Hi everyone. Welcome back!!!
Technical writing? Oh no! This is a though subject for me. It is because I am very weak in writing an essay. I always make mistakes when write an essay. The mistakes that I always make were grammar mistakes. Sometimes, I can’t difference the right sentences and wrong sentences. That was made I am very weak in this subject. But, I do not want to give up easily. I want to try my best for this subject first. I don’t want to be a loser. I always tried to be the best among the best, even though I know who I am. But, I hope that Miss Sarah can help me to improve my weaknesses. My dream is I want to be like others who are power in English. So, I can joined them when they are talking in English.

Hello… It’s me again. This week have much assignment to do. Technical writing also has work to do for this week. This week we have to learn how to do movie maker. It is because we will do an assignment by using the movie maker software after the Chinese New Year holiday. I am not really expert in making movie maker. Our lecturer, Miss Sarah will guide us and teach us how to make a movie maker.
For the preparation to learn how to make movie maker, we need to find any materials about our partner and also song or video to put in the movie maker. I think that was hard for me because I do not have any digital pictures since I was kid. What a pity me right? I am so sad. But, I will try my best to find other materials like song and video that can be put in the movie maker. Also, I can put other pictures into the movie maker. I think that’s all from me. I hope that my partner and I can do the best movie maker this week. And also I hope that my class will enjoy learning how to make movie maker.

Assalamualaikum.
Yesterday, I have read about Israel issues in my friend blog. It is so annoying to hear the boycott slogan but it doesn't mean I was at the other side. In my point of view, we cannot boycott all their product because some of their product is very high quality and we couldn't find better.
For example, milk, and many medical products. Malaysia as a third country should be able to have the same quality of products as Israel and US before we perform this mission. But, of course, things like KFC, McDonalds, Starbucks, Loreal and, koteks can be banned because we can easily found other stall or products which is better.
I think that all for today. I will post another comment after chinese new year.

Hello. I came across an article on the online news a few days ago. This article is about Rhita Helow whose family was attacked by the Israeli soldiers on the 4th of January. According to the article, Rhita and 13 other family members of hers hid under the staircase after the soldiers blew off all of the windows in their home. Her father was shot dead right in front of the family after the soldiers found their hiding place. They were told to leave the house immediately if they wanted to be safe by one of the soldier. So they did what the soldier told them to do by leaving their house but the soldiers started shooting from behind them. One of her brothers and her one year old niece was killed during the shooting.
Why would they do such things? How can they just shoot a harmless family which consists of women and children? Can we stop this violence by just boycotting their products? They should be punished for what they had done. They should be charged under the name of law. We should stop world violence and gain peace among people from all over the countries. So STOP WORLD VIOLENCE!!!

hye...this is my new post entry. And wanna share something interesting with u all.I have recently read about an article from a bloggers, and really initiate me to do something.Something that need to think of again.yah..its about books.books and books.which i think will be more interesting to those bookworms out there.what it really make me think of is that the benefits of buying many books not reading many books.Awesome ,right??and don't take me wrong as i think that this will across your mind,"buying many books no other of course is for reading and gain more inputs".But you are wrong.buying many books doesn't mean that you need to go through every pieces of pages and get something new from it.the books can also make for some inhome decorations.it will be cool if you arrange all that books according to the colours, theme or authors at a side of your mini library or even at your bookshelve.
not only that the books also enhance your image.how?it shows ones confidence and you'll be looking good when you can carry a very fancylooking book to make yourself looking cool in a public(not to show off). plus point with a beautiful bookmark in it.not only that, this is more interesting.a tax relief for a book purchase.for example in Malaysia, you can pay less for tax in buying books as long as you keep the receipt properly. This is one of the government policies in order to encourage people to read more.and also as a gift idea.you can give ur friends as an instant gift to your buddies.just pick a book from ur bookshelve and hand it over perhaps with a beautiful bookmark which will increase the book's value.that's all from me for now.

Hi, I would like to share my interest about reading a literature based novel namely Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. I daresay this novel is my first that makes me feel how independent women should be. She began her life in an orphanage since small and was taken by Mr Rochester as a maid at the age of 16. The difference between him and her is about 20 years apart or more. A formal relationship between master and servant took place and as time goes on, she developed feelings towards him. Little does she know that he also felt the same way. When she received a will from a distant relative, she decided to travel and find her identity, leaving her beloved Mr Rochester after her marriage was annulled due to some difficulties with his ex-wife.

