Just like other posts, I'm going to tell a summary about another novel. The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown. Honestly, I was able to understand this story when my Christian friends patiently explained me the terms which are hard to understand. I'm sure many heard this title that made it into a blockbuster movie. I was tremendously excited when I saw it in the movies. Robert Langdon is a professor of symbolism. He got involved with the murder of an old man in the Paris Museum. Along with Sophie, he found the truth about the death of Jesus Christ and the mysterious Mary Magdalene, whom people of the Catholic believed that she was the wife of Jesus. They defied the Opus Dei, a hidden organization of extreme Christianity and turn the events upside down when the so-called honorable priest was a fraud and hunger of power and money. In the end, they solved the case about the descendant of Jesus, who was Sophie.

This summary might be short because the plots are too complicated and the terms are hard to understand. However, I find this fictional work very interesting and challenging. Mysteries are unlocked every chapter. Same goes to Dan Brown's works such as Angels and Demons. I hope I could find more interesting novels such as this so that I could post comments as many as I could.

Assalamualaikum, today I'm going to tell you about WHO(World Health Organization).I'm think that most of you did not know the WHO exactly.WHO is the directing and coordinating authority for health within the United Nations system. It is responsible for providing leadership on global health matters, shaping the health research agenda, setting norms and standards, articulating evidence-based policy options, providing technical support to countries and monitoring and assessing health trends.

WHO's objective, as set out in its Constitution, is the attainment by all peoples of the highest possible level of health. The Constitution defines health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

The WHO agenda are promoting development. Health development is directed by the ethical principle of equity: Access to life-saving or health-promoting interventions should not be denied for unfair reasons, including those with economic or social roots. Commitment to this principle ensures that WHO activities aimed at health development give priority to health outcomes in poor, disadvantaged or vulnerable groups.

In the 21st century, health is a shared responsibility, involving equitable access to essential care and collective defence against transnational threats.

I want to share about what I had read on Harian Metro paper today. It is about some of our residence here are being selfish. When people from health department came to fogging their house area, they closed their door and ignored them. This will not lessen aedes mosquitoes and the fogging is only a waste. Health department only want to help them, but they did not appreciate it. What a bad attitudes they have. By doing that, they can be punished by paying the compound that had been stated. Why are we being selfish with by doing that kind of attitudes which did not bring any benefit but only spreading the disease to everybody. Think it deeply..

Assalamualaikum…I like to share about how to get rid of dandruff!!!...Dandruff shampoos have now evolved and are a lot more effective. The best way to know which products works for you is to actually try them. If a product is not successful in controlling your dandruff, then move on other product. It will take some trial and error before finding a shampoo that suits your scalp.Warning!!!...Do not confuse dandruff with dry scalp as they are two different things. For dry scalp treatment, a good shampoo and conditioner will cure the dry scalp which is “flaking”. It is not advisable to get dandruff shampoo for dry scalp. The flakes produced from dandruff are actually oily and not dry…

I wanna share something about what I had read before. Its about teacher from "HELL"(the 1st. lesson of our English class). No matter how lucky we are,we will face bad teachers in our school and college life. We might be able to choose our course and college, but we cannot choose our teachers and lecturers. Knowing how to cope with “bad” teachers is important.
Teachers are paid to pass knowledge to us. But that doesn’t guarantee that they have the proper skills to do so. A teacher can be a fine chap but there might be resistance between him and his students, where knowledge can’t be transferred from his brain to others smoothly. In another words, his students hardly understand him at class. While that’s a problem, it can be worse. Some teachers are cruel, rude, and love to fail students. So,never depend too much on teachers. Develop the ability to study on our own in case the teacher is hopeless. We can do so with the help of our study system, resources, friends, seniors, reference books, internet. Our teacher is only one of our knowledge resources and there are alternative resources elsewhere. So basically, don't blame them.

It is super-high in vitamins, full of fiber and also loaded with phytochemicals that can help fight against diseases. You want to know something about broccoli?? Let me tell you something. Assalamualaikum~
-I've been known to experiment a bit when it comes down to D.I.Y. beauty. Usually, I come across something good when I get creative and that's precisely what happened today. I decided to take advantage of my food processor for once and whip up a face mask. I didn't have a particular result in mind—just a mask that made my skin feel good. -What I came across, however, ended up giving my skin a glow and smoothness that I can still feel (and see) hours later. If you want to try your hand at this natural way to achieve a beautiful glow and smooth skin, here's the recipe I put together today for this mask:

'Jihah Oat' Mask Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of oatmeal Oatmeal contains beta glucan, which is a fiber that stimulates skin repair. From reducing wrinkles to protecting against UV damage, oatmeal is a safe bet for your skin.

