Every day, we have to sport or at least once a week. Some people prefer to jogging around the park, or some like an aggressive sports like football, rugby and others. For a busy businessman, they won't let to miss this activity, they sports at night. Those activities can keep you healthy as it increase your heart beats and make you sweat. Its is important to make sure your heart can pump blood as many as your body needs. But, what i want to let you know here is how to increase your heartbeat without sweating. Actually, several studies in the last decades tackled the question whether and how hearing music affects your heart rate. Ellis and Brighouse (1952) said that Jazz music increased slightly the heart rate. Dainow(1977) said that fast music increases the heart rate slightly while slow music decreases it slightly. Surveys he cites claim that any type of music increases the heart rate, probably because of its emotional effect. Iwanga, Kobaiashy and Kawasaki (2005) say that excitative music makes the heart go faster.

So, maybe some of you like to hear 'romantis' songs and maybe you should change your song for more hardcore or hard rock music. But, this only can help for several and you still have to sports as you do. Lastly, you better get it.

In civil engineering, cement is on of the material that is really important for construction. Generally, cement is useful in many construction. So, what is cement actually?
Cement is a building material made by grinding limestone and clay to a fine powder, which can be mixed with water and poured to set as a solid mass or used as an ingredient in making mortar or concrete. Cement is a binder, a substance which sets and hardens independently and can bind other materials together.
In the fields of architecture, engineering, and construction, the term Portland cement is applied to most of the hydraulic cements used for concrete, mortars, and grouts. Portland cement sets and hardens by reacting chemically with water.
The name "cement" goes back to the Romans who used the term "opus caementicium" to resembled concrete and was made from crushed rock with burnt lime as binder. Cements used in construction are characterized as hydraulic or non-hydraulic.
The most important use of cement is the production of mortar is the bonding of natural to form a strong building material which is durable in the face of normal environmental effects.
Cement should not be confused with concrete because cement refers to the dry powder substance. Upon the addition of water and additives the mixture is no longer referred to as cement but concrete, regardless if aggregates have already been added or not.

From the article that I had read,it is talk about about the food allergy causes. I choose this topic because it is very related to some people. Firstly, the article talk about an allergic reaction occurs when the body's immune system overreacts to an allergen, in this case a food protein. The white blood cells produce an antibody to this allergen; we called immunoglobulin E or IgE. Then, when this antibody comes in contact with the particular food protein, it promotes production and release of certain chemicals called "mediators." Histamine is an example of a mediator. These mediators act on various parts of the body, mainly the skin, throat, airways, intestines, and heart. The effects of the mediators on organs and other cells cause the symptoms of the allergic reaction. So, any food has the potential to trigger an allergic reaction, but a few foods account for most food allergies. In fact, about 90% of food allergies are triggered by one of these 8 foods: Eggs Milk Wheat Soy Peanuts Tree nuts Fish Shellfish Generally, people who have allergies react to only a few foods. Usually,a person who is allergic to one food also may be allergic to other related foods. This is called cross-reaction. Then, the common examples such as allergy to peanuts - Cross-allergies to soybeans, green beans, and peas allergy to wheat - Cross-allergy to rye Allergy to cow's milk - Cross-allergy to goat's milk Allergy to pollen - Cross-allergies to foods such as hazelnuts, green apples, peaches, and almonds People who have a history of other allergies, such as eczema or asthma, are particularly prone to having a reaction to a food. They are also more likely to have a more severe reaction. In my opinion, allergy might be happen to the some people that not have strong body’s immune system. Besides, we should choose the food carefully to avoid any health problem. So, that’s all about the allergy that I could found. I hope that this article can be as new information to us.

Got a FLUE!

This week make me feel uncomfortable with myself. My friend also told me that I’m look so sick. That’s right friend cause I can’t breathe in a right way because the flue just block my breath way. So, I try to search about flue, the symptom also the best treatment for this situation. Let me share here.

Flue actually more than just aches, pains, and an interest in blankets. Have three types of flue, classified as influenza type A,B and C.
• Influenza Type A is the most common and also the scariest of the three influenzas, causing the most serious epidemics in history.
• Influenza Type B flu outbreaks also can cause epidemics, but the disease it produces generally is milder than that caused by type A.
• Influenza Type C flu viruses, on the other hand, have never been connected with a large epidemic, usually just causing mild respiratory infections similar to the common cold.
I think I just got influenza type C. and from that articles I now that the viruses come from the environment when the viruses pass through the air and enter our body from nose or mouth. That’s why mom always told to cover our mouth when coughing and always wash our hand. We also can get complication like high fever, chest pain with each breath and get yellowish-green-colored mucus. As a treatment, have five main options that people use to fight the flu — vaccines, antiviral, antibiotics, over-the-counter treatments, and non-medical alternatives. All the options are used for the different way to do the treatment like help prevent the flue, treats the flu viruses and eases flu symptoms.

