Have you ever heard that blood type can affect a person’s personality? Well in Japan, people believe that a person’s blood type really can affect his or her personality and believe or not I think that this phenomenon does make sense because my blood type really matches my personality.
Let me start with type A first. People with blood type A tend to be calm in crisis while everyone else is in panic. However, they will avoid confrontation and feel uncomfortable among people. This makes them shy and also sometimes withdrawn. They are harmony seekers and are very polite but yet they feel that they never really fit in with the others. Besides that, they are the responsible kinds and crave for success which makes them to be perfectionists. A types are the most artistic of all the other blood types, maybe because of their sensitivity.
As for people with blood type B, they are the most practical ones. They specialized in what they do. Besides that, they are goal oriented and strong minded. For example, they will focus in what they do and will stick to a goal and follow it until the end. In another words, when they start a task, they will continue it until it is not only complete but completed well. However, they are less cooperative because they like to follow their own rules and ideas. Moreover, they are individualists. They tend to pay attention to their thoughts more than their feelings which sometimes make them seem cold and serious. However, they are considered more relaxed, freewheeling and unconventional than the other blood types.
As for O types, they are outgoing, energetic and social which makes them the most flexible ones compared to the other blood types. However, they give up easily causing trouble when following up the project they had started. This shows that they are flighty and undependable. Moreover, they like to say what is on their mind but also value the opinion of others. They also like to be the center of attention and are extremely self-confident.
Finally, AB types are the ones which are very hard to categorize due to that they can have characteristics of both A and B types at the same time. For example, they can be both shy and outgoing. This shows that they can easily switch characteristics. However, they are trustworthy and responsible but cannot handle it when people expect too much from them. Moreover, they do not mind helping out as long as it is on their own conditions. AB types are interested in arts and metaphysics. However, they are considered to be the worst blood type in Japan.

Once again, I'd love to share my summary about a novel namely The Count of Monte Cristo. This novel's genre is adventure and romance. I could say this is the most interesting novel for adventure and revenge theme. Edmond, a sailor from Marseilles was given a handsome face, a pretty fiancee and a perfect job to become a future captain. Things goes upside down when Fernandez sabotaged him and sent him straight to a prison on an isolated island. He even married his cousin, which is Edmond's fiancee.

While he was in the prison, an old man next door taught him many things from mathematics, history, physics, chemistry and all sort of things knowledgeable. As time passes, the old man passed away but planned ahead for Edmond to get inside the sack with a knife, since they would throw away corpses in the deep sea. Edmond followed his instructions and managed to escape the island by swimming. He also received a will from the old man, for getting a whole island namely Monte Cristo. He went there and claimed his rights to become the Count of the Island.

Years and years later, he went back to Marseilles to get revenge towards Fernandez. He became good friends with Fernandez's son first, and managed to get his revenge by sending him into prison, and his wife became saddened because she had loved Fernandez since Edmond has gone away. Edmond left his beloved and her son unharmed.

Well, I didn't really explain well about the story since it was a long time ago, but practically when morale of this story is absolutely great. Revenge after becoming a great man everybody respects is an interesting way of doing it. Although revenge is a bad thing, but the plot is well done and it makes the readers wanting to finish the novel badly.

Lately, I’d read a comic written by Kouro. The tittle is “Helios Eclipse” This comic is about the human and magic world. The theme of the story is how we, as a human want to protect our world and friends from different world. It also have minor theme, such as love, friendship and sacrifice.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the prologue and median edition. Therefore, I can only tell the story from the ternion edition. But in this entry, I will introduce the main character in this comic.
Mineko - She is a witch from human world. She has the power of the bird which can be used to give a second live to the dead. She gets this power from Morogana. But her power is only at level 3. Soileh, King of The dark world tries to find mineko to get the bird power.
Helios - He is the king of magic world. He has the power of light at level 20. He comes to human world to protect Mineko from Soileh and Darkross. He has fall in love with Mineko.
Soileh – He is Helios twins, but he is born with the dark side of Helios. He is the king of dark world. He has the power darkness at level 60.
Eddy - He is the keeper and also a free witch and Luna is Helios brother.
In prologue and median edition, this story tells us about how Mineko can meet Helios. It also tells us why people from magic world dislike human in earth. It also shows how they run from magic world to the earth and escape from Soileh.
In the next entry, I will tell the ternion edition of “Helios Eclipse”

