WELCOME TO UHL2312 TECHNICAL ENGLISH!!
Please be informed that the new UHL2312 semester 1-2009/2010 students' are required to post five comments in the respective lecturers' blog (since the blogging activity is during lab hour, there is no reason why the students cannot have five post for the reading entries.). The comments are based on the articles that they have read. It is not restricted to only one genre, so the articles can be in any genre that attract the students' interest. Lecturers may also decide on which genre should their students read and write about.
Students are to post comments which relate to their experience or their point of view. They are not allowed to copy the articles and paste them in the blog. Any plagiarise work will be given zero mark and lecturers can penalise them by deducting their marks where necessary.
Remember to always end or begin your comments with your name and matric number. Thank you.

Good day for all of you ,my great lecturer and all my friends .it is great idea to share your opinion with the other and also to create idea about something .In my first common I will share with you an important topic which is ladies and shopping .
It is often said that the first impression is the last impression and this phrase is like a wise for the people of the corporate world. If people talked about the corporate world in the 1980s that would primarily mean the men solely, but today the women are equally contributing to the work force of the corporate sector. This has in turn led to the change in the psyche of a majority of women.
In some of the cases the women are giving a back seat to fashion and choosing professional looks. Maybe this is the reason why I am talking about ladies and shopping .I was reading in newspaper about the shopping and increase the ladies needs day to day .it is one of the development in the corporate world is the ladies things such as fashion equipment and clothes, house furniture and so on .I am not overacting when I said that ladies shopping has to take the main part of newspaper, TV and radio because of the profits of the shopping.
In general , i like to make a business from nothing and the people do ,so ladies shopping is chance to earn a lot of money ,make good future and so on .but do not forget that you have to pay also because you may have lady to pay for her your girlfriend ,your wife and your mother .so you need shopping and also others do .

I want all of you to share with me this problem and give me some solutions
I'm so glad to find this group...! Now I know I'm not the only one...
I've been in a troubled love for more than 5 years, and then I met my love in another country and we really clicked each other. I know she is the woman of my dream I've been waiting for a long time... It's just her way to live his life so passionately really opened my heart and taught me many important lessons in life... I can feel she is my life-time companion and my soul mate.... But she is from the different country, too far from my country to visit me and to visit her.... I had very brief conversation with her on phone only two times before...
It's a true miracle for me that I found her from billions of people in the world... I'm very happy but at the same time, I feel sad and lonely because of the distance. We only exchange our thoughts through email every day.... but I can't hold her when I need her most especially in the lonely nights like now.... I just cry alone...
I really don't know if I should continue this relationship with her because the feeling of loneliness really hurts... I don't know where our relationship goes in future... I love her so much more than any words I can say... Although I haven't even met her before, I miss her terribly... I miss her every day & night... drives me crazy...
Please someone tell me what I should do....
I'm totally lost...