Hope by next week I will free from the flu viruses. insyaAllah..

I like animal and that name is Tiger.. are you scare to the tiger?? haha.. im also scare to the tiger but i like the that animal..

The tiger or can call Panthera tigris is largest of the four "big cats" in Asia, the tiger is an apex predator and an obligate carnivore. Tiger can reaching up to 4 metres (13 ft) in total length and weighing up to 300 kilograms (660 pounds) wow... so heavy!!The larger tiger subspecies are comparable in size to the biggest extinct felids. Aside from their great bulk and power, their most recognizable feature is the pattern of dark vertical stripes that overlays near-white to reddish-orange fur, with lighter underparts. The largest subspecies of tiger is the Siberian tiger.
The Physical characteristics tiger have rusty-reddish to brown-rusty coats, a whitish medial and ventral area, a white "fringe" that surrounds the face, and stripes that vary from brown or gray to pure black. So, cute u know!!! I like it!!...hehee.... This tiger like other big cats, tigers have a white spot on the backs of their ears. Tigers have the additional distinction of being the heaviest cats found in the wild. They also have powerfully built legs and shoulders, with the result that they, like lions, have the ability to pull down prey substantially heavier than themselves.
However, the large male Siberian Tigers or we can call Panthera tigris altaica can reach a total length of 3.5 m "over curves" 3.3 m. "between pegs" and a weight of 306 kilograms, erm.. also heavy!! which is considerably larger than the sizes reached by island-dwelling tigers such as the Sumatran, the smallest living subspecies with a body weight of only 75-140 kg. Tigresses are smaller than the males in each subspecies, although the size difference between male and female tigers tends to be more pronounced in the larger subspecies of tiger, with males weighing up to 1.7 times as much as the females. In addition, male tigers have wider forepaw pads than females. This difference is often used by biologists in determining the gender of tigers when observing their tracks.

Ok!! That about tiger...

FLEXIBLE PAVEMENT

I have read this article on 22nd January 2009 to get the information about flexible pavement for my project. The title of the article is flexible pavement.

Pavements are classified as "flexible" pavements because the total pavement structure deflects, or flexes, under loading. A flexible pavement structure is typically composed of several layers of material. Each layer receives the loads from the above layer, spreads them out, and then passes on these loads to the next layer below. Thus, the further down in the pavement structure a particular layer is, the fewer loads (in terms of force per area) it must carry. Other pavements that are surfaced with asphalt materials, such as bituminous surface treatments are also classified as flexible pavements. There are three layers for flexible pavement.
1. Surface course. This is the top layer and the layer that comes in contact with traffic.
2. Base course. This is the layer directly below the surface course and generally consists of aggregate.
3. Subbase course. This is the layer (or layers) under the base layer. A subbase is not always needed.
From this article I’ve learned about the type of the pavement, the materials that will use in every layer and the function for every layer of it. Flexible pavement is important to make the road more comfortable to consumer. Other than that, it also can avoid accident.

Have you ever thought why the letter ‘W’ called ‘double u’ and its looks more like two ‘v’ put together? From fact that I read, according to the experts askoxford.com, English uses the Latin alphabet of the Romans but the latter had no letter suitable for representing the phoneme ‘w’ used in old English.
The earliest form for ‘w’ was probably the ‘uu’ that was used by scribes in the seventh century. Some of the scribes later replaced the ‘uu’ with the runic symbol known as ‘wynn’.
European scribes continued to use the ‘uu’ term and this usage was brought back England along with the Norman Conquest in 1066. Early printers sometimes used ‘vv’ for the lack of a ‘w’ in their type but the pronunciation ‘double u’ still stuck around till now.

Hi...i would like suggested to people who like romance manga and it is "Fushigi Yuugi: Genbu Kaiden"

The story start in Japan of 1923, a seventeen year-old girl named Takiko Okuda is living with her ill mother after recently moving to a small town. Her father comes home one day (he's never home, being a busy novelist), much to Takiko's chagrin. He apparently has been working on something called "The Universe of the Four Gods" and even after returning home, is obsessed with the book. Her mother soon dies and Takiko becomes angry at her father for ignoring the two of them. These feelings, paired with her feelings of loneliness and uselessness at being rejected both in love and by her father, lead her to attempt to tear the book apart. When she attempts to destroy her father's translation of "The Universe of the Four Gods," she is instead literally sucked into the story, becoming the Priestess of Genbu in an epic journey to find the seven Celestial Warriors!