1/4 cup of milk (I used soy milk) The acid in milk helps to soothe skin while moisturizing.

1/4 cup of chopped cucumber, which is great for tightening the skin because its liquid-like consistency can sink deeper into pores and hard-to-reach areas of the skin than many other DIY mask ingredients.

1 handful of fresh cilantro. Cilantro helps to cool the skin.

1. Toss the ingredients all into a food processor (or a blender if you haven't got a food processor).

2. Let the ingredients mix together for about a minute or so.

3. When the mix looks smooth, spoon it out into a bowl.

4. Apply generously to your face and let it sit for 20 minutes or until hardened.

5. Rinse.

-Let me know what you think! I'm absolutely excited about this mask. After all, it's a natural way to improve your skin. Who needs lotions that make your skin 'glow' when you can do it with fresh foods?

Is racial integration possible in Malaysia?A race is a group of people who have their own set of beliefs, religion, culture and other peculiar characteristics.
Invariably the members of a race are very proud of their way of life if they are threatened in any way.We in Malaysia are in this position.there are three major races here, the Malays, the Chinese and the Indians with smattering of other ethnic groups. So far we have
managed very well to stay as one nation despite our differences.Living in harmony does not mean that there is racial integration.Racial integration is the combination of all the races to make one unique Malaysian race.I cannot envisage this becoming reality, not at least in my lifetime.Hence,we are likely to continue to live in racial harmony, not integration. We have had so many years of practise in harmony so I see no reason why we cannot go on as usual.

assalamualaikum..and hye to all..now, i'd like to share with you guys about the 5 easy ways to start a diet..we always think that if we want to diet, we have to stop taking rice, and others foods that give many benefits to our body..actually, it is totally wrong to think just like that..diet doesn't mean that we must avoid these foods but we must take them in tolerable quantity..

food is connected to us as emotional beings so much more then exercise..some people blow off stress by taking a run, but most of us would just rather reach for a donut, slice of pizza or scotch and soda... think the food puzzle needs to be unraveled simply and slowly so that our approach is simple but realistic to our lives...

first way is drink only water which according to studies, this would eliminate 20% of our caloric intake and help all of our body functions run more smoothly...second,cut down your portions..we all overeat, so just eat until you are full.. its difficult to do, so halve the food and get it away from you.. If it's sitting there you will want to eat it..third, don't skip breakfast..as a student,we always forget to take our breakfast so that it will affect us...you will have a 70% chance of overeating throughout your day if you skip breakfast...then, we must keep a food journal so that it will make us aware and in charge of your food, not the other way around...lastly,if we can avoid it,don't eat after 7 p.m.. try to finish eating earlier in the day...so, hopefully this information are useful for those that wanna take a diet...good luck!!!

Hi.I love to share with everyone about breathing therapy.I got this information from my brother. So,try to take a look of our nose. The nose has a left and a right side, we use both to inhale and exhale.
Actually they are different, you would be able to feel the difference. We try to imagine
the right side represents the sun, left side represents the moon.My brother said, when we get some headache, try to close your right nose and use your left nose to breathe.
Then,in about 5 minutes, your headache will be gone. If you feel tired, just reverse, close your left nose and breathe through your right nose. After a while, you will feel your mind is refreshed. Besides that, right side belongs to 'hot', so it gets heated up easily, left side belongs to 'cold'.
If u know, most females breathe with their left noses, so they get 'cooled off' faster. But,most of the guys breathe with their right noses, they get worked up.
So, why not give it a try?.

Hello..
em for this entry I would like to share about symptoms one of the dangerous cancer that famous to women, which is breast cancer.Actually, breast cancer is overwhelmingly a female disease, but about 1% of cases occur in men . Amongst women it becomes more common as age increases. More than 80% of cases occur in women over 50. Taking the contraceptive pill slightly increases the risk. Taking hormone replacement therapy significantly increases your risk somewhat more, but the health benefits derived from hormone replacement are better overall. Obesity and heavy drinking also significantly increase the risk. So, breast cancer symptoms are changes in the size or shape of a breast, dimpling of the breast skin, the nipple becoming inverted and swelling or a lump in the armpit. So, if this happen to you, automatically you should go to see the doctor for treatment.

