 50 should be screened for colon cancer, but less than half get tested. Why? One reason is fear of colonoscopy.
Doctor at the Mayo Clinic say the VC may also detect the heart disease. VC show images from diaphragm to the groin. It also shows cardiac calcium, deposits that indicate a hardening of the arteries. Researchers looked at scans of 480 people.
Those with the most calcium were at increased risk having a heart attack or stroke within five years. Jesse Davia says “two of the top killers are cardiovascular disease and colon cancer”.
So, the VC is a very useful machine that use as many functions. Besides that we will know that why people can easy get the heart disease.

I had been read about the benefits of EPA/DHA in internet because I want to get more info about it as my friend said it very good for brain. Therefore, I want to share with all of U.As I understand, EPA and DHA are vital nutrients and may be taken to maintain healthy function of the following: Brain and Retina- DHA is a building block of tissue in the brain and retina of the eye. It helps with forming neural transmitters, such as phosphatidylserine, which is important for brain function. DHA is found in the retina of the eye and taking DHA may be necessary for maintaining healthy levels of DHA for normal eye function. Otherwise, the more important benefits of EPA/DHA thats can help human body is cardiovascular system - EPA and DHA are converted into hormone like substances called prostaglandins, and they regulate cell activity and healthy cardiovascular function. EPA/DHA also gives human growth and intellectual development - DHA plays a very important role during fetal development, early infancy, and old age. There are other benefits to taking EPA and DHA because it also plays as a source of energy, it insulates the body against heat loss, prevents skin from drying and flaking, and cushions tissues and organs. If You all have another info about EPA/DHA can share with me. Thats all. =)

When I read about Palestine had been attacked by Israel. I wonder what our country, Malaysia can do to help Palestine. Then I had read about Malaysia and PBB, I wonder how many organization had been join by Malaysia. I start with ASEAN. ASEAN was established on 8 August 1967 to build up the strength of regional unity among members. ASEAN became the channel for improving the quality of security and development of member countries through various programmers. Other is commonwealth organization. The commonwealth Organization is an Organization of former, independent British Colonies. It been establish to provide facilities and benefit to member, countries, and to have diplomatic relations between member and non member countries. The last, is OIC. It’s been establish to forget closer unity and cooperation among Member countries economically, socially, culturally and in the field of science. Solve problems of dispute involving Islamic Nations and Eliminate any oppression and colonialism to bring about universal peace. This organization, I think it should Palestine because we are their religion relatives.