To make the summary short, she became mentally stronger and met a guy who was fond with her, but in the end went back to Mr Rochester's mansion, fully matured in intelligence. In the end, she found out his mansion was burnt down by his ex-wife and tried to find where Mr Rochester is currently living. After searching, she found him blinded and crippled, unlike before. In the end they got married, despite his condition.

I feel it is much better if my classmates could read this heart-wrenching story. Literature novels are the best when it comes to adventure, mystery and romance genre. Contrasting to today's novels which depicts sexual content in novels, I guarantee that this novel is the best for romance genre.

Hello. I would like to share about Chinese New Year 2009 which is also the year of Ox. Chinese New Year is the longest and most important celebration in the Chinese calendar. Chinese months are reckoned by the lunar calendar, with each month beginning on the darkest day. New Year festivities traditionally start on the first day of the month and continue until the fifteenth, when the moon is brightest. In China, people may take weeks of holiday from work to prepare for and celebrate the New Year. Legend has it that in ancient times, Buddha asked all the animals to meet him on Chinese New Year. Twelve came, and Buddha named a year after each one. He announced that the people born in each animal's year would have some of that animal's personality. Those born in ox years tend to be painters, engineers, and architects. They are stable, fearless, obstinate, hardworking and friendly. According to Chinese belief, the Ox is a symbol of wealth and success through hard work and resilience -- a welcome sign considering the entire World's economic difficulties. So, at here I would like to wish everyone a Happy Chinese New Year!

Hi, today I would like to share to all of you about my camping trip to Cameron. It was a memorable trip I ever had. For the first day, we was transit at Gopeng, Perak which our first journey begun. From Medan Gopeng we were pick up by lorries to our camp site and rest there to prepare for the next day trip. Second day, I had to wash up with so freezing cold river water. Damn cold the water was. Then after breakfast, we all get ready packed the things up and start to moving to next camp site after little warm up. On the way to the next camp site we cross a Orang Asli village and a waterfall it was so cool. Suddenly it was raining but we still go on because nothing can stop us. Then after few hours we arrived at our second camp site which is in the jungle beside the river, so cool guys. There, we build our tent and in the night, my partner and me cooked for the group it was not bad(hihi). The next day was the tiring day. We had to climbed over many small hills until my feet felt liked to tear apart. It was so tiring. But when we reached to the top of our last hill, it was so relieving and the panorama there was so so beautiful and so cold. Now we are at Cameron at last. For the last day, we camp at Forest Camp at Cameron. It was damn cold also there. My feet turned to ice that make me hard to sleep(huhu). Next morning and the last day of our trip, before coming back to UMP we get to shopping at Cameron Highlands. It was so much fun being there with all my new friends.

I have read one artical about kids who sleep with the light on, could risk leukimia and parents were warned about this.In this article said, the scientists have found the body needs darkness to produce a chemical that fights cancer.Even switching the light on for the toilet, staying up late, traveling
across time zones, or the light from street lamps can stop enough
melatonin being made, they say. What have I read, they also said that, the body needs the chemical to prevent damage to DNA and its absence stops fatty acids reaching tumors and preventing them growing.Thats all that I can share regarding the artical. I will try to find out more about these disease.

Hi everyone. We meet again. In this session, I just want to share more about what have I share with u before. About kids sleep with light on could risk leukimia.I have read in the article that in Texas University Prof Russell Reiter, who led the research, said: 'Once you go to bed you should not even switch the light on for a minute. He said that because when u do that, your brain immediately recognizes the light as day and melatonin levels will drop. The research found out, rates of childhood leukemia have doubled in the past 40 years.
Futhermore, about 500 youngsters under 15 are diagnosed with the disease each year and around 100 die.Besides that, a conference on childhood leukemia in London before this
heard that people were being subjected to more light at night than ever. This suppressed the production of melatonin which normally happens between 9pm and 8am.On top of that, past research has shown those most affected, like shift workers, had higher levels to get breas cancer.
Besides, blind people, who are not vulnerable to fluctuations of melatonin, have lower rates of cancer, it was found.
According to the article, parents are advised to use dim red or yellow bulbs if their children are scare of the dark.