Well this manga still not finished yet but I really suggested all of you to read it. It very interesting.

This time, I would like to share about the sunburn. This is because it is very close to our daily life. The article said that, Sunburn results from too much sun or sun-equivalent exposure. Almost everyone has been sunburned or will become sunburned at some time. Anyone who visits beach, goes fishing, works in the yard, or simply is out in the sun can get sunburn. Improper tanning bed use is also a source of sunburn. Although seldom fatal (sun poisoning), sunburn can be disabling and cause quite a bit of discomfort. Sunburn is literally a burn on your skin. It is a burn from ultraviolet (UV) radiation. The consequence of this burn is inflammation of the skin. Injury can start within 30 minutes of exposure. These are the causes of sunburn which is UVA and UVB refer to different wavelengths in the light spectrum. UVB is more damaging to the skin especially for cancer. So, Both UVA and UVB are responsible for photo aging (premature aging of the skin and wrinkles) and sunburn. Tanning beds produce both UVA and UVB rays. Travel to the southern United States, regions close to the equator, and places at high altitudes all offer the unwary visitor an opportunity to be injured by sunburn. Certain light-skinned and fair-haired people are at greater risk of sunburn injury. Prior recent sun exposure and prior skin injury are risks for sunburn, even in limited exposure to the sun. However, normal limited exposure to UV radiation produces beneficial vitamin D in the skin.We should prevent our skin from the sunburn to avoid any health problem and also we should take care of our skin.

If want become A better writer, you should follow the step below.
We need practically the Holy Grail of English grammar, basics is very important.
Every writer loves to read, so you should go from reading plays to novels to short stories to poetry to non-fiction and many and get the material for writing . After this , allow yourself to write a crappy first draft. It's the secret of every writer. They editing it later, cause no one writes a perfect first draft. Once the thoughts are on the page in a semblance of structure, now is the time to introduce your critical mind. Edit for clarity, repetition, spelling and grammar. Misspelled words are a huge red flag, and yet with computer spell-checks, they are the easiest mistakes to correct. Beside that, keep a pad of paper near your everywhere cause when you get ideas, you can write it immediately .Always be yourself and have fun, so you enjoy it. Finally ,working as a professional writers get feedback from editors or other professional writers.

I'm somehow kind of into animals. I like animals very much. Here, i want to share something about whales.
Whales are marine mammals of order Cetacea which are neither dolphins – members, in other words, of the families delphinidae or platanistoidae – nor porpoises. They include the blue whale, the largest animal ever to have lived. Orcas, colloquially referred to as "killer whales", and pilot whales have whale in their name but for the purpose of classification they are actually dolphins. For centuries whales have been hunted for meat and as a source of valuable raw materials. By the middle of the 20th century, large-scale industrial whaling had left many populations severely depleted, rendering certain species seriously endangered.

From this short paragraph we can know that this valuable animal is in danger. So please help to protect the earth and this animals according to our strength.
This is the URL where you can read more about whales.

Sun and Skin

We all know we need to protect our skin from the sun's harmful rays. Of course, it's impossible to avoid the sun — who wants to hide indoors when it feels so great to get outside and be active? And the sun's not all bad, anyway: Sunlight helps our bodies create vitamin D. So follow these tips when you're outdoors to help manage sun exposure:

Wear sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15, even if it's cloudy or you don't plan on spending a lot of time outdoors. If you sweat a lot or go swimming, reapply sunscreen every 2 to 3 hours (even if the bottle says the sunscreen is waterproof).
Choose a sunscreen that blocks both UVA and UVB rays. Look for the words "broad spectrum protection" or UVA protection in addition to the SPF of 15 or greater. Select a sunscreen that says "nonacnegenic" or "noncomedogenic" on the label to help keep pores clear.
The sun's rays are strongest between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, so make sure you reapply sunscreen frequently and take breaks indoors if you can. If your shadow is longer than you are tall, then it's a safer time to be in the sun (you should still wear sunscreen, though).

Apply more sunscreen (with higher SPF) when you're around reflective surfaces like water, snow, or ice.
We all know that the sun can damage skin, but did you know it can contribute to eye problems, too? Protect your face and eyes with a hat and sunglasses that provide 100% UV protection.
Some medications, such as prescription acne medications or birth control pills, can increase your sensitivity to the sun, so if you're taking medication, increase your sun protection.
If you want the glow of a tan, try faking it with self-tanners or salon tanning treatments. Avoid tanning beds, though, because although manufacturers claim that tanning beds are free of UVB rays, they still use harmful UVA rays