I had read about what happened in Gaza which is about the phosphorous Israel had been used for their weapon. They used the chemical not just for the bombing but also in their rifle and gun. Bullet that contain phosphorus like life-bomb in the body of a person which had been hit by the bullet. It was so so dangerous. Israel soldier add the chemical into their bullet for rifle and machine gun then shot the public. A doctor said, the bullet when exposed to the air will exploded. This is because, phosphorous will reactive and burned when mix with oxygen. The operation to remove the bullet will become hard. A teenager which had hit by pieces of machine gun bullet which from a helicopter Apache Israel in Betlhia, Gaza, had suffered from skin burning and his right eye become blind immediately. Israel is so so cruel. All of this must be stopped immediately. Come on guys, let boycott them.

This time I would like to share about “SAY NO TO PLASTIC BAGS”. Last year, in Malaysia had organized a “3R plastic bags” function that is reduce, reuse and recycle plastic bags. This function is to reduce the white pollution that had become more serious nowadays. This function is sponsors by MPF (Malaysia Plastics Forum), Carrefour, Giant, Jusco, Mydin, Tesco and also The Store. So, we as the citizen must be responsible and cooperate with the government to reduce the white pollution. Firstly, if you have the extra plastic bags, you should use it to put things or reuse it when go to shopping. Besides that, you can also give back the clean plastic bags to the hypermarket or supermarket to reuse. On top of that, you should think clearly before you take the plastic bags. If you buy only 1 thing, you should say no to plastic bags. When you go shopping, you should also try to reduce using too much plastic bags to put your things. There is also another solution to reduce the white pollution. The solution is we should solve the problem from its original problems by promoting use some organic to reduce the plastic bags. Organic method is one of the latest functional plastics. After using it, it can convert to carbon dioxide and water. Nevertheless, it will not cause the pollution of the natural environment. Nowadays, hypermarkets or supermarkets also promote everyone to use the environmental protection bags. So, we should be saying no to the plastic bags and using the environmental protection bags smartly. We should save the world.

Hello..
I just want to add a little bit more about the last comment that I have post before. About Breathing Therapy.Do you notice the moment we wake up, which side breathes faster? Left or right? If left is faster, you will feel tired.
So,close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing, you will get refreshed quickly.
This can be taught to kids, but it is more effective when practised by adults.

My brother's friend used to have bad headaches and was always visiting the doctor.
There was this period when she suffered headache literally every night, and unable to study. She took painkillers, did not work.
She decided to try out the breathing therapy here: closed her right nose and breathed through her left nose.In less than a week, her headaches were gone. She continues the exercise for one month. This alternative natural therapy without medication is something that she has experienced. So,try yourself.

Are you have enough sleep? Most teens need about 8½ to more than 9 hours of sleep each night.A recent study shows that about 1 in 4 teens has trouble sleeping. Lack of sleep can affect everything from our emotions to how well we focus on tasks. It can even cause headaches, stomachaches, or other physical problems.
How can we get the sleep we need? Here are some ideas:
1.Be active during the day.Take at least 60 minutes of exercise a day. Physical activity can decrease stress and help you feel more relaxed. Just don't work out too close to bedtime because exercise can wake you up before it slows you down.
2.Avoid alcohol and drug. Drugs and alcohol disrupt sleep, increasing a person's chance of waking up in the middle of the night.
3.Keep a sleep routine. Going to bed at the same time every night helps the body expect sleep. Creating a set bedtime routine can enhance this relaxation effect. So unwind every night by reading, listening to music, spending time with a pet, writing in a journal, or doing anything else that relaxes you.
4.Expect a good night's sleep. Stress can trigger insomnia, so the more you agonize about not sleeping, the greater the risk you'll lie awake staring at the ceiling. Instead of worrying that you won't sleep, remind yourself that you can.It can also help to practice breathing exercises or gentle yoga poses before bed.
so, there are not excuse to you when you sleep in class and you say that you had not enough sleep.
But if you regularly have trouble sleeping and you think it's affecting your mood or performance, talk to your doctor.