Hi.I love to share with everyone aboutbreathing theraphy.I got this information from my brother. So,try to take a look of our nose. The nose has a left and a right side, we use both to inhale and exhale.
Actually they are different, you would be able to feel the difference. We try to imagine
the right side represents the sun, left side represents the moon.My brother said, when we get some headache, try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe.
Then,in about 5 minutes, your headache will be gone. If you feel tired, just reverse, close your left nose and breathe through your right nose. After a while, you will feel your mind is re-freshed. Besides that, right side belongs to 'hot', so it gets heated up easily, left side belongs to 'cold'.
If u know, most females breathe with their left noses, so they get 'cooled off' faster. But,most of the guys breathe with their right noses, they get worked up.
So, why not give it a try?.

Social Phobia? Are you even see your friends or others people that have social phobia?..or you also one of them? I'm want to share with you all that I was read an artical about social phobia.
Social phobia(sometimes called social anxiety) is a type of anxiety problem. Extreme feelings of shyness and self-consciousness build into a powerful fear. As a result, a person feels uncomfortable participating in everyday social situations.
People with social phobia can usually interact easily with family and a few close friends. But meeting new people, talking in a group, or speaking in public can cause their extreme shyness to kick in.
Honestly,I'm also one of them. hehe..i'm feel nervous, or shy in front of others when giving a class presentation. That's why i'm hate presentation. Futhermore my weakness is my pronunciation very bad.But i'm not so bad...

Assalamualaikum and hai to everybody …For the first comment in this blog, I would like to share something about diet…As we all know, the surest way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more.As it turns out, "eating less" is a very difficult task. Your body really wants those extra Calories, and you live in a world where food is very plentiful. Instead of foraging for your food, you're literally bombarded with opportunities to eat, and every food manufacturer tries to seduce you with their latest, tastiest offerings. You quickly develop food cravings that willpower alone cannot overcome. To win your "war" against food, you need to learn more about what you're eating...Don't beat yourself up about not having the will to eat less. The fact is that many high-Calorie foods have an unfair advantage against you. By over-stimulating your appetite, they deceive you into eating more than your body really needs. Many popular diets counter this by grouping foods into "approved" and "unapproved" lists. However, there's a downside to this restrictive approach. The inflexibility of these food lists makes eating very tedious and boring. Shouldn't eating be enjoyable?Diets with limited food choices are also inconvenient. Did you know that the average US supermarket now adds nearly 10,000 new products to its shelves each year? If you're following a diet with a fixed list of approved foods, it's impossible to know which of these new foods are compatible with your diet. Wouldn't it be nice to have a way to analyze any food, and determine its suitability for your diet?
Get smarter about what you eat!!!

Hi..Now is Chinese New Year so I want to write about reunion dinner. A reunion dinner is held on New Year's Eve where members of the family, near and far away, get together for the celebration. The venue will usually be in the home of the most senior member of the family. The New Year's Eve dinner is a must and traditionally includes chicken and fish. Fish is a must in the reunion dinner as the Chinese believe fish mean have surpluses every year.
Red packets (angpau)are sometimes distributed during the reunion dinner. These packets often contain money in certain numbers that reflect good luck. Several foods are consumed to usher in wealth, happiness, and good fortune. Several of the Chinese food names also mean good things.
I just have a wonderful reunion dinner. So wish u guys have a happy and prosperous Ox's year.

Hi guys. So sad for being here after a long break. Miss my home so much. I feel it is so unfair because this CNY is also a mid-sem break. That's mean,we don't have time for play truant because exam is just around the corner. It makes me sick to think how to study everything in a same time. Too bad right?
but,in the same time,I still miss my home, and everything that I leave there(hehe).there is something I want to share with you all. By remember this,I feel much better. I still remember, yesterday,I watched a movie,UNDERWORLD 3. This movie are about the war between the vampire and the lycans. The lycans rise up and defeat the vampire because they are sick to treat like a slave. Finally the lycans become the winner in the war. From this movie, I can see the moral value. We need to respect each other as long as we share this earth and we must cooperate to reach the goal.Hope we can take this value along in our life. So,till we meet again.