What you are doing at the age 16?
Still playing around, having fun?
I still remember January 2004 right after the school reopens our teacher tells us sad news.
One of our classmates died because of having cancer. All of us shock after heard this bad news.
I still remember he is sitting behind me in the class when we are form3 and I always turn around to talk with him. I was same class with him since form 1.
Another two of my friends also died because of this disease. CANCER again! One dies in 2007 another dies in 2008. Our entire classmate felt sad when heard about this sad news. Both of them were our friend since primary school. We all study in the same school from primary till secondary school.
All of us shock when heard them having cancer and always hope them will getting well soon. Both of them have to stop study to do treatment. They even go to oversea for treatment. They got getting well but after that they become more serious. Finally, they die at the young age.
I hope that such case will not happen around all my friends and family.

Hello everybody...Today my blog is story about Eiffiel Tower. The Eiffel Tower is an iron tower built on the Champ de Mars beside the Seine River in Paris. The tower has become a global icon of France and is one of the most recognizable structures in the world. The tower is now the fifth-tallest structure in France and the tallest structure in Paris, with the second-tallest being the Tour Montparnasse (210 m — 689 ft), although that will soon be surpassed by Tour AXA (225.11 m — 738.36 ft).The metal structure of the Eiffel Tower weighs 7,300 tonnes while the entire structure including non-metal components is approximately 10,000 tonnes. Depending on the ambient temperature, the top of the tower may shift away from the sun by up to 18 cm (7 in) because of thermal expansion of the metal on the side facing the sun. The tower also sways 6–7 cm (2–3 in) in the wind.[3] As demonstration of the economy of design, if the 7300 tonnes of the metal structure were melted down it would fill the 125 meter square base to a depth of only 6 cm (2.36 in), assuming a density of the metal to be 7.8 tonnes per cubic meter. The tower has a mass less than the mass of the air contained in a cylinder of the same dimensions,[7] that is 324 meters high and 88.3 meters in radius. The weight of the tower is 10,100 tonnes compared to 10,265 tonnes of air.The shape of the tower was therefore determined by mathematical calculation involving wind resistance. Several theories of this mathematical calculation have been proposed over the years, the most recent is a nonlinear integral differential equation based on counterbalancing the wind pressure on any point on the tower with the tension between the construction elements at that point.

As we already know that rules are very important in our daily life.i want to share with friends why are rules important in our society..
Rules are what society is made of, without them people would not see themselves as in a society. Rules insure that people who think they are above or exempt from society are contained, such as if you murder someone you are arrested, for the good of society.
Of course not all these rules work and are not upheld properly but overall they are made to keep society together and for the good of the people. The people who inforce them may be unjust and cruel but without societies rules these are the people that might be running things since they seek to dominate people. This is why we would have anarchy without societies rules and why they are in place.so as students,we should not ever break the rules..huhu~

Assalamualaikum to all. As I promise last time that for this entry I will tell you my next experience working with Berjaya Starbucks Company. May be some of you will think that cbtl and starbuck is about the same, the answer is, it is not the same at all. You must trust me because I have go through this two company, but if you still want to trust on what you have experience, it is still okay. The different is I’m getting more interested working with starbuck because of their management. After I’m joining starbuck then I meet the real meaning of working commitment. What I want to highlight here is what I have not receive from cbtl before but starbuck give me. At starbuck they call their worker as a partner and in their business strategy; first part is to take care the partner after that customer then will be the business. What did starbuck do for their partner? Starbuck provide reward for their partner, for example if you full fill the sixth principle that you need to apply during your work time then starbuck will reward you a certificate. Other than that, all the partners will receive free one packet of any coffee bean that they want to try. At starbuck they don’t just use partner as the people to fulfill their order but they also educate them with knowledge about their product especially about their major product, coffee bean through activity at store and paper work. So as a worker we also gain our knowledge at work place beside we just tiring with the duty. From that point the management will judge your effort in working then easily for them to degrade your position. What happen in cbtl is that you cannot fight for your right if you are not promoted to the upper level position but in starbuck you have the record as a prove. What I can share about my feeling is I feel that starbuck is more appreciate me than cbtl. Of cause you will work hard for job that gives you satisfaction or more than that. However, in term of the quality of the product of both companies are totally different. Starbuck and cbtl have their specialty. I don’t say that starbuck drink is better than cbtl, to me in term of product both have their own strong. If the question will goes to me whom I will prefer, I will answer cbtl because their drink “ice latte” was the top rank in my heart. Last but not least, even this two job was just a part time job to me but there are so much thing I have learn and this help me to become a wanted engineer in future, so who want to beat me?