Assalamualaikum and hai…I would like to share with all of you about two hair fact…Firstly,Trimming your hair will make your hair grow faster. The truth is our hair is not a plant. Cutting your hair will make your hair shorter and not encourage it to grow more. This conclusion was probably drawn from observing mens facial hair, but the hair on your head and facial hair have different properties. So, regardless of how much you trim, your hair will grow almost around half an inch per month. Trimming only eliminates split ends and makes your hair look neater. Besides that, we always heart that, hair will fall out if you are stressed. The truth is do not be alarmed because as many as 50 to 120 hair strands fall out daily. You might lose a few more strands of hair if you are very stressed or have a major life changing event. Fear not, as after a few weeks, your hair will almost certainly grow back!!!

Hi..I want to talk about drinking warm water and heart attacks. The Chinese and Japanese drink
hot tea with their meals, not
cold water, maybe it is time we
adopt their drinking habit.
It's nice
to have a cup of cold drink after a meal.
However, the cold water will solidify the
oily stuff that you have just consumed.
It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'oil' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine
faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jawline. You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who
have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware.
The more we know,
the better chance we can survive.

Assalamualaikum...hello everyone..today I want to talk about dimples..what are dimples? Do you know the meaning of dimples? Let me tell you. Dimples are a generic name for indentations of the skins. Dimples were produced when muscle fibres are attached to the deep surface of the skin, such as in the cheek or chin, or where the skin is attached to bones by fibrous bands, such as the elbow, shoulder and back. So, if you do not want dimples appear on your face, wash your face everyday.

Open Sesame... Now I know the feeling post comment to Miss Sarah blog.
We know that now is fever time. Everywhere we go , we can see and here that many people got fever. The worse thing if they had bad fever. So pity. Especially for student because as student they have to concentrate to their study, assignment, presentation and many more things to be done before this semester end. We know that, after this no more semester break or long holiday to release our tension. So that, as a student it is compulsory to take care of our health. Actually not just students but everyone must take very good care to the health because it is our own asset. Nobody will take care to our asset.

hye...meet again..now i want shared about STRESS....all you know it...cause it always happen in our self...Stress is what you feel when you have to handle more than you are used to. When you are stressed, your body responds as though you are in danger. It makes hormones that speed up your heart, make you breathe faster, and give you a burst of energy. This is called the fight-or-flight stress response. Some stress is normal and even useful. It can help if you need to work hard or react quickly. For example, it can help you win a race or finish an important job on time.sometime stress can give bad benefit to us...t can be linked to headaches, an upset stomach, back pain, or trouble sleeping. It can weaken your immune system, making it harder to fight off disease. For the student sometime stress when have many assignment, tutorial, money and sometime problem with their couple....So how when can reduce your stress?.....firstly you Learn better ways to manage your time. You may get more done with less stress if you make a schedule. Think about which things are most important, and do those first.Secondly try to find better ways to cope. Look at how you have been dealing with stress. Be honest about what works and what does not. Think about other things that might work better.Thirdly Take good care of yourself. Get plenty of rest. Eat well. Do not smoke.Fourtly Try out new ways of thinking. When you find yourself starting to worry, try to stop the thoughts. Work on letting go of things you cannot change. Learn to say "no." and the last try to Ask for help. People who have a strong network of family and friends manage stress better. So from that i hope you can know what is stress.