Hai everyone.I have something that I just read to share with u all. As a girl, we are already have the feelings to stay beautiful and attractive all the time. But don't get shocked to know that animals also have a feelings like us,the girl.I am talking about dog. Dog also have their own clothes such as sweater, coats and shoes. They also have necklaces and hairpins!(too much!!).Don't believe it?
believe it because I found this story by browse the internet. The dog outfit is not just fashionable it's functional. The function of this outfit is to avoid their pets from dirt and make the dog looks beautiful. The necklaces is function to show that the dog are owned. If the dog were missing, the owner don't have to worry because all the owner's information such as address and phone number are written at the dog's necklaces. But, all this environment usually happend at west country because of their environtment are different from here. So girls, don't let the dog be more attractive than u.

assalamualaikum and hai to everyone...emm..actually i don't feel very well today..some headache and fever had made me sick enough...i have a lot to tell you all about my opinion on certain things..some of them are looks complicated but if you all think deeply, you can see it..about what i mean..emm..are you ever been living in a hostel before you come to UMP???don't you know that living in a hostel can make us be more independent, open-minded and also learn on how to make friends with each other, care about their feeling..all of you knew about it right??so, i just want to talk about the last one, care with our friends feeling..sometimes when we become more closer with our friends,we will share about anything include our top secret..so, when this is happen, the most important thing that we should do are keeping his/her secret..don't tell it to anyone unless she/he give you permission to do that..we also have to care about their feeling..don't talk about something that will make them hurt, or topic which can touch their sensitivity..if they do something wrong,we must advise them..don't let them make the same mistakes..then, it's depends on them either want to follow it or not..at least we have done our responsibility as a friend..but, in a friendship, there must be 'give and take' which means that we and our friends are altogether keep on eye about the friendship, not only on the one side..that's all i wanna tell you guys..i hope that our friendship will never break..

Hi.I came across an article on the newspaper yesterday and the article is about child-abuse.Most child-abuse victims seem to be children of parents who are too busy earning a living and do not have too much time for their children. For me,children really have only a few basic needs.Beside food, shelter and love and care, they do not need anything else.A child who has spent the whole day without the parent, yearns for attention and thus may demand it from the parent. This is because after they return from work, they want some rest and do not anyone to bother him or her.Sometimes however anger may overwhelm the parent and he or she releases violence onto the child. If this become habitual, then the child may most likely to be abused.People living in the country are less prone to child-abuse simply because they do not have the stress of city-living.They are closer to nature and this has the effect of making life easier and simpler.Children are less demanding as there are less things to demand.Hence rarely we hear of child-abuse in the villages. So perhaps we can take a cue from the country folks.Parents will have to reappraise their priorities.Which is more valuable? Is making a more comfortable living the only important thing,or are the welfare of their children of greater importance? They will have to answer these questions themselves.

Stroke
What is stroke? How much you all know about stroke?
Stroke is the rapidly developing loss of brain function due to a disturbance in the blood vessels supplying blood to the brain. The affected area of the brain is unable to function, leading to inability to move one or more limbs on one side of the body, inability to understand or formulate speech or inability to see one side of the visual field.
Stroke is a medical emergency and can cause permanent neurological damage, complications and even death.
Risk factors for stroke include advanced age, high blood pressure, previous stroke, diabetes, high cholesterol, cigarette smoking and atrial fibrillation.
After read this article, I realize that stroke is classified into two categories. Before this I just thought stroke is stroke only. One is ischemic that occur due to interruption of the blood supply, another is hemorrhages that is rupture of a blood vessel or an abnormal vascular structure.
Actually stroke is happen suddenly and no any signs and symptoms. But there is three steps to test whether the person is having stroke or not. When someone around you suddenly feels dizzy and almost faint then you must do these three steps. First ask he/she smile. Second ask he/she do some simple action like raise up the hand. Third ask he/she simple question like what is your name. If the person fail to do all these three steps then he/she must be send to hospital immediately because he/she have high probability having stroke.
So when your family or someone around you dizzy. Please do these three steps to save their life.

Beside it give you more benefit when joining debate, such as you will manage yourself to be prepare with the latest information from news paper, what happen around us, you able to improve confident level to talk in front of crowd, you were trained to challenge your own time management and so many more.