Have you ever heard or play DOTA, Counter Strikes game? or may be Diner Dash or Sally's Saloon? These are the most popular personal computer games among computer user. I was read about 15 years old boy at London fainted because didn't sleep for playing games.
I browse the internet and find that the reason for them to choose computer games are because It's fun, like to feel in control, releases tension, feel a sense of mastery, and relieves boredom. Is it true?
Playing these games have their positive and negative effect to the player. The positive effect are video game playing introduces children to computer technology, games can give practice in following directions, some games provide practice in problem solving and logic, games can provide occasions for parent and child to play together, games are entertaining and fun and some games have therapeutic applications with patients. The negatives effect are over-dependence on video games could foster social isolation, as they are often played alone, women are often portrayed as weaker characters that are helpless or sexually provocative, game environments are often based on plots of violence, aggression and gender bias, many games only offer an arena of weapons, killings, kicking, stabbing and shooting, games can confuse reality and fantasy, and in many violent games, players must become more violent to win. In "1st person" violent video games the player may be more affected because he or she controls the game and experiences the action through the eyes of his or her character.
I also found some facts about this topics. The U.S. video game market reached nearly $10.5 billion in sales in 2005. with the projected world-wide market expected to grow to $46.5 billion by 2010,a study of over 2,000 8 to 18 year-olds (3rd through 12th graders) found the 83% of them have at least one video game player in their home, 31% have 3 or more video game players in their home, and 49% have video game players in their bedrooms,In the same study only 21% of kids reported that their parents set rules about which video games they can play, 17% reported their parents check warning labels or ratings on video games, and 12% reported they play video games they know their parents don't want them playing, and the most recent (May 2008) mystery shop study conducted by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) found that national retailers enforced their store policies by refusing to sell M-rated video games to minors 80% of the time.

Are modern inventions making us lazy?In more ways than not,I say yes to the above question. For example, the motorcar was invented some while back.Since then we have enjoyed an ease of travelling unequalled in history. We have also become immeasurably lazier. We drive the car anywhere,to work,to play, for a hundred miles, for a hundred metres. My brother who has a pot-belly does not believe in walking at all.It is always the car, even to the corner grocery shop a stone's throw away. There are signs that newer inventions will invade our lives soon to take the over most of our daily chores.Already there are robots and electronic machines capable of doing a variety of tasks.Maybe the day will arrive when almost everything will be done for us and we will be left with a lot of free time to do things we like to do,if there are things left to do.

assalamualaikum and hye to everyone...emm..i want to share with you all about the mouthwashes..did you even used it before??i never do..so, i don't really know what it's taste actually and what the feeling after using it..hehe..so, back to our topic..i've read that mouthwashes can bring us a cancer..unbelieveable right??

A new study has found “sufficient evidence” implicating alcohol-containing mouthwashes in oral cancer..An Australian scientist, whose findings were published in the Dental Journal of Australia, said some mouthwashes were more dangerous than wine or beer because they contained higher concentrations of alcohol, as high as 26 per cent..Alcohol, as you know are the very dangerous things that can affect you internaly and externally..same as the alcohol in mouthwash which can allow cancer..it causing substances such as nicotine to penetrate the lining of the mouth easily..then results in a toxic breakdown product of alcohol called acetaldehyde which is another carcinogen that can accumulate in the oral cavity when swished around the mouth...

an international study of 3,210 people, found daily mouthwash a “significant risk factor” for head and neck cancer..
The effects were worse in smokers who had a nine-fold increase in risk of cancers of the oral cavity, pharynx and larynx...Those who drank alcohol were more than five times at risk...so, i hope that anyone who use that product are being aware if wanna use it..however, another research was needed to confirm the findings...

Hi...Actually I want to share my favourite TV series.Do you even watch the "Supernatural" in TV series...??The series follows the brothers Dean and Sam Winchester, played by Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki, who travel across the country in a black 1967 Chevy Impala investigating and combating paranormal events and other unexplained occurrences, many of them based on folklore, myths, and American urban legends, as well as classic supernatural creatures such as vampires, werewolves, and ghosts.
The plot of the series has evolved over time, beginning initially with the Winchester brothers, Sam and Dean, looking for their father throughout most of Season One. Once they find him, the show becomes about killing Azazel, the yellow-eyed demon responsible for the death of their mother 23 years ago. This is accomplished, but not until after Azazel's plans are completed and a door to Hell is opened, although only momentarily, releasing a horde of demons into the world. This event also sees the death of Sam, who is subsequently resurrected by Dean selling his soul at the end of Season Two. In the third season, the plot of the show focuses on trying to save Dean from his deal. Along the way, they meet a demon named Ruby, who has an interest in Sam and claims to be able to help save Dean, as well as Bela Talbot, an "acquirer" and seller of occult objects who is constantly a thorn in their side. The brothers eventually manage to track down the demon who holds Dean's contract, a powerhouse named Lilith who also wants Sam dead. However, Sam and Ruby ultimately fail to save Dean, who is killed and sent to Hell. Season Four begins with Dean awakening dazed and confused in a grave, having been rescued by an angel named Castiel on orders from God. Sam on the other hand, has further developed his abilities with the help of Ruby during the months that Dean has been dead. It is soon revealed that Dean was revived to help stop Lilith's plan of breaking the 66 seals, which would let Lucifer walk free once again.

Hello...Today i want to tell all of u that I am proud to be a Malaysian. Why? There are several reasons I wholeheartedly love Malaysia.Firstly, diversity in Malaysia. Malaysia consists of different nationalities, which follow different religions, and possess different cultures and customs. These mixed elements have created one unique nation, and I am very proud to be a part of it.
The second reason I am proud of being a Malaysian is, even though Malaysians are of different backgrounds, nationalities, and religions, the people still manage to live peacefully without any wars and create harmonious surroundings. We do not have uncontrollable demonstrations to bring down the government, but we do have stable politics with great leaders constantly bringing the country towards the excellence all the time.Thirdly, the positive environment has allowed the country to develop rapidly. Malaysia’s greatest achievement is proven through the success of construction of the tallest building in the world, also known as the Petronas Twin Towers, in 1998, and holds its status until 2004. Another great accomplishment is the success of the Malaysian national carmaker, Proton, to export our local cars to the global market. So, I am very proud that our cars are not only being used domestically, but also being driven by foreigners in their countries.Last but not least, Malaysia is rich with its natural beauty. There a many interesting and beautiful places in Malaysia; we have coasts and beaches, hills and mountains, jungles and forests, that are loaded with variety of gorgeous floras and faunas. For instance, we have rafflesia, the biggest flower in the world, in Sabah, and in Sarawak, we have hornbills, also known as burung kenyalang. We also have beautiful places with amazing views such as Fraser Hills, Pangkor Island, Port Dickson Beach, and Mount Kinabalu.
In short, being a Malaysian is not just living in Malaysia, but being a Malaysian is a responsibility. Our great achievements, heritages, natural assets, and peaceful lives will not last long if we take them for granted. Therefore, I encourage everybody to care about our country and always be proud of being a Malaysian.

Assalamualaikum to all. All right for this entry I would like to share about my experience about working. I have two different stories about my working experience. First I will tell about my experience working with Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Company which I have been there about 5 month after my form 5 and second story that I will make in my next entry is experience working with Berjaya Starbuck Company about 1 and half month after my matriculation which is before I come to UMP. Lets back to my head line for this entry that I will tell about cbtl (coffee bean and tea leaf). As we all know this café is always visited by high class people, tourist and all the related people. Actually for those who think like that they should erase that from their mind, why did I said so because we as the barista (waiter) we will treat all the customer as the same, we will attend you if you do not know about the product and we also can help to recommend you what in the promotion and so on. So after reading my comment let have a try to go to the cbtl and get your own experience, do not feel very shy but replace your uncomfortable feeling by asking any question that you are curious about..Here are my experience working with cbtl, I get to know many type of people, how to treat people, I have learned lot in communication skill, and learn to give commitment to my work as well. For all of you to know, cbtl will have their own regular customer, all of their regular customer is like when they come to the cashier they no more order what they want they just come to pay because this people will having the same meal ever y week so they just pay and everything will be prepare for them. Can you feel how special they have been treat. One reason that make me enjoy doing this job is because if before the person are stranger to you will suddenly become a good friend to you because the regular customer will appreciate on what you have done for them. Then I think I have spent my holiday time while waiting my result with a good activity. Nevertheless the most important in having working life is your own self because you must clear with what you want to do, make sure you are always in a right way and do not make other people easily take advantage on you. See you in next entry and I will tell you about my different experience working with Berjaya Starbucks Company.
